Over the last few decades I have stayed at Red Roof Inns across the United States. I always found them to be clean and comfortable as a minimum. It never occurred to me that there were places that use this name that I wouldn't let my dogs sleep in.

I have traveled all over the world and have stayed in 5 star hotels in Rome Italy and lived in a hooch in Thailand. Nothing prepared me for the experience of staying in the Home Towne Studios by Red Roof Denver Airport/Aurora at 3705 Chambers Rd Aurora CO 80011.

It is hard to describe how filthy this place is. I did not take my shoes off in the room. Bathroom toilet had plastic bags shimming it up to keep it from falling over. Microwave did not work phone did not work .

Smoke detector was on the floor in the closet. Anyone with their name attached to this hotel should be ashamed. Clearly no one cares about The health or safety of their guests. Red roof inn Morehead Kentucky

This room is disgusting! The room stinks, the bed stinks and the bathroom stinks. There is something black growing on top of the bathroom baseboards. The wall paint is scratched and dirty. The bathroom floor tiles are cracked. The operator booking the room told me the bathroom was handicapped accessible and it's not.

I was told I cou NOT get a refund since I had booked after 2:00 pm. Red Roof Should be disgusted by renting a room this nasty for $173!!! I want a REFUND!

I reserved and stayed three nights in HomeTowne Studios in Fresno California 4/13-4/15. My first impression was how filthy the area around the elevator and the elevator its self was, as I found my way to my room. I nearly cancelled the rest of my stay right then. I had travelled a long way and was tired, so decided to stay. On entry to my room, it smelled of cigerette smoke. It was a none smoking room. I had bought new slippers and put them on and they were immediately filthy on the bottoms. The floor was visibly dirty. The crux of my complaint though, is, there was no heat.

My room stayed about 62 degrees the entire stay. First thing in the morning 4/14 I called and then visited the front desk, reporting the smell of smoke and the lack of heat. I was informed that service would be…

When we’re at the Pigeon Forge location. com. And had only planned for two and one night after we got there our girls came to stay a night. The lady at the front desk said no problem. She took my debit card for a damage Dept and said that will be refunded after we check out but never stated anything about any other charges.

I got home and I have $180 charge taken out of my card without permission and cause an issue with my bank. And they will not refund none of my money. Let’s talk about the hotel/ roach hotel. Nasty is not the word it had no carpet and a huge hole in bathroom,nasty tub and when we called to complain they said sorry we don’t have enough workers.

I paid the front desk twice and well I guess the front desk lady made a mistake and didn't charge me the hole amount and 2different front desk people said I was paid till the 17 the and the 13 I got a rude knock on my door telling me I need to pay or check out if 2different front desk people told me I was paid until the 17 and

During our stay, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about.

First all we Hurd from room 347 was barking all night long and I was told animals where not aloud in the rooms but 347 had a bunny a chicken and 2 dogs in there room along with a total of 6 people in 1 room these people got in my face and was rude and and I swear they where hitting a kid in there and

I arrived at 5am was told I could possibly check in by 7am only to sit in parking lot till 7am to be told I couldn’t check in till 3pm. The 1st night stay we experienced a toilet that wouldn’t flush 2nd day staff that does NOT speak any English.

The carpet was repaired during our stay and staff was able to resolve the bathroom issue but no English and Roaches not acceptable your more the welcome to reach me for further information 402-714 -0368

We stayed at the New Castle, Delaware location at 1612 DuPont. I reserved 3 rooms for 3 adults. rms 116, 117 & 120. I'll start with 116, my room. The door to the room was not hung properly with a gap.

The door always would stick in the open position, not closing fully unless double checked and made sure to pull hard for the click. The toilet wasn't fully bolted down, the seat was barely held on by a single bolt as well.

Using the facilities was precarious at best. The shower door literally fell off the track in my hands. The corner shelves in the shower were hanging on at odd angles. The towel rack, unusable. Tried it hang my towel and the left end dropped right out of the holder and the towel fell to the floor.

The iron was put away with water in it. the ironing board cover was covered…

I stayed here for 3 weeks a few weeks ago and everything was great. When I checked in today it was a horrible and upsetting experience. I got the same type of room that I got previously (2 full beds) and was charged the same price as last time.

The only difference was this time there was no microwave or refrigerator. When I asked about it she said I didn't request a fridge and if I wanted one it would be an extra charge. I went back to her a little later and showed her the web site that said the room was supposed to have a fridge and she was very rude to me and

I made reservations for two nights at the Red Roof Inn in Perry Ga. Upon arrival I saw two large parties going on in the parking lot. They were standing in front of my door and I almost could not enter my room.

I then entered the room where the walls had sheetrock not painted in large patches and the tub had cigarette burns on it. I immediately left and asked to cancel the reservations. The desk clerk told me that I had to pay for one night even though I was only there for THIRTY MINUTES and he ended up charging me for both nights and refused to give me a refund.

This is not professional and the atmosphere was one of drug trafficking and club parties.

By far the worst experience I've had with a hotel in my entire life.

First, when checking in they were telling me I needed a $50 deposit, which is normal but they said they card I booked the room with declined. Seems weird since they had no issue booking the room with it and I used it 5 minutes prior at the cracker barrel across the street.

So, I had to use another card which I'm still sketched out about.

Finally get into my room, go to the bathroom and there is no toilet paper. No one would answer the phone up front so back to the lobby I go. By the time they bring it to me and I go to use the bathroom, I close the door and theres dirty boxers on the floor.

Had to change rooms 3 times before finding one where the bathroom worked. In all the rooms the carpet was soiled with burn holes. My car was towed from their parking lot. Manager was not helpful nor apologized for this.

I am a heart patient and this place stressed me out horrible.

I was a customer who chose to reside at Red Roof Inn & Suites . My household consist of 2 people and we were under FEMA transitional housing due to hurricane Ida 4611 Louisiana. We lost our home and relocated to Mississippi msince November 4, 2021 to March 9 2022. Total of 4 months.

IThis was approved under FEMA. 00 deposit and told us it would be refunded when we check out . I paid this fee with a debit card. When it was time to check out the clerk told us the deposit would be refunded to our card .

On a trip from New York to Virginia yesterday, we were extremely tired so decided to stay overnight in Harrisburg Pa. The first hotel we saw getting off the interstate was Red Roof. I googled to check price and on 3 sites it was $63, $65 per night.

We were just looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep, nothing fancy or pricey. My husband went in to check in and was told there were only 2 rooms left, even though the parking lot was way less than half full.

He was too tired to argue when the total somehow came to $99. We requested no smoking, however the distinct smell of smoke was noticeable when entered the room. The room appeared nice enough, however looks are often deceiving. The bathtub had a dark rust or burn impression of maybe an iron in the floor of it.

Two days this week, we have had no running water. The water was finally turned back on, but we only have cold water. When I called to ask about it, the person simply said” oh yeah, there’s no hot water”.

I can’t believe this dump is allowed to house humans, let alone qualify as a Red Roof Inn. Apparently, the front desk was telling people who were trying to check in that there was no hot water, but didn’t bother to tell the customers that were already here.

This place is horrible and the manager seems to be a major part of why it is. I would attach an image if you could take a photo of no running water.

Ordinarily I am an extremely satisfied and appreciative customer, especially of yours. com. When I got there to check in the owner was a complete ass. I wanted to check in at 11:00am, he said check in is at 3:00. he wanted $40 extra for me to check in early. I travel from FL to VA and needed a place to sleep for a few hours.

He was very rude and lack customer skills. I always stayed at this hotel and the person I was dealing with before always let me check in early without any fees. I told the owner this and he said that the person I am talking about is no longer working at the hotel.

It's the inconsistencies I don't get, if your policies is check in is at 3:00 then stand by that. The owner told me not to come back at this hotel that he don't have to rent to me anymore. I will never stay at a Red Roof again.

I was kicked out at 4am due to "foot traffic" when my girlfriend had gone out to smoke because obviously no smoking In the rooms. They refused a refund as well as kept my deposit!! I am extremely dissatisfied with this hotel and will never rent from them again !

Dear whom maybe concerned I was a customer for a along time over and redroof inn on elkhorn rd and I notice that the manager are very disrespectful towards one of there employee the employee was a very respectful and caring person worked very hard of making sure things were clean and the beds were made .

I’ve notice an older white lady which I believe she’s the manager she was very disrespectful and rude to the employee which is the house keeper she’s white and she’s in her 40s. They have a lot of Favoriteism there it’s not right at all.

This is the second complaint I'm making usually I don't complain but I feel the need to this time. I have been staying here for almost a month now due to work the first complaint was about finding a tick that was crawling on my husband and another that was in our bed.

We should have been competed a room but had to practically beg for a discount. Now the room they moved us to the drain in the tub doesn't drain the shower comes on as does the tub faucet cant lift the lever to turn on only the shower.

I've mentioned it several time to the front desk to no avail the best one of the office personnel could do is offer me a plunger. 00 a night plus tax I don't think I should have to plunge my own drain when we know its hair stuck in the drain at least that's what I'm assuming.

I have encountered a stressful and unnecessary experience that has not been resolved. I present this experience in chronological order. I have received numerous emails that say it will be addressed. these emails are repretitive and annoying.

Spring 2021 Booked a room at Pensacola Florida: Red Roof Inn for February 9 (leaving on the 10th) 2022. A reservation number or information was never sent or emailed to me.

12/20/ 2021 COVID prevented my travel and I recognized the need to cancel the reservation # 9193554538402

November 2021 I called hotel and spoke to the male Manager. He told me that there was NO RESERVATION made! And that there would be NO CHARGE. NOTE: This was NOT a recent cancellation!

the room was to be ADA equipped as I had just been released from a skilled nursing facility due to a broken hip earlier that month, I was staying in a hotel awaiting an Order of Protection to be served on an occupant in my home that I did not want there when I returned. The room turned out not to be ADA equipped @ all, except for a grab bar near the toilet, I could not use the sink or tub (they were regular height & tub was a step in type), but it was the only room available that night.

The bathroom floor was a slick, shiny ceramic tile, so I put down towels to roll my wheelchair across to empty my bedside commode in the toilet, which luckily I had brought in w/me as I should have been able to use the toilet in an ADA approved room. Red Roof Inn, 991 Millbrook Pike, Winchester, VA 22602 Night of March 04, 2022 After long day of travel, stopped at Red Roof Inn in Winchester, VA where we have stayed before and would have stayed on our return trip to Ohio on March 11.

Registration was no problem. Upon entering room 110 we could not use the phone and found the phone to be disconnected - As we pulled the nightstand from the wall we found heavy dirt and dust, unknown pills, and wadded up kleenix tissue. The lamp on the night stand showed neglect - lots of dust - on the lamp and table.

We then noticed that the smoke detector was tightly wrapped with plastic that would not allow the unit to detect smoke in the event of a fire. Perhaps a former renter was a smoker and did not want to be in violation of the 'smoke free room'.…

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received and the inconvenience I have experienced as a result of incompetent management and customer service.

I booked my reservation online for this friday with a checkout of saturday morning. The day of travel I called at 730 am to confirm my reservation and got told everything was set to go. Once I got there they informed me that my reservation was cancelled due to unavailability despite me reserving it a week prior. The room smelled of cigarettes. The sheets were covered in cigarette burns. The sheets were dirty. There were public hairs in the bathtub!! The floors were dirty. When I complained to the front desk, the young lady said you can leave if you want too.... when asked when was the last time that room was cleaned(which should be after ever guest) she said Tuesday and Thursday only.

Constant drug deals going on right in front of me. People talking and complaining right in front of my room. Also the front desk lady had to use her master key to let us in the room because that rooms keys didn't work. I have attached photos of the room.

Room wasn't bad. When I used tge bathroom, my socks was soaked in a puddle next to the toilet. I put that off as water left behind from cleaning. It happened a second time, to which I put off a my letting water out after showering.

The next day, while sitting on the toilet, I had water dripping on me from above. It smelled horrible!!! I reached up and pulled the bath fan cover down. MISTAKE!!!! There was a large amount sitting on the cover. It was clearly waste water from the toilet leaking above.

The fan was as rusted as can be and non operational. This must have been going on for a while. There were several other small issues. Very few towels, cable not working, some crazy disgusting sticky substance on the carpet.

The peeling paint is hanging off the ceiling, and more is bubbling up. The floors were absolutely filthy, shower and mirror were dirty. Ducks swimming in the pool. Fountain was filthy. It was obvious the remote was broken and taped up with the electrical tape.

there was trash laying in the parking lot. It smelt like the air conditioner vents haven’t been cleaned or changed in a long long time. I’m assuming no one from corporate has visited this hotel in a long time. Terribly unkept and ran down.

The manager Pamela is a very bad person you should not have her being a manager at your place off buissness she has weird motives not a people person at all because of her I will never go back again I would like the owner to know how terrible she is she only follows rules when she has a motive behind it I spent thousands of dollars at your hotel I was homeless with my daughter and cat and she kicked me out with out any notice and she already know I was homeless there is a dark cloud over the place and the staff is horrible and

When I first came in my husband is out of town and I used his credit card and they told me that I couldn't without a release from him they got the release and a picture of his ID and then turn around I told them that he was in jail because of the past I've had with them the guy was very rude to me and
