We stayed at Home Towne Studios on February 14, 2022. The first room given to us was very dirty, sticky stuff on the table, gritty floors and smelled like an old ash tray. We asked for another room which was a bit cleaner but smelled almost as bad.

Since it was late and we had an early appointment we stayed. The heater in the room only blew cold air. The bed only had a sheet and the cover was only the weight of a sheet. The room was literally cold and stinky.

We asked at reception if we could get a blanket and they said there were not any. We ended up sleeping in our coats! The room also did not even have a trash can. com. " No apology or hint of customer service.

I refund for the worst night of our lives would seem appropriate.

I was at this motel from 2/8/22-2/10/22. During this stay, my room was never cleaned. Bathroom was never cleaned. Sink and tub was really dirty by the time I checked out. The trash was over running the waste basket. Fortunately I had enough towels for the stay.

The drain in the bathtub was clogged up and it took forever for it to drain leaving a soap residue on the bottom. This almost caused me to fall when using the dirty tub. I complained to the front desk and was told that they did not clean rooms because of Covid.

I told them that made no sense as I was gone during the day and it would be the same if I had checked out. Covid is on the wain and I am totally vaccinated. Other motel and hotels clean the room each day.

Very dirty room. Lots of noise from the room above. Smelled marijuana. m. called front desk. Was Told security was called. 15 minutes later 6 people were outside our room in the hall making all kinds of noise. Called front desk again. We were scared.

We’re told security was there.

Finally around 2:00 it quieted down. Ask for some money back in the morning and front desk lady said she didn’t hear of any problems in the night!! Will never stop by a Red Roof again!!

First issue is that I was told since I was going to pay in cash I could pay$50 at check in and the remainder at check out. When I arrived I was told I had to pay total at check in.

The other issue is much bigger!!. The reason for the visit is because my son has appt with the kidney transplant team at UK hospital in Lexington KY. And there were BEDBUGS!!!!!!!! my already sick son who is in kidney failure was exposed to BEDBUGS!!! I’m furious!!!!!

The night clerk confronted me and complained that I was having to many guests. I've had my dad and 2 friends stop by. Is this hotel family friendly? Is there a limit of guests you can have visit. This clerk was very rude and not only once but twice she insulted me.

She basically insinuated that was a prostitute. Saying it didn't look good to have she said 5 guests stop by.

First of all I had 3. And it was my father and my 2 dear friends. I am very hurt by this experience at this hotel. This clerk stereo typed me and my guests. My guests were not disruptive. One of my friends has just got here and walked to her car to smoke.

I’m currently at Hometowne Studios by Red Roof Inn. The property is filthy. There are roaches everywhere, and the furniture and other items in the room are worn down and tattered. I called the front desk last night right after check in and told them my TV remote doesn’t work and I only have one towel and one wash cloth for two guests.

The lady at the desk said she’d bring the towel, washcloth, and two batteries for the remote but never did. 30 minutes later, I went downstairs to get a bag from my car and noticed the office was closed. When I got back to my room, I called the front desk to check on my towel, washcloth, and batteries, and no one answered.

After working ALL DAY and then traveling to NJ, we were inconvenienced by having to switch rooms 3 TIMES!

My husband and I have been separated since November. We are currently fixing that. He is an army war veteran and has been staying at the red roof inn here in tupelo Mississippi since nov 5, which is paid for by a veteran affairs association.

My complaint is in regards to an employee at this red roof. The emoyee is a homosexual male. He has made my husband very uncomfortable to the point he won't call front desk and ask for towels, tissue or anything else if this employee named Matt is working.

No heat, no extra blankets, no extra rooms and no refunds. I checked in at Red Roof Inn Washington, DC - Columbia/Fort Meade on 01/11/2021 only to find out there was no heat in the room. I waited 3 1/2 hours until maintenance arrive after notifying the front desk.

I even try to reason with them about getting extra blankets or moving to another room and I then asked for a refund all to no avail. So I called corporate to complain and then was told somebody was going to be getting in touch with me in regards to this matter all the while I had to stay in the room with my son because I'm homeless.

I stayed at the red roof inn plus in Newark/carteret nj on 12/25/21. This was the most unprofessional front desk person I have ever delt with. They said they were not able to give me a name of a manager.

They charged me for a room with a king bed and jetted tub, the room I got had a queen bed, not jetted tub, missing lightbulbs and the atm machine did not work in the building. They would not refund any of our money and said they would charge us if they were to refund us our money if we left.

They made us call the 1800 number to ask ourselves if they would give us back our money. The worst stay ever at a red roof inn and not even a sorry or comp of any sort for making us overpay for a crappy room.

My 22 year old son booked a 2 night stay from January 4th-6th at the Red Roof Inn in Allentown, Pennsylvania as a celebratory ski trip (at Blue Mnt) for graduating college. Upon arrival he and his girlfriend noticed 4 different areas of bodily fluid/bloodstains on the bed linens as well as bright red stains under the bathroom sink.

I have enclosed 4 of the 5 pictures. They immediately spoke to the front desk asking for a clean room or their money back. Both were denied so they lost 2 nights worth of money. I am writing this email in hopes that he can be refunded his money since they did not stay in the hotel.

Had very unpleasant experience at the red roof inn in Belmar NJ Black Horse pike. Karen the manager conducted herself in a very unprofessional manner. When she was the one who messed up the paper work for the reservation. Instead of accommodating the guest because she was at fault, she had a very bad attitude and refused to make changes to a reservation and asked the guest to leave and wouldn't let them wait for the Uber in the lobby.

The guest was forced to sit outside in Code blue conditions while waiting for his ride. His belongings where taking out the room which was supposed to be paid for,clothes, money, ect. , Which they also rented the room to another customer.

We were going to stay at the Red Roof Inn in Helen Georgia as they are pet friendly. We live 120 miles from there. That morning 5 calls with no answer. Ok since it was Jan 3rd we figure ok we will not have a problem finding a hotel with vacancy.

We get there at 3:PM Hotel is dead. Lady is dizzy lost. Says we can not check in early under no circumstances and no room was clean. Really? Get in room it looked like never cleaned. Huge dog prints above bed board.

Stains like spilled coffee in several places. sheets not even securely tucked in. I am handicap and a tiny chair that could not support my weight was all it had. Desk space my laptop could barely of fit on. 00.

I arrived at Red roof on 49 in Gulfport Mississippi at 5:00 on January 3rd 2022. Upon arrival I was informed it was not $51 but $71. I was also informed I had to pay a $50 cash deposit and I was also informed that the washer and dryers weren't working they were broken.

This is my second complaint against Hometown Studios 2301 Highway 6 S, #309, Houston, TX 77077 regarding theft. I recently got out of the hospital due to the manager kicking me out of a my room and not letting me get my belongings.

I had about $3,000 worth of stuff including my medication. I was illegally evicted. The manager wouldn't let me call 911 from the office. I was kicked out December 4, 2021. Became homeless after that. My life was in danger.

I've been a loyal customer since February 2021. The manager was very unprofessional and got too involved with my private relationship. If you can please reimburse me for whatever I lost and my illness that got worse after this incident.

Please help resolve this issue or I will contact a lawyer and sue.

Currently staying at the Red Roofs Hometown Studios in Kent WA and CSR Manger Laqueshia has been rude and very short when speaking with guest. Book room through 3rd party which reflected available for rent and once registered and paid for stay the representative at hotel cancel reservation, this is not the 1st time a representative has zeroed out money for the establishment. Hi, my name is Melissa Landers. Last night I booked a hotel through Priceline. For a "discounted rate", I could receive an even better deal on a "blind" hotel. I got the Red Roof Inn in North Canton. I should have been "red flagged" with the bags of trash piled up outside of the office. This gets much worse.

There may have been 10 rooms taken out of 50 or more, but a group of young adults were placed adjacent to the room that my grandson and I shared. Slamming doors all night, smoking directly outside our door, laughter and loud conversations until 3:30am. It all gets worse.

I was renting at one of your motels in Florida. They had signs up that said no visitors. I had one visitor who I took to the office and registered. They told me she had a bad background and I was asked to leave when I prepaid reservation expired.

They have signs up all over the place. If I came to Orlando and was wanting to visit with my friend at your motel, they were not allowed. The reason I came was to visit friends but you can bet I'll never visit a motel like that again, where they run background checks on your visitor or your family and friends are not allowed.

Both my spouse and I reserved a suite (or so we thought, not even a coffee pot) I paid a discounted rate which would have been splendid had we got the room we ordered. There were roaches everywhere but that was the least of our worries....

My privacy was violated by housekeeping. At approx. 1025 housekeeping unlawfully entered my room without knocking or announcing their entrance. I was naked and had just gotten out of the shower. The housekeeping maid saw me naked and continued to ask if I was checking out.

I told her to get out, she continued to ask questions regarding my checking out. I then asked her if she knocked first and she answered "NO". She then exited my room and immediately notified the front desk clerk. I also let the housekeeping maid know I was reporting her.

My deposit was kept and there were no damages done to the room. I had to leave hotel because I have PAH and my heart was beating fast so I called an ambulance. Apparently the police officer said drugs were involved but that wasn't the case. There were no drugs in the room or found in the room. The room was in order and there were zero damages. My friend took video of the room before she left if you'd like to see for yourself.

I had made reservation for one night at the Red Roof Inn In Lake Orion, Mi for December 10, 2021. On Dec. 8 I took a Covid test as a precautionary measure. To my surprise, I received a positive result the morning of the 10th. I contacted the hotel and they rather rudely refused to offer a refund or even allow me to change the date of the stay.

When I asked if I could still stay at the hotel, since he was not willing to accommodate a date change, he told me to contact Expedia to change the date. When I contacted Expedia, the lady at Expedia contacted the hotel and they, again, refused to offer any change in the date.

Most reputable hotels will allow cancellations up to the afternoon of the scheduled stay. The circumstances were out of my control. Now, I am hooping that you can find a way…

I usually have a good experience at Red Roof Inn. That's why I keep coming back to stay there. During my stay Sunday night, I got there maybe around 11:30 or 12 midnight, and somebody kept knocking on my door and pecking on my window.

I kept having to get up and try to handle it, but they already ran around the corner, but I stayed in room 111 on the end, right by the stair case and breezeway. So by about 3:30am I was fed up with it, so I called the front desk and asked the night manager if she could move me closer to the office so I could get some kind of sleep.

m. we went to the room (231) and found it to be filthy. The comforters had cigarette burns, the towels looked like they hadn’t been washed in a long time, the lights didn’t work, including the light over the sink, bugs in the bathroom, curtains falling off the windows, refrigerator smelled terrible, TV didn’t work and more.

After figuring out what to do because we didn’t want to stay there I turned the key in and asked for a refund. I was told to call the manager the next day. After attempting to reach him I filled out a survey sent to me via email. 31. 31 from my account. This is not acceptable.

I want a refund immediately or I will be contacting authorities as they had no right to charge me on December 5 as I did not stay at any Red Roof inn recently. I will never stay with Red Roof…

I completed a stay, at your location 2939 S. Arlington Rd. Akron, OH. 2022. Mine was 1 of 2 rooms I booked, that date, for a public speaking event that I hosted. Check in was smooth and timely with 2 female, polite/professional Red Roof Inn Associates.

However, Once in my "non smoking" room, the odor of nicotine was overwhelming. Noticing a Walmart bag taped over the rooms' smoke detector. in person, I visited the front desk and notified them to, make known, that I would not be held responsible for the odor of cigarette smoke.

Note there were now two young males addressing the front desk. They told me they would make note of it. I stopped at the 2nd room, I reserved, for a travel partner, to see if he was comfortable. He was taking a dirty quilt off of the bed and cleaning…

Place should be condemned Newark University Location. Sheets and bedspread old and stained , furniture all damaged . Rugs filthy . Hoping I don’t have bed bugs after my start my there. Night person checking in was more interested in her phone and the video that was playing than checking me in.

I noticed a lot of transients probably living there. Only reason why I chose to stay at red roof was for my pet. And it was late to check in to something else. The folks running this location are giving you a bad name.
