I purchased a Sofa/Loveseat from Rent-A-Center with my Bank card. They continued to use my card for something I did not purchase. I went into the store located at 4012 Fiesta Plaza, Tampa, Florida 33607-6818. I told them I didn’t make another purchase.

They said it was a bed and it was a mistake. But they still deducted from my bank. Someone in that store is using people card for personal use. This has to stop.

I am currently a customer of the Kittanning pa. Location. 00 payment that was supposed to be set up on my bi-weekly payday. Which is 1-2-2023. Renee that works at said store would not help me with any payment options to help with nxt pay day.

Instead she automatically demanded to schedule a pick up of merchandise. Is this seriously how you train your employees to treat your customers.

In November 2022, I was looking to rent a PS5 console for my son. I normally do business with the RAC in Quincy, Ma on Hancock St, however at the time they had a waitlist for the PS5. I then filled out an online application for the PS5 with the RAC in Brockton, Ma on Belmont St.

A few days later the RAC in Quincy informed me that they had a PS5 for me. I had informed them I had submitted an application with the Brockton store. I was told it was okay because you can only do business with one store and everything would be fine.

00 taken out of my account from RAC, but the Quincy store calls me and informs me I missed a payment. 00 was withdrawn. I later discovered that the Brockton store was the one who took the money even though I NEVER received the PlayStation from them.

I recently moved to Johnson City, and was looking to get a washer and dryer set from Rent- A- Center. I called and spoke to them, went through the application process, sent my most recent check stubs, and my references, but was told they HAD to contact someone at my place of employment, to verify I work there, and

ask them questions about what kind of person I am, how much I make ect. I have worked with Rent - A- Center in the past, and never once was there a need to contact my employer for any reason.

This request was not only completely invasive, but ridiculous, and 100% unnecessary, as they already had proof of income via my pay stubs. I even offered a phone number that they could call to verify my employment, and income, but, was told it had to be a real person like a super or Co-…

This complaint is on the Dubuque Iowa location. I lost my job oct. 10th 2022 and i understand I've missed a couple payments. I've recently started door dashing which is starting to pay.

However I've paid $100's if not $1000's to date to the company for products but when a truck comes to my house and my kids answer the door and tell the RAC people that im at work and i didnt answer my phone after my kid told him for the third time and they firmly say they aint leaving and then block my front door with their truck completely scared the crap out of my kids!

Uncleaned furniture that reaks of cat pee that has bought in a NES if flies. I called the sore manager James Yakimoff to discuss the issue and nothing has been done as I was told prior to my contract that all furniture had been cleaned which isn't the case.

Also pick up was expected almost 2 weeks ago and the furniture is still here @ my home and payments are still being processed. Short version. Unable to upload file due to your faulty system.

At the beginning of November I put a work order to have my dryer serviced in Michigan City, Indiana. As of this day 11/22/2022, my dryer has not been fixed. Nor Has any whirlpool tech tried to contact me or set up an appointment.

The store has told me they have tried to contact whirlpool by email but they said to me that they are having a hard time as well. I do not understand why I have to write a review for corporate to even look into servicing my dryer.

I have been a customer for over 3 years. I started with the Midwest City, OK store. I am now with the Del City, OK store we switched stores for many reasons. I rented a portable AC that was used and I made it clear the we wanted a new unit and was promised that we would get one, but never did!

In the meantime, we swiched to the Del City and ended paying it off, even though it leaks really bad and no one wants to seem to help us. The Del City store keeps playing games and not making this whole situation right!

We get the run around each and every time we call or go to the store! I cannot make this weeks payment because we had to call someone to come look at it! By it leaking, it is warping my hard wood floor and will have to probably have to replace that part somehow!

I am past due on my account however I always make my payments when my check deposits. This particular RENT A CENTER calls from various numbers and don’t stop calling. Today was the last straw when I came home to my apartment and blue letters were posted on the elevator and in the hallways with my name on it and my apartment number.

This is very unprofessional, dehumanizing and embarrassing. I was contacted by my leasing office and I have a violation of my lease because of this. Please contact me in reference to this matter.

I purchased a tv from your east berry store. It was not delivered on the day attended and once we did receive it a day late. They brought it in plugged it up told me it maybe in shock from the drive and less than one minute it cut off.

I have always paid my agreements with RAC. I've bought a few items thru them. I'm only 7 days late, my husband had a medical emergency. More meds and missing work are why I'm late. I told your rep that and she said she's taking my bed because I'm late.

She wouldn't work on a way I could pay her within 10 days. RAC on prospect in Champaign is the store. I find it difficult to believe in the day of social posts, that a company would do this to two disabled seniors.

I like rent a center the company allows people basically an opportunity to have things they would normally have to pay for in cash how ever since 2020 when I first started my first agreement at 71st an Jeffery the entire staff minus delivery guys have been horrible experience.

I have been paying on a used washer/dryer set for almost 2 years. It's close to being paid off. For the last SIX weeks, my washer will not finish a load of clothes. It keeps saying "OFFLOAD" Anyway, it takes all day to get one load washed.

My husband and I both ended up getting covid and I only been back to work a week and my just goes back this weekend. I had called rent a center to please move my payments back I was not going to be able to pay it due to the Covid and we have a newborn baby.
