Harassing calls nonstop throughout the day with different numbers and with voicemails, showing up at your door leaving past due notices for all my neighbors to see. That's unprofessional and embarrassing! That is my private info and not for everyone to see!

I paid my bill it came out my account but for some reason never went through on y’all computer they were supposed to fix it they never did I had an open case going on they still came to my house the guy that came just opened my door which is illegal and tried to play it off like nothing happened just walked away and left I don’t appreciate them harassing me when I have an open case open due to me paying and it not going through on your end

If you don't want to be harassed do your self a favor don't rent from Rent a Center. Even if you pay on time they will still call you as if there is a problem every week.

My wife and I went into the Rent A Center store on Lafayette Rd in Indianapolis, In to try and get a laptop, went through the whole process of applying, while doing the process my wife and I had been talking back and forth to each other so it should have been evident to the staff of the store that we were together, but apparently it wasn't because it wasn't until after I paid and

To whom may concern, Me and my husband have rented from you guys and paid our stuff off but we were told that we couldn't rent from you guys because someone who used us as a reference didn't pay for there stuff. Also your employees at your Marion Ohio location give out peoples information on what is going on with someone else's account this is the second time this location has given out information. I have good service with your company but they refused to rent to us because of someone else's account.

They bring in this district manager who wants to do away with late fees. We have been with this company since they came in our city. Before him everyone else was working with us but not him. Than he fired the manager all because he was a nice guy, understanding, and worked with his clients.

He got one account back but if he keeps it up, he's getting all of it back

I have had the misfortune of losing a car and having to replace it and having to fix it and the mother in law had to have a double bypass surgery. I was working as much as I could to catch up and always do, I am just still recovering from having to put out alot of money.

On October 15th 2021a refrigerator was delivered to my home at about 8pm. The delivery driver was swearing and seem to be frustrated. He continued to complain about his job and using inappropriate language. He complain about having to bring the refrigerator up the steps and asked me if someone in my house could help him.

I found this inappropriate to ask a customer. His language and demeanor was just inappropriate. Once he got the refrigerator in my home he refused to plug the refrigerator 5it into a socket. He told me to just sign the papers because he needed to go.

I have an account with the 4085 location. I'm renting tires from them and today my autopayment was supposed to be taken from my account but it didn't happen that way. My payment was supposed to come out today. It was around 10 am I called the store and asked when do that take out for autopayments?

When I received my furniture the guy just dropped it off in the driveway. I was told they would bring it in and set it up. I had to pay someone to do that. I couldn't even get it into the house myself and they just said "sorry".

We have an office next to the Covina office. They block off parking in front of their place of business so customers have nowhere to park. We run an office next door and always have their customers blocking our place of business.

My name is Anna Vides. i currently have a agreement with rent a center from April/2021. The account was on auto pay from April2021- August2021. I pay $666. A month. I am a disabled person. My check is only $735.

Now the issue started with rent a center since its on auto pay would begin attempting to get the money at the end of the month instead of waiting for the first week of every month. My disablility check is available between the 1st and 3rd of each month .

2 cubic feet dryer set in September of 2020, and it broke around May 2021. I used the warranty on it to get it fixed. The manager is extremely unprofessional and rude as well. Nothing about this location is polished and/or customer service friendly. I am a customer, and I have been paying. I ask for a one week extension because I have fell on hard times, and I was declined. And the matter in which they speak to me is extremely rude and disrespectful. I do not appreciate it.
