I paid my bill it came out my account but for some reason never went through on y’all computer they were supposed to fix it they never did I had an open case going on they still came to my house the guy that came just opened my door which is illegal and tried to play it off like nothing happened just walked away and left I don’t appreciate them harassing me when I have an open case open due to me paying and it not going through on your end

My wife and I went into the Rent A Center store on Lafayette Rd in Indianapolis, In to try and get a laptop, went through the whole process of applying, while doing the process my wife and I had been talking back and forth to each other so it should have been evident to the staff of the store that we were together, but apparently it wasn't because it wasn't until after I paid and

my wife asked if the laptop was new, that we were advised that she had to put her info on the application as well since she was asking about the laptop and we didn't want a used one. The manager Laquana was rude for one and very unprofessional when it came to dealing with the whole situation, so I asked for my money back and stated that I didn't want the laptop, they couldn't give me my money back as I had paid…

They bring in this district manager who wants to do away with late fees. We have been with this company since they came in our city. Before him everyone else was working with us but not him. Than he fired the manager all because he was a nice guy, understanding, and worked with his clients.

He got one account back but if he keeps it up, he's getting all of it back

I want to file a complaint on an employee of the rent a center in cedartown ga he came to my house yesterday being really rude and hateful. To me with my grandkids outside when he got here i wasnt home yet i pulled up a few mins after he got here he was blocking my driveway i couldnt get in there i asked him 3 times if i could pull in my driveway to get out of the street there was cars waiting on me to get out of the rd so

I have had the misfortune of losing a car and having to replace it and having to fix it and the mother in law had to have a double bypass surgery. I was working as much as I could to catch up and always do, I am just still recovering from having to put out alot of money.

Now I get told and threatened I can't miss another payment, I always clear up the past payments, but now I am no longer worthy of help. This is ridiculous.

On October 15th 2021a refrigerator was delivered to my home at about 8pm. The delivery driver was swearing and seem to be frustrated. He continued to complain about his job and using inappropriate language. He complain about having to bring the refrigerator up the steps and asked me if someone in my house could help him.

I found this inappropriate to ask a customer. His language and demeanor was just inappropriate. Once he got the refrigerator in my home he refused to plug the refrigerator 5it into a socket. He told me to just sign the papers because he needed to go.

I refused and told him I needed to know it worked before signing any paperwork. I plugged the refrigerator into the socket and predicted to open the top of the refrigerator but the door was jammed. The delivery man snatched…

I called RAC,and specifically let them no , that I was waiting on my replacement card to pay my bill. I was caught up Ina Lexington Law Firm Scam. So my room mate decided to have me call RAC to see if he could pay my bill.

So I called,and ask for Nick. Nick comes to the phone. Nick , and my room mate on a recording line , gets Nick approval to make 2 split payments. My room mate Kenneth Bennett gave me his card to make first payment. 00.

I have an account with the 4085 location. I'm renting tires from them and today my autopayment was supposed to be taken from my account but it didn't happen that way. My payment was supposed to come out today. It was around 10 am I called the store and asked when do that take out for autopayments?

" My husband went to the store and kept getting the round away about when the store manager would be back. The other employees kept telling my husband oh he will be back in 20 minutes then it turned into 15 minutes etc.

When I received my furniture the guy just dropped it off in the driveway. I was told they would bring it in and set it up. I had to pay someone to do that. I couldn't even get it into the house myself and they just said "sorry".

Then I fell behind due to hospitalization and they came to the house. I asked about a discount for the way it was dropped off but they never replied to my multiple attempts. Now I am one week behind and the calls won't stop.

We have an office next to the Covina office. They block off parking in front of their place of business so customers have nowhere to park. We run an office next door and always have their customers blocking our place of business.

We've tried being civil and not complain. I spoke with an employee I'm going to say is in a position of management and he was very disrespectful. He angrily said we didn't tell them to park in front of your place.

This is true except their vehicles and an employees motor bike is blocking all the parking. I asked for his name be became even more enrage and told me to leave the store. I asked for the Owners name & number and he said we are a franchise as if he didn't care.

The month of September I ended up in the hospital with covid-19 last week was the first week I could literally breathe enough on my own to walk. Due to 1 month in and out of the hospital and being off work I don't have a paycheck this pay period I asked to pay the full amount owed for Oct 2021 on Oct 15th they 100% refused and

said they have to come get my couch this is my 2nd time being a customer the first I paid off my bed early and only was late on 1 payment. This is outrageous that your company has no sympathy in a time like this.

My name is Anna Vides. i currently have a agreement with rent a center from April/2021. The account was on auto pay from April2021- August2021. I pay $666. A month. I am a disabled person. My check is only $735.

Now the issue started with rent a center since its on auto pay would begin attempting to get the money at the end of the month instead of waiting for the first week of every month. My disablility check is available between the 1st and 3rd of each month .

rent a center has been doing this since the month of June. It has caused me alot of headaches, stress and overwhelming distress becaue of this issue from the company. My card was locked and closed because im being charged late fees fpr thr reat of my bills because they keep takinv money that belongs to other bills.

2 cubic feet dryer set in September of 2020, and it broke around May 2021. I used the warranty on it to get it fixed. I went a month and a half with a very small capacity Amana washer that the Sapulpa store switched me out with, I did call and speak to the manager; Callie every week and checked in to see how the progress was going. which made 0 sense.

I then was told they would go back to the store to get it and bring it right back. About 2 hours later I get a call from Steven saying it's too late to go out and he wants to schedule me for the next week.

I have covid-19 and just 4 days before I tested positive i had neck surgery due from a car accident! Your employees keep coming to my house KNOWING I HAVE COVID-19 and harassing me, beating on the sides of my trailer as well.

They also keep harassing my mother as well and she’s told them as well! I’ve filed a complaint with health department too. I’ve asked them to freeze my payments until I am able to come out of quartine and they said they are not aloud to do so & it says on the website that you can!!!

He did not know how to turn the water valve off and there was water spraying out from my washer valve he left my garage full of water and told me he was sorry there was nothing I could do and to call maintenance.

I bought a couch. After about a month of drafting payments from my account they stopped. I then get a rent a center truck pulling inside my gate and beats on my door for 45 minutes while yelling at me through the door. My kids were terrified.

I called a neighbor and they come to make him leave the property. He called the cops and said my son was at his window with a shotgun in his hands. I have no trespassing signs up everywhere.

I cosign for a product that was returned, but they failed to mention to me that, they automatically enroll customers in their Rent A Center club. 77 per month for the club fee. I called customer service and waited almost an hour, and nobody answered the phone.

Would give a minus number if I could. When my contract started I ordered a fridge which I had planned on buying from them for purchase not just rental then I had ordered a stove as well and i paid upfront for both.

They were supposed to be delivered together the day of delivery the driver was in a wreck so not only were they way late they also did not bring the stove I was told they would get one from another store and bring it days went by I never heard anything my 2 week payment was due on the fridge I still had no stove made my payment asked about stove and still no answer went home called about stove to just be put on hold and then disconnected then.

I got frustrated bought my own stove and fridge called to have them come pick up the fridge they scheduled a week out. Still nothing…

The Manager Carlos at the Oxnard ,ca. He saved that if there were to be an issue they would send someone out right away and then they would provide me with another until my was repaired. I contacted managent they said the would talk to whirlpool for an appt.????

I am writing to report the Annapolis, MD store and it’s employees. The store is messy and very disorganized. The employees are very rude and disrespectful.
