79 for the past three months. He looked it over and said to me yes, it was an error on their past and I could pick up my reimbursement when I get there. I arrived around 10/15 or so and waited.

The gentleman at the register did all he was able to and assured me it will jus be a few minutes because Kaipo was doing an interview. The gentleman asked if I’d like to come back and I repeatly told him I can’t, so I waited.

Time was swiftly passing by and I had another appointment and I asked one last time how much longer do I have to wait. My patience was running out and needed to leave. I stood up and told the gentleman, forget it, I have to leave and I’m filing a complaint.

All right my complaint was I rented a mini bike from the Rent-A-Center not knowing all the different sizes they only told me they had a 250 and a 350 well I'm a 6-ft guy and they should have let me know they had a 350 and it didn't and they should have also let me know they also had electronic other type of electronic bikes they didn't let me know that neither I would have never purchased them anybody she's not informing the customer of his full options and

then the bike that I got that I was buying was used and it was only on 80% when I got it it only lasted 20 minutes and it also wouldn't charge pass 59% and in between all these errors I would try to call in and correspond and they wouldn't answer my calls it's just bad business around the board

My son was wanting to get a nitro pro Accer gaming console and went online filled out the App and paid in advance as was requested by RAC. WELL HE CALLED BACK TO SET UP A DELIVERY TIME AND PLACE THATS WHEN HE WAS TOLD THAT THEY DIDN'T DELIVERY TO MY COUNTY ANYMORE WICH WE ARE 30MIN AWAY FROM THE STORE.

Id like to report an employee of rent a center. Theresa ann henry that works in the Huntsville texas store. Theresa is a convicted felon for robbery of a diamond shamrock store in grangerland texas. Theresa and her boyfriend rebeske robbed the store at knife point and stolo all money from the register and numerous items from the store.

Theresa and rebeske knocked the lady to the floor. Rent a center should not have an employee of a convicted felon. Theresa was that way then and is still the same person today. furniture from the store and takes the items to sale for her benefit.

I would like to report theresa ann henry. Works in the Huntsville texas store. I read all over that rent a center does not hire convicted felons. Well theresa ann henry is a convicted felon for robbery at the diamond shamrock in grangerland tx.

I rented a Samsung note 20 5g from your mineola Texas location. The lady there told me all their phones are unlocked and work with all carriers. All I had to do was put my sim card in . The RAC lady put my sim card in the phone and I was able to make a call but texting or emails would not work properly.

I contacted my carrier to advise the problem I was having with my new phone. They asked for my IMEI number and then said the phone was not compatable and would not get full functions usage. I used the phone couple days to see what functions were available, I could search the web, but was dropping calls and text messages wouldn't send at times.

I contacted RAC and advised and they told me to get a 5g sim card and it would work fine. Verizon send me a 5g card but nothing changed. I again…

I arrived at plaza about 10am and parked where no cars were in the area. I came to do my nails which is next to one of your centers . no one has came out to move or park the van correctly .. POOR!!!

I just had ceramic coating done on my car as well. can't get through yo anyone proberly and poor service from within the stores.

I called my payment in trying to pay it off. I went over my limit si it wouldn't process. I said I would call back later. I am suspicious because someone charged my card at walmart. I talked to walmart and they said my card was used by a Terry Laws in Helena Arknasas.

I use the card at the west Helena rent a center. Not saying your store is guilty just looks suspicious. Walmart fruad department is handling it. The order had been cancelled. Would it be safer to make my payment on line?

Just wanted to make you aware of what happened to me. I will no longer be using that store.

I tested for covid and positive I told the people I wouldn’t be able to come in till I’m out quarantine. But they call my phone 3-4 times a day even back to back. I told them I’d make a payment when I can when I’m out quarantine. Very greedy for money.

They will call everyone on your contact list to get ahold of you. Pretty sad when they call them about 3-4 times a day as well. That would be in ALMA MICHIGAN

Im in Berlin, New Hampshire. The only Rent-A-Center up here, and the manager is a Mike. (I'm not sure of last name).

Has dealed me out a broken Tv Stand and couch. I'm concerned in the game he is trying to play. He told me he would order parts, and now here we are 2 1/2 weeks later, still no update. I renting/buying a washing machine from a rent-a-center store in cleveland tn. I did the app on line, then completed the app by phone. At first, the guy that took my call was very pleasant and extremely helpful (or so I thought).

Even the delivery guys were great. The deal was finalized towards the middle of the month, so they prorated my initial payment at a very reasonable rate. I was pleased, to say the least. Then, I received an e-mail the beginning of this month (I am renting monthly).

Especially since I am disabled and my wife and I live off a meager ssdi payment each month. 98. Still, very reasonable and within my budget. Tightly, but doable. 98. I was shocked and furious. I am not even a customer and I was just harrased and bullied into paying someone who wasn't even homes payment I am not happy at all I was in the shower and someone from rent a center was ringing my door bell contuisly at least 15 times and I answered and told them she wasn't home and I didn't appreciate the ringing then

Rented a Whirlpool stainless steel side by side a month ago. Upon delivery missing shelves, missing deli drawer, missing other pieces. Was told they would get them to us within a week. Still nothing! Still using old fridge in garage except using ice and water from new fridge.

My 90 day cash option was on April 17 2021 Tried to make payment on website at 930 pm on website. Website was constantly buffering. Tried to call customer service but it was closed. Called the next day was told district manager would call me.

On 10/11/2020 I rented a bedroom suite. The nightstand had some dings and the btm drawer was broke in half. I took pics and emailed it them immediately. They said the would replace the nightstand but here it is more than 6 months later and no replacement.

Rent-A-Center of Hazard, Ky. They brought in cockroaches on us, never seen a single cockroach. They were not willing to help to pay for a treatment. their truck broke down in my driveway. We also had issues with the billing.

We purchased a $4,000 couch, was way ahead on payments. Then all of sudden we were 2 weeks from being considered late payments. 2 months in, we had it paid down to $1,500, just made a payment for 500$. Then was told after that payment that we had 2 weeks to pay if off or the bill goes up to $3,475.

luckily we had the money to pay it off then and there. We was totally shit on and probably destroyed our lifestyle. I may end taking them to court, gladly i got cameras up in my home and you can see the cockroaches crawling out of it just after dropping it off.

I got kicked out of my English class because it’s ONLINE and I was told after I waited at the store for two hours because they couldn’t get the laptop to even work that I would have my laptop later on that day which was Friday. It’s Monday & I’m still without a laptop.

Nothing can be done about my classes because I’m in the NURSING PROGRAM which lacks sympathy for situations like this. At this point RentaCenter in ROXBORO NC Will be known for its carelessness. Everybody in town already talks about how unprofessional they are.

Rentacenter in Yelm,WA sold me a portable dishwasher. When I first ordered the dishwasher I had to wait about six months before the washer even came in. I was supposed get the dishwasher at a discount rate and I didn't see my discount that I noticed.

Also I have sent the dishwasher back five times and today once again it isn't working correctly. I've asked for a new dishwasher completely and was told that isn't an option. I'm now asking for my money back. I am completely done being patient and playing the game of fix and repair.

I've never been treated like this from Rentacenter but I'm pretty pissed off right now. If this doesn't get resolved through this letter. I will be writing the corporate office.

Leo at the cobleskill NY location. Is an aweful manager. the love seat broke. So now it's being replaced. Wich was fine. But now scheduling with them is a hassle. never received a phn call letting me know there driver called and it could not be delivered.

So now it was rescheduled for the next day between 2-4pm. Again no call I called at 3pm making sure they were still coming, I was told YES! so I called back and now I get told there one driver hurt there foot so the on driver will be solo and he can't deliver it.

So Leo asks if anyone can help I said my husband will. He explains to me he give me a month off my agreement for the hassle. I said fine but still rediculious. my husband pretty much moved it on his own while the driver stood there.

they lied about who their district manager is, the store says it’s a guy named mike, the help center says it’s a lady named cindi, whom I’ve not in 4 complaints got to speak with. This has been an awful experience and I hope one day someone in this company can actually solve my issue.

I was told all weekend I would get delivery Monday. Monday came and I was still told it would be that day. Around closing I called and they told me it would be Tuesday after I have already missed a day of work because they told me Monday!

Biggest number one complaint is the manager "Heather" at the Mocksville location. Zero customer service skills. Rude. Unorganized. Failure to even entertain sorting out the issue. Refusal to refund money requested for a weekly charge to my card that I had no knowledge of. Failure to provide my rental agreement signature for said charge (said it had been shredded). Said it was not her fault I didn't ask for the charge to be discontinued upon completion of rental agreement ( which was a moot point since I was not aware of said charge in the first place). Argued with me for 14 minutes and 31 seconds over refunding 32.00 for charges on an insurance program that I knew nothing about before hanging up on me.

I have been dealing with rent a center for about 4-5 years with accounts with different locations. I currently have an account with the Augusta GA location located in wrightsboro rd. I have been having money issues and anytime I talk to someone on the phone they get hostile.

They recently contacted me via a customers personal phone and by text message. Then went to my and banged violently like police officers. The account is only $122 behind and doesn’t call for disturbing the peace in my complex. I can make a payment Thursday and the following weeks but they rather take actions into their own hands.

Not to mention next week would consider me a month behind. I’m not even there yet. It’s super unacceptable to constantly receive calls all day everyday especially after talking with someone.…
