I chose Satellite to repair my daughters windshield on her car because I thought it would be a fast, timely service. They came out the next day and repaired her windshield and then broke her wiper blades. They said they had to speak to the manager about the repair.
Since then I have called the 1-800 number several times to speak with someone about the situation. To no avail they keep giving me the run around. It’s been 11 days since they repaired my daughter’s windshield and she cannot drive the vehicle while it’s raining not can she get a vehicle inspection tag until this situation is fixed.
The Hampton Virginia store is awful. They never answer their phone and the only time they did call me was to get the VIN number to check and make sure the part they ordered was correct. I need this…
