We ordered a refrigerator of 12/31/05. As of yesterday 02/02/16 we cancelled this order. We cancelled order because of the refusal of your delivery company to deliver the refrigerator. We ordered this refrigerator at the Lacrosse, Wis. store. The associates at the store were helpful but delivery was never completed.

We also have reason to believe that the delivery company never made an attempt to deliver product. In other words we believe we were lied to on at least three occasions. We live in the country and they said they could not come down our driveway. Our driveway was plowed.

We are very unhappy with Sears at this point and you have probably lost a customer. We have bought major appliances at your store before but no longer will consider you.

On Friday 1/29/16 the Sears technician arrived to repair my freezer that was not getting cold enough and to fix the ice maker. After he repaired it, he told me to wait 24 hours for it to adjust. 99 with a 20% coupon(Service Order # 41350781).

After about 28 hours, I still had the same problem. I called the number on the receipt, and they said that they could not send another technician until Tuesday, 2/2/26. Today another technician arrived. 5 minutes later he told me it was not the items that the other technician had repaired and/or replaced but that I need other things starting with a compressor.

He recommended that I replace the refrigerator. The freezer was still at 34 degrees. If the first technician had told me these things I certainly would not have paid for repairs including an…

I called to schedule a service call for my dryer. I didn't call the company I had purchased the dryer from because I believed Sears to be a more reliable company. I was told I needed to be home between 1 and 5 PM. Being a teacher I said I could be home by 4PM, that was rejected and I was given a Saturday appointment during those times. At 4:41 PM I was called my the technician to say he would be here between 5:15 and 5:30.

At 5:33 PM I called to find out where he was and was told he would be here around 6:30 PM. I was offered a $50 Sears card as compensation. My husband and I had dinner plans that had to be cancelled because of the late arrival of the technician. I asked to speak to a supervisor and eventually was connected to one. I contacted the corporate office and was told that I Sears in my city could give me some emergency clothing, shoes, things I needed if they wanted to. " I came back and asked for him but I talked to manager Josie instead, She told me "to come back tomorrow after she talked to manager and oorporate".

I came back and she told me they don't do things like that. She also said" they could only give me a 50% discount on clearance items. She lied to me and told me to come back for nothing. I also aksed her for a bag because my belongings was coming out of my bag I had, I asked her why they were being so mean and talked her into giving me some bags.

On Dec 22,2015 I went to the K-Mart store #3852, in Salisbury, NC to purchase a Hamilton Beach 8 quart slow cooker for a Christmas dinner we were having the next day at work. I was there about 9:30 in the morning and there was a isle stack of items, next to the as seen on TV items.

I use the snowplower twice. I drain the gas out after winter. I replace the gas January 2016 my snow plower would not work. I took it back to Sears they tried to tell me that the snow plower needed maintence care something was wrong with the carberater ,my response was I just bought this snow plower I used it twice it shouldn't be nothing wrong with the carberater.

I had an appointment to have my AC/Heat Unit scheduled for Jan 23, 2016. However, the technician/repairman never showed up nor did he call to let me know that he wasn't coming. Purchased a KENMORE ELITE (LG) refrigerator on May 20 2014. Along with a Dishwasher, Oven, Garbage disposal, and Microwave-Hood combo all Kenmore Elite branded. JANUARY 2 2016 woke up to large puddle of water on floor, after looking into the matter found the refrigerator had stopped cooling and ice had melted from the ice maker.

I work at a business, Avondale Veterinary Healthcare Complex, and I keep receiving a phone call from 515-278-7278 that makes me sit there for a minute until they hang up. No one answers and it hangs up on me. When I called back the first time to tell them this was a business and I can't get phone calls from our patients while I'm on the phone wasting my time with Sears support people. Have had warranty for sears washer since purchase of appliance. At the end of the warranty the dispenser leaked bleach onto the washer door frame. Sears ordered the wrong part several times and on another occasion forgot to order part.

Now I am told that the part is no longer available. Still have the wrong parts which were shipped to us. Have requested 4 times by email that someone from corporate contact us.

Also, spent almost an entire day on the telephone with them which was at 11 phone calls and still no resolution. Still no contact from corporate and still need the right part.

22 plus tax & shipping . Item was to be Delivered Dec 11th, 2015. The Item # 18412, Model EPWD200QSW 24 inch, a pedestal Drawer was never shipped out. I contacted Sears outlet stores customer service on the matter on these dates 12/ 17/15, 12/21/15, 12/23/ 15, 12/24/15, 01/01/16, and 01/06/16.

We have received little or no help from the store and its staff. Managers who told us the order would be expedited but still no confirmation of shipment. We have tried to cancel order threw customer service and are getting a runaround.

We are now being told we need to bring in our receipt to get our refund for an item not even shipped out.

My husband purchased me a sweater on line, and when I received it, it had a hole in the shoulder. So he called the customer service number on the receipt and explained the problem. And the lady told him he would have to order another sweater so he did and she told him that she would e-mail him a ups shipment label in 24 to 48 hours.

Well the label never arrived in his e-mail, but the new sweater that she told him to reorder did no holes in that one. He recalled the number again and spoke to the superviser and she told him the same load of crap that the ups label would be in his e-mail in 24 to 48 hrs. And its been four days past that. The real kicker is that his credit card has been billed twice.

Which I had to wait almost 3 weeks. Repair man came said it was fixed. With in a couple of hours it was not working again. I called right away, was told I could not get someone to come back until 1/19/2015. This is unacceptable!!

Tried to get service for my garage door, which was supposed to be under warranty. Called the number I was given when the door was fixed back in July. Automated number sent me to garage door department. I explained the situation.

They sent me to Warranty. As soon as I mention garage door, I'm told it's a service issue. Transfered to service, who tells me it's a Warranty issue. Now I'm a human ping pong ball, sent back and forth between Warranty and Service.

Zero stars is not a choice. Prior to Mr. L. becoming CEO of Sears, Sears Customer Service was absolutely some of the best in this country. Since then, after Sears was purchased by K-Mart while K-Mart was in Bankruptcy in Chicago, Customer Service has gone into the toilet.

I give Sears 5 stars for the ordering process, notification and delivery. The problem, however, for which I give no stars, is that the product I received was not up to expectations. I ordered Dunsley Posturepedic king-size firm mattress. Industry standards state a king-size is 76" wide X 80: long.

My old king-size mattress and box springs are that size. The Dunsley is 78" X 78". That means the Dunsley overhangs on the side and is too short for my box springs and frame. I am very unhappy with this product.

Hello here we go I had a leak coming from under my truck. Took it in and they said that I have a crack radiator. Then they call me back and said that I also have a leak in my hose. So they called me and said that it was back firing and they wanted to see why before ii come and get it. So they called me on a Saturday and said that it was ready. When my daughter went to pick it up she did not even get home and the service engine light came on but I had to wait until Monday before I could call back. He told me to bring it back again when he called back he said that it was my sensor my oxygen sensor. I said oh my goodness I brought it in for a leak now you say this is wrong he said that he will work with me on it I wasn't happy about it at all.

They fixed it and I call to complain about it…

I ordered a Proctor Silex Coffee Grinder on 11/27/2015 during the Black Friday sale and opted for free Store pick up from the Sears store in Rego Park at Rego Park- A, 9605 Queens Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374. (Order #961464491).

Following my order, I received an email from Sears on 11/28/2015 that my order is available for pickup at the above mentioned store. I went to the respective store on 11/29/2015 and I was surprised by what happened there.

First of all, the 5 min pick-up was not 5 minute at all. The lady at the Sears pick-up kiosk took my Salescheck number and passed it to another personnel in store. He went to check my order and after some time he came out and told that he does not have my order and he will cancel it.

No explanation, no attempt to satisfy customer and no courtesy!…

I purchased a new band saw from Sears on Oct 15 2015. I also purchased the warranty plan. My saw stopped working over a week ago. I have called 3 times I have been unable to get even an appointment scheduled. No one will call me back. I purchased a dishwasher from Sears ( store 01344 ) on 11/10/2015. Delivery to the store was scheduled for the 13th with delivery and installation the following day. On the 14th the installer phoned to say there was no dishwasher at the store so no installation.

He called again on the 16th with the same message; - NO Machine at the store. Contacted the store: - advised that the dishwasher will now be at the store on the 19th. Well here I sit, late afternoon on the 25th.

On October 21, 2015 I went to the Sears Auto Center at 1300 Southlake Mall, Morrow, GA 30260. I purchased the 3 year alignment package and had my 2014 Ram 1500 Limited wheels aligned. On November 9, 2015 I returned to the Auto center and explained that after receiving the alignment my truck front end felt and sounded as something was loose in my front end that radiated up my steering column.

One of the technician visually re-inspected my alignment and front end, he drove the vehicle and stated that he could feel and hear the noise but could find no fault with the wheel alignment. I had bought two battery and I went to buy two more because they are hard starting, and four of the employ was sitting out side smoking they told I have to park in the parking lot. I asked them how I am going to get the battery in the car, they keep telling me to go to the parking lot.

This get into an argument, I left and speak to the manager I told him I was park in the customer service parking space he replied who told me not to park there I show him the person then he also told the me the same thing. They never told I have to drive in the shop as I always do.

I bought a Craftsman riding lawn tractor Aug 2014 from the sears dealer store in Fort Payne Al. Granted it was a coustermer return with 14 hours o n it, but I having been having nothing but problems with since May of this year (2015) .

The problems began with the blades braking, then the mandrales breaking then the transmission slipping finally the deck cracking, I have had Sears repair out here on it 4 or five times and each time they have failed to resolve all the problems. The major problem is the transmission slipping and I was told that the problem was a bad transmission so they came back the next week and replaced the transmission but I had to call them back the next week for the very same problem.

A few months later I kept having trouble with it as the door pad stopped working off and on and the actual opener apparatus began working off and on.

I called Sears repair and they came out and said it was a lose wire. The problem continued. I am at low energy in my life due to my medical issues so it is difficult for me to constantly fight for what should be no fight.

I called again for repair and was told that it would be replaced but I should talk to the repair man. When the repairman came he said it was a loose wire then perhaps it was the motherboard. I said the he was supposed to change it as I have nothing but…

In 2013 I bought a new refrigerator at the Sears service center in Huntington Beach. My milk start to go bad after 3 days of buying it and all my frozen foods all defrosted. So I had to buy an new fridge, even though my fridge was only 2 1/2 years old.

Debbie at the Sears in Huntington Beach, who is fantastic, told me that I would have had to complain 3 times for the "lemon law" to take affect, who was to know that. My parents always bought Sears and they had them last 25 years or more.

To say the least I am disappointed , I am a widow and can not afford to waste money but here I am buying another Sears refrigerator. I hope you take this serious, there are many people out there with the same problem I am sure.

99 I went through EBATES. I was suppose to have got 6% on that day 10-12-2015. EBATES e-mailed me and told me Sears refused to honor their request says its because I went off -line. But I have the order # and the shopping trip # and my membership # printed out.

I ordered from Sears because of the 6% EBATES. If not for that I would have ordered from BEST-BUY who had the same TV for he same price and had a 3% EBATES. 00.

I would like to file a complaint against the sears outlet in Medley, Fl, I purchased an appliance at the store on delivery the item did not fit at my home, the delivery personnel return the item back to the store the same day. They were notified about the return and said to me that a refund would take 7 to 10 days, this was 10/21/2015, On 11/07/2015 I call the store and were told that the funds would be transfer back within 24 hours.

To the day I have not received any funds, I have tried to be patient with the store but it seems I can't get any cooperation if there is not any funds transfer by 11/13/2015 I will be forced to take legal action.

We were advised by Sears Technician that we needed a new gas furnace which we did not need. We called Sears out to check our air conditioning unit because we have a service agreement on the unit. We purchased the gas furnace and the new furnace did not work.

Another Sears technician cam out and determined the Air Condiitioner unit was the problem and fixed it causing the new furnace to begin working. We really did not need a new furnace and now no one wants to accept responsibility for the Sears error.

We are stuck with a bill which we should not have to pay.

We were advised by Sears Technician to get a new furnace-which we did not need. The real problem was the outside air conditioning unit. No one wants to accept responsibility for the error on the technician part and problems with the estimate by the Sears Sales Person.

This seems to be very poor business practice.

Purchase a jenn-sir stove (Lorraine Dublis) on Sept. 16, 2015 (wrong type). On Sept. 29, 2015, the installer - my house with stove, in my kitchen he see I have a downdraft electric stove. He left, to take stove back to warehouse.

Store sale person (Lorraine) nothing else to sell me. She said "the credit is automatic". Today is Nov. 10, 2015, Im still waiting for my refund. My case #3752742. Each phone call to Sears support tells the same, this is terrible service.

I purchased a SAMSUNG 65'' 4K smart TV at Sears Bowling Green Ky. 99 now there is a 65'' class curved smart TV. 99 i should be able to take the one i purchased back and get the one that is curved or give me a price adjustment on the one I purchased .

Would like to have an answer from someone that has the power to do so? My family has purchased a lot of appliances and tools at Sears . 99.

Sears technician came out 9-6-15 and diagnosed a problem with my microwave. another came out with out calling to schedule an appointment, I called and was given another 3 weeks later. on that date I waited until 6 pm and called and was told I was scheduled for the next day , I finally spoke with a supervisor who told me the tech ran late and they rescheduled me for the next day. The next afternoon I was called after lunch and told the tech went home sick. After numerous hang ups I spoke with someone who informed I would be the first appointment five days later. The tech came out I WAS THE FIRST APPOINTMENT but the first technician failed to order the parts.
