Your phone system sucks! It really sucks. Yours is the only game in town and that is why I stay with you. I wish you had competition. I was told it would take 20 to 40 minutes for someone to assist me.

I swear if you were in front of me now I would throw a cup of coffee on you or worse. com account. What does it take to get someone to assist me? I am leaving soon and will return NLT 9:00 PM tonight.

This coronavirus epidemic has devastated our country. People are told to stay home and one thing they can do is watch tv to help take their mind off their problems at least for a few minutes. What has Spectrum done but raise the price on their plans.

I have called twice to ask if there was anything they could do to lower the cost of my plan. I was told I had a special price for 12 months and my new cost is at a discounted price also It went from $147 to $185. I can't afford this.

It may not seem much but if you are on a fixed income it is. Why don't you run these special pricing plans for a longer period of time. What has Spectrum done to help their customers during this epidemic?

I recently went to the lancaster ca spectrum office to return my cable boxes and cancel my cable subscription. The person working there said spectrum will no longer pro rate the bill and will charge me the full month of march.

In my situation and a lot of other people who have been laid off work from this virus epidemic and can no longer afford cable you would think a big company like spectrum would give some leniency with pro rating a refund. I have been trying to report A FAKE email supposedly sent be charter designed to separate me and my personal information and info with charter. I would like to find a number that I could call and talk to a live body so they could prevent much financial hurt and personal anger directed toward charter/Spectrum..

All I have gotten are 'bots" or numbers with answers to preset problems, and this problem which is really your problem, is none of those. Because of the student free internet offer, which I think is great, I would have to wait over 45 minutes, tying up my phone line, trying to speak with an internet tech while trying to do Your company a favor.

Spectrum has actually two divisions that I'm aware of, one is the selling and promotion division, the other is the collection division' While dealing with the promotion division, I was changing from Internet only to both TV and internet and had a very good service representative. While in this process of change, I was reviewing the many different selections, finally made my selection on of about the 12th of Dec. 2019.

Tried to get my services transferred to my new address but could not they took my payment and my services is still not on they said it was a block on my new address from services been connected ai spoke to 6 people and they gave me run around I had to keep explaining over and over again when it should of been noted in the computer they was hanging up putting me on hold for a hour and 20 min.

99 for wifi since my son also does his school homework and assignments online. And they told me since I am a costumer since 2012 they can offer me a lower deal on my wifi. 99 a month for a year.

99 TV because it doesn't have the sport channels I want and now Spectrum is telling me that if I dont take the TV then my wifi will be $70 again! That was not the deal they gave me earlier during the day and they are telling me that this is what is written in the notes?

But that was not what I was offered. 99 due to my sons school homework and discount and also for being a member since 2012. I am just tired that I have to spend hours to try to explain to the agents what I was offered because now what is written does not match what I was told.

I have spend over 3 hours today on the phone 3 times…

Live in Ormond Beach, Florida and have Bright House (good)/Spectrum (bad) since 2006. Since Spectrum took over Bright House the quality of Cable/Internet/Phone service has declined and Customer Service is poor, to say the least. Continuous outages to Internet and home phone service with no explanation as to why.

Unless corrected, will move service to another company. Cable TV also on its way out.

Good Day We were called and offered a lower rate for all our services, we took the offer. We received all new control boxes and I installed them January 31 2020. V. and land line telephone. and many- many- many hours on the telephone to resolve our problems.

We lost our Email address (2) and the telephone number was changed from some-one that had a bad money problem. My respect for Spectrum and dropped to (O) I find it hard to understand how Spectrum thinks they are doing right to the customer.

Spectrum may have lowered my charge, but also lowered my respect for Spectrum. We are older customers and not High Tech. so some of the answers are not understood. I don't now why our land line telephone number needed to be changed.

I switched from Verizon wireless to spectrum in October of last year. 00 per month since. I am still receiving bills for the phone from Verizon and have called Spectrum Wireless on 3 occasions and talked to the following: Lynette, Drew, Jay, Benika, Lou, Brittany, and Kevin.

I have been told that I should have received an e-mail with a digital credit card to use to pay Verizon but I was never told this information when I switched. If I received the e-mail with the card, it was deleted or went to my spam folder.

Worst customer service EVER. If there was ANY other reliable option for internet - I would get rid of them completely!! Not only the extra charges but the service is ALWAY rude and not user friendly. They will do anything to not talk to you.

I have service in three places and have to talk to 3 different people to straighten things out. )? 5 minutes after they leave things are not working again. You fix something online and go to the physical location and they say online doesn’t count with them and make you start all over again. INSANE!!

We Contacted Spectrum to inquire of your Service. As my Husband and I are on a fixed income, we agreed on the amount that we would be billed monthly and also informed the Agent that we wanted our current phone number ported with the installation..

When asked for a confirmation, we were told we would get it emailed to us after we paid the initial cost to get started, which we did. We were given a date for the installation, which worked well for us because we were without phone or internet service. 00 each month.

I have 2 Apple TV devices that I was leasing. I had to move unexpectedly and suddenly to a new address in the same town. I didn’t cancel my service, I simply asked them to transfer my account/ service to the new address.

By my second bill, I had a past due amount of a little over $400. Come to find out, I was being charged for the Apple devices in full. After numerous calls and attempts to correct this problem, I’m told that I must pay for the devices in full as per policy/ disclosures, which is a lie.

No where in the disclosures I received did it state that I’d have to pay in full if I moved. It did say I’d have to pay if I cancelled service, but I didn’t cancel. I asked for a transfer because I moved.

I tried to downgrade my service. Nobody wanted to help me. I was transferred several times then one of the ladies told me they wouldn't help me because it was a strike against the person when they took a downgrade.

It was the worst customer service I've ever had in my whole life. As soon as I get time I will be dropping Spectrum all together and will tell everyone how I was treated! I've been a customer for over 32 yrs.

We are long time Charter customers and are getting sick of you eliminating channels from our package. We purchased a package a few years ago which included the Outdoor Channel, GAC and a few others. Now we find out the Outdoor Channel is eliminated from this pkg.

and if we want it we have to purchase the Sports Pkg. This is getting ridiculous. Since this was in the pkg we purchased and paid for it and were promised it should not have been taken out. This practice is happening all too often and it's getting real annoying for the price we already pay for cable.

Give us our Outdoor Channel back which we had been in our original pkg. With all the competition you should be more customer oriented not annoying long time faithful users.

I moved and have never had spectrum before. A week prior to move I set up to have the tech come and install internet for me. After I spoke to someone I received a confirmation email with the date and time.

In the mean time spectrum kept calling. Me to add on additional services. Well today is the day for the tech and they never showed. I called to see if they were behind schedule and Ann tells me there is no appointment for me.

I have a confirmation email with this info. She tells me she will set up an appt for this Sunday between 2-3 so after I ask her to transfer me to the sales dept because I decided I no longer want the streaming internet app due to the frustration.

At this point in time spectrum service is the worst. I’m supposed to have 100mbps internet speed. I’m paying 170 bucks for tv and internet service and 70% of the time the tv is buffering and 90% of the time my internet is only running at 5 or less mbps.

Next day I’m available to go to the office I’m canceling my service. This is ridiculous.

I waited all evening to watch the major Australian Open Tennis Tournament which was scheduled to come on ESPN2 at 9pm Eastern time. You moved the X Games from ESPN to ESPN2 and put some crap on ESPN. To a tennis fan that’s like taking the super bowl off and not allowing the fans to watch the game.

I am sure you won’t do that because you would lose a lot of customers. Well you lost 1 and I want a refund for my lost evening of tennis. I am pissed.

False advertisement. Contacted spectrum mobile 7 times to change my mobile service to spectrum. Was told next to the last time that the number I gave them for the phone was wrong but it was actually right after it took me sometime to contact my husband.

Then was told that they had been on the phone too long with me and couldn’t help me any longer. Was to initially that I could bring both phones over and could refinance them thru spectrum and that they wold pay everything to Verizon All I had to do was just had to a send them a bill everything would be broken down monthly for payment to spectrum.

Received 1 sem card but not the 2nd one next to last call the sent another card but it was for the same phone. When I called to activate the phones was when I was told that there was no such plan…

Know one you call knows whats going on, they just transfer you and then put you on hold until you hang up. I was on hold 20 min! They changed my plan to reduce my bill, but never did it and I could not contact anyone to fix the problem

I live in NC but am in Florida for a 2 month visit. I've been trying to get Spectrum TV installation for about 4 days. I called spectrum on 1/20 and signed up for cable service. After being on the phone for 20 min.

or so I was told that I could not get cable service because the RV park (tropical gardens, 1120 53rd ave east, bradenton, fl. 34203 941-756-2135 Site #502) didn't have a site #502. I was told to call the property manager and have them go online to the spectrum website and update their info for site 502, which they did.

Then I was told to call back Spectrum and request cable tv installation, which I did on 1:21. After remaining on the line for over 30 minutes, I was transferred to the BULK dept because I was told that my property mgr had a bulk contract.

Let me express my opinion about the joys of dealing with SPECTRUM for business phone lines - DON'T DO IT. These people are not competent. They have, again in my opinion, the worst customer service on the planet. They cannot tell you the problem with your phones, they cannot tell you what they are doing to fix the problem and they are not working on a resolution with any haste. BUT, again my opinion, if you are happy, with "hey we are working on it, go away and leave us alone, we will get back to you."

They are the very best in the world at that.............

We have received a call from this Robo-Caller "Spectrum Business" for at least 15 days, once a day. I have requested three times to have our number removed from their list. Today, 1/24/2020. Jeannette called and when I said that we have received a call from them daily for 15 days and please remove our number from your list.

" and hung up on me! This is rude and unprofessional!! Someone should talk to this person about professionalism. They should know that businesses, who are very busy, don't have time to answer the same and say the same thing 15 times!!

They have been told over and over to take us off their list and around 1130a-1140a every day, we get the same call. Spectrum just lost another customer, I will cancel my cable, my phone and my internet tonight when I get off work!

I disconnected service on 1/2/2020 due to move & property sold & vacant effective immediately. I have received 4 statements in different amounts since and have called additional 3 times to date to resolve. The last rep today was very rude and I asked to speak to supervisor.

She argued with me about letting me speak with supervisor. I reported her to supervisor Mel. The problem still remains unresolved. I am moving to new location 2/1 and was going to possibly keep Charter.

However, after this issue I am not. I will return the equipment for refund but am NOT responsible for 1 month charge when notified and vacant house. After 5 years of being loyal customer - so sad?..

E mail hasn't worked for weeks despite repeated calls to Spectrum where I wasted hours of my time being reassured it had been fixed. Yes. They fix it so it works for about an hour and then it fails yet again.

I will be firing their E mail service soonest.

I moved to a new location , called to transfer my service . Spectrum never cancelled my service at my old residence and charged me for almost 2 months . They won’t credit my account even though i have a lease stating that I moved and talked to them twice .

Every evening around 4:30 our cable has intermittent freezing. It lasts most of the night . It is soooo bad you can’t watch tv, you miss the news, and even though we pay pay our bill every month on time we don’t have cable.

I live one mile north of Mecca center in Cortland Ohio. People on Facebook all have the same problem. Say they have called several times with no resolution to the problem and most are going to get rid of spectrum.

Can you please check this out for us so I don’t have to switch to Hulu or another.

I only have internet with Spectrum and have only had it for two months - have made numerous calls only to be disconnected, put back on hold, spent several hours on the phone in the last two months and getting nowhere. I am being charged for cable tv which I do not not have I ever had with Spectrum - I have Dish network for past two years - now your charging me for a tv which I returned and is in your possession.

I moved to a different location in Seorember and called to have my service transferred . I had to call back in October they had nothing of my transfer in the system . 00 from the old location address because they didn't put proper notes in the system when the customer service rep who I talked to in October told me it would back dated . This is ridiculous.

I called today because i read online Epix was free if you had Spectrum internet. The person i talked to said this was not true. I have been a customer since the 80s. I'm just sick of the prices going up.

It seems we pay more and get less. Ever since TWC changedvto Spectrum all yuo care about is money. Customers don't matter anymore. It's time to look for a different cable provider and thats a shame.

I work from home and part of job requirements I must met is having stable service. I've had service since 2005 and I've paid a considerable amount each month, which i dont mind as long as my service is good.

Here lately I've experienced 3 outages (intermittent outages) within 30 days. It's bad enough when a technician tells me that Spectrum is having issues with people staying on using VPNS. People are employed more and more each day to work from home.

I need to know what is Spectrum doing to improve services.

Good evening, Last December 23 , I was having internet connection problem and I called the customer service. The representative helped me over the phone and he explained that the box that I was using was old and Spectrum will rep[lace it.

I asked if it will cost any more and he said there is no charge on this. I always pay my bill of $62 on the 18 of every month which is the due date from spectrum, but when I got to Spectrum today to make the payment, the bill was on $50.

Several channels experience “freeze-ups” every few minutes... this is freaking annoying as hell when watching shows such as hockey games! You people need to get your act together, I’m old enough to remember analog tv never had such issues (and it was free) fix this issue NOW! And I don’t want to hear that I need to Re-boot the box! The money we pay you, this issue should fixable by you from your facility!

I called and set-up Spectrum on January 13th and explained to the representative that it was important that we have our equipment prior to the 19th as there is a Packers game on and that is very important. The representative told me that we could pick up our equipment in Yuma Arizona and gave me the address of the Spectrum store.

Then the representative told me to call the billing department as they had discounts for people over 55 and for those who paid a year in advance. So, I called the billing department and was told that this wasn't true.

I spoke with two different managers who said they were very sorry that I had received wrong information, but they could not help me. Then, today, my husband went to pick up the equipment and found out there isn't even a store in Yuma.
