To whom it may concern: I am a very dissatisfied customer with Spectrum reference to my bill heist. 00 in one month now in December 2019. I called Spectrum customer call rep. and she tried to explain why my bill jumped so high.
I have been a valuable customer for the past 15 maybe more years. I have a computer I purchased 20 years ago, and the rep explained that I have a internet raise. I feel this complaint might not help my bill in the coming month, but I can express the way I feel about why as a valuable customer my bill should be going up and not being offered a bonus for being a valuable customer.
I know I have the option of continuing this service or seeking other competitors which I will be.
