I wanted to update my internet speed, so I called to request that. The lady gave me one price, said it would cost $9 to ship new equipment to me, or I could pay tech $49 to bring equipment and he would install.
I said to send the equipment to me. She said I had old Time Warner equipment, so TV equipment would need changed too. One week later I hadn't received the equipment so I called again. This lady said i hadn't received my equipment because the first lady never "updated" my account.
She updated my account and said equipment would be here in about 2 days. A day later, some TV's services were off, so we called. They said that our equipment had not been sent, but our old equipment was being deactivated until our new equipment arrived. that would be simpler.
