I called the 1-855-657-7328 phone number spoke a to girl who was very rude from the beginning of the call I have has Spectrum for a couple years and was trying to see why the service i have has jumped prices twice now this year she was rude and pretty much didnt care for the issues I had. i am very upset with the service she provided and will be canceling next month

less than 1 star as a seasonal customer the rates continue to rise and the customer support is less than helpful,

once again our service has gone up one month before seasonal shutdown the CSR says we are on shutdown so she cant adjust the increase of $17.00

we don't go on shut down until Nov 30th

When asked to speak to a supervisor CSR said no one was available id get a call in 24 -48 hours and hung up

Wasted two days off work waiting on there technicians to come. The first day they where supposed to come between 2pm and 3pm. They ended up getting their at 7pm and stayed till 1130pm and only setup half the service.

The other half I would need to setup myself, which where apple device. We where told the apple boxes would record but they don’t. So customer service told us to return to store and get regular dvr and spectrum store would send back to apple.

Of course the store said they wouldn’t that was on us to do. Get home try and setup new dvr it won’t work. Call customer service again to setup another appointment with a tech. Appointment was set for 9am to 10am following Friday.

No complaints about Spectrum Service, but didn't know where else to file this. One of your contractors in Charlotte, NC, was driving recklessly and endangering other drivers including myself. He cut me off in heavy traffic nearly making me hit his van.

Bad advertisement with your name on the side of his van. His license plate number, which I captured on my dash cam, is PJU6877. As quickly as he outdistanced me, I would estimate that he was going 75+ mph in a 55 zone.

Walls Across Texas has been a Spectrum Business customer for some time now. Account #8260141463627554. At least three times for the last two years I have requested the Attn: on our address to be changed to Bob Lynch. The name listed is an employee that passed away over two years ago - so we really would like to get that changed.

A few times (at least three) when I mail the payment I circle, highlight and mark through the wrong name and write in Bob Lynch. Apparently, no body is paying attention. Please make this change as soon as possible.

I just got condescended 4 times by a customer service agent. I asked to have my TV plan removed and keep the Streaming Internet for $74.99. She told me I could not remove the tv plan at all. I would have to pay $150 for the tv and internet.

Every time I tried to tell her I didn't WANT the TV plan and only the internet she explained to me why I had to have it. I finally said.. NO...I only want the Internet plan to which she said..Oh yes, you can have it. Her name was Carey..she refused to give me to a supervisor.

I am LIVID!! I told her when I hung up that she needs retraining and that her condescension to a customer of 30 years was appalling!! If I had another choice I would NOT have Spectrum anything!!

To treat a long-standing customer like this is horrid!! Shame shame shame

I moved from one resident to another. I was never informed of any transfer charges at that time. I have tried to get service at my new location from oct 11 and did not get service untill nov. 5. They sent out technicians three times to hook up service when there was no signal coming from the main line. After three times of trying to get service I finally got a supervisor who was able to help me. In the meantime they call telling me my account is overdue. My payment was due on the 20th I paid it on the 18th.how can I be behind. I have been so inconvinenced by their incompetence I was beginning to think they were running a game on me. I have been a very loyal customer for over twenty years and fell that the service from Spectum was totally unacceptale.

A Spectrum tech was doing work at 19 Kingsbridge Ave, Staten Island, NY He was very rude to my wife. He was blocking my driveway my wife asked him to move and he was rude and obnoxious. He told her when he was done working he would move then he went in his truck and waited for a long time before he left.

I have been trying to get my welcome email from spectrum to set up my emails and my domain. I finally received it after 2 weeks of calling. then the link did not work, and now the user name and password does not work.

I have been on the phone on many occasions with tech support. every time it has to be a ticket to the engineers. it takes 72 hour to receive an email with a new password and of course that does not work either and have to spend more time on the phone with tech support that of course cannot log in, and

I am really frustrated with Spectrum. I have been a customer since the company was called brighthouse and when spectrum bought that, they kept me with just 20 Mbps, charging me the price of $64 dolars for years, without telling me that they had plans of 100mbps for $50.

When I found out that and called them to upgrade my plan to this value and speed they said they can not do that and offered me a plan for $75$ with up to 200Mbps. I am felling bad and cheated by Spectrum that offers much better plans and prices to new customer and just have no respect with old customers that is paying their bills in time for years.

I believe this kind of behaviour just impact their image and hurt our confidence in their integrirty. If they do not fix this mistake I will need to change to AT&T by friends…

I have been a customer with Spectrum for many years and was fairly satisfied until I've tried to disconnect service due to an upcoming move to an unsupported area. It's absolutely ridiculous that you cannot get thru to anyone on the phone to do this.

I've spent hours on hold waiting to talk to a customer service rep. I'm almost to the point where I will just have to move without having service disconnected. This is insane.

Called to remove my landline. Website gave phone # to remove services. I was on the phone for over 25 minutes and then was told that I needed to be transferred to another customer service person. I was then on phone again waiting for over 7 minutes and never was helped.

This is not acceptable and now I am going to cancel my internet as well. I could not even leave a number to get a call back. Your website is of no help at all as most of the things that are important, a phone call is needed.

I added a mobile to my services with Spectrum and received my phone in the mail on 10/30/2019. How ever I did not activate my phone until 2 or 3 days later. I received two email from you, the first one was received on 10/30/29 at 12:46 pm stated I have used 4GB of my data before I even activated it, and the second one was received on 10/30/2019 at 1:44pm asking me to activate my phone.

I kept the email with the date and time received on it. About a week after I activated the phone it started having problems... When I am in the house it drops calls, so I cannot use my phone in the house - the screen slide from the screen I am on to a black screen and

back to the original screen - no matter what I am doing on the phone it freeze random, and I am not connecting to the WIFI at home or anywhere…

I was told that I would not be charged for my cable on my next bill and was because I was a day late I guess in calling and since they don't prorate I now have to pay for a months worth of cable that I didnt even have. I for off the phone feeling like a piece of poop and horrible cause they made me feel so bad.

I called in October to temporarily change my TV service for 7 months. I wished to return to basic cable, removing extra channels. I wanted the extra channels removed starting 10/15/19. I was told that since spectrum does not prorate, I would be charged for the extra services for the rest of the month and was advised to call back 10/30 to change the service.

I WAS NOT OFFERED ANY OTHER OPTION. I just ran across my old bill that was delivered to my FL address as I asked. I called to be sure that it was already paid, and I was. I asked about my next bill. 04 due 11/18.

I have been a customer of Timer Warner /Spectrum Cable for over 20 years. When Spectrum took over TWC I explained to the Spectrum reps that I had been displeased with TWC's escalating cost. I am 73 years old and live on a fixed income so I was considering cancelling services.

But Spectrum signed me up for the gold plan/senior discount package which was initially cheaper than my TWC plan and they assured me my monthly bill would not change. Unfortunately, my Spectrum bill has steadily increased, my attempts to resolve my concerns through customer service has been a dissappointment and I have had numerous problems with Spectrum's equiptment.

I’ve been a customer since March 2008 and have never missed a payment. I bought a BrightHouse house and, therefore, Basic Cable was paid through my HOA to the tune of around $40/month. The HOA contract with Spectrum expired last month.

5 years, Spectrum has billed me the bundled rate for cable (the Select portion), internet and phone. 16. I called Spectrum in mid-September and asked what my new bundled rate would be. I was told that it would “probably” increase by the same rate I had been paying through the HOA… maybe a little more.

I had waited 3 hours to get my Spectrum boxes installed and did not receive one phone call from the installer. Spectrum is full of shit not following thru with there customers. I thought that Time Warner was bad but compared too this company they were an A + company.

This is the worst customer service that I have ever received from any company. Now I have to sit in my house and not watch my television over night. If I had not paid my bill you would have turned my television off.

I cancelled services with Spectrum in Reno, NV on 9/12/19 and returned equipment to the local Reno store located at 5150 Mae Anne, Reno, NV 89523. Was told at that time my account was at a $0 balance by the sales associate at the Spectrum store. Then on 10/30/19 I received a text message from a company name MRS Associates regarding an attempt to collect a debt from Spectrum. After speaking with the MRS they did not have the correct information, it is required by Federal Law that correct information is to be obtain in order to collect a debt.

I have not been able to receive email for 5 days. I keep getting a message stating "cannot connect with email server - contact ISP". I have called 4 times. Once i was redirected to a supervisor - he answered the phone and then hung up.

I called again today 9AM CST and was told "an engineer" would call within an hour. It is now 1440 CST and still no call. As a consultant I need to be able to receive emails and respond to them in a timely manner.

With no email I cannot, and subsequently am losing $ every day. Perhaps you should add this to your ads for reliability and customer service.

I wanted to update my internet speed, so I called to request that. The lady gave me one price, said it would cost $9 to ship new equipment to me, or I could pay tech $49 to bring equipment and he would install.

I said to send the equipment to me. She said I had old Time Warner equipment, so TV equipment would need changed too. One week later I hadn't received the equipment so I called again. This lady said i hadn't received my equipment because the first lady never "updated" my account.

She updated my account and said equipment would be here in about 2 days. A day later, some TV's services were off, so we called. They said that our equipment had not been sent, but our old equipment was being deactivated until our new equipment arrived. that would be simpler.

Offered a promo when I transferred service if I added TV to my current internet. Never received the promo. Spoke with them twice and issue was suppose to be fixed and credited. Third call made today. I'm now being told that a promo was never authorized to me, so I guess the initial call and the 2 subsequent calls never happened. Interesting.

We have Spectrum business in our office. 5 weeks ago a business rep for Spectrum stopped by or office and asked if we worked out of our homes as well as the office. We told him us. He told us we could get the same service as our residential account and he could save us a good deal of money.

He got his tablet out and calculated the new charges. This was a direct lie. Everything is different in the business side and it has been a total disaster. We are canceling the business package on 11/04/19. This has been a very time consuming scam by your business dept.

When I was moving from one home to another and needing to transfer service, I was enticed by Spectrum Business to sign up for a business account at my new address using my pet rescue charity although it was just at my home. I was quoted rates and pricing and packaging over the phone and the agent even sent me an e-mail with these rates in it.

The agent, Rayshawn Washington, represented that the pricing would be less through their business department and I would have much more benefits with them. I canceled service at my old address and when I received my first bill, it had nothing to do with what was quoted.

My issue is this, Your company should offer a sliding scale especially for those on disability. Being the sole provider for my kids at 34 years old and unable to work anymore cause a dumb ass doctor took my mobility and later our home, car and replaced it with much heartache.

My service has been cut off bc for some reason the cost keeps going up . I had all services your company offers . Internet is a Necessity when our kids need it these days to do their homework. Plus, everything is done online anymore and if the cost isn’t affordable for those who are disabled what are their options.

When it hits home to someone in corporate office or to someone close to you, then you might consider making adjustments.

We are located in Wilmington NC and I have been trying to get internet and service for four tvs with Spectrum for 2 weeks now. I have only had one phone call about how my experience was with our hook up.

As I was trying to tell them that they were not able to find a hook up close by in our neighborhood they hung up on me. So I have been trying to call today and nobody can tell me if I AM ABLE TO DO SERVICE WITH SPECTRUM.

Unfortunately there are about 20 houses in this neighborhood that wanted to have Spectrum and now they will not be doing service with you guys.

First, I was charged a bounce fee for a check that did not bounce, I called early am to talk about why my bill was not the same amount that I was told it was going to be, then found out there was a bounce fee. I told representative no way it could have bounced unless someone robbed all the money out of my bank.

I asked if they could credit that amount they told me they would not and could not. I waited until my bank opened spoke with them and they confirmed that my payment was not returned for insufficient fees. I called back to spectrum and they did nothing but argue with me that I was wrong, refused to transfer me to a supervisor, while letting me know there were notes in file and I was already told that the charge was valid.

every month i get calls from spectrum offering services i do not need. the calls are from a couople of different numbers. I know this because each time they call i block the number only to get another call 30 minutes later.

this is my complaint - unwanted calls from my ISP. It says to press 9 to be removed from the caller list only to be called again. when I search the website for complaints, there actually is no place to input. :(

Your billing is out of control. 00 increase for me within the last 6 months, pretty much when Spectrum bought out Time Warner. That being said, I called your customer service dept. to discuss and maybe find a solution to lower my bill.

The worst cable company that I have ever dealt with, I have been having many wifi issues for many many months. I have spoken to customer solutions and asked for a manager several times, each time they said a manger would call me within 48hrs.

I have been a loyal customer since August of 2012. I am tired of getting rate increase after rate increase year after year. I have had they same services. I called every time to find out why I was getting rate increases with no change in services.

Every time, I have been told its because they were making improvements or other carriers were charging more, hence we had to take more of the cost. I have asked about getting my bill down, and have been told every time I could cut services to get the bill down.

I guess you train them well.

October 11,2019 Spectrum technicians came to my home to find out why my phone service and Internet kept going out. They said it was the lines outside. I asked to have my modem and my cable box replaced. The technician only replaced my cable box.

Even after I had huge concerns on how hot my modem was. He informed me that the modem was hot because it was working so hard trying to receive their signal. It never cooled off. Two days later we try to stream a movie and our internet went out 45 minutes into the movie.

On October 25, 2019 I dropped my modem and cable box off at the spectrum store and canceled my service. I was told they don’t prorate the bill anymore. 69. I only had service for 13 days in this billing cycle.

On 09-07-19 I switched my mobile service to Spectrum & requested 2-lines (one for myself, one for my son) & purchased a new phone. Spectrum service was poor at best; calls were being routinely dropped, I was being charged for data even while in my own home (where I have Spectrum internet), was not getting messages timely, and was unable to send photos.

After several phone calls to try to remedy the situation I decided to cancel service & go back to my previous provider (Before 30-days). I cancelled, and requested my telephone be returned. Spectrum Communications is one of the worst Utilities I have ever dealt with. This Company is very expensive, their products are over priced and the Customer Service is HORRIBLE. " I often wait over half an hour to speak with a Customer Service Representative.

Then, when I do reach an agent, I can hardly hear the agent because of poor voice quality. The Agent seems to be in a room with other Agents and you can hear those other agents speaking with other Customers.

I complained about that very issue and my Agent indicated that he was working in a cramped space with numerous other agents who were in close proximity. I wish I could find another Cable Company that is not such a RIPOFF as Spectrum. Spectrum is the WORST.

I have had email issues when charter mail became spectrum mail. So I fwd all my Spectrum email to Gmail. My INBOX currently says 1 unread email, BUT SHOWS NONE My Spam folder now always shows 71 spams , BUT SHOWS NONE Cust support said the system got confused because I have created a folder under Myfolders called Spam. Why was I allowed to create it ???? After deleting it always reappears after Logout / Login.. I've opened a ticket , but was not given any # SPAM IS BIG ISSUE - YOUR SPAM FILTER IS FLAT ASSED BROKEN. I ha e taken a spectrum internet at my residence and I collected equipment and do e self installation. Post installation internet was working for 2 days and then it stopped working. I called customer care , they said we need to send an engineer to look at.

I specified that there should not be any charge because of this visit and we all agreed. Post engineer visit I was charged 49$ for installation charges, where it has nothing to do with installation. The apartment poi nt was not receiving commands properly.

I am quite unsatisfied as I was charged 49$ for no reason. Upon calling billing department they said there is no way to verify whatever u r telling as it's not recorded on my account. Could u please help.

Drove my daughter to the niskayuna ny site to DROP OFF equipment . Well not being familiar with the new procedure we were rudely told to sign in The equipment was damp from keeping the door open during a rainy day.

After signing in we looked at the board we had 7 people ahead of us all doing different things .. how is this customer service??? I just wanted to drop off equipment. Older people walking In to pay their bill and dumbfounded when they are told to go to a kiosk .

They stood there not knowing what to do.. how embarrassing for that customer..!!! So far I have watched two customers walk out . One who waited for their turn to be told they needed to come back .. Time Warner we need you back..
