I received an email saying my bill is past due and that if I don’t pay soon my service will be discontinued.
Meanwhile, I have issued payments every month, on time, from my bank account, exactly as I have done for the years I have had this account, so Spectrum is wrong. I have paid every month. On time. I tried to address this by responding to the email only to be informed the email reply goes nowhere.
Calling is an exercise in futility. High call volume, long wait times. I even decided to just try to pay, even though I have already paid, just to avoid them discontinuing my service DUE TO THEIR OWN ERROR, and the automated service rejected my valid daily use debit card. Terrible.
Would love to cancel my service with them if I could find another provider.
