My service is choppy . My tv will stop and start 25 times a minite maybe more . Very frustrating to say the least. I thought maybe it was just one day but it has continued to do it all the time since I've got service maybe it's my box?

00 . 00 i call and said if i remove phone how much. They replied it would cost more. Because of a promotion and my promo has a year left. So spectrum allures you in and a year later surprise.

Your paying way more a fail to explain nothing. Hmmm. I went to the store to see if there was a way to save. All I got was trying to keep me in this promotion. Its way to much for less channels simple internet phone for which I barely use.

Well until there's another solution to get out of this mess. I'm stuck with it. My complaints is your not the shinning star your commercials make you out to be. So I'll keep it simple.

I normally would not go through the trouble of writing a bad review about a company, but in this case it is totally warranted. If I could give negative Stars I would. I'm sure there is not enough space here to list my various complaints.

Basically, they make me wait several hours for an install, continuously leading me on that that installer was just around the corner. In addition, they were supposed to give me a refund on my old account for equipment that I returned and they never did so, despite various calls.

I've had various other issues with them anime simply are not concern whatsoever about customer satisfaction. They will get the message when we all drop their service.

I was trying to pay my bill online. 27. 27. 68. 27. They told me I was out of luck and next time I would need to call to change the amount because it doesn’t allow you to do it on line.

I don’t understand why it even tells you the amount to avoid service interruption on-line if that’s the case. This is a terrible way to treat your customers. The rep transferred me to someone so I could cancel my service which I did.

I didn’t plan on leaving spectrum but the online payment system caused me issues that I didn’t need right now and the customer service rep said “too bad. Next time you’ll know” All I know is i’m done with Spectrum.

I was a customer with Bright House since 2003, now it name Spectrum. I changed my service to AT&T, after installation, I called to cancel Spectrum Service yesterday afternoon, the customer representative attitude was rube. She threaten me said that Spectrum did not receive my home phone number release request, if I cancel I won't retrieve the same number ever.

I told her I already have AT&T finished the installation, home phone is working, how come that I will lost my home phone number? She asked me on hold for couple minutes, then cancel Spectrum service for me. Later I called back about my billing question, another customer representative attitude was better.

I wanted to terminate my TV cable service but I was told that my bill would not be prorated effective the date that I would terminate. So, I guess your company can raise their rates anytime without providing advanced notification to us the customers but we can't terminate without being penalized.

We are forced to pay for something we didn't know or ask for. I found out yesterday (Oct 24, 2019) that my rates were raised effective Oct 16, 2019 without notification. I have been a customer for this cable system which has been sold out to numerous companies since 1991.

Omg I’m a good customer and the experience I just had totally left me frustrated. Rep Tina refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Tried to cancel my whole service tried to keep selling me other services. Wasn’t listening to anything I asked.

The questions just going over her head. Made me wanna say adios spectrum hello Verizon. Then she actually hung up the phone. Time of that call was btwn 4:35pm 4:52pm date 10-24-19. I called back and got another rep on the phone was transferred to a rep named Hannah who answered all my questions and totally helped me. ( Hannah).

First let me say, my husband and I have been with this internet service for many years! We started with Continental Cable in 1980, at a cost of $12.00 a month, stayed with them as they changed to Charter and now Spectrum. We left at one point when we built a new house and cable was not available. However, we then joined when it came to our new area. Our bill now is around $200.00 a month. We have cable, internet and a land line phone.

We have had so many problems within the last few years with our service. I venture to guess that almost every available technician has been to our home. Today while driving around Louisville, KY, I was cut off by one of your drivers, driving a van with the plate number 370 VSX. As is the norm in that circumstance, I honked at him. The driver pulled over and shouted abuse at me from the side of the road, which I ignored.

Turning and proceeding around the block to go home, the driver followed me home and confronted me as I got out of my car, again cursing me loudly and threatening me. After berating me this second time, he drove off.

My complaint isn't regarding my service( which I do have Charter Spectrum) it's to complain about one of your service techs driving on the hwy. running me (had my child in the car) off the road avoiding letting me merge in evening traffic.

Clearly had my signal on to merge and he would speed up blocking me each time. Do to the area and coming off one of the busiest interstates, I would not want this person being the face of my company with that mentality. Not clear but Lic.

Plate #NE359176 or Van number appears to be #1343381C. I'm sure this will not go beyond this complaint but he should be held accountable for his actions. He could have caused a serious accident

Received a flyer from Spectrum indicating that I could put my Internet on vacation with enough bandwidth to operate my security system. 99. When I called I was told the cost would be $53 plus dollars. A supervisor said he would "educate" me as to why.

99 I receive all previously detailed limited plans "plus" the Internet service. At best the flyer is deceptive advertising. At worst fraud. Very displeased with this practice.

On 10/26 I decided to try Spectrum mobile. I spoke to a salesman. I requested an iPhone 8 plus. I was told by the sales rep that the money would be taken from my card for 2 to 3 business days. Funds were insufficient.

I told him specifically that I needed to wait til Friday. This forced me to transfer money and call to have them resubmit. Because of this I looked at the confirmation briefly and only looked at the dollar amount I was charged.

One Star rating is too high!! Customer service at Spectrum is not professional and very pathetic, sad and horrible. Our complaint deals with a Spectrum representative promising us a rate in June of 2019 and that rate would be fixed with NO added fees of any kind and good for a year.

Four months later we received a higher bill: spoke with four different representatives over a 5 hour period with no regards or resolution. " Sorry" the person in June made a mistake" and basically there is nothing we can do about it.

How's that for customer service and retention. All we asked was that you be fair, and honor what we were told. Shame on you!! Yes, we are but one customer who will be happy to share with family and friends this relentless unfair business practice.

I was contacted by a CSR at Spectrum earlier this afternoon. She told me that I qualified for a 7-day free trial of TV service because I only use WIFI, and this was a deal to "reward me for being a great customer and to show I was valued." I told her many many times that I did not want this trial, but she insisted on setting it up. I again told her no, but she said that I would have to download an app for it to take effect, so to end the call because I was heading back into work, I let her pursue the deal just to end the call since she was being so persistent and honestly quite pushy and rude. We live in a small subdivision of a small town and are more or less captive of Spectrum, We don't produce large revenue but our money spends like any other. We seem to be orphans of the internet age. For the last 6 years or so our Spectrum service has never solved our problems.

Our telephone is totally unreliable. It will cut off during a conversation and not reconnect. It happened this morning while talking to your tech support and no call back. In addition the internet is very erratic, sometimes jumping from one site to another with no action on my part. I am not alone.

I am having rotator cuff surgery tomorrow morning in Orlando Florida tomorrow morning. My wife and myself are cutting our costs on different things. On the morning of 10-21-2019 @ approximately 8:00 am , my wife canceled services through Spectrum .

All Spectrum equipment was delivered back to Spectrum @ Huntclub offices in Altamonte springs Florida. 93 . This is the highest bill from Spectrum that we have received. We have always been a loyal customer paying all of Spectrums bills on time.

Dear Spectrum, Hi! I am emailing you because I do have some issues with your on demand channels. I do like this feature, but only if it would work in the way it is suppose to work. I am not sure if it is the TV network's or your responsibility for placing the programs on demand. On the local channels I had noticed it takes about one week for a one hour program to get placed on demand. Is there some kind of gliche that needs to be straightened out or something? For the other channels I have noticed some programs have specials that do not show up, a limited series only a part of the episodes show up, and for one channel they had an expiration date for the end of this year, but they deleted way ahead of time of some of them.

Was told I could not have my account closed out by having my son who is my authorized user return the equipment. I live 3 states away. I'm not going to fit in for over 1000 bucks to close out an account.

Also they claim he is not an authorized user an he is. They screwed him over when he opened up a new account for wifi only at the newly Newport Rd store on Casper wy. The woman was rude, crude, beligerant an refused to provide good customer service, to my son with me on the phone. 99.

"Contracted" monthly fee keeps increasing every few months. What was originally supposed to be around a $95/month bill has now grown to over $101, in less than one year, with no improvement in services. Lame excuse provided as reason for the initial $5/month increase, along with an assurance that there should be no more.

Talking with customer care representatives is a crap shoot. The standard phone call greeting is "we are currently experiencing higher than normal call volume, and your wait time may be excessive". If the call volume is always "higher than normal" why pretend that it's ever "normal"? If the customers are always forced to wait an excessive amount of time to talk with someone, real customer service is to hire more call center reps to cover the increased volume.

I received an email saying my bill is past due and that if I don’t pay soon my service will be discontinued.

Meanwhile, I have issued payments every month, on time, from my bank account, exactly as I have done for the years I have had this account, so Spectrum is wrong. I have paid every month. On time. I tried to address this by responding to the email only to be informed the email reply goes nowhere.

Calling is an exercise in futility. High call volume, long wait times. I even decided to just try to pay, even though I have already paid, just to avoid them discontinuing my service DUE TO THEIR OWN ERROR, and the automated service rejected my valid daily use debit card. Terrible.

Would love to cancel my service with them if I could find another provider.

I know that this complaint will most likely be placed in the black hole with all the other complaints being filed against Spectrum. I am in the process of getting new cable service at my residence. I am being billed for Spectrum Voice service and being told if I cancel this service my bill will go up. I don't have a home phone and I am being forced to pay for something I don't have.

I sent an e-mail last month regarding this same complaint and have heard nothing. Its no wonder Spectrum is getting bad reviews. You DO NOT care about your customers. I will NEVER refer even my worst enemy to your services.

Video on Demand. Technians do the same thing to fix it. But it is not fixing the problem. They will not listen to me when I tell them that the previous times that the issue with the service was fixed by a reboot of the Spectrum equipment at the service center.

This past Friday, 10:30 am, a technician came to my home to install a modem for my new Spectrum service. I also signed up for your cell phone service. no internet,phone,tv. we spent 2 hrs trying to fix the issue with no success.

I was told dispatch was notified and would be calling me in 90 minutes or less to notify me what time the technician would arrive. Two hours later i called Spectrum as no one had called me. I was assured I would receive a call.

I finally got a call and I was informed i was on the schedule for Monday. I than called Spectrum as the answe i got was unacceptable. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I called again and was told the modem i received was a reconditioned unit that obviously wasnt working properly.

We lost our cable and internet while a technician was repairing the next door neighbor’s cable wires. We informed the tech right away, and he told us it nothing to do with his work. He said he’d come over and check it out before he left. He didn’t.

We called Charter, and they told us they had no techs available for 3 days. I called back to complain and ask for someone to come out sooner, because 2 of us in the house work from home, and rely on the internet.

It made no difference to them. I basically hate Charter. They don’t care because some bullshit agreement doesn’t allow any competition in our area. ”

I ordered NHL Center Ice premium service as I do each year. Spectrum struggles each year to push out this service to my existing account because they cannot figure out the code, signal level, etc. I spoke with many of your representatives who wasted hours of my time.

I have called three times now to port my phone number out. The first time I was given a number to call 844-445-7503. The first thing I heard sounded like someone answering a call, but ended up being a robo voice saying that the mail box is full and cannot accept any messages.

The second time I called I was given a different number but the agent that answered immediately transferred me apparently to the first number I called and I got the same message. The third time I called ( to the second number - 855-455-7503) at 4:50PM PST said that she would check to see if there was anyone in the Port out department.

She returned and said that there was no one there and that they normally left at 7:00pm CST, hmmm. Now put yourself in your customers place and imagine how I might feel about Spectrum…

I have been trying to do an early upgrade on my Spectrum phone and have been given so many different answers, been to two Spectrum mobile store locations have spent over 12 hours at different store locations and over 10 hours with phone customer service and nobody seem to be able to resolve my early upgrade matter.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service I have been given. Everyone passes the buck and blames the other guy on why it can't get resolved. I have been a Time Warner / Spectrum customer for over 25 years and never expected such poor service.

In February of 2019, while calling yet again to try and get my apartment number corrected for Spectrum's snail mail advertising (earlier calls had corrected it for billing purposes), a customer service representative discovered that I had been overpaying my cable for about a year or more.

My condominium association, Merritt Towers, in Merritt Island, Florida, has a bulk agreement with Spectrum and residents pay a special price. I gave this information to the person I called originally to get cable set up at my newly purchased condo. It defaults to 1 star that is the only reason I am rating one star I would give 0 stars if I could. The managers for customer service are less than helpful. I have been a loyal customer for 3 plus years and cancelled my service due to the spikes on my bill I was never offered any promotions and told I did not qualify when I cancelled my cable.

I kept internet but found it for cheaper at a competitor for nearly half the cost. I called to cancel my Internet the day the cycle started over and they stated I would be charged again for another month. I asked to speak to a manager that was less than helpful!

I have an account with this company and let me tell you, their mobile company is trash!!! When I decided to change from my previous company with them I was given false advertisement. 99 per gigabyte, I was told that I would not use any extra data because I would be connected to my house internet and I was under the unlimited plan. 00.

I called and explained to their agents that I was not inform of the sub charge that they would do and I was told that that their agent did inform me of the charges. Spectrum has the WORST customer service department of any cable company I've ever dealt with. It has taken them over a week and a half to come out and turn my cable on (which its still not installed) 3 separate house visits and multiple phone calls sitting on hold and being transferred from one department to another.

They told us originally we needed a new line installed as the previous homeowner had dish. When the tech came out the first time he said they would need to come back for this install and no person would need to be home.

My husband and i both work F/T so we did not arrange for someone to be home for this appt. as we were told we didn't need someone there. Spectrum showed up and saw no one was home and left.

Rate of 0,0,0. What customer service!!! Does not exist. " No surprises, no added fees, surcharges or taxes". Contacted customer services, spoke with four different representatives. Nothing was resolved, "sorry you were misinformed". I only wanted them to honor the new contract from June that was quoted.

I have the documentation and a confirmation number from June, and I did not misunderstand the representative I spoke with. This practice should not be allowed to continue!!! 1 Star is too many! Spectrum is a monopoly and they abuse that power! I put my service on hold one day after my billing date and was charged for a full month. When I called to turn it off they could have told me I had to pay for another month and I would have left it on for that month - instead I am just giving Mr. 'GREEDY' Rutlidge more money in his pocket. I have no choice but to accept their abuse as I work remote and MUST have internet - yet since they have a monopoly there is not even another service for me. This is beyond crooked!!!

BTW - the customer service people did try to help but there hands are tied by Mr. GREEDY!!!

I have had e-mail trouble for years now. Do not receive my e-mail. Can't depend on it. Half the time it does not work. I have talked to Spectrum tech support many times. Is there something that you can do??

Can a technician come and look at it??

It's really frustrating that you have an online interview and your internet keeps going off every 5 minutes. I want answer for this ,what will you do to improve it?
