I closed account 8448 40 009 2016380 on 7/231/2019. All equipment was returned on 8/5/2019. I am now receiving a bill from a collection agency, Sunrise Credit Services,Inc. I have a receipt for the tuned in equipment. I want the credit agency to issue a statement the the account is clear.

I received a call tonight which is October 3rd 2019 at around 7:30 pm and a woman was trying to get me to try out channels and the TV app for the free trial week. I told her that I'd rather just continue with the service that I have currently which is internet and phone.

She then proceeds to try to talk me into doing the trial again. So, I tell her no once more. Then she asks why I don't want to try it. I tell her that I have previously tried the free trial and I called on the 6th day to remove it so I wouldn't be billed and they said they removed it but

WKYC in Cleveland Ohio is sharing that we may lose it due to not reaching an agreement with Spectrum. This is pathetic and for the amount of money we pay for Spectrum, this is inexcusable! Using the customer to gain leverage is a disdainful practice.

Make the deal they make with every other provider or you will lose a good paying customer. WKYC is the best in local news and this will no doubt be costly for Spectrum.

I had a house fire July 8th a result the cable boxes were destroyed. I presented a complete fire department report to Spectrum. After 10 weeks of me making multiple calls I finally got that portion of the bill cleared, however I am still being billed for the entire month of July because of the policy Spectrum adopted in May of "no pro-rating".

I have an excellent paying history with the company and they would not even consider the circumstances and the fact that I could not have used their service for the majority of the month. I am astonished at the total lack of understanding with Spectrum.

I will never use their services again and encourage other patrons to beware of their business practices.

Once again we are seeing the scrolling message regarding WTSP (CBS) and Spectrum's unwillingness to reach agreement with them. Why ? Our monthly service charge is certainly high enough that Spectrum has the financial resources to well afford to reach an agreement.

Since we watch CBS approximately 40% of the time, are we to conclude that we will see a 40% reduction in our cable bill ? Of course not. Spectrum just keeps increased prices while service gets worse and worse. We have long considered "cutting the cord" because of this and other issues we seem to keep having with Spectrum.

Finally, WHY is it so difficult to get a live representative on the phone when a problem doesn't conveniently fit into one of the robotic-offered options ?

On July 18, 2019 I transferred my cable and internet services from my old address to my new address. When I did that it cancelled my online access and I did not receive a bill in the mail until September 22.

This bill was for $432. I knew I had a past due balance but it couldn’t have been that much so I contacted customer service. Since contacting them on September 22, I have gone through 5 different people on multiple occasions looking for answers.

Turns out I was being charged for a “silver” tv package and phone service that I did not order. I should have had basic cable and internet only. So roughly 2 months I was being charged for services I did not order.

In the past week I had gotten 4 unidentified phone calls from number in Silver Creek, New York. They never left a voicemail, so I never knew what the call was in regards to. Today I finally answered to discover it was a Spectrum Customer Service representative trying to offer me a 7-day free trial of a new service.

Well, I shouldn't say offer so much as force on me. At no point during the phone call did she actually ask if I was interested in the free trial. Before I could comment on my disinterest she started asking me questions to confirm my account information, and when I finally did express my disinterest she continued to insist that I should try it anyway.

My bill went from $149 to $187 to $225. I called 3 times to reduce my monthly bill and not until I already had changed my service and called to cancel with Spectrum was I offered a reduced rate similar to new service.

At this point it was too late and I cancelled my Service. I am now billed $225 due to ( I was told at a later date ) I was 4 days into a month to month basis billing. I am not sure why I was not told this prior to cancelling ??

They are just awful. We moved and brought our Spectrum service with us, or so we thought. The actually changed our phone number without telling us and against our express wishes. We were wondering why we could receive calls but couldn't call our home number ourselves.

When I called to get our old number back, I was informed that it was no longer available. On top of that, the customer service agent was short with me. Not satisfactory in any way.

Total service outage days ago. They claim to have sent a rep on Saturday During the one hour window when we were elsewhere trying to watch a football game on a working television elsewhere. The apptmt was was not even to take place until today, Monday — after many calls speaking to robots we get rude individual who says too bad it may be a week now before you have service.

No cable internet or phone in house of two seniors nearly 90 years old. This is not the 1 st 2d or 3d time horrible service experience with spectrum /time warner.

I live at 1504 Stone Dr., Roxboro, NC 27573. I decided to drop Dish Hopper TV and CenturyLink Internet and go with Spectrum that was recommended by my parents, who are new customers. Spectrum scheduled my installation for Tuesday, Sept. 24th 2019. Installer showed up hours late and then could not do the install which was more involved than he could handle. Installation was rescheduled for today, Sept. 30th, between 8 & 9 AM. Around 1PM, I called Spectrum and was told that the installer was double booked and rescheduled for Friday, Oct. 4th.

Every time I need technical support I have to give financial information just to verify my account when I have security code and some can pull up my account with that code and some deny it's even possible and insist on giving my payment information witch I don't feel anyone should access to except billing and authority.

00. Spectrum refund me the payment via a gift card, not via the account payment was made. Shortly after, Spectrum sent me an over payment & then a disconnection. I normally make payment when I am paid, bi-monthly. On Friday September 27, 2019.

I made a payment via my bank account of $200, I provided reference to phone rep & s you supervisor. I told them payment was made & I was calling to give them a heads up, they told me, "service will be interrupted tonight @ mid-night & will remain disconnected until fees hit a/c or I can make another payment now".

I recently chose to add spectrum tv to my already existing internet. I contacted spectrum on best way to proceed. they told me to come to local office and pick a self-install kit, I did this then contacted spectrum about getting a wall connect outlet installed.

I was given an install time of Friday between 1200 am and 100 am. At 130 am I received a call saying they were running behind but should be headed my way soon. At 500 am I had heard nothing so I called tech support and was told it was rescheduled for Saturday between 800 am and 900 am.

It is now 915 am on Saturday and I still haven't heard anything.

I travel to Colombia quite often, (the country). I have been traveling to Colombia for about the past 5 years. During this time, I have always been able to use my email without any problem.

Had this provider for over a year and they decided to charge me an extra $71 after I canceled on time. I called to cancel because they were over charging and I got a better deal. The guy on the phone told me to cancel on the 20th so I wouldn't be charged extra.

I canceled on The 18th and on the 19th the Send out a bill of 130 because they accused me of also having another router or modem I explained the guy came to fix my internet a few months ago and took it and gave me the one I returned on the day I canceled plus they told me I have to pay for the whole months billing as apparently my it was meant to be canceled by the 3rd not the 20th like I was told by the guy.

Applied for a car loan, credit rating down due to a Collection Agency by Spectrum adding a collection to my name on my credit report.. You made a great error in doing this and now my credit report made my car loan at a higher interest rate and a higher monthly payment.

The bill should have been for a Janice HARRIN, Not Janice HARRINGTON. We have complained and all we get is I'm sorry from your company representatives. I feel that your company should credit our account with some credit for our hassle and higher car payment.

Dear Spectrum: I had requested my AT&T phone 310 276-4728 number for address: 9766 Blantyre Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 to be switched over to Spectrum on 5/23/19. I also added internet service. The internet service was installed and billed for.

There were issues and the manager personally called me a few times, but it was all resolved. The sales department took all info and mentioned that the number was valid and they would switch the number over and would also inform AT&T regarding the switch and we would not need to call them. This is since May.

I just saw bills from AT&T for $150 each month we have been paying, that's total of $600. I called Spectrum, and the number had not been "ported over yet", so two days ago, they transferred me to 3rd party prompter.

I spend the winters in Bradenton FL and have Spectrum cable there. I switch to seasonal every year at the end of April then back on the first of October. I called Spectrum at end of April 2019 to switch to seasonal and was told it was done.

When I called Spectrum now (end of September 2019) I was told it was never switched to seasonal. 00 per month for the last five months when I should not have charged. I have auto pay and never noticed the charge in my checking account because it’s listed as Brighthouse not Spectrum.

Spectrum told me I only had 60 days to file a complaint and that sent bills in the mail of which I never received. They told me they saw in account notes that I switched to seasonal every year starting in May and resumes service in October.

I have been very disappointed in Spectrum for a whole year now. Today, 9-26-19, I called to inquire about a Spectrum Voice charge of $9.99 on my bill. The rep told me it was for my home phone, which I DO NOT HAVE A HOME PHONE. She tried to convince me that I added it. I have no idea who's phone number it is, but it is not mine. The rep couldn't assist me in removing the charge and transferred me again. After being on hold for 30 minutes total, I had to hang up. I'm at work. I would like the charge removed immediately and credited for any over payment. For the past year I have had nothing but problems with Spectrum. I will be shopping around for better service.

I have had very good service with Spectrum and have used cable for 22 years (my original company was purchased by Spectrum). I canceled my cable and phone (keeping my internet) on Sept. 7 (which was 11 days into my new billing cycle).

I was EXTREMELY disappointed to find that I am required to pay the entire billing cycle (30 days) for service that I am no longer receiving. When I called in to cancel, I was not told this would be the case and was expecting to receive a credit for the time I was not using the service.

This information is in small print on the April billing and that is the ONLY notification customers received. I don't understand how any company can charge for a service they are not providing.

Tech failed to check for power in box and grounded out a powered amplifier to ground and blew out all the electric and the master board in our stove. Why should I pay my bill in full when you cannot provide me with complete service. TV freezes and you miss many parts of a show, or it just goes black. It's hard to find something to watch since you show the same movies over and over and over and over.

I signed up for Mobile service back in June 2019, service was cancelled and phone was never activated and returned. Later, received text stating I was still getting charged for service and device.
