I was scheduled to have an appointment today to be able to receive a channel I was not getting(ACC Network). This morning when I turned my TV on I was getting nothing. It is now after 5:00PM and I have heard nothing fro Spectrum.

This morning, 09-12-2019 I woke up to may issues with my cable box. I was unable to watch television in my living room due to the cable box displaying numerous different error codes. I walked into my bedroom and I was able to watch cable TV, I turned on my cell phone and I was able to get the cable channels provided on the web app with no issues. I had reset the modem 3 times this morning. I called spectrum and was provided with not a human answering a phone, but the same old digital message after 20 minutes on hold, "there seems to be an issues in the esatern portion of florida, and cable box may be showing error codes, we are working on the problem." Why is it so difficult when I pay over $250.00 per month for cable service to get a huiman to answer the phone…
I ordered cable service thru spectrum. They approved me for service if I pay $215 up front. I pay the $215 and a day after service I get a called stating they are turning off my service because they found previous bill.
They first turned off service and I still just have partial service. When I paid the $215 it was for the month agreement service. You can just cancel my service and have me just waist my $215. I’m a disabled vet I don’t need to waist that.
I want the service I paid for. I tried to make payment arrangements for previous they won’t do it.. it has got to be illegal for spectrum to not give me the service I paid for.
when I am watching the PBS channels and the METV channel it always looks like you have ran it threw the paper shredder. plus the sound is off also. I thought at first it was because of the storms in the area, but it is not bothering any other channels.

Since getting Spectrum service for our cable and a wifi, we have been having ongoing issues connecting to wifi and the guide on our TV not working. We have had three technicians to our address in Killeen, Texas. Although they are able to correct on these visits, more times than not, the problems resurface within a day or two.
My wife called this afternoon (09/11/19) and talked with online customer support representative (Dan), who after hearing my wifes complaints and dissatisfaction, said that if she didn't like it, he could cut our service. This upset my wife and I as well. Very unprofessional.
You guys do not even deserve one star. I am trying to transfer my services and it has been a damn disaster from day one. You get passed around numerous times and no results. My services keep getting cut off and I haven’t even moved yet.

This morning at 9:47 I called 855-892-2072 for information on Spectrum mobile. I talked to a lady about mobile service...mobile service only. I never mentioned adding tv to my account. I repeat...there was never a conversation about adding tv to my account.
At 10:10 this morning I received an email from Spectrum with a Change of Service confirmation. TV had been added to my account. I immediately called and explained what happen. I was told the change would be canceled and charges removed from my account. I’m waiting for an email confirming this.

I came in today to get two cell phones. I left without any. I was informed that I could not get the phones if the bill was not paid. 30 . I don't know that the problem was but the staff took me though a lot.
They could look in the system and see that the bill was paid.

Setting up appointments never goes smoothly - the phone number I give the the agent to call “is put in the notes so that the engineer can notify me the property manager (whom is also on the Acct) when he is on the way”. I double check whenever I have to meet them at a vacant property or vacation rental property that I will be notified. I have to be there to unlock door obviously.

The store on 3rd Avenue & 78th Street has a broken machine making it impossible to pay your bill on your own. ZThey have 2 or 3 people working and a waiting list of 29 people. I came yesterday it was the same thing.

It is so hard to sort out my issues with Spectrum. First I had an issue with my TV. Channel 2 and Channel 4 had no sound after my installation. It took 2 weeks for that to resolve itself on its own. I did have a Spectrum tech out by the name of Dennis, but he blamed my personal equipment on the issue. My Denon receiver was causing it, he said. I went away on vacation and returned to have it working.

We have waited better than 45 days to have our business phone numbers ported to our new location. Today, 9-9-19, the technician came and got the numbers to ring in Okay but when we call out our business name is not displayed on caller ID and the number is wrong.

Spectrum hands down is the worst company that takes advantage of their broad reach and manipulates their customer base with by promising service and then refuses to fulfill orders. I was given a promotional flyer to bundle my service and was told specifically by customer service that my internet rates would be reduced for a year If I bundled the stream service.
At this time my bill has not been reduced, I have added streaming service, and I am only reviving 6 out of the 25 channels I’m paying for. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone trying to explain this situation.

Not even worth 1 star. I hoped to be starting a new account. I've been trying for a week. The first day the address couldn't be found. No one was able to contact me because my phone number was put in wrong. I remember the sales rep getting it wrong on the first call but she fixed it after I corrected her. That was a monday. I called to say no one showed up and was then scheduled for friday. At that time no one mentioned the phone number discrepancies or the fact that they were unable to find my address which I mentioned on the first initial call because it's a new bulid and no one is able to gps it.

Called for problems with slow internet and spectrum app problem. Tech kept having reset app and nothing got solved. Wasted time spent and the money we pay is a ripoff for the service. Nothing gets changed old wires and used equipment nothing gets replaced in the north country.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. We have been loyal customers since 2007. We have been experiencing issues with one of our cable boxes. We can’t get a human on the phone after spending hours waiting on hold.
We finally got someone to help us using the online customer service and they sent a tech to our house. We told him we thought our cable box was bad and requested a new one. He told us it was not our cable box that the signal to the room the box was in was decreasing over time. What? Makes no sense.
Less than a week later the box is again not working and again, we couldn’t get help from a human.
Finally got connected to someone online after waiting for 30 minutes. We requested they mail us a new box and the response was that they only do that for new service. What? I guess…
We were very excited to hear that the "ACCN" channel was going to premier on August 22, 2019. I even called to confirm that we would be receiving it and was assured that it would be in our area and that we have the right package. We were so excited to be receiving the channel, we planned a party with 30 people at our home to watch some ACC football.
August 22 came and went and no ACC channel was there on the guide. When we called to inquire about it we were told to wait 6 hours for a return phone call.
Your representative stated that the ACC channel was only being received in 6 states but that we should receive it within 48 hours. After being informed of that, we kept our party plans in order for the following Saturday.

My brother, who is handicapped is not a Spectrum customer. living in rural Franklin County near Gahanna or Pataskala, Ohio. During a fuel delivery at 8149 Clark State Road the delivery truck knocked down the cable wire which blocked my brothers driveway.
I talked with a Spectrum representative last night that promised the wire would be removed today between 9 and 12. until someone from your company called saying "because he wasn't a customer that they could not service the problem" That left him with only one solution, to have someone cut the wire.

I attempted to cancel my service on 8/12/2019 as I was in the process of moving to a new home. Spectrum does not let you cancel online so I had to call. There were long wait times so it was suggested I leave a phone number to call back at.
I did and received a call. While trying to confirm my account we got disconnected and I did not receive a call back. I called Spectrum again and waited and when trying to confirm my account they could not and said I would have to get my account number.
On 9/6/2019 I was able to call back to cancel my service and expected to be provided a prorated amount as I was not going to receive a full month of service. Spectrum contractors cut back my bushes to free up their lines going to the pole but didn't pick up and take their cuttings which are in a large pile and some cut branches still up in my bushes. Reached someone at Spectrum, they sent out a tech who said unless a line is down not their problem.

Spectrum, Why is it that when the promotional offers expire Spectrum expects loyal customers to pay an additional $40 to $50 every time into the $250 range when new customers get services at $90 a month? When I call the Promotional Sales Department all I get is attitude and what they can not do to assist me instead of offering solutions.

We called in to Tech Support yesterday (Thursday) because our cable TV service was not working. The screen showed an error message “Not Authorized. You must upgrade to view this channel. ” When we were finally able to get past the annoying Robo-answering person/thing, and talk to a real person, we were told that there was a service outage 15 miles away.

I only have two complaints, and not that serious. Number one would be the large monthly bills which change when some unknown special pricing comes due. I added one tier of TV (the lowest), and I did not notice a deal was involved. 00.
The other thing is the constant introductory mailings I receive constantly. If you do this with all of your customers, I am sure our bills reflect this. It makes it appear that you are not very smart about where your money (our money) goes.
18. I was in the process of moving so I had my services disconnected on July 28th. 38 for services thru 07/27/19 -08/29/19. I called Spectrum to ask them why they sent me a bill when I no longer had their services.
I said if anything I would only owe them for one day as my bill was paid in full in July 11th. I know that they bill a month in advance and I paid on time every month. Which my payment in July should have taken me to August.

I received a call from a customer service employee for accounts payable. I accidentally was disconnected. I tried to hit the volume button and hit another button on the phone which disconnected her. She called back accusing me of hanging up on her.

To whom it may concern: I’m a Spectrum customer with an account that includes cable, WiFi and mobile. I added mobile on 8/22 and had an arduous time of getting my phone to work once the SIM card arrived on 8/26.
My cell is my only phone and it took three calls borrowing other people’s phones to get it finally where a call could go through. My last call on 8/26 took until nearly 11pm to get resolved. The following week I received notice that my WiFi and cable premium was increasing. 45 a month.

Trying to get assistance with Spectrum is impossible. I contacted spectrum 8 times about movies on demand and other shows on demand only playing sound but shows a black picture. I was lied to stating that there was no issue when it’s obvious that they have a problem on their end.

Never have I ever experienced such negligence and seeing indifference from any company with which have conducted business, much less one I have had working relationship with for decades. Recently, I received much larger than expected monthly bill.
