Where to even start with this AWFUL UNETHICAL CO. - WORST I HAVE EVER EVER DEALT WITH They get Worse as time goes on - Started with them when they took over TWC which was a very good Co working to seek customer satisfaction !

Spectrum soon jacked up my/our bills by nearly 100$ Bad enough but what they offered for that was Fewer Channels for this HUGE INCREASE IN PRICE !!!!!!! Most recently they have Trashed our Email system which has worked very well for about 15 years !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it will briefly come in and out but not long enough to even capture a news program. never called. My wife called Charter back again this week and rep said her notes did not indicate that the issue for repair had been submitted.

A second technician was sent back to the house and confirmed that the problem was an external one replaced the orange cable line and said it will be reported to supervisor since problem was never addressed the week before. Another guy came yesterday to bury the cable and my wife told him we were still waiting to hear back because the external repair was still pending and he said that the line could still be buried, that it would not affect the repair.

Horrible Customer services. I sign up as new customer for internet and streaming tv. Gone through back and forth between customer service to sales team to Apple TV team to resolve issue about shipping Apple TV. Each department transfer to each other to figure out what is going while I am on hold for 2 hours.

But they did not have any common exchange information. Each department I have to explain what is going on but they have no clue about what is current problem. Still my issue not resolved.

I had a service outage for internet and landline. They said they would send someone out to fix it but never told me there would be a service charge for fixing a problem I didn't cause and which they knew about in advance. Also the serviceman said it would keep happening and suggested I tell the apt owners to let Spectrum put in new wiring as if it was my responsibility.

This is has been the worst transfer nightmare ever.... to the extent that the previous owner’s phone was cut off and she was unable to transfer her service; my service was cut off. Every dept. blames another department. They do not call you call when they say will.

Rude technicians show up as your moving to collect your equipment after you specifically tell the person on the phone you’re taking your equipment with you. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing! No one does their job!!!!! Do yor job!!!!!

App for Roku has been down for sdveral days, with a login issue. Customer service acknowledges that engineering is working on it but can provide no information about when the service is expected to be back up. Of course next month's bill will be delivered in full!

I went into the Fremont Ohio office on Aug. 28, 2019 to extend my bill till next week. The lady I talked to was really rude to me. She did tell me I have 7 days to pay the bill on a promise to pay.

I have no internet or cable. I think I may have to find another cable and internet provider. I have had Comcast in Colorado for 5 years an if I couldn't pay right away the extended my payment. Plus Comcast didn't double charge me for cable. I owed 179.

An now you all charging me 300+. I only payed 150 a month for the fastest internet an over 250 channels for comcast.

I am a Silver Package customer and do not have the new ACC Network. I called Customer Service to ask why and how to get. After a 35 minute wait I spoke to Angel in Customer Service. He was nice but knew nothing and said he had no authority to do anything.

He redirected my call to billing. After another long wait, finally a lady came on and had zero interest in speaking to me. She said to get ACC network I would have to get a new package that would cause me to loose any discounts and cost much more money.

At $141 a month, and 75% of stations no one watches, and I can't watch a station I would enjoy. This is the least professional group of people I have ever dealt with and you claiming to have a four star rating is a joke.

The only reason for a one star is because you do not a a zero. com

My wife and I bought 3 devices. 2 iPhones and an iPad. The phone number was 585 307 6677. Payment was with my card ending 7196 After 5 days they could not activate one of the iPhones. We returned all 3 and were charged a restocking fee on each and given 130 in credit but 260 in other fees the phone they could not activate they claim was damaged.

I went to the new Spectrum office in Apopka today to add a cable box. 1. waited to for minutes with only 1 customer being in the store and 2 clerks working. I was then told they have a sign in kiosk and i had to sign in.

After another 5 minutes, the second clerk helped me. 2. I asked to add an additional cable box to my account. I was told they now have 9 box options. I stated I wanted a basic box that had a coax connection.

The clerk came back with a mid-size box and got the coax cable also. I took the package to my house. Upon opening the box, I discovered that there was no coax connection on the box! 3. I went back to the store and immediately signed in.

Three or more Spectrum trucks have been using my driveway to work out of for 2 days now. I was never asked for permission nor notified of this. One worker got out of his truck and deposited a huge wad from his mouth onto my driveway.

Spoke to someone on the phone about adding TV along with internet which I already had. The sales person said If I didn't want the TV, My Internet would go back to the old price. So when I went in to return the TV box they refused my original price and raised it. So I had to keep both services which didn't make any sense cause someone gave me the wrong information and did not note it in the system. So now I have to pay 13 days extra since I did not get the memo about your prorate being cancelled.

You prorated my service when I added the TV from the beginning plus added a month of cable up front and now that I cancelled Spectrum, you cancelled the prorate without warning and I had to pay for service of an additional 13 days. Which is wrong.

I have had two scheduled appointments to get service fixed at my home and these people have not shown. Your main calling center is UNABLE to solve anything in an expedited manner (which should be done considering my inconvenience).

Last week, I had a scheduled appointment for Friday with a technician supposedly arriving between 5 and 6 pm. I rearranged my entire day to make sure I was available. At 5:15, I receive a call from a representative who informs me that she is very sorry but there is no techician coming to my house as scheduled. I was irate to say the least! After 5 visits to our house and 2 calls to tech support our internet service is still not working. On my 6th call to tech support I became annoyed at the tech, he seemed to ignore when I told we had a blinking online light on the Modem.

He did some testing and informed looks like the problem is with your wireless router. and that is your property . My 7th call to Spectrum they refused to help me and informed told me I'm not an authorized user.

I was never told that in previous calls, I always identified myself as a renter and told them the account is in my landlord's name. On my 7yh call I was transferred 4 times, and one tech who tested the line said I see your Modem's off line but I can't help you.

Sine about the middle of July I have had two tech come out to check my telephone because I can't get a dial tone or call out. This last Saturday this same problem happened again. I called your service center center by cell phone over 7 times and each time your answering system hung up because you can't answer options 1, 2 or 3

Currently have cable. Wanted to add internet. We explained that coax cable would need to be run through attic. At first appointment, tech. was a no show. We were rescheduled and were told that our appt. would be a priority that evening. The tech.

I am addressing the aggressive driving of one of your techs. I was coming up ST 590. your driver in a work van was coming from forest lake rd. He very aggressively pulled onto state road 590 from forest lake trying to beat the oncoming traffic.

I was the one he pulled in front of and I barely missed him. His plate number was FER 152. I watched as he was driving on 590 cutting and driving fast in and out of traffic. [LEFT] Only reason I was able to see his aggressiveness is he got stopped at traffic lights.

I seriously considered calling the PCSO and reporting a civilian complaint. If this is the pressure you put on your drivers to get to their appts then shame on you. If this is just his style of driving and your tolerate it and think its ok then he needs to be removed off the streets.…

Got a call on 8-20-2019, from Billing, Yes I realize I am 25.00 in arrears....Because I just had surgery, a nd wont be home until 8-30-2019, arrangements were made to pay late amount and 2 months ahead for 100.00. I did move Spectrum internet service with me when I came to Fort Worth in 2017, and moved it again when I came to San Antonio on 8/16/2019. This complaint is not against the people that were trying to help me, I know they tried, truly. But something is really messed up there! I need to reset my password and since the merger, the email address in Spectrum is one that I used literally 20 years ago!

I called and did all of this last month, when I went to try and pay my bill, I can't get logged in, I have been on the phone for the past 56 minutes with so many different people trying to figure out what is wrong with my account Now they can't find my saved credit card information to make a payment.

The Apple tv (Box). When I called to cancel tv was told I would have to pay for apple boxes. (2). She read a script that was suppose to be read on choosing the apple. I said I did not hear that from sales person.

I was overcharged for internet installation. My original request was 400 internet +wifi+free phone line. Instead, 200 was installed and Spectrum send me a bill with installation fees. I called many times, talk to installation supervisor. All my requests was ignored by Spectrum. I asked do not charge me a late fees due to all this mess, my request was accepted by representative and today I got notice about internet disconnection. I have a medical clinic. If my computers or phone stop working it could have devastating impact on my patients. I hope that someone in your company can resolve such a simple task as taking out installation fee so I can pay my bill.

Spectrum cable is pathetic. It is the worst of all cable providers. Constant voice interruptions, picture distortions, and picture freezes.

Also, continual problems resulting from excessive unnecessary National Weather Service announcements; one would think with today's technology these announcements could be confined to the specific area effected ... not state wide announcements that are not relevant to me. NEVER had these problems with Time Warner.

Spectrum is definitely not a premier provider. Based on Spectrum's outrages charges for cable service they should be the best not the worst. I think subscribers should be given a refund for the poor service and ongoing TV interruptions we have to endure.

I have received two emails supposedly from charter saying they had a problem with my electronic payment and wanted me to verify my information. I am sure it is a fraud since my payment is showing up in my bank statement as paid.

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I have the plan with phone, tv, and internet. At least one of the services is off almost as much as it's on. I've been without phone and internet for 5 days.

I'm in heart failure and have an emergency ticket to fix this service because there is no cell service in my area and I have no way to contact emergency services. Two days later, they finally sent a service tech out who said, "I don't know what's wrong with it.

I'll have to get someone else out in a utility truck". Haven't seen anyone since, and that's been 3 days ago. $200 per month for this service is a complete joke. I'm definitely going another route for my home services and recommend anyone who will listen DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING SPECTRUM OFFERS.

I got behind because of an unexpected bill. Ever since I have been OVERPAYING my past due amount and all I've received is harassing phone calls, condescending customer reps, and after I have told three different people I get paid the 22nd and

plan on OVERPAYING my past due amount like I always do, they tell me I can turn in my equipment to the nearest spectrum store if I don't want it. I requested to speak with the manager after being hung up on/no one willing to work with me despite my OVERPAYING every single time.

I was told I'll get a call in 72hours. I just paid $150 when my past due amount was $114. I've told several people I plan on paying as soon as I get paid. No one cares. They are just another greedy corporation

In my opinion this has been by far the worst cable service I have ever experienced. Started when Spectrum sent a person to hook up the tv. Came in, plugged in the wires, said i'm done left and nothing worked. Had to call for another person who came out and said that the box he installed was not even working.

In the interim, they hook me up with the gold, silver, and whatever other things they can think of including all the Spanish speaking channels they have even though I don't speak Spanish and no one asked me about them at the total cost of $250.00. Then they told me I needed a apple box. that was sent in the mail. The person who finally got the tv working took the equipment, looked at it and said you don't need this send it back. I called Spectrum on 8/13/19 to discontinue service at my mother's home on 9/15/19. The customer service representative was very nice and setup service to turn off on 9/13/19. I received a call that evening from my sister who was at my mother's house that service had been disconnected.

My sister called Spectrum on 8/13/19 and they said they couldn't do anything and tried to setup a new account for her. She never confirmed that she wanted the account and hung up the phone after waiting for over 5 minutes for someone to verify the account.

It was absolutely no reason to be on the phone for that length of time, when I specifically stated that I was no longer interested in services because I had another service provider. She was also advised that prior to switching to another provider that I attempted to get assistance from Spectrum and was told that I was not eligible for a promotion. It was a waste of time so I insisted on speaking to the supervisor.

I was further disappointed when I was told by the supervisor that I was not eligible for a credit. My billing cycle runs from August 4th - Sept 3rd. I am having to pay for the entire month (3 weeks) for services that I don't need.…

I visited the voice of America store at West Chester Ohio today and your associate Eric was very rude and disrespectful to me. All he was interested in was getting my payment. He did not take the time to explain to me the receipt.

He 100% ignored me and went on to the next customer. I went back to the computer and re-signed in and waited my turn again. At this point he was even more rude. , he just left the store and it’s not his job to keep up with him!

I’m hoping that you could possibly retrain him!!

I am the homeowner of 15521 Cherry Avenue, Flushing, NY 11355. My account with Spectrum is 4464197.

Without my agreement and consent, a person name Christopher Kamali, who is currently and ILLEGALLY using my basement apartment had set up a different account with you. This installation between Spectrum and Christopher Kamali is illegal because #1 it is without my agreement and consent, #2 it caused damages to the exterior wall of my property, also damages caused by drilled-holes to the window pane.

I am in the process of evicting Christopher Kamali, by case #57048/19 with the Civil Court of New York City, I have the court judgment and the eviction date is September 30/2019.

DVR Box stopped working, tried to replace with the same and was told they were out and did not know "if or when could be replaced". Not acceptable. When service started with Spectrum, we received a DVR for taping multiple channels at the same time, now the "only" DVR they have (see previous response from the Clermont FL store) can only record one channel at a time.

The worst customer service attitude, the person I spoke with did not make us feel like a valued customer. WE HAD "GREAT" CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DISH NETWORK, think we will move back. Spectrum should do all they can to supply the same equipment for equipment, not sub-standard and feel that is okay.

As big a company as Spectrum they should be able to supply what they customer needs if not in stock at least be able to order for…
