Your self-checkout has become impossible. Unless you do things exactly correctly, you are interrupted and require assistance, e.g., I had two items, scanned the scanner at checkout and made the mistake of taking a bag and putting my items inside while on the scale. Instead of asking "Did you add items?" the app simply halted the process. I see people all around me needing help. God forbid you attempt to scan a produce wrapper. You need a better app.

Also, audits. We have been doing self-scan for years with no issues, yet we still get audited. Why don't you institute a "Trusted Shopper" so you're audited at most once-a-year.

Worker at the Cropsey Ave. 11224 store stood next to me says really loud, “I know you are going to prick my nerve” over and over again for no reason. I thought it was a customer on his phone with someone else but I look and it had the store uniform.

Kept laughing really loud in a disorderly manner and reappearing trying to intimate customers. Description of worker is a black male in his late 40s or 50s, short stature about 5’4” bold head.

First time seeing this worker in the store.

Why does it always take so long to get the next weeks flyers, you should have them ready to go on Wednesday morning. Most of the other supermarkets have them ready.

I went to Dedham Stop and Shop and I bought a good bagel which was soft and edible. I went to the Stop and Shop in Brookline and all the bagels were hard as a rock and smaller. They must have been a day or more old.

How can you sell inferior baked goods? Even the muffins are so small and $2 which is outrageous.

On Sunday February 12 2023 I went to shopping stop to grab a couple things! I went to the self checked out had a questioner for the woman that was working there by the name of Rita Indian woman. She immediately started hollering at me.

It was very embarrassing because I was the only African American in there some would need to talk to Rita and let her know in America we all get along. I've been going to shop and stop for over 20 years and I don't want to stop going there because of Rita.

Order #i324067708 Driver Dion. I waited for a delivery to my home. I have instructions to call me. the driver not only failed to call if he cannot get in the building. He went to an apartment, did not identify the name of the customer drop the groceries and left.

I was still waiting, noticed that the groceries stated delivered and I never go my order. I order in a large volume and do not expect this poor service. If he cannot take the time to call, or or go the correct apartment, you should not pay him. 00.

Horrible customer service. They were late delivering my order. Then they did not leave my food at my door as instructed. Then when I called customer service first Grace, told me there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor he said there was none.

Every time I go to the Stop and Shop in Greenfield Massachusetts there’s not many registers open. You are relying on the self checkout to much. If I do the self checkout then I want a discount since I’m doing somebody’s job.

Need to have more than 2 registers open. Plus having people bagging the groceries. I was there this morning and there were people working there just walking around when my cashier was bagging the groceries. One person walked by and went to the customer service place were there already was someone there.

Right before noon today, I went to Stop & Shop to recycle some cans and bottles. Some were not taken by the machine so I went to Brenda at Customer Service to see if I could still place them in the white recycling bin to recycle them. I showed her the bottles that were inside my bag and she said yes. When I removed the bag from the counter, she angrily said, "Great! You just dirtied my counter". I decided to go there bk "distance convinience". but it was a total fiasco. I ended up paying over $9 dollars more that I had normally paid shoping elsewhere. convenience is not convenience when a store like this over charge for products.

I called in for a refill of my medicine. I received a text it was ready. When I went to pick it up (it was for a three month supply). They were handing me one bottle but charged for the 3 .

I told them that and they said the one bottle was for ninety days. ( it was a refill so they had that info in their system) They didn’t have the two other bottles so I have to go back.

Makayla THE CAHSIER at store #62 in Malden, MA, refused to bag our groceries stating there wasn’t a bagger there and that I had drawn a “short end of the stick” by being there. I even provided grocery bags I purchased from Stop N Shop and yet she did not bag the groceries.

at 73 years and recently retired from my family owned restaurants, i am very well aware of costs (especially the past few years) that fluctuate literally from day to day. customer service has always been foremost in the hingham, my only complaint is the the quality of the paper bags that are distributed in your stores.

inevitably one or all bags will either tear or the bottom will literally fall out! whether double bagged or not, packed as lightly as possible with the same result in the parking lot, on my front steps or on my kitchen floor !

I went to Stop&Shop at North Haven and picked up water bottles from the counter marked $1.48. When the cashier was charging me $2.39, I pointed out that the rack display showed $1.48. A supervisor was called. The supervisor told me that $1.48 is a different brand and now they have moved this brand into that space. When I pointed out that is not my fault, she was rude and told me they will not do anything. This is a very small amount of money. But the attitude of the supervisor is enough for me to stop shopping at Stop&Shop. The same thing happened at Stop&Shop few months ago, for a larger sum. They did not match that price either, but alt least, the supervisor was not rude.

I've just come from the Greenfield (MA) store (store 45 I believe) and had a very poor experience. I paid for my groceries with a credit card, and then asked the cashier if she could break a 20 for me because I wanted to put some cash into the Salvation Army bucket outside the store door. The cashier said she could not open the cash drawer. I know this is a policy in some places but it's frankly ridiculous because the cash controls that guard against fraud in such cases are, at least, 50 years old. But she said the service desk should be able to do that for me.

I walked over to the service desk, carrying the bag of groceries that I had just paid for. The lady there told me that she couldn't do so either, as a matter of policy ("we're not supposed to do that").

To whom it may concern My name is Nancy Festa, Im 97 years old. I recently vivsited my doctor for yearly check up exam. Upon returning home i since experienced flu like symptoms. i called my doctor and explained my symptoms.

He ordered an antibiotic from the local Stop n Shop pharmacy in Brick NJ 12/2/2022 at 915am to be delivered. My doctor also told me to take a nasal spray to ease the congestion in my chest, but i could not find it in my medicine cabinet.

My son called your pharmacist to ask if the nasal spray could be added to my delivery order. The pharmacist was very rude to my son saying he cannot and will not add an OTC item to the delivery. The pharamacist then told my son if your mother needs it so badly, then we should go to his store and buy it.

My son lives 58 miles away and…

The staff in this store leaves a lot to be desired. At 8:55 I was unable to purchase cold cuts because the deli had a "closed" sign up. I was unable to buy ginger because it would not come up on the scanner in the produce department.

I was using the hand-held device. One person in produce went out of her way to go to all four scanners to no avail She brought it to customer service. The person there did not know how to get the price, then went to a checkout and came back and told me to go to a checker to check out.

That was not my plan, I had time contraints, I was using the scanner. She she couldn't figure it out, I didn't get the giner. Then she couldn't get the scanner back to the check out mode and I told her, I was going to leave the groceries and leave.
