My son stayed at a super8 in Chandler AZ. He stayed for a week then rebooked for a second week online. The manager came to his room the day he renewed and asked why he didn’t leave. He told her he had rebooked the night before and informed the desk clerk.

She became unexpectedly irate and stormed out of his room. My son assumed she was angry with the desk clerk or had sold the room to someone else. Regardless she left and then came back 3 hours later and told him he was smoking in his room, she was keeping his initial deposit and demanded a second 150 deposit in order for him to continue the rest of his stay.

She told him he had 10 min to give her the additional 150 or he had to leave the premises. He told her he had not smoked in his room, showed her there were no ashes, no butts or…

My wife and I stayed at the super 8 located in logansport Indiana on the 26th of August 2022 and something was wrong with the shower because when I got in it it was wobbly and I had fallen down and when we told the front desk about me falling I was told that there was no more room so they cannot move me to throw me and

my wife decided to walk up to the front desk to talk to them instead of them telling us then that there was no more rooms we got a new room but unfortunately that didn't help our situation because I had fallen and hurt my knee but wasn't even offered a discount or not even a apology.

So a photo copy of my front and back of my credit card information was taken. I ask to delete the copy of the back cvc security number which visa strictly not allowed. By law I addressed my consern and was asked that my reservation were canceled.

I had to look else were for a room at 1am in the morning. Very unprofessional Manger Nick did not care I travels 12 hours and my 4yr dauther with me.

I stayed at super 8 from 6/26/22 to 8/13/22. They were by law supposed to put my tax money back on my card, I requested they do exactly that. They wrote down my info said they had to give it to book keeping.

I called back a couple days later an they tell me that they dont refund tax. By law they are supposed to. Thanks.

Worst hotel ive ever tried to stay at. My mother dies and i reserved multiple room online for out of state family to stay in. Manager called and confirmed and i explained the situation and she said it was fine.

My family arrives and we go to check in and because 1 or us lives within 50 miles of the hotel they refused to let us stay there. No other rooms available in town so now i literally have family leaving town and not attending the funeral service because of the way mangement operates this hotel

Stayed in Ketchikan Alaska Super 8 night of August 11, 2022. This was the worst hotel service I’ve had in 25 years of travel. Upon arrival in Ketchikan I requested by phone the shuttle from AK Ferry to hotel and was angrily yelled at and berated for calling twice.

(It was windy and in couldn’t hear him, so I had to call twice). He never sent shuttle, so I had to take a taxi, although a free shuttle is advertised. 5 hours at front desk, with roughly 12 other individuals from 5:30- 7:00pm, as they did not have any rooms clean.

Desk attendant incorrectly told me my credit card was declined, and tried to bully me to leave another card. I refused and then the card then “suddenly worked”. He raised his voice and yelled at myself and other customers repeatedly for asking any questions .

I am beyond livid that my bank account was charged without my authorization upon my check in. I was told my room was completely paid for on arrival as I booked and paid for it through priceline. I was asked for a card at check in for a required 25$ deposit only .

Checking my account I realized they charged me 27$ for deposit, 492 for my room plus priceline charged me the agreed amount of 414 . Upon speaking with the manager he made it seem like this was normal practice. Charging someone without authorization is not ok .

I am still waiting for my refund he said it could take 2-3 days unacceptable. I will not stay here again. Three Rivers MI

The room was filthy we had to call the people in to re-clean the whole bathroom there was urine all over the toilet seat and floor the carpets were filthy you didn’t even want to put your feet on them the filth was disgusting. The people who work there had their children running around on all the floors.

called to let management know that i would return to get my deposit back was instructed yo bring myself and i d. was never told that deposit had to be picked up on that day. never was told that if i didn't come that day that i would no longer be able to get my deposit.

Wyndham A long story but I feel we were wronged by Wyndham and their procedures. We made reservations on July 28th morning through Wyndham reservations phone for July 29th through August 1st at the Super 8 by Wyndham Lacey Olympia area.

We arrived after a 7 hour drive at 9 pm. Was told at that time didn’t I read the sign on the door that said no rooms available. I said I had reservations and was told to bad, 1st come 1st served, reservations didn’t mean anything.

I stayed in Ashland Wi this weekend the room was in my boyfriend name. We were driving to this location when we called to make a reservation. 00 for 2 nights. We asked if we needed anymore money when we arrived we were told no.

We checked in late because we drove 5 hours to get there. When we checked in we did not have anything to sign they just gave us our room key. The next day his card was declined at a gas station.

I made a reservation to stay at your location of 1550 South Gilbert Road, in Mesa, AZ for tonight. Unfortunately, my sister, her husband, and my niece showed up on my doorstep unannounced, and I had to cancel the reservation.

It is impossible to get through to the hotel directly. When I dial the number, the choice for the desk is "2," when I press 2 I am instantly disconnected. The only way to get any response at all is to hit "1," which is to make a reservation, and they can patch me through. I called and was told that I was out of luck, I was stuck for the entire payment.

Is this customer service? I did not ask for my relatives to show up unannounced. I looked forward to my night there but it could not be.

There is mold in my room. I have had to change rooms twice because of mold on the walls, ceiling. And the room I am in there is mold on the walls, ceiling, beds, and the pillows smell moldy. There is no exhaust system for the bathroom.

When I told the front desk, he told me to open up the door. The humidity in Georgia is very high in the summer.

Reservation were made thru the Expedia bundle for my trip on 7/11-13 to stay at the above hotel. On website the hotel looks clean and great. Upon arriving to check, their were homeless people in the front of hotel. This made me uneasy.

My husband reserved an room for out of state tech worker with his credit card. When he picked up the tech worker at the airport he gave him the information for the reserved room that was in my husband's name.

The front desk attendant Ashley that works the late night shift in Danville , VA is drunk or high every night and has several different men who look like drug dealers come in and out of the employee office. I witnessed one gentle man enter the restroom with her. She was very loud.

On 7/10/2022 I visited the Super 8 location at 4600 east Morgan avenue in Evansville, Indiana around 10 pm looking for a room for the night. A program reserved a hotel for me and when I went up there I recognized the lady as someone my ex cheated on me with and she harassed e over the phone and tried to run me n him off the road at one point. When we got checked into our room on July 2nd there was some liquid all over the mirrors the fridge and microwave had not been cleaned in I don’t know how long the floor had not been swept, we requested a room change which they moved us to a smaller room that was way worse. This Super 8 hotel in Concordia Kansas is being run into the ground. The Hotel is old and outdated. We experienced stains on the sheets, holes in the blankets, the room is not properly cleaned. There are water stains on the bathroom ceiling.

The security entrance does not require a room key to enter the building. I am very disappointed with Super 8 for allowing this hotel local management to operate in this manor. I am originally from Concordia Ks and I am embarrassed for the community!

Hello, my name is Kristen Dunlap, My husband and I booked a room at your motel for the weekend in Fredericksburg. This morning the cleaning ladies knocked on two separate occasions but we were still using the room and we let them know and so we didn’t leave till about twenty minutes after the second knock.

Upon leaving the room for the day it was a bit before noon, I saw the cleaning cart a few doors down and we locked our doors and left. I was not given a ( do not disturb sign ) when we checked in.

Systems went down around the time I tried to check in. Told me to wait outside, which looked sketchy and unsafe at night. ) I couldn't cancel it with his help, so I had to cancel the reservation online. But I got charged. 00 dollars.

Hopefully I can get a refund. The tech being down is not his fault, but if I can't even check-in or sit safely inside to at least wait till systems are running I want a refund obviously. I felt very unsafe.

I usually don't write reviews, but I decided to write it to warn people about this despicable hotel and its staff. If I could give the hotel minus 5, I would. Please, Please avoid this gross hotel. I booked three nights but only stayed two.

Starting with the room, it smelled horrible, like they have not cleaned it in years.

Also, the bed's sheets had holes and stains, which looked like body fluids, and the covers were ripped n old. This hotel really doesn't care about their customers or keeping things updated and clean. Worst than a hustle. The bathroom was disgusting, there was mold all over, and the floors had dirty spots everywhere and pubs.

It was the worst place ever, smoke detector hanging out not functioning, phone didn't work, it was like pulling teeth to get fresh towels and washcloths daily, then curtains didn't close well, woke up 3 am to find some weirdo watching 4 woman sleep, key cards didn't work half the time. but the absolute worst.

Where Bed Bugs, they really tore one of the girls up in our party. Now having 4 women share a room , you should make sure they have plenty of toilet paper. The bathroom room was so small you could shower sitting on the commode.

The web site says coplamentry breakfast and well there was only stale funny buns orange juice minus the orange and the house keeping took half our dirty towels and left the other half on our counter yukk when we called the front office was so rude we use to stay here year's ago and now we remember why we no loner do. I have visited the pevely super 8 hotel and people Missouri. ge refuses to take any action. And I have a video of an employee that was high on drugs on the job while making breakfast dozing out and getting hair in the gravy.

Also shaiq let's employees stay in rooms for free and in rooms with other addicts knowingly. He refuses to correct the wrongdoing and behavior. He lies and cover for drug trafficking and say the cameras don't work. He knows very well what's going on.

I stayed May 7th, 2022 in Billing Montana at Super 8. The motel sink and tub were stopped up and there was mold in the room. When I complained to the desk clerk she told me maintenance would come down later.

I had taken pictures to show her the room since no one came to look. She then told me she was sorry and the manager Steve would be calling me on May 9th, because he was not there at the time.

I have not received such a call at this time. For the amount that was charged for the night in that room, I should not have been exposed to this amount of uncleanliness. I had to take Benadryl due to m y being allergic to mold.

When my husband and I were stablish in #14 room suddenly about 8:50 PM the manager decided to move us to the #12. My husband was already in bed watching TV and I was ready for a shower. We were unhappy but we moved.

The room was filthy, carpets and chairs full of spots and stains, tv didn't work! When I complained the manager invited to leave the hotel and give us our money. I didn't accepted. He send another chair and vacuum the room.

Next day the housekeeper clean the room as best as she could. Today he called the police pretending that we didn't want to paid for today's day just because they didn't charge the 3th day during the reservation

The front desk need a 100 deposit. I was told I'm the only one who can pick up the deposit when check out. The front desk made it very clear I'm the ONLY ONE who can pick up my deposit.

They give it to who ever they want. I want my 100 . Not my problem they gave it to someone else. Super 8 guaranteed me that I was the only one who can pick up deposit . I don't understand why they think it's okay to give my 100 dollar deposit to anyone but me.

They were really rude . I was following the rules it's super 8 who did not follow there policies.

After staying at this establishment for 2 months and spending $3,500 on my last day while not there an employee Rico entered my room before checkout time and removed some of my belongings several items were not returned to me. she felt she needed to charge us $130 a day to get back the money she lost from the 3rd party rate! She is the worst person you could put at the front desk! She even smokes outside the front door but yet its a non smoking hotel!

I stayed at the super 8 in wheat ridge Colorado for 1-2 weeks. I checked out on 4/15/2022 my friend that is staying there cleared it with the front desk for me to stay in their room for a short period of time until next and then I would get my own room.

Lupe the head housekeeper said no the next day. Last time I checked head housekeeper doesn't make those decisions. It should be management or the front desk employees. I was a GM of a hotel. So it's odd to me that a housekeeper is allowed to treat people with such disrespect.

She even very unkind to me. My room was fully paid before I checked out and I did not damage anything whatsoever in room 235. Her type of behavior will lose that hotel business. I think that she needs to be repramanded or terminated for her lack of good customer…

Hello, my fiance and I have been staying at your motel on 58th and Broadway in Denver, Colorado. There is a employee that works for you in the front office. Two days ago I could hear yelling and cussing going on outside.

I can hear this employee cussing and arguing with a contractor that was remodeling one of your rooms. Yesterday I was peacefully replacing the front seats in my Infiniti and he walked up and asked what I was doing. I explained I was replacing my front seats.

He told me I cant be working on my car in the parking lot and to make sure I clean up my mess. I apologized and was already being clean leaving no mess. Today I was adding antifreeze to my car when he walked up and said I was leaking oil and messing up the lot.
