The first room had dirty sheets that had not been changes, room not clean. Expecting a monetary discount at this point we were moved again. Room again had not been vacuumed. Candy wrappers and change found on floor in areas that should have been vacuumed.

Sink would plot up if water were ran for more than a few seconds. No screen in window so could not get fresh air. Towels and wash clothes were stained to a point they shpuld have been removed. And they had holes in them.

00 I put out to stay in a dive.

Bedbugs, took my deposit because the form said 1 person. (I did not fill it out) and I had my gal with me ( traveling) he called me a liar and said he would not give me my deposit back.

Told me to f off----- he really said that!!?! Noise level bad. Worst experience ever in a Wyndham. You took my 100 dollar deposit. I will give you 100 dollars Worth of truth. Do not stay here, ever

I tried to schedule a reservation for Aug 1 at the Hattiesburg Ms Super 8 South this afternoon and after a struggle trying to work with the young lady, who was very difficult to understand, did get my stay scheduled. She asked me questions I have never been asked before, such as my AARP no, etc She did read the reservation back to me and everything did sound correct.

I was so frustrated with the experience I decided to stay at another motel. Shortly after scheduling I called to cancel my reservation and was told by the gentleman who answered that he as too busy to help me and to call back later.

I booked a room at super 8 for my granddaughters birthday yesterday so we could go to sleeping bear sand dunes we all awoke yesterday to bite all over our bodies we have bed bug bites I had to go to meijers and get benydral I am covered from head to toe I asked if I could have see the room and told I couldn't .

The yellow chair in the room was full of them and I sat in that chair this made my granddaughters 5 th birthday miserable . a good one . Instead on our way home today we had to make several stops due to itching alot we didn't come like this please respond as soon as possible .

I am not recommending your hotel to anyone very disappointed.

When I booked this super 8 hotel on Manistee I was not offered to look at the room which I asked about before I paid for it I always look at my rooms before I pay for it the price that I was suppose to pay was not honored . I did ask for a cancellation but was told no there are several other hotels better than yours.

All I ask is for a partial refund it is the least you can do for the inconvience. Nobody got any rest both night of my stay we were itching do bad. I request a answer soon I am not trying to be greedy just be fair I live on social security disability and this was suppose to be a birthday trip for my granddaughter which turned out poor.

I truly can’t even give the place not even 1 star!! It was absolutely horrible!! I would never recommend it to anyone!! The first day we got there they gave us a room that was never even cleaned !! And the second room they gave us was so absolutely disgusting!!

Yes hello we just try to check in on if your sites (show low Arizona) we called a head early on July the 3 we was told it be only for 220 .we just got to the motel and said there taken 500 dollar s more and we said wait no can't afford that you guys told us earlier it's only 220. The first room was nasty. I cleaned the bathroom and after I finished I turned down the bed and there was dirt and what appeared to be dead skin from someone. They gave me another room that was equally dirty.

I had to change the sheets and clear the bathroom like if I was the maid. The Days Inn was worst and they would not refund my money. I ended up paying for two motels and both were nasty and dirty.

One minute there was a non-smoking room available- the next minute there wasn't, so I was stuck with a smoking room. The room stunk. The ventilation was terrible- the bathtub was dirty- the bathtub faucet was hard to turn off and the water pressure was awful.

We are staying at the Super 8 by Wyndham in Fort Smith Arkansas this is absolutely the worst Super 8 Motel I have ever seen it is starting the bathroom has dog food on the floor there was also dead spiders the towels on the rack with 30 we had a double room with for the staying in it there is one set of towels the parking lot is atrocious we booked over a week ago and they still could not get two rooms next to each other we're with the American Legion Riders through traveling with the nation of Patriots this is totally unacceptable the area is looks like it's drug-infested this is unacceptable for any American Legion honestly should be refunded for money we stayed at the one in Joplin last night it wasn't great but

Staying at riveria beach florida from the 28th until tomorrow and I just think its extremely unprofessional to not inform your guests that there would be no access to the pool and no continental breakfast....I work really hard for my money and those 2 things definitely wouldve changed where I stayed....im very disappointed...especially with my mom in the hospital it wouldve been nice to know that before I spent my money

While my family and I had a three night stay on april26th through the 29th my car was broken into. Dispite the heavy presence of security and being parked in the closest parking spot to the main entrance. 00 dollars plus my bank card/credit card. 00 dollar deposit.

Naturally I cancelled the card. When it came time to check out I was unable to recover my deposit. M said not to worry I would get my money back, i gave the hotel my new card number to get it back and still nothing.

Its now WEDNESDAY MAY12TH and I'm still waiting. The GM said he was going to give all the info to corporate and that they would have to issue me back my deposit, but that's been a week now and nothing's changed still dont have it back.

I made reservations online to stay April 10-11, 2021 for a king size room. Upon arrival I was informed that there were no king size rooms available. The only thing available was a room with 2 beds, which I believed they were offering as a courtesy in place of the king size room.

They DID NOT inform me that it was going to cost an additional $30, which they charged to my credit card. I would have cancelled the reservation & gone elsewhere if I had known it was going to cost more.

I called the Amarillo West Super 8 & they refused to refund the $30. I feel I should get that $30 back on my credit card. Please refund my $30.

TRIED to stay at the Super 8 in Biloxi, MS, for one night Saturday, April 10, 2021. Guests lodging in rooms near ours (our room was 195), began arguing outside on the sidewalk and parking lot. After approx 1 1/2 hours, my husband and I decided to leave.

The arguing and fighting was still going on. I went to the front desk (11:45pm) and told the clerk I wanted to check that we felt unsafe at their motel. He was only concerned as to whether we had "used" the room- we had.

The clerk tried to blow me off and said he would move us or go talk to the party causing the disturbance. I told him again that I felt unsafe there. He said he could not refund and I told him if his company was honorable he would refund, but he needed to do what he thought was right.

The guy running the hotel John was rude vile and completely unprofessional. when he told the housekeeper she was to leave he was calling the cops. As he walked by me he said the same thing to me. I followed him asked him why he started cussing me and my whole family saying none of them could ever come there I asked him again why?

He just got louder and louder I requested my money back ha said ok but even as I said thank you John he continued to cuss me. And the housekeeper. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel I've stayed at.

And I stay probably 200 nights a year at hotels. But will never deal with wyndham hotels again if that's the type of people you hire.

I booked two rooms. Thru Priceline the rooms were gross some else clothes behind the tv and dirty clothes in the bathroom. Pee stains on the chair and the drawers had food or something in them asked for a different room I got in the other room which had cockroaches on the walls.

We left at this time. I want a refund and the manager is refusing me my refund. I always stay at super 8 but now I'm thinking different if something isn't done . You would not let your family stay in these rooms either.

Completely horrible, filthy floors that turned our feet black, warm air instead of cold air, roaches of all kinds popping out of everywhere, horrible pillows, a broken metal frame to a tissue dispenser that fell on my foot after trying to grab a tissue, dirty sheets, rewards member check out denial. Spent $250 for one night and feel like my money was stolen.

Demanding full refund. Super8 is not worthy of calling itself a professional hotel establishment. It was unsafe, full of transients, police present to remove trespasser. Attempt to check in, desk clerk rude, unprofessional, hostile. Place was filthy inside and out. 2nd attempt to check in after 2pm, no staff present at desk or in sight. Stayed Super 8 Danville KY Aug 8. Confirmation #64567EC015935. You should be ashamed to have your name on this place, What a nightmare. Desk clerk was outside the front door smoking, had to walk around her to get to the lobby.

Had a great experience at the Super 8 in Iron Mountain MI Hotel was in above average condition, clean, front desk people went way above service anticipated. Would give this property a raving 5 star. Date of reservation for this property was 10/04/19 confirmation #86316EC006816.

The experience in Iron Mountain was great so we decided to try another Super 8. in James Town ND. What a difference in properties. Entering the lobby the smell of cigarette smoke was heavy, the hotel was very dirty The person checking us in made us feel as though she was being disturbed, Her customer skills were terrible. being late I did not need the problem of finding another hotel. Global pandemic, many months out from due date all travel cancelled, and Super 8 has kept ALL our money for providing NO service. We are in our seventies and have had several trips to the US and have never had a problem with Super 8 until 2017 when the service had deteriorated markedly.

No maintenance, miserable excuse for breakfast, and employees babbling continually in their own language and often ignoring customers. It is unconscionable in these times to treat people this way. I do know one thing; it won't happen again! Greg. Sneddon. s. do you really CARE?

My father made a reservation for us after a Tornado in Nashville. We stayed there for about 5 days. I asked housekeeping to come on the third day. When I arrived back to my room , I was highly disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY NO Cleaning had been done. Fresh towels were in the room, but that was it. The bed was not made, tub was not cleaned, cabinet was not wiped, no vacuum had been run. I called the front desk and I was told by the associate who answered the phone that she was new and was not sure what housekeeping was supposed to do.

Later, when I came back to the room I stopped at the front desk and advised the current person of my disappointment and he told me he was not housekeeping and there was nothing he could do. He did let me know he would pass my message along.

While waiting for my company to call and pay for my room charges, the manager—Robin Cole—locked me out of my room while I was walking my dog. Inside my room were my personal belongings, including my purse, wallet, medications that I needed along with my dogs food and water.

I had told Robin they would be contacting the hotel with payment prior to this. She is very rude and obnoxious and has no right being in a management position. My medications alone could have severe consequences on my health, not to mention all the rest.

Dirty. Untrained employees at front desk. Seems to be a full time housing lodge for some and their pets. I was charged more than what my email confirmation stated. front desk clerk had no clue. Refrigerator did not work properly.

On September 19 2019 we stayed at Super 8 at 6519 Ringgold Rd in Chattanooga Tn We had reservations for at least 2 nights. During the first few hours I broke out in a horrible rash. We went to the front desk and informed the Clerk what was going on.

She then called the manager up and they moved us to another room. Through the night I got extremely worse. At 1:30 in the morning I am in the emergency room with a sever allergic reaction. I had huge bumps swelling, my eye was swollen shut, I was needless to say miserable.

I had to stay for over 4 hours to be monitored and was given high doses of medicine. The doctor suggested I not return to that room and being from out of town and it being 4 o'clock in the morning so we gathered our things and went home.

When I first check in and went to my room there was a problem with opening the door, the key would not work. Went to get someone at front desk. I come back from getting something to eat around 12am and again had to go get someone to open door.

The gentleman at the desk was irritated that he had to come and open the door. I travel a distance and believe the inconvience of having to have someone come twice for the same problem should have been rectified. We reserved a room at Super 8 in Butler, Pa The hotel was filthy! The whole place smelled like old cigarette buts! There were literally buts in the hallways. The tables and lines were not clean. There was a used washcloth in the bathtub. The refrigerator was dirty.

Old recliner in the room. This is very unsanitary. We were there an hr. just long enough to call Wyndham customer service to see if they could be of any assistance. They were not helpful at all! I was transferred multiple times between customer service and Wyndham rewards.

The hotel is run down and dirty. Cheerios on bathroom floor, told front desk person and he did nothing but make a note. Mold in refrigerator. Conduit for air conditioner held up with masking tape. Air conditioner did not work.

When checking out (early) we were charged $638 for a one night stay. When I asked to have charges revered the clerk said he couldn’t do it would have to wait for manager. We waited an hour for her to arrive.

She contacted the banks to reverse charges, we are still waiting for funds. Due to their incompetence, we were not able to get breakfast and almost missed my husband’s appointment at Mayo. They should have refunded us all money. I would rather sleep in my truck than in the filth of this hotel.

I am so upset with the way they are doing business they canceled my hotel reservations 4 hour away from making it to Las Vegas Nevada told them I had cash because my company was paying for the room

My travelling companion and I stayed at the Super8 in Abilene Texas on Friday 14 June 2019. Booking confirmation # 058-114124.

We had registered our complaint with the receptionist and were told that the Manager Raj would handle. I have spoken a number of times on the phone to the motel and sent emails but have so far received no further advice re our complaint.

We stayed at the supper 8 in great falls mt and daily there was no toilitries, towels , and in 6 days our room was not vacumed or cleaned we had to ask to have our bedding changed and our door was left open all day .. There were fist fights in the hall way and the manager didn't seem suprised anytime we asked for something or made a complante .

the washer and dryer are out of order and the one that does work costs 10 dollars to dry your cloths .. Hands down worest stay we have ever had .
