I opened a contract with T-Mobile in April of 2020. I selected a plan for 18 months for the iPhone 11 with the option to pay one lump sum at the end of 18 months or six payments after the 18 months.

It is now 22 months into the contract and I called to make sure that after the six payment installments I would own the phone. T-Mobile representative informed me that since I did not call at the end of the 18 months, I would not be able to purchase the phone and also I would have to pay another 9 months on the phone starting that day.

I never received any email or text that stated I had to call at 18 months to be enrolled into the six month payment option. It is ridiculous to have someone paying for an iPhone 11 for 31 months just to own it.

I took over a family account. All I did was a change of responsibility. Turns out they been charging my own grandma still for the last couple of months and me.

Also the rep said the first charge was due to her final bill even though I was charged as well. They basically double dipped from us because it's all the same lines! Nothing changed but me taking over payments! Screw t mobile.

15 years of being loyal and this is what we get. Fuck them, I really only stayed for the military discount but no more. Taking our business elsewhere.

Fraudulent billing, false advertisement, failing to live up to their own contract. Are interfering with this complaint as is the second attempt to post a complaint.

First one, my internet was interrupted. Lured me in with false advertisement to transfer for free from boost to tmobile. Free phone and particular required payment plan. Have recvd their monthly payments on time(early) but keep shutting my service off randomly and demanding hundreds of dollars to restore service.

This is not what I signed up for. They are creating billing issues for greed $$ and demanding 100s of dollars for no reason. 5 month customer with 1st 2 months only home internet hot spot. I have been having a billing issue since October 2021. My account was charged the warranty exchange fees for devices I NEVER RECEIVED. I still have the same phones that I purchased in July. I have called almost everyday. I have transferred and given ticket number after ticket number and no one has done anything about my problem.

i was told that the ' Research" department was looking into finding the lost devices and never found them. My bill is now over 2400. 00 because no one has done anything and I refuse to pay for something I don't have.

This has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. 5 months I have been waiting for entouch wireless to assist me whose mobile provider is T_Mobil because I keep getting told, T-Mobile has not provisioned me on the account..

I have not been able to do any international calling to Canada, I have called every day three and four times to try to get an answer. All I get told is that the back end technical department hasn't gotten back to us yet so we don't know what's going on..

in the meantime my mother is not well I haven't been able to call her I'm supposed to be able to call with this plan this has been the absolute worst experience in my life and I do not recommend this company. Often the tech just hangs up because they don't have the answer so they just hang up on me…

TMobile lied to me about a an offer just to get me to sign with them when I was about to leave Sprint. I have now been trying for weeks chatting and explaining everything over and over, each time different rep/different supervisor and I literally spent hours trying to get what they offered me.

None of the supervisors followed up as promised, my case was forwarded to someone who would be able to actually honor what was promised to me by T-Mobiles sales dept but it's been weeks now and I still haven't heard anything about that. One of the supervisors I chatted with few days ago told me that I'm supposed to be getting $1000 off my iPhone but then left me a message that unfortunately it's not going to happen.

This bate and switch isn't legal I believe but how do I even go about pushing this…

I am currently going through a divorce. I wanted to get out of my family plan and obtain my own account. I was told I couldn't transfer my old phone number unless my ex wife was there to relinquish the number.

I returned with her, a few days later, and was told it would be three to five business days to get my number back. I walked out of the store and now am a happy customer of Verizon. My number was instantly changed to my new phone and the service was impeccable.

The lack of help was what caused me to leave T Mobile, and I will not be returning. Poor employment at your 74 Long Pond Road, Plymouth MA, is what caused me to drop your service.

I have been with TMobile for over 4 years now and this last year has been a disaster. I upgraded to a Google Pixel 4a 5g and it's not compatible with the cell tower in Minden La. Three times the phone has been replaced and everytime the same problem.

Looks to me that team of experts could get their caca together and figure out the problem! Now thanks to them I will take out a loan to pay this POS off and cancel them for good. Whatever you do don't trust the lying POS at T-Mobile.

They dropped jump on demand and looking at the bill this morning the insurance on this POS. Everytime I take a vacation a tech has to be called to work on phone just to have service. In the last year I have talked to a tech more than my girlfriend.

Been having problems with your hotspot for 4 month. Sometimes I have internet, sometimes no internet. Most of the time it's non-responsive to no internet. I'm fed up. I'm no longer paying the bill. Technical Support has done nothing to resolve the issue.

As a country when we see so many people struggling ,and unemployed ,but they are needing their phones for jobs interviews, and family, and medical reason. Why would a company charge a consumer, their customer a fee to make a payment arrangement to pay a bill.

Hello, My name is Eder Gonzalez, currently a T-mobile customer for the last six years. I am writing this email to express my thoughts on a recent visit I did today, 02/08/2022, in a current location.

Specifically, the store 7904 located at 4545 E. Pacific Coast Highway Long Beach, CA 90804. The reason for my visit was to do a trade-in for my two phones and transfer the data onto the new devices. Ivan ( expert associate) did an outstanding job in helping me out.

I had Sprint before T-Mobile merger. Was required to add a SIMS card to phone. I have experienced a lag in reception along with not receiving voicemails immediately. Several voicemails left on 6/18 just came thru today 6/27. Called *2 to inform and was placed on hold and eventually call disconnected. (Call time 18mins) no return call and of course it's required to confirm the phone number your calling from. Not Ok, poor service all around!

Bits 7 With a new phone from beyond the Pacific, I was in need of a carrier’s SIM and plan. The Internet told me not to bother with Verizon, that AT&T could be made to work with suitable complex gyrations, and that T-Mobile would work right out of the box.

With the phone fresh out of its box I went to T-Mobile store No.1 near a Barnes and Noble. They had thoughtfully provided chairs for those in wait. I declined to sit and so stood for 48 minutes. Nothing but trouble!! Supposedly a free iPhone 13 when you switch, +500 off with a come probable trade-in. I bought an SE to trade in for the price reduction on the iPhone 13, and another SE for second line. Come to find out two months later you don’t get the free phone for 12 months, and for some reason they didn’t let go through the one that I purchased a trade-in for $500 discount!

Then I try to change my billing for a week earlier to have a check it out on the third instead of the 11th and they charge me $68 for this! From day one is nothing but lies and deceit

Walked to T- mobile storr on 01/27/22 and have been told to come tomorrow to get $600 for my Iphone7 trade in. So I did traded my phone and was told that my bill will go up 6-8$/month. Brought my wife six hours later and she traded her IPhones X for $800and ad this time we were told that bill will go up by $27.

Dear T-Mobile: We have had an issue with one of our phones from T-Mobile. Phone number: 540-383-2690. The phone quit working on Friday, January 28, 2022. The phone will not receive or make calls. The message is call failed for both.

I signed up for T-Mobile Home internet and was told by the customer service rep that the units would work at my new address, 312 Huckleberry Lane. This was in late August/early September 2021. I ordered 2 units. My account number was 976082591.

However, when I received the units, I found that they did not work in my area as I was told. My father called on October 4, 2021 and spoke with a representative for nearly 2 hours. Switching from Sprint to T-Mobile and upgrading my phone from a 3G phone to a Galaxy A13 5G. I received the phone but no sim card. So I called Sprint (T-Mobile) to ask for a SIM card that the first caller said I would received.

Switched 3 lines from AT&T to T-mobile (and paying more for Tmobile than I did at at&t by $10 more per a line). I have horrible service that Tmobile claims they have true 5G. I can not surf the web at I95 and Palm Bay rd for any reason.

I have to go into a Walmart and use their free wifi. Been to the Tmobile store and they switched out my sims card. Same issues. It takes roughly 15-20 seconds to even get a partial page to down load.

My bars on my iPhone 13 goes to one. My friend that rides with me has Verizon 4g lte and it's super fast at the same places I can't get to surf. Calls are spotty and can't understand conversations due to the broken up voices.

Tmobile claims they are the most covered 5G network here in Florida but I doubt it very much. They have this thing called 5G extended…

Come to Tmobile store 01/26/22 to trade in my Iphone 7 for new phone. I was told if you come tomorrow there is new promotion, you will get $600 for your phone and don’t even have t change plan. I was there next day 01/27/22 was told by manager same thing, the difference will be 6-8 dollars on my new bill.

So I did it and brought my wife. She was told $800 for her iphone X but difference on the bill will be $27. OK, we agreed with hesitation. I checked today my new plan and it went from $60 to $110, with that I do not agree.

Will return phones tomorrow 01/29 for full refund. Will report this situation to BBB possibly change carrier. Typical bate and switch. I thought dishonest salesman are only those on used parking lots, I was wrong.

One of the worst experiences with T-Mobile. Went to this store earlier in the day, looking to upgrade my phone/plan. Everything went fine, was presented with amazing promos, that seemed to good to be true so wanted to go back with my wife.

Decided to go later that same evening with my wife, ready to upgrade when all the info that I was given was false, no amazing promos anymore, totally different prices from the SAME sales associate. T-moble just lost a long standing customer.

On 11 December 2021, I went to the T-Mobile store to setup a new account and purchase a new iPhone 13 Pro. During this transaction, I was told I would need to call T-Mobile’s customer service to port over my existing phone number to my new T-Mobile account.

That evening, I spent over an hour trying to talk to someone and eventually was dissatisfied and gave up. My paperwork indicated I had 10 days to cancel my account. I went in to the T-Mobile store on 12 December to turn the new iPhone in and cancel my account.

I returned the iPhone and was charg d a “restocking fee” of $70. Having thought I had cancelled my account after returning the iPhone and being charged this restocking fee, I was floored to be then be told I would need to call T-Mobile’s customer service to cancel my account.

Purchased a new device that came without a sim card in November. I finally got around to opening the device to use it and a sim card was required. I went into the T Mobile Eastvale, CA location, and a young extremely condescending, rude young man named Eric gave me the hardest time. I explained I had Purchased the device about a month again. Eric argued you Purchased the device on November 8 that's almost 3 months ago.

I had a very bad experience with this store. The only person who really ended up helping was Allan. It all started last week when I tried calling for an appointment so that I transfer my service from AT&T. The webs site at the Cochran store in Simi Valley indicated they open at 10:00 am.

I started calling at 10:00 and rang for an hour but no one answered.

First let me say that I am not one who usually complains about service. If the service is bad then I simply do not frequent those establishments again. I do believe, however, that if you don’t know you have a problem then you can’t fix it.

Today I decided it was time to upgrade my phone so I went to your location at 1132 Bichara Blvd, The Villages, FL, 32159. When I arrived at the store there were two employees behind the counter. Male employee # 1 was working with a couple. Female employee 2 with blue hair was working with someone at the for end of the counter. M. i went to T-Mobile, located at 10130 Crossing Way Ste 375, Denham Springs, LA 70726. There was1 other customer in the store. The customer rep with the store told the other customer and myself the system was down and he couldn't assist us.

I then contacted T-Mobile customer care and was advised that the store lied, since he contacted the store along with the IT department, who advised the system was not down at the store. I spoke to a supervisor with T-mobile customer care via telephone and advised them of this issue.

The store did not have a manger present, since i was told the manage was off today. I feel like this issue will not be resolved, but simply swiped under the rug.

Last week on two seperate dates (Jan. 10 & 14th) I called to request that T-Mobile add my recently deceased daughter Jenna's cell number to my bill. During both calls I was told that someone would get back to me with 2-3 days to port the number over but I have not received any response to either call.

I have offered to provide both a Death Certificate and an Affidavit but was told to wait until someone gets back to me. It has now been 8 business days since my first request and I have heard nothing.

The agent Mario didn't know the plans or phone specifics. We asked him about the plan he said it was 65 dollars a month then all of a sudden now it's $80 a month. As far as the equipment he couldn't answer simple question nor did he find out but asked me to look it up.

I ordered a new phone On Or about December 23rd 2021. About 10 days later I decided that I wanted to upgrade my phone To a nicer phone. 99 To receive overnight shipping. They shipped the phone the next day but once it was in UPS's hands they were toldThat T-Mobile requested the phone back. I.

I called T-Mobile asked them why they requested the phone back and they couldn't find no reason why that was done so so not only did I pay $227 but also another $26For overnight shipping. So because of my bad experience A T-Mobile representative told me that they would refund me my $227 also ship me out the phone.

I was told that the refund would be given once that original phone was in their possession. So I have been told by 4 different representatives that there is a refund going to be deposited…

After numerous hours at store and getting told to hang on, then told to call a different number....this process continues. My conclusion is that since my phone is covered under insurance...the carrier(TMobile) doesn't want to pay for a warranty issue. Mt phone was deemed to have an internal malfunction. Store is Huntington station, NY (Also very bad customer service) I do not trust TMobile. Very dishonest and terrible customer service training... pathetic and I am embarrassed to have been bought out by them from Sprint.

I am very disappointed in T mobile and the service I received. I'm still contemplating if I want to cancel my services with you or not. That answer would surely depend on the outcome of this complaint. I received an email offer from T mobile about the iPhone 11 and decided to check it out on your website. On your website, it clearly states that you guys are offering 2-day shipping.

Zero customer service

My son who is a military and I was charged fir the same number under 2 accounts In addition we were charged $90 instead of $60 Plus additional call to Cyprus that we never made

As if it was not enough t mobile shows another $214.96 bill and cancelled my services even though I had an autopay since 2012.

Sprint customer service people should be laid off or trained like a T-Mobile customer service .. I never seen such disservice and rude people they act like they are the power snd even hand up or hold an hour maybe two with no solution

I have been the primary account holder and my son was suppose to be added as an authorized user but someone took my name off snd created a separate account., yet calling it military support while double dipping..

99. When I tried to purchase 2 phones for that price I was told there was an error and the rep sent an email to the technology team to correct the price. I stayed on the phone with that rep for more than 36 minutes.

only being told that I could not purchase the phones for that price. I have had it with T-Mobile but I going to move all of my 8 lines because this was a bait and switch.

At around 5:15 my husband and I walked into t-mobile store. The guy ask us may he help us I told him that we wanted to upgrade our phone and he took my phone looked at it and said my phone will take one hour to upgrade and

transfer and they are about to close at 6 so he could not serve me. I told him why not I am here 45 mins before closing and came straight from work. He told me i would have to come back sat on a day early enough.

I had to drive to another store and have my phones ordered when that store has phones in stock and refused to serve my husband and I. I have been with t-mobile for over 8 years. I felt like he was discriminating when he served others.
