I called asking about the internet service for TMobile and to see if it was available in my area. When it was not, I was told that a MiFi Hotspot was an ample substitution for internet service, no mention of data caps or anything. I was actually guaranteed on the phone that this was a suitable replacement and even a better option. There is a 100GB data cap on this device and for someone doing work from their home (stated on call) I'm not sure how anyone could suggest this. TMobile then told me that I would be responsible for shipping this device back (it still has not been received) before they would cancel anything.

I've been a customer for several years and can't understand what happened. Why would a sales person essentially lie on the phone and say that 100GB is a "suitable"…

Five months of incorrect billing, my standard bill is $160, last month I was told if was $970. I have been over charged again this month paying by $470 this month. I have now cancelled autopay. I have called at least three times a month every month for the last five months, I am constantly told conflicting inconsistent policy info.

They have created tickets to research my international calling issues, I have spoken to supervisors to no avail. If there was any other phone provider that had a comparable international policy I would move immediately.

I was a satisfied, loyal Sprint customer for over a decade, sharing the account with my military son. On December 28, 2019, I established my separate Sprint account. I entered into a Sprint Flex lease on the iPhone 11, intending to pay the phone off after the 18-month lease expired.

In between time, the merger with T-Mobile happened. I spoke with the Sprint-TMobile representative in June of 2021, stating that I wanted my equipment payment credited to the pay off of the phone, which would be paid in full in 6 months.

Also, to cancel the insurance. I started paying a reduced bill in July 2021, assuming my requests were in effect. Later in December 2021, I was informed that the phone payments were credited to the lease instead of the payoff of the phone as requested.

I ended up switching over to AT&T because they have a discount for teachers. I was told that I only owed $200 dollars left on my phone to pay it off. I just received my final bill for almost $600 dollars!

They were charging me for a device I never even had. They also said that I never called them to end my service which I did right along side an AT&T agent. I fought with two people in a respectful way.

Both were nice but really weren't helping. WHAT A SHADY company. watch your back! Don't go to T-Mobile they will try to rob you right under your nose.

Signed up for Tmobile plan for my 17 year old daughter on Monday, December 27th-assured of delivery 2-3 days later, however recieved an email stating it would be delivered sometime between February or March 2022. On the initial phone call back to rep, he stated his system showed delivery in 2 days and to wait.

Called back to inquire, sales rep avoided phone calls. Spoke with a different rep who said we are being charged for plan currently- without phone. This is unacceptable -plan activation should hinge on delivery of the phone which was promised within 2 days.

Been a sprint customer for over a decade. Had to switch to tmobile and my life has never been the same. Customers who switched over needs to sue tmobile for misleading and cheating customers. They lie just to keep sprint customers so they wont completely leave.

After they get you to sign on they treat you terrible. The customer service is a nightmare , the billing cycle is a ripoff, the phone service sucks, my phone has never been the same since the migration, they ripped me off for my two phones.

Its been a total mightmare and i plan to file a civil lawsuit and write to congress. , they woke me up 1:54 in the morning and the rep was making jokes. I was not in the mood after waking me up 1:54 in the morning.

I signed up for T-mobile's wireless internet service in October and decided to cancel it in December. It was then that I realized i couldn't cancel service online or with the T-mobile app. I had to call. Waited over an hour to talk with a live person.

Rep was polite enough, and cancelled the service saying I'd get a refund. All good. A week later, I got a bill in the mail saying that there were two monthly service charges applied to my account plus 2 additional fees charged because they were unable to charge my account.

First of all, there should be no charges since i was told when i called that I would get refunded. In any case, even if I didnt get the last month's refund, why should there be two charges equivalent to two months' service charges?

I had been calling T-Mobile since 700 pm regarding my SIM card. I reached someone who stated they would call me back in 5 minutes, well 5 minutes turned into hours. I finally got someone unfortunately she was unable to assist me, so she transferred me.

She transferred me to someone who stated that they were unable to assist at this time. I should wait 24-48 hours in the meantime do not call back. He is telling me this with DMX blasting in the background as if he was at a party celebrating the incoming year.

My child is away from school and this is the only way i know she is safe, now the New Year is almost here and I cant contact her. this is outrageous. I have been on chat for hours as well.

My phone was not working properly and the T-Mobile team member made a Warranty claim then 2 weeks later after not receiving a phone or call I waited on the phone for 3 hours to be told it was accidentally canceled. Another claim was made and once again a week later they have no record of this.

I have been a customer for 15 years and never been so disappointed in the customer service and willing to help a long term customer. I am currently looking for a new provider for my entire family due to this.

Yesterday I received my new phone in the mail. I was told that I had to change my plan to be eligible for the current promotion. I was also told that I would be able to return my old phone to get a credit toward the new one.

When I received the new device there was not return label. I went back to the store and they told me that they did not have me down for a trade in just for a purchase. I spoke with a T-Mobile associate over the phone today and she.

Told me that I was not able to trade in my old phone because it was not paid off. This was not mentioned to me in the store when I originally made the upgrade. 43 I would have either paid it off right then and there or I would not have upgraded.

I recently switched my sim card for my phone from Sprint to T-Mobile. I had the iphone 6s and the new sim card wasn't compatible anymore. T-Mobile offers a deal where you can receive a new iphone 13 for a lower price if your phone is not compatible.

However, the person I was on the phone with at T-Mobile never offered this deal. I bought my own new phone. I would appreciate if I can receive some sort of compensation.

Hi, I spent the entire day with T mobile phone and each time after 2 hours wait they transfer to other line then again wait another line for almost 90 minutes, walk through entire issue and Imei # etc. then he hung the phone.

I went into the T mobile store today in Raymore, missouri Location. And had Warnae I believe was her name and she was completely disrespectful and very unfriendly from the get go. Not willing to help me at all or answer any of my questions.

Basically treated me like my presence was a bother to her the entire time I was there. Hi, I have been dealing with an on-going issue with Tmobile for several months now with billing. 36. My phone service has been discounted more times then I can count on a weekly basis and have had to contact tmobile to restore service and to again ask about the credit that they promised would be applied within 1-2 billing cycles.

On November 5th I spoke with a tmobile rep who confirm with Assurance that they had the returned device and the credit would be applied in 1-2billing cycles. At that time the Tmobile rep supposedly put a hold on my account so my lines were not suspended due to this $547 charge.

The rep also credit partial amount for restoration fees of $46.

However, the restoration fee charge every time the phones are suspended is $20 per line. I have 3 lines, so that is $60…

Was sold a flat rate plan for $120/mo. Didn't realize my lines allowed international calling. kid placed a call and racked up $120 for a 30 minute international call that she wasn't aware of what she did. I called immediately to dispute and they told me they couldn't adjust the bill until it came out.

Called back when the bill came out and now they say they could have reduced it to $15 but now it's too late but I declined. I declined international calling and I was never given the opportunity to block international calling until it already happened.

I've spent hours trying to resolve these surprise charges and the story keeps changing depending on who you talk to.

On 11/12/21 I went to the store T-Mobile - 3fsv 8290 26 mile rd. Shelby Twp. 28 per month. The people who assisted me were Shaw, Stephanie and Selma. 00 a month with Auto pay. I said would the cost of the plan remain the same if i cancel the 3rd line due to no use.

I have had sprint service since 1999. I am not happy over the merger. I was told that I had to make an appointment to move my line from sprint to T-Mobile. I made an appointment then got an email saying it was canceled with no explanation.

I made a second one only to get to the store and was told we don’t know the sprint side. I took a chance and went to a third store. After already having had to replace my SIM card back in February I was told they had to do it again.

I reached out to Tmobile regarding the equipment that needed to be sent back due to it being a faulty box. This was the 3rd box that was sent to me that was not able to be used due to issues with the refurbished product they sent me.

I was never sent a brand new box as I originally purchased, but all boxes from the initial 1st purchase were faulty. I chatted with rep online on 12-15 and was told I was being offered upgrades on my 2 children's lines with no deposit and no out of pocket fees and also even told me what my new bill would be. When I went to the store yesterday 12-18, I was told that the online chat reps were incompetent and had no right to provide information.

They wanted me to pay hundreds of dollars to upgrade, which I can't afford. Now not only do I have nothing to get my kids for Christmas, but my Sprint auto pay that use to be $227 on 12-25 is now almost $1000!

Location: 1501 W. New Haven, W. Melbourne, FL. Went to the store on Thurs 12/16 at 10:20A for service. Was not greeted for 20 minutes. Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes with no service. Noted that others had appointments but noticed they had some waiting time as well.

Suggestions: Have a way to greet customers and track when they come in, keep customers updated on status. Have a sign that encourages appointments and advises potential wait times and alternative ways to get service. Had another similar experience at this location before.

However, once we got service the agent was very good.

Previously a Sprint customer. Today, 12/14/2021, I went to a T Mobile store in Rochester Hills, MI to change over the account, (4 active lines), to T Mobile and to upgrade 4 phones based on the current promotion. We were assisted by a T Mobile person named BREYA.

First this took forever, over 2 1/2 hours, and they only had one of the new phones. When ordering the first new phone, I was sent an email and told I had to confirm it, for the full price of the phone, for something like 33 months.

There was no mention of the $400 promotion off the price of the phone. When I said that agreement looked incorrect to me, I was told by BREYA to just sign it, and the promotion would be added later. My local T-Mobile center sold me a new iphone 12 during their iphone on us program. I asked if it was available to existing customers and they assured me it was if I upgraded my plan by an extra 15 dollars a month. No problem.

I was told I would be credited for the monthly payment on each bill for two years. I gave them my iphone 11and took my new phone home. Then I get my first bill charging me for the $15 upgrade but only crediting me $9.

First of all the services is horrible glitches constantly, calls being dropped constantly. The phones we got Samsung Galaxy a32 5g are awful batteries die frequently, when calling you here static, WiFi connection constantly frozen. I think the news should worn people of the false advertisement.

I switched to T-Mobile. And all do respect the service is horrible. Glitched videos all the time, drop calls, and can't even call out multiple times , slow 5g , I had metro before and they never had a issue.

And I am paying for two Samsung Galaxy a32 where other services give them free. I am so mad. I switched over for what? The phones are I have are bad. Metro has better phones with no issues. Verizon ,atat, are giving Fold 3 with new service. T-Mobile is plain garbage.

I have been unsuccessfully attempting to resolve an ongoing issue with TMobile's Billing Department. They claim I owe them $70, which I do not. When this issue initially began, way back in August (2021), and I could not seem to get this resolved speaking with the Customer Service people, I sent a registered letter to the TMobile Customer Relations in Alburquergue, NM.

One and a half months time in over 30 hours and T-Mobile has yet to get an order right, do what they say they’re going to do or figure it out. I am stunned at the inability this company has to follow through and actually give good customer service. Stunned!

I've ordered this phone maybe a week ago.

First i was told that it would take 2 days for the package to come. It took 5. Then when I called to activate the phone I was informed that I had been givinga faulty chip that T Mobile has knowledge that its faulty and that I needed to go into a store to have someone there fix it for me I went to.

Tmobile store where I was speaking to one of most disrespectful, horrible agents I have EVER worked with. After a while of going back and forth about the activation he still wouldn't help me. I come home to call customer service and twice I was hung up on.
