Toyota on Camelback Rd. Service rep Andre Morris told me car was under full warranty since it has extended warranty but when I bring car in he tells me previous owner didn’t transfer warranty. Owner says he did yet Toyota didn’t show my name.
Previous owner said he was told it would be automatically transferred. Andre then told me I just needed previous owner to call and transfer. Then he tells previous owner I need to fill out form and have previous owner sign.
Then he apologizes for making assumptions. Previous owner needed to transfer within 90 days and records show he didn’t. Awful and now I’m going to court with previous owner but Toyota is culpable also for alleged misinformation. I bought my moms car from Camelback Toyota and helped my daughters boyfriend buy one. Not anymore
