Toyota on Camelback Rd. Service rep Andre Morris told me car was under full warranty since it has extended warranty but when I bring car in he tells me previous owner didn’t transfer warranty. Owner says he did yet Toyota didn’t show my name.

Previous owner said he was told it would be automatically transferred. Andre then told me I just needed previous owner to call and transfer. Then he tells previous owner I need to fill out form and have previous owner sign.

Then he apologizes for making assumptions. Previous owner needed to transfer within 90 days and records show he didn’t. Awful and now I’m going to court with previous owner but Toyota is culpable also for alleged misinformation. I bought my moms car from Camelback Toyota and helped my daughters boyfriend buy one. Not anymore

Brought auto in for takata airbag recall service. Was confirmed by phone and in an email that there would be a loaner vehicle when i came in at the scheduled appointment at Big Island toyota in Kona, Hawaii. When I arrived they said I could just wait for the repair to be done and there were no loaner vehicles available.

I had this happen 2 years ago at Piercy Toyota in California with this same vehicle. Service work order conf code: x12n5skkxr. I have to miss work to get this done. I have attemped twice with a promised vehicle then told it was not available as promised at time of service when I drive and wait my turn.

I was a loyal Toyota customer until I learned of Toyota being the top donor to anti-election certification Republicans in the U.S. congress after the Capital insurrection.

Toyota has donated more than any other company to support Republican members of Congress who voted against certifying the 2020 presidential election results.

What was the basis of this decision? Does Toyota management know it is unwise to show corporate - political bias?

To whom it may concern, In 2019 I purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra. I am currently a full time student and one of the selling factors was Toyotas reliability. I have to drive a distance to get to school and as a result I put a lot of highway miles on my vehicle which has now ended the warranty.

I have had great experiences with Toyota. While under warranty my air conditioner required repair, it was taken to Bev Smith Toyota. Corrections were made but it was not resolved and the issue remains yet my truck is now out of warranty.

I feel that a 2018 vehicle should not require or experience AC issues at this time. I am disappointed that it has become an issue so soon. When you are a student, vehicle repairs are both stressful and costly. I would like Toyota to repair my AC under warranty as it…

Hello, I simply wanted to get my care serviced, and find out if Toyota worked on other cars other than Toyota , However I ask to have a manager call me several, and I was was told that no one is available, then I was told that someone would call me back, it has been two weeks now, and not even a return phone call.

However I was trying to bring more business to your company. What bothers me the most is the unprofessional rude behavior and lack of professional phone etiquette I received from Katie, she has no customer service skills, and is very rude.

I have a 2009 RAV 4 and I love this car. They have a service called CARFAX which alerts you to impending service needs. I received an alert for oil change and rotation of tires. 90. When ever I have had the car worked on or serviced I have always kept the bill.

When their customer relations person called me I jokingly said "youre fired" and he hung up on me. So i sent an email to which he never responded. THEN one of their sales men emailed me stating that he understood I was looking for a car(not so) so I told him my story and he said he would refer it to his service manager. nothing.

So I called the credit card company to dispute the charges. has Toyota begun a policy of preying on the elderly.

My granddaughter's passenger side seatbelt stopped working. It was pulled out and will not return to the correct position, making it impossible for her to transport anyone in that seat. She has a 2007 FJ Cruiser. We read on the internet about seatbelt issues in this type of vehicle and that it was recalled due to the seatbelt.

When it was taken to the Toyota dealership in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, we were told that this problem was not under recall, despite several internet articles on the subject. Please take care of this problem. It is very irresponsible of Toyota to create a car that is not safe.

If she has a person in the vehicle in the passenger seat, they could be seriously injured because of this default.

I got a brand new 2021 Toyota Tacoma on December 1, 2020. Six and a half months later (June 20, 2021) my battery died. I called AAA to test the battery and was told it was no good and only had 2%.

I bought a new battery from them. 00 expense. So much for a warranty. I am extremely disappointed.

Toyota sent my Toyota Tacoma off site for a paint estimate because I have paint damage due to the clear coat wearing away on a 2018 model. The Kearny Mesa dealership said that the corporate office would have to determine if it was covered under a good will warranty.

It has been 8 weeks and the only answer from the dealership is they are waiting for an answer from the corporate office. It should not take 2 months to determine if Toyota will cover the paint damage.

I am the owner of a 2015 Toyota Corolla (VIN#: 2T1BURHE3FC244502) purchased new from the Toyota dealership (Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, Virginia). This car has a very low mileage of 39,800+ miles on it. So, I was shocked when the 'Engine Check' light came on, and so my dad (Winston Soosiah) took the vehicle to the above dealership to have it fixed. I was even more shocked when they told me that it would cost me about $1600 to fix it. We have decided to let them fix it as we didn't have any other option as we desperately needed the vehicle for our commute to work.

I have a used car dealership in United State Of America, I have a 2016 Toyota Prius with the Vin# of JTDKBRFU3G3016574. This vehicle has a recall that needs to be taking care of before we sell the car. Its been almost two months that AUTO NATION TOYOTA IN HAYWARD CALIFORNIA ordered the part and they are saying that its been ordered and coming from Japan and still on its way.

I have no Idea why a Part from anywhere in the world should take over 6 weeks to get here now a days when its on its way. The Recall code is JOT or Engine Wire Harness. Please let me know How many more weeks I should sit here for a Part to get here so the Toyota dealer can change it.

I recently bought a 03 Tacoma to fix up for my son's first truck. The bed was beyond repair, so after removing the bed and further inspection of the frame, it is dangerously rusted. This Tacoma has not had the frame recall done and will not pass Virginia inspection.

I contacted Toyota and they tell me the spare tire carrier has a recall and to take it to my local dealer at Toyota of Kingsport. After talking to the dealership, I had to have it towed because of its not safe for the road.

While arriving, I was informed the frame is to rusted to put on a lift because it would break but they would still install the recalled part. I was also told the frame recall was for cold states only and this truck wouldn't have qualified anyways.

I took my RAV4 in for service yesterday. m.. In the meantime, they lost my keys right after they took it and parked it on the lot. They left me sit in the waiting room for 2 hours and 20 minutes .

Never once did they communicate with me regarding same until I got up and went to the service tech to find out what was going on with my car. I am so distressed over lack of simple communication. My vehicle was never even serviced.

My confidence in this repair shop is no longer valid The repair shop has ordered me a new key and will be paying to rekey my house since my house key and my work key were on that keyring. We have already discussed this with the shop manager.

I got an oil change, months later car start dying and no oil in the car, I went to Toyota and they don’t want to take any responsibility, now clanking and lights on the dash popping up. Not good. I hope I get a phone call soon so I can talk to Toyota cause I am upset and how everything happened.

The "strap" on my driver's side door of my 2005 Sienna broke and I took it in to get fixed. 00 repair. I was told at the body shop there had been a recall on that very problem, but it was past the time I could get it done for free.

I have always, ALWAYS gotten recall service done when I was notified about them so I can only conclude I was not notified of this recall. I thought better of you, Toyota. Why wasn't I notified, and why do I now have to pay so much to repair something that should have been done for free?

Letter of complaint

Complaint Summary Michael’s Toyota Bellevue Finance Department added GAP and other insurance items to the contract without customer consent, and changed the total payment that was previously agreed upon. Michael’s Toyota Bellevue set GAP and other insurance items as default selection in the contract, and misled customers to believe that they were required to pay for these items. We suspect that we experienced a similar fraud when purchasing a 2017 Sienna in 2018. We hope that Toyota headquarters cancel Michael's Toyota Bellevue agent qualification.

In September, 2021, brought a 2021 Toyota. May 9, 2021, battery dead. Had to have towed. Towing service no longer under contract with Toyota. Towed to Cocoa Florida Toyota. They have no batteries in stock and will not have ay for at least a month or so.

Unfortunately, on my last visit on April 24, 2021, at Thornhill Toyota, I experienced something unusual and I believe unnecessary from your service employee Mr. Clinton. He told me this time is your third service, and you need to clean your brake discs which are not on your guaranty or warranty, and the amount is $5-6.

I asked him For all? I thought ok 5 or 6 dollars plus tax is ok. But when I came to pay he said $171. I was shocked and I asked why is it so much? You said 5 or 6 dollars plus tax!!!!

I own a 2014 Platinum Tundra Crew Cab 4x4 and had scheduled the vehicle for its 80K maintenance at Universal Toyota in San Antonio, Texas. I have my maintenance prepaid and my appointment was at 1400 hours, on 5/8/2021. I got there at a quarter till 2 and after about 10 minutes someone finally came up and asked if I had been helped and I said no, but I had an appointment at 2 PM.

He said he'd be right back and went and talked to another coworker who was checking in another car and then grabbed this clipboard, looked me up, and came over and said that so and so was going to handle my check in and he'd go and get him. Hi, Today I purchased a used 2018 Toyota Rav4 from Downtown Toyota Oakland 4145 Broadway and after I got the paperwork squared away I discovered the Car only had one key and No Manuals. I asked the Sales man about it and he said you have to get it online, he walked away when I asked about the Spare key, but the Mechanic that installed the plates said it was the only one.

That was very bad to know, all the Sales man & the Dealer cares about is trying to sell the extras, but something that comes Standard equipment with a car like an extra key and Manuals your dealer doesn't care, which to many is extremely important. Next time I will take my business some where else.
