i have tried numerous times to figure out what was going on with my phone, talked to many, many agents, in total last count 9 times and the last 4 ,when they were going to have me do the rest of my info, they patched me through, and everytime the went to dial tone, (very angry) there isnt any phone # for me to call besides to check my minutes ect.

i need someone to call me, now my phone has gone from be strange, when i restarted my phone it wouldnt turn on. now google said it factory reset my phone, so i lost all my contacts. i am disabled that is why i have the phone, my advocate at aps adult protective services is the one that got me the phone to begin with, i had a stroke, and i have fallen a few times.

Today I finally was able to activated my phone after attempting for a month, the first person that did the activation lies and told me the prepaid phone card I purchased with total wireless along with the sims kit, he said I would be able to convert the card over and add it to my balance for next month once I used my card to make the transaction, he then tells me he can’t do it and he did not tell me that so

he lied to make a sale, not only that the phone was not activated. Later in the night literally just got hung up on by a agent named Claire, says she in California or Florida and was int the technical department, I asked her for assistance with my phone she however lied and

said I had to wait 24 hrs because I had a activation hold, not only is this not a real thing this was her way…

Trying to receive reimbursement of a phone that was lost. UPS refunded TracFone and they haven't reimbursed me. This has been an issue since December, I've called countless times and have gotten disconnected, transferred, given wrong ticket numbers and on and on.....

Took multiple calls and being on hold for about an hour before speaking with someone who barely spoke English. It was like pulling teeth to get them to understand anything! Forget about chat, nobody bothers to answer it! Terrible customer service!

Once you make a purchase, you’re on your own, pretty much! If you can, go elsewhere!

The C/S was so hard to understand. I spoke with 2 different agents. I provided personal information over 6 times then I was charge for a different amount than I asked for . When I requested for agent to cancelled wrong amount she wouldn't provide her name and asked for CVS code over 5 times .

Then she transfer me to another call with no one answered my request. 1. Agent name is Genius sounds like Janis but spelled it as genius . Genius, told me she only had one computer screen to look at wasn't able to tell me the usage of min with phones calls or text .

bought flip from Best because i couldn't get free one from trac because they were out of stock. had to switch phones from 3g to4g. Close to 3 hours they tried to activate but were not able because they got cut off .

left and tried at home .

first person i got ,transferred me to, another where waited 35 min. this person asked me about credit card on file and i said i had been using another one for years and other questions. she transferred me to another number where i got cut off like they did at the Best store.

I had to start the whole process from beginning again. I asked the second person what happens when i get cut off again, she had no answer and transferred me, where i got cut off . went to chat on website and they were able to activate it.

This company is HORRIBLE to deal with. I have had a Tracfone for many years. Three weeks ago they tuned my phone off due to it "not being compatible" with their network. After being on the phone with customer service for almost 3 hours, I still got no where.

The next day, after being on the phone for an hour, they said they would send me a free phone, HOWEVER, in order to get that free phone, they had to text me a code to read back to them. The code/text will not come through because they already turned the phone off.

But that is the ONLY way that they can send me the new phone. So after hours of talking to people, being on hold, and being lied to, I STILL do not have a working phone and I am out $40 for the new phone card that I just bought.

I will never recommend Tracfone to anyone.…

I've been on t he phone for two weeks trying to get updated to 5g. 00. Was told I would get it in 3-5 days and it never came and they cut my old phone after I spent hours waiting on the phone.

I have been trying to get my tracfone set up for two days, can't speak to a person, when I get one on the phone, they transfer me to another person and eventually I get disconnected. Call back leave a message for a call back same thing.

I was disconnected three times and when I call 1-800-816-0633 all i can get is a ROBOT that tells me it takes a few hours to complete. Received a text on the number I am trying to get service on that said they need information from me to complete the transaction, tried to reply but no service on the phone.

Believe me I would return the phone if I could to HSN but my Verizon number doesn't work because it was transferred to a phone that Tracfone can' get to work for me.

Tracfone sent me a LG Premier Pro Plus Phone and they cant even get it working the only time it will make a call is on wifi of mine in my house' leave the house and no need to take the phone it dont work. I have had tracfone without issues for 15 years and the expire date is paid to 1/2030 8 years and phone not useable.

Been on with agents trying to fix the phone the issue is then wifi calling and trying to use that over 4g and the phone has no 2nd band for call waiting ect bad software , Then the phone freezes all the tiime a total Junker. I want a 5g phone so 2 channels so it works right . Kevin Storey

TracFone sent me a LG premier pro plus. They can't get it to work away from my wifi. I have spent hours on the phone burning my wife's tracfone minutes. I wish tracfone to send me a 5g Phone as the issues I have are due to only 1 channel.

We purchased a TracPhone from QVC who said it was easy peasy to activate. After 3 weeks of attempts, over twenty hours of phone time and untold hang-ups by you we have sent this phone back. I was lied to on several occasions on a time of activation and your agents hung up while transferring calls.

I am posting this testimony to all my social media and friends. I would never recommend anybody to have Tracphone service for any reason. You are the most unhelpful company that I have ever experienced! Your customer service is absolutely unacceptable in this day and age. Good bye!

I purchased a Tracfone from HSN with 1500 minutes. I can't get tracfone to credit the 1500 minutes. Tracfone contiues to shut off service even though I continue to purchase more minutes. My service is currently shut off even though I recently bought unlimited until March 15.

And another today for another month. I can't check my balance nor get anything credited that I bought. Customer service recently hung up on me (twice today). I have bought 30 day unlimited service three times. Including today.

I had 6 months not used in a track phone and I order to get my minutes transferred I had to switch my other phone to track phone , once I did that the lady took my three months away I was given and replaced it with 60 days u told her yo transfer me to a supervisor but it was not one tge guy said she added 60 days to my remaining 3 months and

my end day was April!!!!! That’s not adding anything I was taken advantage of put on hold since 9 am to 630 pm just to have my minutes taken away I already had … math sez 3 months plus 60 days equals 5 months both people agreed then

My free Tacfone was stolen, so I reported it so and then purched a new TracFone. This all began on Jan. 4, 2022. After purchasing my new TracFone I called customer service to have my number and benefits transferred to my new phone only to be told that because of some error I needed to be transferred, then I would be disconnected. After more than 10 attempts within a two week period I decided to call and immediately request to speak with a supervisor, only to be disconnected once more. Not only did the representatives not rectify my issue, but I was intentionally disconnected each time I called. Please, Please remedy your customer service issues.

i purchased a tracfone AO2s from a tv promo from QVC. could not get the phone to receive or send calls or receive or send texts. otherwise worked great. after a week of calling support and chatting back and forth, i got ahold of a real tech person.

was on the phone for 4 hours and he could not help. remember i cannot receive texts therefore i cannot receive a verification code. frustration to the max. boxed the phone up and sent back to QVC for a refund.

The worst customer service ever!! Never notified me about my 3g phone outdated until Feb1. Ordered new phone Feb 7. Got message phone is back ordered, no tracking number, yet they charged my credit card before it shipped. I was charged for the wrong plan. I was charged the $35 plan on auto refill and it was supposed to be the $20 plan. I have tried speaking with the refund dept. with no success. Their solution was to disconnect my service! For YOUR mistake!

NOTE: I HAVE BEEN A NET10 CUSTOMER SINCE 2000. I am deeply hurt and disappointed that after 7 phone calls and a dozen transfers and TWO HOURS on hold--I cannot get a swift and equitable solution.

I bought a new phone to replace my older phone I've been a customer for over 10 years. We have 3 phones the new one I bought charged up worked fine until the switched my old number to new phone.

First 2 calls to tech support they told me they'd turn old phone back on send me UPS return then heard nothing next day called tech support this guy said I'd have to pay to return phone and they couldn't turn old phone back on. I sent phone back tracked package they received bad phone I did send all my info in letter then nothing.

I then talked to tech again by chat said they'd call back. They did talked to a guy for several minutes said he'd get back to me 30 minutes later on hold nothing and no call back. So no phone and no responce.

No way to contact anyone in the USA or anyway to resolve…

Customer Service does not resolve any issues. Waited more than 1hour for support, the support that was given did not work. Have been trying for 3 days to transfer phone number to new phone. I tried to access my account on laptop-had new password as of 11/21/2021. I wanted to shop for 5G phone possibly. I could not even get on my account. I have been a Tracfone customer for at least 15 years. And I have an old 2G phone that was replaced a few months ago with a new 4G phone. I wanted to shop new phones. I have tried the new password I got in November, 2021; I have tried to use password for new phone- It doesn't work either.

The customer service center is in Phillipines! While they speak English a lot better than I speak their native language, a lot gets lost in translation. I talked with 1 gentleman who spoke reasonably good English and he acted like he had won the lottery when I complimented him on his English skills.

This is one of the most unreliable companies I've ever used. The service has been great. The reps seem to know their job.

However, I am consistently (about every other month) "wrongfully informed", (lied to) about rates, status, payment. The charge is never correct with the usage etc. Always having to add to my plan and I seldom use mobile phone as i am hospice patient, rarely getting out.

They can never explain in detail my usage of any kind nor can they tell me how to see it on the internet. Just that I need to add more. I am tired of being lied to and will warn all I can of their false application of payment.

Only when I give them specifics of bank charges can they see my payments. Then there is always a discrepancy of usage. Beware, they will tickle the ear (tell you what they think…

I spent 45 minutes on the phone getting my auto pay straighten out. I wanted to change to bank auto refill but they wouldn't let me. I had to update my credit card exp date. Then I found out the minutes were deducting from my phone while I talked to them.

What should have been a quick phone call of transferring carryover data to a new phone turned into being on the phone for over an hour, being transferred several times, and finally to VERY RUDE upper management. The tech support person I talked to did not know what they were doing, and ended up deactivating the new phone and erasing it from my account instead of adding the carryover data to it.

I ordered a phone for my daughter on Dec. 24th knowing it would not come in time for Christmas but expecting it to come by Dec. 31st. It has been in Pending Remote Fulfillment since Dec. 26th. I have chatted multiple times and gotten no answers.

I spoke to someone on Sunday, Jan. 2nd who assured me the phone would be shipped ASAP. It was not shipped. I called once yesterday and was disconnected abruptly. I then had a scheduled call back that never happened. I called twice today and was transferred to a department that I was told could help me, but both times I was abruptly disconnected.

I was sold a Tracfone sim and kit $35, Month plan. Not refundable from Walmart. I was told it would work with the Tracfone I have. After 2 hours on the phone with Tracfone, and being passed around from associate to associate, having to repeat myself over, and over, and over, and over.

Prior to arriving in PR I purchased a phone & plan. Never once thinking that the network used is Verizon. Had I been informed about that I would not have purchased the phone or plan because I know Verizon does not work in the area I'm visiting.

I selected auto pay and am paid up to end of January 2022. There's no extra phone I can use to temporarily transfer my account. I return to the states in March 2022. I'm just so upset.

Bought a Moto g7OptimoMaxx on Nov. 27th, 2020, and it has never worked. I have contact tracfone numerous times, by e-mail, live chat, and by landline, but nobody seems to tell me how to get into the phone. To unlock, I need a PIN#, which I have tried numerous numbers and none work.

This is my husbands phone. When I do talk to someone, they tell me to go to setting, whatever, etc. Now, I am at the point I am sending it back to the headquarters in Florida! Please help me!!!

My account was deactivated while still within my active service and with 5000+ accumulated useable call minutes. I have called the help # many times and each time I get a different answer or get passed on to another person with no satisfaction.

Thieves! outright fraud & illegal company. They have ZERO customer service & frankly hang up on any & everyone. They stole over 600 minutes (at $20 for 60 minutes, the simple math is $200 but they continued to steal from me from there on, as well).

I have documentation of everything. They do NOT care. I will continue to persevere & also hope the FCC & states attornies office assists to shut them down. KNOW THIS, they will charge you 3 to 4 times EVERY minute you use on a call.
