I reserved a room for my daughter for her birthday through them. I purchased insurance just in case something happened. When my daughter and son in law showed up, the hotel was a nightmare. It was filthy and nothing worked.

I called to get a refund and said someone would be contacting the hotel. I received an email stating that the hotel needed an email requesting the refund. When I contacted the hotel 4 days later, the manager claims they never received any email.

Two days later, I received an email claiming that they never could get a hold of the manager. They love to steal your money and then never try to actually help. I will never go through them again.

i had to cancel 3 flights this year. All 3 flights i accepted the cancelation protection for an extra fee. I did not get any refund i was given credits back, no $$$. Now i want to use my over $500 in credits and i am being told i cant do a one way, it has to be a round trip because those are the flights i canceled.

I don't need a round trip, i need a one way. It should be my choosing on the type of flight i need. Its my $500. Ask to speak to a supervisor and i have been hung up on over 6 times after 20 minutes on hold!!!!!!

I cancelled my flight and received a credit of $1600. To book the same flight on another date in the future, travelocity told me that I had to pay an additional $800. I told them that online, I had seen this flight for $800, so they were basically taking 100% of my credit.

This is an absolutely abusive practice. Then I asked to talk to a supervisor, and they said no. They said I can't get a refund. Abuse!

We were unable to travel to our destination due to covid restrictions and contacted Travelocity while we were still at the airport to change the trip. We were told the trip couldn't be changed and we needed to just get a refund, which we would get after 24 hours.

We were told the Airline would give us that credit, and Travelocity would get us the refund for the hotel. It has been a week and we have contacted them again and again, with no resolution, and every person I speak to acts like they have no idea what trip this is.

The airline keeps telling me the credit must come through Travelocity. We have had no refund, no credits, etc and terrible customer service.

Needed to change the return leg of a ticket purchased through travelocity (airline was Delta) after the departure leg had completed. , they wanted me to pay $2400 as a fare difference on a ticket that cost $1200 for the round trip).

I demanded to be escalated to a supervisor. Surprise: claimed no supervisor was available and the agent took another 15 minutes to 'log' my call so a supervisor would respond when available. 8 hours later, at 1am my local time, a supervisor called back and I spent another 30 minutes on the phone to get the same (incorrect) answer from supervisor 'Ben'.

I booked a package trip with Travelocity for my family (wife and two young daughters) for October of 2021 to Annapolis Maryland. We had a reservation with the Village Inn for $450 for three nights. It was during the Annapolis boat show, so it was hard finding a room for a decent price. Now I know why.

When we arrived from a long day of travel we found a roadside motel that looked nothing like the Travelocity picture. The room was disgusting (stain on the middle of the bedspread that looks like it came from a leaky ceiling) and the property was not safe for a family.

I booked a ticket in 2/2020; the flight and event was cancelled due to COVID. Was given a voucher for Delta - verified by Delta that they extended the time period to use the flight until 12-31-2021. 80 of that for a flight to NY on 09-23-2021 under ticket # 0067662820849.

My airline departure time on my itinerary was scheduled for departure at 2:00PM Saturday Oct16. I received an email that morning at 8:30 stating our flight was scheduled to depart at 11:30. We had no packed yet and had a rental car to drop off that was miles from the airport.

This caused a lot of anxiety and panic as this was only a three hour notice of change. Having arrived at the airport we were told that this flight did not exist and were told that they have seen this issue before with travelocity.

This issue most likely will keep me from using Travelocity again as this has caused our party to experience unnecessary stress on an otherwise great vacation. I would hope Travelocity will correct this problem so other travelers will not experience the same anxiety we experienced.

I cannot believe the service we received here. We booked a hotel that ended up being a cheap roadside motel. The room was old, the bedding was stained and the entire place looked like it was about the cave in.

We called to cancel our reservation and instead of having any authority, you called this motel, who said they wouldn’t refund the money. We never even unpacked. I asked why we couldn’t cancel our reservation and the motel said it was up to Travelocity.

We booked another hotel and left. You owe use $450. Not only that but we’ve spent hours, my wife and I both trying to work with your customer service agents who have no authority to do anything. This type of service is extremely poor and not what I’ve experienced in the past.

Unfair treatment. I was forced to purchase a ticket because no one was willing to assist me to change my return date from Monday, October 11, 2021 since I had to attend my father’s funeral/burial on Friday, October 15, 2021.

My father suffered a massive heart attack and will be buried on Friday the 15 October 2021. I was scheduled to return to Jamaica on the 11th October 2021 but based on the burial date I decided to change my flight.

On August 31st. I booked a vacation package through travelocity. We rented a car from travelocity. 60. 00 was to be paid at time of pickup. When we arrived we were told they didn't have the car we rented. They said we could upgrade,which we did. 00.

00 are on my credit card. The second car we paid for. The first car ,a cruise, we did not get ,. we were charged for ,and demand our money back. 00. No one in thier right mind would pay that much for a four day rental.

I have been trying for months to redeem an airline credit due to having to cancel a flight back in March due to Covid. I have tried every avenue possible (online, phone, virtual chat) and nobody will help me do this.

The online link to redeem credits is broken, they will not answer their phone and they just leave you sitting on virtual chat. This is outrageous and I need someone to respond with some help! I know customer service in all industries has tanked but this is one of the worst.

I will never use Travelocity again and I was a really good customer!

On 9/19/21 we called Travelocity to cancel Pamela Burgio's flight and hotel for Philadelphia after her conference was cancelled. The person at Travelocity stated she could not do this but we had to contact a Ethan at 800-941-3203 to do this.

Ethan said he worked for Travelocity and he could cancel everything for a $300 charge and we would then get our refund in 2 weeks. He asked for out credit card information again and we were charged $300 to our CC.

There was a charge concern text from our CC regarding this charge but we said okay. We had suspicion's on this but was sent here by Travelocity. When we talked to Etan again he then asked my wife for her birthday for the records.

I’m still here tonight, they won’t refund me the night to check out early. They did not explain, it’s not on the website and no notice from the front desk at check in that they do NOT clean rooms while you are there.

I’ve had no coffee in the room, had to ask, one towel for two people for four days, had to ask, this room was disgusting at checkin, but checking in late I had to wipe the entire room down with Lysol wipes because there was so much dust. I have had the worst stay at a hotel EVER, EVER.

Booked two hotel rooms, for two couples, through Travelocity for 9/12/21 to 9/15/21 at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. There was an option when choosing the rooms to purchase a buffet breakfast for $23 dollars a person, and I elected to have breakfast for four each of the 3 mornings there. The breakfast provided was a prepackaged hard boiled egg and a miniture bagle about the size of an oreo. Even the lady giving out the breakfast was laughing about it. In fact she told us to go the the hotel restaraunt for the $21.50, which we did and it was great.

I reserved our flight and hotel with Travelocity and when we arrived to our destination, we were informed we do not have a reservation. It was late in the evening and a family of 6 with children. We were very disappointed because it was Travelocity's failure.

The receptionist and the manager assured us that they will figure out something and it took over an hour to get us a room. We were given a room different from what we reserved however at that moment we didn't have a choice but to accept it.

Agents were not able to help fix my issue of missing flight credits. Each told me to contact either United or a different department completely. After having a 3-way call between United and Travelocity it was decided that it was Travelocitys issue however, when redirecting me to another department to further address my issue the agent abruptly hung up on me leaving me to start over (this is was after 1hr of trying to resolve my issue).

I tried calling again and was put on hold for 47 mins. I've spend 4 hours on 9/9 and 4 hrs on 9/10 trying to fix this issue. I've only ever booked my flights through travelocity and this time agents actively avoided my issue and refused to help assist me so much so that I spend a total of 8 hrs trying to get my flight credits back.

I purchased a flight to Austria for my son Bjorn Horch. For some reason TSA cancelled one of the flights. I was advised by Travelocity agent Henry that it would be refunded in 5 to 10 business days. This did not happened.

I am now being told that since there are third party airlines it could be 13 weeks. This shows a lack of integrity and has caused me many hours on the phone. Luke and Matthew have offered very little help either.

I was told by an agent that they received approval for me to rebook my trip by aug 29 to travel when it would be an option for me and when I called yesterday I was told that there where no notes other than my case # and I would have to fly by the end of this year or I would lose my money.

I have used this travel agency in the past and have never been treated the way I have with trying to get either a refund or an extension on my credit due to the trip being cancelled because of Covid. All they have done is quote me airline policy over and over and has not supported me in resolving this issue.

On June 24, 2021 I booked a vacation for my wife and I to Bermuda based on your advertisement for “all inclusive resorts in Bermuda” as shown in you advertisement. I opted to book with Coco Reef Bermuda from your list of “all inclusive resorts” knowing that all had been paid for with no additional expense on our part.

Upon arriving today in Bermuda, we were surprised to learn while checking in at the hotel that Coco Reef Bermuda is not an “all inclusive resort” as your advertisement led one to believe, and that we would be responsible for meals and drinks. Furthermore, we were also told that the restaurant does not open every day during the week, It is only open from Thursday to Sunday.

One of the worse customer service experience I’ve ever had. The lady clearly did not understand my issue kept saying the same thing over and over. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told it can be up to 2 hours.

Originally when I booked my flight the agent said I booked to Santiago then the email comes and it’s to Santo Domingo and now they can’t change it to what I asked because I am technically changing my flight when I never wanted to land there in the first place. The price difference was a large amount so decided to keep the original booking tell me why they cancelled my return flight and now want to say I have to pay more than what I already paid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Airlines changed my flight. I wanted to see if they can change my flight to an earlier time since the change they automatically made was for later time. I Called AA several times, called travelocity several times they both pointed the finger at each other.

AA said they could change it at no cost but wanted to charge $100 because i didnt book with them. Travelocity refused to change it on their end because “I accepted” the change.

Meanwhile in the email there was no “Accept” change. This is not my first time having issues with them, will try to book directly through airlines and hotel from now on.

I talked to an agent who accidentally cancelled my entire reservation to Europe 5 days before I was supposed to go. No apology, nothing. Didn’t even try to fix it and said I couldn’t rebook it. I had to go to Kayak to get a last minute flight.

I was crying hysterically and the agent was completely useless and didn’t even apologize for her mistake. Horrible horrible experience. The flight that I rebooked through Kayak was more expensive and I think Travelocity should compensate me for the difference.

I wish I could give my experience one star. 5 hours. So ridiculous.

We booked with them even though the price was the same at the airline directly because I thought that the customer service would be better... oh I was SOOO wrong! We were going to FL and Jamaica planned this trip a year ago when we thought Covid would be over.

We just found out that after our week in FL we all have to test negative to fly to Jamaica even though we are vaccinated. If we have a positive test we would loose our $10k resort stay since we would cancel in less than 30 days.

Fraud !!! Was charged for reported damages to the room which were already there !!!! I stayed there 8/12 and checked out 8/14. The hold that was put on the card was never returned. I talked to two managers Saturday and Sunday and the hold was promised to be released and that was money would be back on my card.

Today is 8/17 and my card was charged instead of my money being Returned! No one is never available in accounting You have to call numerous of times and being placed on hold for 20-45 minutes at a time. Corporate is no held either.

You sold me a package stating it was cancellable up to Oct 4 2021. We needed to cancel due to Covid-19. I am a Respiratory Therapist and my wife is a Registered Nurse. We both care for ICU patients with Covid-19.

There is a national shortage of healthcare workers and we need to make sure we are available should our hospitals require us due to current surges. I was able to cancel most of the trip, but seem to have hit a wall when it comes to American Airlines.

Absolute worst and most dishonest travel sites out there. Booked a hotel in None AK for 3 nights at 560 dollars. When I couldn’t get a flight I cancelled within 3hours thinking I had 24 hours to cancel. Not do, their rules are not like the airline.

When I called the hotel they said this was Travelocity’s dishonest rules and they’d never see the money. I appealed to American Express but they said there was nothing they could do . I’m out $560 dollars even though I took out travel protection because was told it’s only good if the trip was interrupted, I will never book with Travelocity again of Expedia.

We reserved a room Travelocity itinerary #72142541085866 we showed up to the motel only to find they had now rooms. Travelocity booked a room that was no available. We had to go to the next town and found a motel.

We called Travelocity the next morning after being on hold for quite a while we were told that we would be called back with in 10 days to discuss our refund. They will hold our money for 10 days. They made the mistake and they are holding our money.

My boyfriend and I booked a trip to Indiana from Oregon through Travelocity. It was for 8 days and was for round trip flights, hotel and rental car. It was quite expensive for the package. We arrived in Indianapolis fine but were told we could not get our rental car unless we had a credit card and a credit report was run.

Does anyone have good credit these days? So we were stuck at the airport until we got a Lyft to our hotel and continued to have to use Lyft and Uber for the entire time while Hertz kept our 6oo or so dollars we pre-paid.

Zero help from Travelocity as we called them first, they just passed the buck to Hertz who refused a refund. Next, our flights home. Canceled by Spirit Air at the last minute. No way for us to get home on any flights that weren't over 1000 bucks.

Terrible traveling arrangements to and for to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. Worst, if possible, customer service! I made a reservation to go to a hotel at Puerto Plata, for the first time, 7/28/21-8/4/21. at arrivals I realized that I was an hour and half farther from it.

It cost me $100 for the taxi to take me to the hotel. The return flight they gave me was at 8:00 am, we have to be at the airport 3 hours before flight time, which means at 5:00 am , the taxi picked us up at 3:00 am to be on time.

I couldn’t sleep that night, plus payed another $100 for the return trip to the airport! I’ve trying to talk to a supervisor unsuccessfully since I got at the hotel, to see if they could change either the airport to the one at Puerto Plata, or a later flight time from Santiago, nothing was…

José was the worst customer service rep EVER. He lied about what happened on our chat. And he canceled our trip, when we did NOT request that that was done! So, we have to now wait for our money to be returned.

And we also have to go through the trouble of re-booking!!!! He should be fired.
