I called your agent Phillip in your call center. I explained to him that my husband and I (recently) tested positive for covid. My husband is currently in ICU which makes it impossible for us to travel to New York tomorrow. (August 6, 2021).

I was told that we would have a penalty for canceling, which I disagreed with.

However, we are unable to travel so I have no choice but to cancel my reservation.

Moreover, I informed Phillip that New York has changed their laws/policies which requires parties dining in restaurants, parties engaging in any social settings to be vaccinated. We are unable to get vaccinated for ninety days after exposure to covid. I asked to speak with a supervisor to further explain my situation.

So disappointed in Travelocity and their complete lack of follow through today. Hours on the phone, the promise of a $200 refund but no confirmation. At least 6 calls today. Customer service representative made no notes when she got approval for the refund from her supervisor.

Wish someone cared that what was promised was not delivered! Please share! Their service is TERRIBLE!

Tour company never picked us up 07/01, Travelocity was not available 3 hour wait, filed a claim on 07/3 and all I get are excuses as to why they cannot resolve the problem. Tour company never called us and I received an email on 7/1 @1130 that they did not know where to pick us up.

I responded immediately @ 1130 hrs. and provided the information agan. We stayed almost 3 hours waiting in the lobby and no one ever showed up. I paid $411 USD for this tour that never happened and cannot get a refund.

I was then advised by Travelocity they could not process a refund until they speak to the vendor. This has been going on for a month now with no reports or updates. I have been a Travelocity customer for over 15years and this is how I am treated.

Never rent the car, Eurocar Mexico, want too much money in credit cards. I paid travelosity and insurance AIG insurance never get me back the money I paid for the supposed insurance. Anyway Mexico Eurocart don't care about AIG insurance, they want more money for rental, another Mexican insurance company and thousands I'm credit card to continue the contract I already got in travelosity, just scamed me.

Next time get your tickets with the airline and HertzMexico is the best trustworthy car rental.

I had what I thought was a duplicate car rental reservation because I had 2 separate confirmation numbers and 2 different itinerary #’s and when I asked the BOT to cancel the one reservation they both disappeared. I made this reservation back in May and I have been told by the rep after being called back 3 hours later this action can’t be undone.

I rented a suite at the Quality Inn in Owego, NY for one night. Upon arriving back in our room @10pm we found a major water leak in our ceiling. The hotel moved us to another room. The second room had peeling wall paper and was missing a second chair.

Neither suite had dishes, cookware utensils as would be expected in a suite.

Also breakfast was advertised but there was none provided. I’m looking for a discount for this stay.

I am writing you to detail a disastrous experience I had with Travelocity Customer Service in redeeming United Airlines flight credits in my Travelocity account, and to demand a refund of my flight credits. The summary is this: back in 2020 I booked four tickets, through Travelocity, to fly my family from Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey to Honolulu, Hawaii. Booked round-trip flight from Chicago to Miami through travelocity. They booked United one way and American the other. No problem. Now that covid caused rescheduling, they say I have to work with each airline separately. But it is impossible to book two one way tickets through two different airlines (without travelocity's help) .

It takes 6-7 hours to get a call back from travelocity. Their online chat could not help. This is the worst customer service experience I have had in my entire life. Travelocity doesn't seem to want to help nor care.

I canceled my hotel booking after a day there because it was disgusting. I asked the front desk if there would be a problem with me leaving early, they said no they would give a full refund for the remainder of the days and I also called Travelocity, she said I would be notified in 10 days.

10 days passed and I called again and then was told 10 business days. After waiting 30 mins each time of course, I called again after 10 business days waited 20 mins on the phone and someone came on finally, put me on hold again to check my status came back on and then disconnected me!

I called again and waited another 35 mins to talk to someone. 20. I sent the name and number via email. I also asked to speak to a manager and of course that can’t happen, cuz they will have to call me back in 2 more…

I booked what I thought was a hotel for me and my family which I needed for my infant for two rooms and the agent said it was non refundable which was fine . After I booked it, the AirBnB called to tell me that they do not accept children under the age of 15 years of age.

I told her that I was never informed by the agent about their policy. She said she would make a rare exception but with many rules to abide.. one of which child couldn’t cry loud because of other guests. Obviously this was an unreasonable request but because I couldn’t be refunded I had to accept.

Hello, I am hoping you can help me with a dispute. I tried to make a hotel reservation through Travelocity on 06/20/2021. I inadvertently realized the wrong dates/wrong month were already entered in the transaction. I needed a hotel room desperately for 06/20, not 07/2021! I called Travelocity and the hotel itself immediately and cancelled the reservation. I did not receive a service or stay at the hotel!! We booked a vacation to Tacoma Washington (hotel/flights), the pictures on the Travelocity website for the Quality Inn Tacoma were false advertisement. This has been the worst travel experience i have ever had. I am a single mom traveling with my four kids.

First on our first day of departure it took us 9 hours to get to our destination our flight was delayed for three hours but they still had us check it at our original departure time. We did not get to our destination until 2:30 in the morning.

After standing in line for two hours for another rental car. Then at the end of our trip i find out we can not take a carry on so i had to pay another additional$175 to add check bags plus purchase another suit case.

I am very disappointed with our experience i will never book through Travelocity again nor will i ever recommend Travelocity. Terrible experience! QQ

I canceled booking in less than 24 hours. They would only give me credit. Said it has to be canceled same day. In their own cancelation policy it states 24 hours. They don’t want to give the money back. Shady practices, can’t talk to anyone- called the airline it was booked on.

They said to demand a refund this is not right. How do you get a supervisor or manager? It’s the worst company to deal with.

I booked my airline tickets in December 2020 for a July 6, 2021 departure. On Monday, June 28, 2020, I received an email from Travelocity stating that my United flight had been cancelled. I was directed to either call the given number or respond to the email indicating whether I wanted assistance trying to find another flight or whether I wanted to cancel my booking for a full refund. The exact wording from the email is as follows: "Unfortunately United Airlines has made a schedule change to your upcoming trip, and your original flight is no longer available.

Worst customer service my wife and I have ever experienced in our life. We called multiple times, was on phone for approximately 5 hours in total over span of a week to change a simple car rental reservation with Thrifty.

Through no fault of our own and due to an airline making a change to our itinerary, we were placed in a position that we needed to extend our original rental car drop off time due to our flights leaving later in the day. During the nightmarish calls, repeat calls, and disconnects with Travelocity Customer service it was even identified by a Travelocity Supervisor that a previous representative of Travelocity Customer service was dishonest, and did not record notes as required to do her job.

I could go on even longer with the absolute joke of a service this but honestly…

If there was a minus rating, I would've chosen that. Wow, I've traveled a LOT, and have booked many flights, several through Travelocity prior to 2019. I don't have the will to list all of the ways that Travelocity was frustrating to deal with, including what seems to me fraudulent practices.

Calling for customer service and getting a recording that says the wait time to talk to a person will be 6 hours should say it all. I will NEVER use Travelocity again, and will warn everyone I know to avoid it as well. ' Just say NO.

Travelocity canceled a flight I booked without my knowledge. This caused me to drive 12 hours to reach the destination I booked the flight for. This also caused me to not be able to use two other tickets I booked.

So I lost $1000 in airfare. When I called Travelocity it took 2 hours to connect with a representative who was unwilling to help. I was put on hold for an hour trying to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on while on hold.

Travelocity is refusing to issue refund of cancellation fee. I was told to contact Hilton to request cancellation fee be waived. Hilton cancelled the late fee free of charge. Travelocity continues to state that they can not contact Hilton to confirm late cancellation fee has been waived.

I called Hilton on 7/20 and there’s a record of the fee being waived. Travelocity is refusing to contact Hilton and refund my money. I’m very frustrated the Travelocity is not following their own policy and is refusing to refund my money.

I’m disappointed in Travelocity’s poor customer service.

I purchased a trip to Aruba for June of last year which had to be cancelled due to the pandemic. I was given a coupon that could only be used for that specific hotel this year. I reschedule for July 21-27 but due to the delays in passport services my passport has not arrived.

When I call to cancel or reschedule, I was told I would only $48 for over $1000 trip. I asked to reschedule and was told I would have to pay over $800 for a night which goes for less than $200.

The hotel has 24 hours free cancellation or a penalty of one night if less than 24 hours. Since a got the reservation with Travelocity, I am not given a fair option. I made a reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham SE / Liberty Park, 2090 Urban Center Pkwy, Birmingham, AL 35242. I made a reservation for one night. I accidentally reserved the check in for July 30 - 31 when it was supposed to be July 16-17.

I called and was put on a 30 minute wait but the representative talked to me and said we would be able to make the change. I did not like the fact that there was an additional fee to make the change, but I paid it.

I then checked with the hotel's front desk and they said that they did not have the reservation from Travelocity. I waited 30 minutes and asked again and they still did not have it. I waited another 30 minutes and they still did not have it.

Travelocity charged me for a rental car at the time of the reservation, and the rental car company also charged me saying that they have no way of getting prepayment and charged me again. Travelocity promised to help but in reality is not.

I have been disconnected several times while trying to contact them. I was promised email communication regarding the problem and have gotten nothing. I looked on line and there is no refund in progress although I was told one would be opened.

Long on hold times only to be disconnected with a recording saying that they can't help me. REPEATED calls for the same issue only to receive a different answer each time. Requests to speak with a supervisor receive a response that one is not available or one will phone me tomorrow, which, of course never happens.

Each time that I have phoned, I have heard a different story (at this point, I think they are a bunch of lies) with a different time frame in which to receive a response, anywhere from 48 hours to 8-12 weeks. This time, I waited the 12 weeks, only to be told that they need more time and that I will receive a response within 10 days.

I book a van with hertz thru travelocity, The van has issues, phone will not pair, usb port not operational, and the odometer is flashing which means, A RAM ProMaster odometer blinks to indicate something is wrong on the Controller Area Network (CAN) bus. The fault could be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) engine electronics, the OEM radio, a cable or Hymer electronics. What a nightmare it has been every since I decided to give Travelocity a chance for my travel plans. When I initially booked my package deal which included my hotel stay, rental car and airfaire I thought I was getting a great deal; was I ever wrong.

First our flight was canceled and we had to leave the next day. Then after a 5hr flight we finally made it to get our rental car Only to be told we hadn't prepaid for it, which we had but no one from Travelocity could provide the It numbers to Thrifty.

After spending 4k on this trip we were forced to spend another 1k for a rental car. Yes you heard right we paid for our rental twice! well let me tell you the budget was busted before the trip began.

Dear Travelocity, just reaching out to express my frustration with the above confirmation number. Nothing to do with you folks but with JetBlue. Our flight times have been changed 3 times. Most recently 2am this morning 7/11/21 the day of our 10am flight.

Totally ridiculous to now have to scramble the day of our trip to change airport transportation reservations to and from both airports. On top of that we have now lost a total of 3 hours of our arrival day to Aruba.

I have been a long time JetBlue customer, but over the last 5 years 90% of my arrival or departing flight with them have been delayed. They have become totally unreliable. I know they service a large area and are a major carrier but there on time arrivals and departures is terrible.

On June 23rd, my family arrived in Orlando FL at 1:30 am and expected to pick up the paid for and confirmed 12 passenger van through Thrifty rental car. (Itinerary # 72086354756669 Confirmation J7353487617) All 12 of our family members, including a small child had to sit and WAIT for 1 1/2 hours while I waited in line at the Thrifty car rental counter because Thrifty did not have enough agents at the counter to handle the customers.

When I finally arrived at the counter and presented my paid for confirmation, I was told that our 12 passenger van had been rented to someone else. I was FURIOUS. I had a valid contract and had bought and paid for and had a confirmation that we would have the 12 passenger van available.

Booked through Travelocity at Margaritaville Orlando Cottages July 2- July 5, 2021, on the day of arrival the 4bed/4bath 10 person cottage had no working air conditioner. I was offered a refund for the night and I agreed. 30 excluding taxes and fees.

I have multiple complaints. 1. Room not available at time of our arrival and it was after the check-in time. What made this experience worst was the Resort poor service at check in taking almost 2 hours and no communication as to why it was taking so long, absolutely unacceptable.

Our flights got canceled due to COVID last year in May and we confirmed several times with Travelocity that Fiji Airlines had approved a full refund. Here it is over a year later and NO REFUND…,completely unacceptable. We have called so many times and get nowhere.

This was a nightmare. I went to the airport at 3am to get my plane to Dominican Republic and spirit flights were cancelled without any notice from Spirit or Travelocity. I purchased a air and hotel at the same time comfirmation 72085342093920.

I was on hold for 4 hours in the morning but Spirit agreed to give my money back since they cancelled for unknown reasons. They claim it was short staffed. I called the hotel and they advised me it was through travelocity so I had to call them.

Extremely poor/nonexistent costume service. Impossible to get a human when absolutely needed. We initially booked two round trip tickets to Hawaii December 2020.. On May 14, 2021 we spoke to a Tavelocity agent and changed a our return flight from July 7th to July 1st.

We down loaded our confirmation and arrived this morning at the air port to discover we could not board our flight because tavelocity switch our return flight back to July 7th without notifying us. United ticket agent was able to show us these changes on their screen.

I recently booked with Travelocity. My flight was delayed and later changed causing me to miss an important event. I was unable to contact Travelocity prior to travel. The wait time to speak to a representative was 2 hours. I tried calling several times.

American Airlines was going to give a refund but because I booked through Travelocity AA statuted I needed to contact Travelocity which is impossible. I am very disappointed and still have not been able to speak to a representative from Travelocity.

It was an honest mistake. I'm not asking for a refund. I just need my reservation back on.. I've been a loyal Travelocity customer for years and this was an honest mistake. We're planning a 70th birthday for a family member and I can't afford to lose money.

I've already purchased 3 plans tickets to Denver for the same dates of the rental September 8th thru 12th and really need the car. I'm also dealing with a death in the family and really don’t have time to continue fighting this.

Bought a ticket to fly to Germany in October of 2019 was to travel in May of 2020 and of course could not fly, tried to get credit and was told it could only be used for 18 months, was never told and I can not get the credit
