I booked a room through the website, I paid for the insurance so as to cancel if needed. the computer changed my date tfrom June 25th to July 25th. I went to the chat which is a vitraul system that canceled my insurance rather then the hotel room. so instead of receiving my 93 dollars back they gave me 9 dollars. I then called waited on hold for 2 1/2 hours , the gentleman said nothing could be done even if it is the mistake of their system. I requested to speak to a supervisor so he hung up on me!!!!

this company is untrustworthy and will steal your money!!!!!!!

The airline changed our flight. So we contacted your agency. The agent by mistake, put both tickets in my name, instead of putting one in my husbands name and one in mine. This was a problem at the airport. Because of this we had to purchase another ticket.

Because they wouldn’t let my husband fly without a ticket in his name. I’m contacting you so that I can be reimbursed. Every time I called the agency and get to talk to somebody they put me on hold and then I get disconnected.

This has happened at least 10 times already since our trip.

Travelocity is the worse when is about resolving a complaint, specially now that everybody want to travel, but is it out fault, we shouldn't book through them all since they completely ignore any request, it doesn't matter the magnitude of the problem. I will never use them again.

Travelocity sent me an email indicating that the airline canceled part of my booking 8 days ago. The email contained a link to cancel the entire booking. I clicked the link "Cancel" on the same day. Today, 8 days later, they sent me an email for the trip that I canceled.

The virtual online agent could not help me when I submitted a query online as to why they are still sending me an email for the flight on June 27. The telephone wait time is an hour plus. This service is horrible and especially onerous to a senior citizen.

No one should use this service. The rating scale is zero not one.

I have spoken many times with many agents!! I have been lied to, hung up on, and manipulated. I am not pleased that I can't speak with a manager!!! Yoir agency booked me for a trip that has me paying $729 for transportation from the airport to my resort because Travelocity told me it was only a 45 min ride and

call the resort for shuttle arrangements only to find out from the resort it's ober a 3 hr. Dive and that it is very expensive. I've filed a complaint and been promised over & over that someone would call and NO ONE HAS.

Travelocity needs to make this right for me. I will not be taken advantage of!!!!

I paid travel protection to protect me against fees for canceling. Travelocity did not let me cancel and then tried to charge me for a hotel I didn't stay at. They lied and said hotel can refund me, but the hotel doesn't even have my info to take my reservation payment.

I have spoken to many people today, and they all wanted to say oh hotel will refund with exception. The hotel can't give an exception for money they don't have. I spoke to the manager of the hotel to confirm this is NOT the case.

Fuck Travelocity, I filed a claim with my bank and took all my money out of a card that can't overdraft. Stop stealing money from people, I also have documented proof of all of this.

Round trip international flights cancelled for COVID, have been trying to rebook now for one month- nobody can tell me where my credit is. Airlines- they said we see a credit but not the amount, contact travelocity. Did. Said they would have to call me back. Never did.

Same story for one month and still no credit/rebooking. Sucks. $900 down the drain. Will not use them anymore.

Travelocity's Customer Service is a Joke. My flight was canceled and Travelocity Customer Service simply wasn't there. 10 minutes of auto jargon before I was told an agent would be available in 30 minutes. please come back later. When I got back to the Hotel (yes, I was stuck overnight) and called the Customer Service phone #, another 10 minutes of auto Jargon, then + 2 hours for Customer Service to call me back.

Not a surprise, of course they didn't call. I won't work with Travelocity again and don't recommend them. If you have problems while on the move they are useless. MEB

I booked a family vacation for 9 days in Iceland. We had to cancel. I have been on hold for 7 plus hours and spend 8 hours on facebook and the website and am not able to get the car, hotels and flights canceled.

I am told they will call back in 2 hours and three hours later no call. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 year. I am frustrated and upset at the extreme lack of customer service. I have been told 20 or more times there is a glitch in the system .

After 3 day, this is very frustrating.

I’m trying to cancel a rental car booking from July 2-10 due to military orders changing, and I can’t get in contact with an agent and the virtual agent does not help at all. If this doesn’t get resolved I’ll have to file this with the Air Force department of justice and they will no longer use Travelocity services, if an E4 airmen gets treated so poorly, and can’t be refunded his money after Murillo even attempts.

I needed to cancel my hotel in the UK for a second time because of the Pandemic and travel restrictions. I was given a coupon the first time I had to cancel and I booked with the coupon the second time and brought travel insurance.

When I sadly had to cancel the second time because of travel restrictions. I called so many times used virtual chat waited on the phone for hours. Virtual chat never had anyone avaliable, hold time on the phone of an hour.

They tell you they will call you back and when they do you are put on hold again. Told I could not change my reservation because I had already cancelled once. Travelocity said they would not refund my money or change my reservation although the hotel was ok with it.

On June 8, 2021 I order a car rental from Travelocity website under the assumption advertised that all booking are refundable if canceled within 24 hours, after realizing a few hours later that i could not go through with the rental, I immediately contacted Travelocity customer service to canceled the rental, and was told this is non- refundable. I have never experience anything like this since it is illegal for a company to charged for a service not provided and secondly, no where during the booking was i told or made aware that the booking was final. who in the right mind will book something under those conditions.

I am respectfully asking that all my monies be return to my credit card since i was not made aware of a non refund policy. thanks

The hotel we chose was unsafe and not as advertised. I tried to change or get a refund from my hotel but they informed me I had to go through Travelocity since I made my payment to them. Disappointingly, Travelocity mainly communicates through their app message and it is ridiculously horrible.

I provided all the information they asked for and they still could not assist me with changing my hotel or a refund. They stated all their agents were unavailable and to call 8558639601. The first time I called I was on a wait list for 6 hours and they did not call me until 10 hours later at 4:19am which I missed because I was sleeping.

There are sending in circles to get my refund. They have false advertising. When I booked my rental car it stated only pay upon pick. So I had to call 5 days before pick up date I called the vendor first after she cancelled my trip she explained I needed to call Travelocity to get my refund to my shock because they were not suppose to charge my card.

Travelocity said they had to contact vendor but since they were on hold longer than 5 mins I have to call back in an hr or someone will call me back in 3 hrs I never received a called back and still waiting on my money. Do not book anything with Travelocity they are a scam and the give should allow us to sue them and shut them down won’t get much I am sure it’s more ppl than Travelocity can handle .

I booked a hotel for the weekend with travelocity and then discovered after the fact that the hotel was being offered through travelocity at auction lower price. They offer price matching but because I didn't ask 48hrs prior to staying g at the hotel they won't honor it. I paid $216/night.

Then it was offered $141/night.

Today is June 7, 2021, in Pakistan. I just made a booking from Islamabad to New York for July 1, 2021, and return on July 15, 2021 by Qatar Airways. The booking is in my name. Ali Warisuzzaman. 00 It was posted that 5 seats were available and the booking was "guaranteed".

I have been trying for weeks to use an airline credit & spend hours a day on the phone repeating myself to the customer service reps. They either can’t find it or do find it but not sure if it’s still valid (it is) then they hang up on me at the 1 hour mark.

Their communication is terrible & seem vastly under staffed for the amount of issues that arise. My last flight with Travelocity never showed up within American Airlines database either & I had to escalate it to AA management who said Travelocity is their biggest problem always - terrible service all around

I was driving with my family on Interstate 40. In the evening, we used the Travelocity app to make a reservation in Tucumcari, New Mexico. Travelocity comfirmed the reservation. We were tired when we got to the motel, but were told they had no room for us. They said they were completely booked before our reservation was made. They had no place for us and told us that they did not think there was a room to be had in all of Tucumcari. So, we ended up traveling 2 more hours into the night, and finally finding a place in Shamrock, Tx.

Impossible to get a refund for a trip planned to Italy 06/2020. I have been advised countless times deadline was august to rebook but I am traveling with two children and do not think it is the best time to take them to Italy.

Agent made a mistake. As the result I’ve lost my booking. Never got a refund. More then that they charged me more for taking me off the flight. I called several times and different agents talk me that someone will call me from the escalation department. Nobody ever called.

My name is Jaime Owens and I’ve been trying to cancel reservation (72097016715018) for the past 4 days. This task has been unsuccessful after multiple attempts. I have called each day and waited 4 hours for a return call. Just to be notified that I would need to wait another 24 hours for someone to return ANOTHER call.

This is unacceptable and poor customer service. I've requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that it would take 24 hours for a return call. I was informed by the associate James that I spoke with today (5/27/2021) that an error occurred yesterday and the agent that I spoke with yesterday (5/26/2021) did not request for a call back yesterday.

I made a pre-paid reservation on Dollar car rental using Travelocity. The Travelocity webpage said that I could cancel the reservation at any time. But when I made the resevtation, hidden in the itinerary i said no cancelations were allowed. So I lost money.

Impossible to contact,, hours upon hours only to be disconnected after hours on hold. Was told i could modify rooms, than to be told i couldnt that there were none available. After researching myself on Travelocity website i could book a different type of accommodation.

I’ve booked three flights last February 2020 just before the pandemic started we couldn’t travel because of the pandemic. I called Travelocity in April to cancel they told me that I have to call the airline which I did. The airline told me it’s a pandemic and mostly everything was closed and no one was traveling at that time.

I have tried calling numerous times and have even used the call back option BUT have either been hung up on or told that they cant hear me. I have never had this problem with anyone else that I talk to so I know its not my phone or the provider.

I have been told that I will be getting a refund and have NEVER gotten it. I'm always told something different and have even asked that they listen back to the phone calls since they state they are all being recorded.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone to use my airline credit for weeks. The website is completely not user friendly and won’t allow me to self book the flights. It leads me to the bot chat that tells me over and over again that they can’t help me.

I have called the customer service line Atleast 5 times and sat on hold for atleast an hour to two hours with no response. I’ve done the call back option 3 times abs never received a call back. I have contacted the Twitter and Facebook where they tell me they will get back to me and never do.

I am going to lose out on a $5000 non-refundable vacation if I don’t get these flights booked. It is not fair that I have $3600 worth of credits being held hostage. This is terrible customer service.

Worst customer service ever. I cancelled flights. I have received no refunds on credit cards. I have received no voucher info. I have spent 7 hours this week on hold waiting for agent that recording says will be one to two minutes.

I have now spent my Friday night on hold so far for 1 hour and 48 minutes. 00 dollars are. I’ve used Travelocity for years and years. I always said to everyone it was the way to book. You are using Covid as excuse for this poor customer service. 00. I’m so upset.

I used this hotel three times in the 4 days prior. But when I booked 3 days and had issues with the lack of masks and other unsanitary practices of the hotel the were no where to be found. So I'm trying to contact them and find another place to stay outside Miami during spring break while on family vacation.

Nothing they were nowhere to be found. So I contact their parent company ( Expedia) and still nothing. Basically they booked me into a dump and didnt even call me back.

If I could give this a lower rating I would, due to Travelocity's misrepresentation on their website. After we checked in we discovered that there is ONE bed for 4 people. The bunks are not available for anyone that is not a child so those don't count.

I spent HOURS of my vacation talking with a customer rep who called the hotel and confirmed the situation. She promised me a $200 credit would be applied to my account within 10 days but after I checked, rechecked, called and called and called again, I discovered that there were NO notes and NO credit.

Now when I purchased the vacation package I also purchased the cancel for any reason protection and was assured by the person selling it to me that I could cancel for any reason. However the hotel in Mexico Occidental Xcarte issued a travel voucher without my knowledge. Customer service was very poor when I called the hotline to try and fix my reservation. I had to escalate to a manager who was also degrading. The website did not load correctly so I was unaware of a deposit needed for the room I paid for.

When trying to explain this I was spoken to like I was stupid. The lack of customer service was deplorable. How is it the customers fault if the terms do not load? I am in the middle of moving with three children and paid $85 for a room last minute with all the money I had.

Flight lands in London (sat on tarmack for at least 2 hours), after the inconvenience of being shuffled from line to line finally some accommodations and transportation from and back to the airport. ). Our final destination charged us for a room we never used and ground transportation charged us twice, once for the day we missed and then again when we finally were able to confirm landing.

Thank goodness the ground transportation was courteous enough to just wait since they were aware of all the delays. Our party is out nearly $1500 in services. I don't think the tarmack delay was the culprit. Travelocity should be mindful of the true time line in order that travelers are able to come as close as possible to making their planned travel arrangements.
