I booked a room through the website, I paid for the insurance so as to cancel if needed. the computer changed my date tfrom June 25th to July 25th. I went to the chat which is a vitraul system that canceled my insurance rather then the hotel room. so instead of receiving my 93 dollars back they gave me 9 dollars. I then called waited on hold for 2 1/2 hours , the gentleman said nothing could be done even if it is the mistake of their system. I requested to speak to a supervisor so he hung up on me!!!!
this company is untrustworthy and will steal your money!!!!!!!
