my reservation it was December 22nd I had a pick up time of 1230 PMat 4970 S E 16th i West Coast storage. I sat there for about an hour and a 1/2 waiting to get my Reserved u-haul.

finally, I calledU-haul customer service and was told that I needed to go then now to 88th & Foster to pick up my reservation. I am just wondering why uhal offers an online reservation as a convenience to your customers?

I was supposed to be to pick up the items by1pm. which due to uhaul Error I was charged and $80 late fee. I have not been offered any accommodation or discount. I have used u-haul several times in the past and I've never had any problems.

I hope we can come to some agreement so I feel accommodated for your error and I would return in the future And leave a review on Google About the customer…

Uhaul in maugansville md is the worst location on the planet. Started dealing with a mom/daughter duo who answered all my ubox questions and had me all set up. Next thing I know they both quit and I'm stuck with dumb/dumber guy that claim to be management that camt find my box and claim I never had one there.

Say I'm behind in payments which I have receipts showing I'm nit then they say I can't have my stuff til I pay which again I show I'm caught up. They are rude cussing at me hanging up on me and walking away when I come in the store.

Absolutely horrible store and ehen I finally get my stuff they will be dealt will legally for thr extra charges because I have receipts of all the extra money charged to my card

1. The moving box was delivered late. 2. The person picking it up for shipping screamed at my wife because we moved the box like 75 feet so we could load it conveniently. 3. We were told we could access our stored box even though we hadn’t paid the full balance for shipping yet so we drove 1.5 hours to the facility and they sent us home. 4. They failed to give us the correct address for the storage facility which is why we had to drive 1.5 hours in the first place.

Called U Haul Auburn NYmade an appointment for install if trailer hitch. Appointmenr was for 7 :30am got there was told that should have been called mechanic not in till 11:00. Left came back at 11:00 told me hanic still not in bur should be soon and service should be complete by 12 noon.

Came back still had not toched vehicle. Serviced person who had an appointment dor 8:30 that day. Then was told would have to come bacl in a week. We were leaving the very next day. They finnallt did work and were finished abot 4:00 pm.

This complaint is strictly behind the worst customer service I’ve experienced with any company. I’ve had my storage unit for 4years in this 4 years I’ve lost the key to my lock twice. Never had a problem with the associates cutting the lock off and charging me a small fee.

But for some reason I’ve been trying to get into my unit for over a month now. which The key is not lost just not accessible (in another state). I’ve visited the location 3 times and called and emailed the store manager numerous times with no help just the run around so now we are in a new month rent is due but I can not even get into my unit.

I understand the customer service does not exist in this country anymore, and Uhaul is no exception. When you call the telephone number you were there get a call center which has no information whatsoever regarding any problem you may have.

All they’re concerned with is giving someone a message or making a new sale. When you call a branch you either get a menu that does not include speaking with someone with the excuse where serving another family or some BS like that, what it really means is we don’t wanna talk to you face-to-face because we haven’t been trained in customer service whatsoever.

Or winds up happening is you leave a message and someone gets back to you between 430 and five during their callback hours and you can’t talk so the excuses well we gave you a call back and no one…

Very frustrating experience today, 10/12/22.

Called the largest local Y-Haul center and was transferred to a national call center (?). No problem with that. I told the representative I needed a wiring harness on my vehicle. She asked me if I, the customer, knew the part number of the harness I needed. I kept my mouth shut, but I could not help but wonder how I was supposed to know that information.

She politely excused herself while she looked for a part number. After several minutes she came back on the line and excused herself again. When she came back on the line this time, she said she had it straightened out. She quoted me a price of $40.00 for labor and $9.95 for the harness. We went into the U-Haul moving and storage of Milton @ 6050 Hwy 90 Milton Florida 32570 On 9/28/2022 my contract number is 21726496 The first time we went in to inquire about the price and availability of a pull behind trailer your employee informed us that the price was for a 24 hour rental.

However when we returned to get the rental she informed us that we had to have the trailer back within 6 hours well we needed to get some things done so we didn't have much of a choice but the price didn't change and she was extremely rude the whole time we were doing our rental agreement.

Rented a Truck on 8/12/2022 - Had the Truck for 1 1/2 Hours when the charges started to come in I was very upset.

There where multiple issues with the Reservation and was issued 50.00 Credit towards the Rental. Then I was Charged a Cleaning Fee and Fuel Surcharge and Fuel. The Rental Truck was picked up and was on 1/4 tank, I returned the truck with a 1/4 tank and the truck was swept out.

Today I went to turn in unneeded boxes. I bought several to be sure I had enough for my move out of state and because you allow returns.

However, when I got to the store, I was told that they couldn't help me without a receipt. Who knew I would need a receipt to return U-Haul boxes to U-haul. Yeah, I see it now on the box now in tiny lettering.

I also see that it is written in another language, but much larger. Hmmmmm? It's something the rep should mention. The boxes are pristine and have "U-Haul" written all over them. Where else did I get them from? I bought at least 20 boxes in a variety of sizes.

Company’s ineptitude is costing me time and money. I planned a move from Regina, Saskatchewan to Grande Prairie. On 21st of June, 2022, I had booked a time to install a hitch on my vehicle and reserved a uhaul trailer, please note that I had taken time to go their office to get information on what the installation entailed and gave ample time before the installation day.

Went to rent a U-Haul for a move from Aurora to Calhan Colorado for a couple of days from the 7360 bent grass meadows U-Haul location in falcon Colorado. When we went to pick the U-Haul up the woman Lavonne I believe her name was never inspected it. Just here's the keys.

And when I called to extend the rental because there was only two of us doing all of the moving by ourselves she just started screaming at me on the phone. I never had such horrible customer service before. I called the main U-Haul number and they were able to extend it for us with no problem.

I moved out of my unit February 24th. A few days they charge me for the unit plus a late fee. Refuse to do anything about it. Cant get a call back from store manager. They also took my old lock off because they were having problems with tweekers living in units and thought mine was one them.

They left lock off and half of my couch is missing plus they charged me for another lock when it was their mistake.

Rented a u-haul truck. The u-haul employee filling out our agreement asked if I wanted insurance. I asked what it covers. He states “everything inside , the outside of vehicle and it even covers if you get stuck in the mud, they pull you out” I agree and said give me the insurance.

We got the truck stuck and called to tell them we needed a tow truck. They said we had to pay $325.. I explained we had insurance. They claimed we paid for the wrong insurance. I paid it so we can get home.

Next day I went to u-haul and spoke with a manager. Explaining situation, she says the employee is kind of new, he says the wrong things to customers, we keep telling him not to do those things. He didn’t charge you the extra $5 for the next level insurance.

I called u-haul this morning for a truck and a car hauler rental. They asked what I was hauling I told them that I was moving a project Truck from storage and they told me they had a 15' trailer I said prefect I will be right there to get it.

After getting to where I was loading up the truck I realized there was only 12' of usable deck and that the truck would not fit. So I took it back and told them they gave me miss information about the trailer was useless.

They did not seem to care and still charged me $136 for one hour and total of five miles. Had they told me that the deck was only 12' I would have never rented it to start with. Very poor customer service at the 1011 N pine Ave ocala fl, 34470 location. The order #93602957.

On Nov. 20, 2021, I had a hitch and wiring package installed on my 2015 Nissan Rogue. A few days later, I rented a trailer for a couple of days. When I returned it, I was informed the lights weren't working. We made an appointment for me to bring my vehicle in to have it checked. I was told the wiring box was bad, and they did not have one and would have to order one. They would call me when it came in. I check back several times in the next two weeks, only to be told it hadn't come in yet. I was forced to rent a truck to make my move by the end of the month. Cost was $864.69. To this day, I still have not received a call from the facility regarding my needed repairs. What can I do? I need to rent another trailer, but can not do so until the wiring is repaired.

I have rented from uhaul numerous numerous times. I have been grateful for the online check-in because it limits my face to face contact and interaction with others. This is due to a severe anxiety disorder as well as severe PTSD among many other concerns I unfortunately acquired during my 17+ years of combat/military service.

Had a problem w/ a trailer, waited almost an hour for someone to get back to me, and then the next day was made to feel like an idiot for trying to get someone to take me seriously about a potential problem to save them $ and a potential lawsuit if something were to happen returning a piece of dangerous equipment

Had a trailer which was not engaging on my hitch, which was banging every time i pulled off or stepped on the brake, with threats of charging me $250 for a roadcall

Unprofessional service at Topaz Avenue's U-Haul (Victoria, BC).

My husband and I used their service a few weeks ago and loved it, that is why today (October 17th), we wanted to use their service again to pick up some furniture. We went to U-Haul in Victoria (Topaz Avenue) to rent a minivan. However, this time the Assistant Manager (her/she) insisted to say that they couldn't rent it for international students who don't have a paper version of an official driver's license translated by the Canadian government.

We asked her to show us this company's policy, and she didn't show us. We felt disrespected, not to say discriminated, once we know a few non-Canadian friends who always use U-Haul services WITHOUT an official driver's license translated by the Canadian government.

Complete incompetence bottom to top, and rudeness and disrespect toward customers.

I went in to the UHaul office in Moscow, Idaho, three times to see about getting a trailer hitch installed. Each time I went there was no one at the desk and a number of customers standing around looking baffled trying to find someone who worked there. The first two times I just left. The third time I waited long enough for an employee to show up and I made an appt. I brought in my car the next day-- same thing, nobody to be seen, and three customers standing in line looking mad. So I left my key on the counter and called a bit later to tell them I had left the key. While calling the u haul on 3969 Rancho in Las Vegas Nevada . I called was put on hold . After 3 min I hung up and called back. A lady answered and I proceeded to ask if I could bring a uhaul back to a different location, when she explained in town I told her I was out of town.

She was rude by this point. Was still forthcoming with info. I didn’t like being treated rudely and I raised my voice a bit and she hung up. I called back asked her name she hung up again while saying something rude. Couldn’t make it out.

I called back a third time talked to Chris the manager. He was helpful , but when I inquired on making sure that the employee was going to be documented for this . He then began to be rude his self taking his employee said saying he don’t have to document anything. Check the…
