my reservation it was December 22nd I had a pick up time of 1230 PMat 4970 S E 16th i West Coast storage. I sat there for about an hour and a 1/2 waiting to get my Reserved u-haul.
finally, I calledU-haul customer service and was told that I needed to go then now to 88th & Foster to pick up my reservation. I am just wondering why uhal offers an online reservation as a convenience to your customers?
I was supposed to be to pick up the items by1pm. which due to uhaul Error I was charged and $80 late fee. I have not been offered any accommodation or discount. I have used u-haul several times in the past and I've never had any problems.
I hope we can come to some agreement so I feel accommodated for your error and I would return in the future And leave a review on Google About the customer…
