to whom it may concern I had a really bad experience with the way the employees from United talk to me the customer service is so bad no people skills at all. I flew with you guys because I though it would be better than American Airlines but it's worst.
also when I got my seat I was sitting next to a person that was overweight they took half of my seat. don't think it's fair that I paid for a seat and got half . not sure what your policy on people that are heavy but please don't have them take over my seat as it is we don't have much room to move or stretch our legs hopefully you will take the time to send some of your employees to a class where they learn how to be nice an learn how to talk to the passengers since we are the ones paying their salary... thank you
