I had to spend almost three hours with three different representatives to make a payment arrangement for the 17th of September. Each time I spoke to someone in your Finance Department I was put on a hold the first representative Miguel never came back after waiting for 45 minutes.

The second representative Naveleen put me on hold and the call dropped after 45 minutes. I finally spoke to Sunny and she told me that I would have to call back tomorrow in order to get my payment arrangement extended to September 17th of this month.

I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and this was the worst treatment that I have had. I have been a long time customer of Verizon and when my contract ends with your company I will be going to a different phone carrier. Sincerely, Lisa Wiley-Brown

Since 6/2021 I have been complaining to Verizon because I can only make a connection to my internet service for approximately five to ten days each month since June. When I call their main concern is to fix any problem via telephone.

One tech finally came to my home and suggested that I disconnect my fax, I did and again that worked for approximately two weeks. They have made many promises but it is September and they still have not resolved this sporadic services.

I am 75 years old and I have little to any technological skills which is why I have a service plan. I am on auto-pay and I expect to get assistance without calling every 2-3 weeks and still have the same problem.

Please send a tech to my home in order to fix this problem.

Missing daughter. Phone is dead or turned off. Find my Iphone doesn’t work. About to turn into an Amber Alert, but Verizon a nationwide company is closed?!?! Good evening, We read with displeasure that Verizon "promotes defunding the police" and the "idea that America is fundamentally racist."

Before we discontinue our personal and business use with Verizon, we would like for the company to address these issues. We have been decades long customers of Verizon, but if true, we will cancel our service and support another carrier.

63 on 7/18/21 for an order that was supposedly canceled by a Woodbridge, NJ associate and was told my card would be refunded in 3-5 days. Four calls later and numerous chats later my refund still has not been issued.

I was told again today that they would apply a credit to my September Bill. As a customer of over 20 years who has always maintained her accounts, I say this... don't waste your time with this company and their BS service your better off going with T Mobile and I am certainly switching!

They don't care about their customers and all they want is your money and give you crappy service!

I'm so unhappy with Verizon!!! Twice I had made arrangements to pay my bill. I talked to a person had the arrangement made I stopped the draft. It didn't matter that arrangements were made Verizon still took the money out.

I made the arrangement so that this would not happen. Twice Verizon overdrawn my checking account, because Verizon can't get things together. I agreed to pay my account on September 4th 2021 instead of August 25th 2021. I will be canceling my servic with Verizon and taking my business elsewhere.

I want that money back in my account, but I know that Verizon will not do that. Verizon is the worse Cell phone company!

I have been a Verizon customer for over 40 years - over the years anytime it rains there is always a lot of static on my phone line. Last week 8/19/21 the phone line to my home was torn down.

I reported the phone issue to Verizon on 8/19/21. It is now 8/25/21 and I still have no phone service. I have called Verizon each and every day to be told they will be out the next day to repair my phone service and have been given empty promises.

It has been very frustrating to call/email and literally spend hours trying to get my phone repaired. Where I live there is no cell service. I have explained we are elderly and have medical issues and still have not had my phone line repaired.

I have never,never in my life dealt with more inept customer service. I have a mobile phone that does not allow people to leave a vm. The out going message is a foreign one in which I did not set up, it wasn't even an option. absolutely none!!!!!

So me and my wife bought iPhone 12 Pro Max 8-10-21 the guy that helped us was clueless on what to do half the time. So my wife’s phone took longer then expected so we left to go by cases and other assessors for the phone.

So after shopping we come back and the guy handed us our phones and we left, then a week later I call and ask about the boxes and phone charger and I was told I need to wait for the guy Joseph to get back in from lunch and he will call me, 5pm rolls around so I call and he went home for the day so

Verizon hired a tree company to butcher trees so they can run new wires. The tree in front of my house is completely dismembered and lop-sided now. With hurricane season approaching I’d like to get on the same page that if this thing now falls over onto my house, fence or even a person that Verizon (not myself or my homeowners insurance) might be responsible.

Terrible customer service. On the phone with them 4 hours last night trying to activate a replacement phone. Reps are clueless then “high level technician” hung up on us twice, didn’t call back as promised 2 other times. Each rep disconnects the call without solving the problem.

Have to call back over and over again. Still no resolution. Absolutely pathetic. We are porting our 8 lines to another company. Take that imbeciles!

In shock I was turned into credit bureau. Was a Verizon customer for over 20 yrs and always paid my bills on time. Ordered new service online, told them I was hesitant, during covid my phone stopped working that I had for a very long time.

I was told my service was an unlimited plan. I otherwise would have used my classroom computer or home computer. Now I have a phone bill for over $1000. And manager from Verizon actually laughed at me. I do not feel that I owe this when lady sold me the wrong plan.

We had trouble with our internet connectivity with Verizon at our home so I called the 800 number and then the problems started which lasted 2 HOURS.

First of all, it took me three attempts before they recognized my voice responses (I didn't move locations at all during this time) then once I finally, finally, got a chat person to talk to, the first person was chat line only, all text, and her English wasn't good nor was her advice to call the 800 number and hit #4 which didn't exist.

Another call, where I yelled AGENT several times, got me to another guy with a strong, difficult to understand Indian accent, who eventually solved my problem but due to the problem of trying to understand what he was saying, left me absolutely exhausted. I am going to get away from Verizon as soon as I can…

Prior to about 3-4 weeks ago, I was able to call within my area code by dialing just the 7-digit number. Now, I have to dial the area code and the 7-digits. I have called several times and spent HOURS on the phone with “customer service”. Still no resolution. This is extremely annoying!!

Went into store and was promised a buy one get on free and has not been applied been calling calling in every month to get it fixed and all they are doing is adding a different plan. I am being scammed!!!!

I what to pay the amount I was told in store. You agents scam us to get there bonus. As a customer for many years I feel this is wrong. Then there was a supervisor i spoke to that all she wanted to do is talk over us and yell with the tv tv full blast in the back watching walking dead that we could hardly her Teressa Owen's and said she would fix it and didn't.

I agreed to a certain amount because I new I could it. This needs to be fix. I agreed on paying around $30 more each month not a $100

I have had issues since I signed up.

First, at sign up, I was promised my bill and first month's bill would only be $135 a month. Well, I ordered phones and when they were shipped I noticed that the bill was not what they had promised. It was over $100 more!

We were told that the phones we ordered would be for free as they had a promotion going on where if you trade in a phone, you would receive $800 off a new 5G phone. Sounded like a great deal!

Well, come to find out that the promotion only works with the Play Unlimited plan which is $10 extra per line. Ok, fine. That's $20 more. No big deal. Well, a couple days later, only one of the phones shows up.

Fiber optic line was attached to my office building from a leaning utility pole. This line goes across my driveway of my parking lot for my building but does not service my building. It was put there without my permission.

It services an adjacent building. Previously a former garbage hauler had refused to pick up my garbage because of the liability issues if they were to damage that line. It took me a month to get some to raise that line so I could resume garbage collection.

My current garbage hauler has informed me that they will not pick up until the line is raised to code level 14'. It finally took me to threaten cutting the line to get them to show up a determen the line was too low and rectifie the situation.

I am looking for a way to expedite the repair.

, Suite number D. Phone 925-808-5462. On February 14, 2021 I was scammed by this one. Verbally I was sold a two for one promotional on a pair of apple 12’s. At this point all I have received is half credit on the free-bee apple 12.

I was told by Sandi that it would take several billing cycles to show up on my bill. It did not show up. I was also verbally sold a an option to purchase a tablet for only three dollars per month.

This has cost me $31 per month since February. Upon repeated visits I have been unable to get resolved from the store manager. Please help me.

Extremely poor in store service at the Brighton MI location. There were 3 store associates when I arrived. Myself and 2 others ahead of were checked timely upon entry but after that there was zero attempt to multi task to help the waiting customers.

WY too much time was spent by the associates themselves waiting on their current customers to make decisions. over an hour now here and only one person has been helped. Insane.

Long wait times for customers even with appointments. Unable to get anyone in any department to answer and the recording never accepts what your need is and over and over she says to tell her again when it is plain as day.

I have Verizon a long time and your customer service has grown so bad. I only had a question and would have been short conversation but you just never have anyone who will answer except occasionally new purchase and he put me off to another person who never answered.

I had a new SIM card installed in my phone because my original one was faulty. Upon installation, my account showed “pending”. The rep at the Verizon Store contacted Verizon Tech Support. The wait time was an hour. Once the tech rep (Matt Lahr) got on the phone, he was not amenable to the concerns or requests from the Verizon rep.

He refused to transfer the call to a supervisor after several attempts made by the rep. Once the Supervisor (Bailey Fisher) goy on the phone, she was arrogant and unhelpful and said that I had to wait until morning to see if the SIM card would “kick in”.

Service has steadily declined in my area. Verizon needs to be held accountable for lack of quality service in areas where they claim coverage. Cost of service doesn’t get discounted because of lack of proper reception. Customer service doesn’t know what they are doing, wait times are ridiculous, and it’s nearly impossible to talk to someone who does.

In this day and age it is not unreasonable to expect service that is RELIABLE when the area map states that there is service. Cellular providers should be fined for not providing adequate service for all its customers, especially considering, ALL are paying the same, whether it’s good service or not.

I've been a Verizon customer since 2014 and I just ran into a problem I charged quit a bit on my Verizon account and got over my head . So I called to try and work out a payment arrangement.

I wanted to pay $200 dollars a month payable on the 3rd of each month. 00 immediately. On 7-27-21 I noticed fraudulent charges on my credit card. On 7-28-21 the charge was posted to my account and I called Visa to tell them. They cancelled my card and said I would get a new card in about two weeks.

My Verizon payment was due on 8-2-21, five days away. I called customer service and the representative (male) told me my local Verizon store could fix this. Just over two months ago we switched our business lines over to Verizon. At that time, we did it because we were promised phones they were free. Long story short, we have been charged basically for those and other things that we still have no explanation about.

When we’ve tried to dispute or talk to someone in customer service, they have been no help and even at times confused themselves! We have tried to contact and talk to numerous people in numerous places and have spent hours on the phone and in the store where we live.

Your associate Felipe, apex NC, accused me of taking a picture of him, then snatched the store phone from my hand while on hold with verizon corporate and hung the phone up. He then stated that he called the police on me and tried to escort me out.

I asked another employee, Ron, for his help b/c I am a new verizon customer. Im so glad that Ron did not participate with Felipe. Instead he recognized the situation and was very helpful. Felipe tried to tear me down because I wrote a review 2 days ago that was justified in both his and Brielle's actions.

I have had trouble with iPhone 11. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with Verizon technicians trying to resolve these issues. Several Verizon Reps would experience the issues while speaking with them. New phone, new SIM card still bad call reception and dropped calls.

I contacted Verizon again tonight and a poor excuse of leadership Josh stated that my phone was not having any issues tonight even after reviewing notes from previous representatives that the calls are bad he contradicted what was notated. I am in a NIGHTMARE! Verizon for the 2nd time deleted my mobile number from the face of the earth and won’t recognize me as ever a Verizon customer and I have no recourse whatsoever. I am at the end of my rope!

I ported this mobile number out of Verizon for good but Verizon locked my Verizon phone. I called Verizon to unlock my phone and that was when neither my mobile# nor my ICCID, my IMEI, my MDN, my pre-paid Acct# was in its system.

I have a prepaid plan with unlimited data and hotspot. Every month since I have had the service my hotspot has been removed from the service plan. And I need to make several calls to get the issue fixed. Which is very inconvenient for me.

I ordered a new iPad in May and was advised I would receive it after Memorial Day. I followed up 6/12 and was advised it hadn't shipped yet. I walked into the same branch I ordered it from and was advised it had shipped and was sitting in the store with no paperwork on "who" ordered it. We have been Verizon customers for the last 13 years and have never had so many problems until the first of 2021. We added 2 phone lines to our plan for our kids. Verizon wasn't able to connect one of them so they changed the number to get it activated and got us going.

This was around Christmas time 2020. Fast forward to February and our bill jumps from $598 to $1700. I call to find out what is going on and they put a buyout on our plan for the phone that we had trouble connecting back in December.

Hello, We were customers of Verizon about 15 years ago. We were customers for years. We had great service then. The agents seemed knowledgable. In fact, we still have our phone numbers from our initial contact with AT&T. We only switched to another carrier, because at the time AT&T provide more coverage in the areas we needed most.

We recently switched back to Verizon. Your incentives have been awesome and incising. The process was supposed to be smooth. From start to finish is was nothing of the sort. I am a share holder and a customer. for 13 years. My number is 616-836-8535. I needed a new phone and tried to call my local store in Holland, Mi. My call was answered by someone in Florida on the 28th of June.

The lady in Florida told me there was a 2 two for one deal and I would get $350 for my trade in. I went to the store in Holland, Mi where the salesman told me I couldn't do a 2 for 1 unless I changed phone numbers.

Whose stupid idea was that? and I couldn't get the $350 trade in unless I went to unlimited service. I had not been told either of these caviats on the 28th! I am stuck with Verizon as that is the only company that has coverage here.
