I had to spend almost three hours with three different representatives to make a payment arrangement for the 17th of September. Each time I spoke to someone in your Finance Department I was put on a hold the first representative Miguel never came back after waiting for 45 minutes.
The second representative Naveleen put me on hold and the call dropped after 45 minutes. I finally spoke to Sunny and she told me that I would have to call back tomorrow in order to get my payment arrangement extended to September 17th of this month.
I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and this was the worst treatment that I have had. I have been a long time customer of Verizon and when my contract ends with your company I will be going to a different phone carrier. Sincerely, Lisa Wiley-Brown
