Bought a phone. Phone doesn't work. Doesn't send text msgs, miss phone calls and voicemails are delivered 24 to 48 later. which I am still paying for the NEW PHONE!!!!! SO GIVE ME MONEY BACK IF YOU WONT SEND ME A NEW PHONE.

I purchased a device with the BOGO offer, an iPhone 12 ProMax. 00 as credit over the next 24 months per agreement. I paid a $600 downpayment to make payments lower on my main device. They applied the credit to the wrong device, I was provided nothing but wrong information from the sales team.

In the end, was told to go to the store to get the issue corrected. The store created a new order and now the BOGO promo is gone and Verizon is charging me a full retail price for the second device that was supposed to be the BOGO offer.

On May 16, 2021, I walked into my local Verizon store to upgrade my cell phone and transfer my current cell phone to my husband. The salesman (Paul) told me that they were having a special of $99 plus taxes and activation fees for an iPhone 11SE.

He told me I didn't need the higher memory as I don't use that much and the higher memory would be more expensive. I accepted and he proceeded to transfer my data and also my husband's. He also told me that he would throw in a free case.

It took some time to do and he asked me to return to pick up the phones which I did. When I returned the store was quite busy and he just handed me the phones. I didn't realize that I had walked out without a receipt.

I have been with Verizon for over 10 years now. Up to today, my experiences have been mostly positive. Today, changed everything. You see, I am a nurse. I am a nurse that has worked throughout Covid. I purchased a new phone this past Wednesday the 9th of June.

Nothing fancy, something to get the job done. A Motorola. I was told if any thing happened in the first 30 days to bring it back, exchange it, no questions asked. Well, today, actually yesterday now, the phone ringer stopped ringing and I couldn't make calls out either. I'm a nurse.

My phone internet and cable services went out on Tuesday. I called and someone was sent on Wednesday to look at it. The lady said she could not fix it because the problem was from the pole. She told me someone would come in from Engineering to fix it. No one came.

i called the next day only to be told by a rude representative that i was lying that the first technician told me someone was coming. Each day was a different story from Verizon staff with no one showing up for four days.

Right now i have no service and losing thousands of dollars everyday as there is no way for my customers to get to me. Apparently someone told me they must have flagged me as a problem customer that was why everyone i spoke to was rude, abrasive, and professional.

I called to explain to financial services that I needed to extend my payment arrangement 1 day and that I could pay 2 or 3 hundred dollars on Thursday 6/3/2021. 00 today or tomorrow before my phone service was cut off.

I even explained that I'm waiting for my tax refund to pay the entire bill. I said I have 39 cents in my bank account, I would give it to them if they wanted. I, also explained that my mother lives in California and is dying from heart failure, kidney failure and respiratory failure.

If I could give no stars I would.... I have been with Verizon over 20 years always had service now I never do can't even do my job because I don't have service have the time. I was in waynesburg Sunday I had no service of any kind I can't even us wifi but my sister had Metro and she had service and Verizon is said to be better I think not.

No service and I still have to pay a $300 phone bill once one of my phones are paid off I'm out. When I did call and had a tech help with my phone next day the phone went off and never came back on so I had to get another phone it's doing the same thing.

I bought an Apple Watch at the Niles Ohio location about a month ago. The sent me out with an 800 number to set it up. The person on the phone could not get it done. In the past my phone etc has been fully set up and paired up before I left but, no such option was given to me.

I had no use of the watch that day. I took the watch and the phone to a Boost and they had it done in no time and I don’t even have an account with them. The sales person at Verizon told me I would only have to charge the phone a couple of times a week but requires daily charging.

I think I’ll Boost in the future. THANKS VERIZON LIES AND NO SERVICE

My address is 914 Graydon Ave, Norfolk VA. I have lived here 5 years. I still do not have high speed internet. I have DSL. When will I be able to get high speed internet? Not having high speed internet costs me in so many ways. Such as, tv provider choices (have to use satellite); streaming capability is very limited; DSL is not reliable for work-at-home; I cannot get my military discount b/c I don’t have high speed internet; etc.etc.

Our rating is now at ZERO for Verizon. 00 discount on our monthly bills.

Meanwhile, since we are on a fixed income and wanted to find more reasonable phone service costs, we changed our phone service to another carrier. When we disconnected from Verizon there was no mention of the 12 month contract or the early termination fee.

I discovered it when our final bill was issued. 00 phone at a Verizon store in Mesa AZ. He purchased a new phone to avoid calls being dropped due to the old phone only being a 3 G phone. 00 .

For the past two months februarv - current april 2021, our verizon cell phones have either dropped the line on incoming or outgoing calls or the voice is heard very low or not at all. Verizon has a scam going with international travel pass. Intending to use travel pass for just the first few days of a three week vacation, Verizon prevents us from unsubscribing by preventing us from contacting them. all with an apparent objective of keeping the unwary traveler locked in to travel pass charges.

This is either an intentional component of the business plan or, at a minimum, a failure to disclose at the outset of the unwary traveler registering for travel pass, that discontinuing the service while traveling may be difficult or not possible.

My Service has been dropping for some time now. I called Verizon spoke to someone in tier 2 he assured me the issue was my phone had a 4G Sim card and was trying to run off a 5G network, I was told to go to the store and get a 5G card.

I went to do that I was lied to at the store in Angleton TX and told my Samsung Gaxaly S10 5G phone would not accept a 5g card because it was the early model of the phone I would have to upgrade. Reluctantly I did that.

Please see the series of events end up wasting over 12.5 hours of my time and got slammed with 412$ bill.

1. I order the new line for my daughter and she said, she does not needs it at the moment due to pandemic. I initiated a request to cancel the line using the myVerizon App

2. I went to the store to get a phone replacement since mine was having battery issues. The guy went to my phone and i dont know what he was doing. He did a factory reset without my authorization. He never asked me if there was stuff there that needed to be saved.

Verizon bait's you into staying with them then gradually increases your bill claiming that the promotion has ended. 00 fee for early termination. When I called, they claimed I had signed up for a promotion in May 2020 because my bill had once again gone up.

I was never advised of an early termination fee. I'm just disgusted they they get you from all ends while you're using their service then hit you again when you've had enough and leave.

All I needed to do was be guided through setting up new router and get a phone filter.

First conversation with Heather in customer service was fine. She was able to offer me a promotion to reduce my monthly payment. BONUS! Transferred me to Tech Support where it went downhill. Got Briya in India, kept putting me on hold for long periods of time, loud annoying background noise, hard to understand, she kept talking over me when I asked questions, horrible customer service!

Being lied to. Poor or no service, and rate hikes without warning.

I asked to have showtime cancelled and was assured that ONLY showtime would be canceled. Instead, I lost over 25 channels the next day along with my landline altogether.

When I called, I was put on hold for 40 minutes and told by a robot that my problem was solved. I am tired of wasting my time with idiots whole to me and raise my rates.

I have been a verizon wireless customer for 4 years with internet service, recently my bill increased $60 I am retired law enforcement living on a fixed income. I have a postpaid Verizon business vel phone contract. I wasn’t we to switch to a prepaid account to save money and get more data. I am extremely upset with Verizon! I had to switch to another provider because there wasn't any service in my area. I was happy to hear that I could get out of the device payment plan on my phone if I sent the phone back in.

Figuring out how to send the phone back was the first frustrating part. Every time I called, the rep struggled with sending me a return label.

My complaint is with Verizon over a land line acct. I had set up in my mother's assisted living room in MD. She is not capable of handling her affairs so I pay her bills and everything else that she needs, but I live in PA.

Verizon is sending the bill to the assisted living, who don't want it sent there. I tried to edit the billing address (not the service address) but can't. I contacted Verizon Customer Service 7 times. Two of those times was told a ticket had to be sent to supervisors who could fix the problem.

I switched to Verizon during a promotion they was having leaving att from 20 yrs plus. as confirming all information on what my bill would be monthly and the sales person writing it down and giving me all papers, I have been getting extremely high phone bills.

I have had problems with my jetpack and received a replacement (partial no cord, sim card, or back cover). The istructions were to contact vzw.com/instructions. How stupid if you do not have a contact to begin with. Asked a neighbor for help and he phoned to say that no information on the jetpack was found and that the video was corrupted and did not play properly. Also finally after loosing money from work after a week the owner of the store said that I need a passcode and that the old one would not work. No such code was included.

I am very disappointed with Verizon. I am other the impression that a new unit would put the company in the red. There goes your profit. Would never recommend Verizon to anyone ever again.
