I've been back and forth almost every day on the phone for about two months with Verizon FiOS. My internet wife or LAN it's not working. 00 more a month for new boxes and router and it has never worked since I got it.

Some times I've called 3times in one day averaging 2 to 3 hours on the phone and still nothing. The scheduled a tech to then send me a notification that it was cancelled I spent another week back and forth with them before a tech came out said they never accepted the terms and

conditions in their end and that's why nothing was working fixed the issue for a bout a day and again another week back and forth on the phone and nothing fixed. They scheduled another tech visit and I had to wait from 11 am till 3pm since they were coming at that time.

I have four complaints & one is unfair business practices & breaking the law.

First of all, they have my cell phone number as my alternant number, which I did not give them. It seems they are trying to take over my cell phone acct. Since they started this, my phone is not working right.

One minute they want me to pay the bill I do not have & then I'm told me that number is not a Verizon wireless number. I got the run around for three hours. My landline phone is not working, but they tell me it's.

My phone has two lines & they tell me you can't have two lines on one bill & that is a lie. I looked it up & the answer was yes you can!! Lies on top of lies. Also, unfair business practices.

Where do I start? I have had a continuing experience of not being able to get resolution from Verizon. Customer service employees are do not listen, answer questions directly- that is, they do not answer the questions you are asking, are deflective, give inaccurate information, outright lie, and have NO accountability.

The Verizon Up rewards cards do are invalid. " Verizon is contracting with them to offer customers rewards, but it requires that customers spend hours of time to access and redeem these rewards. 00 rewards. I have not had one problem solved with Verizon in a reasonable time frame, if solved at all.

Any credit or resolution requires a grueling and extremely stressful process for customers. Version does NOT one its customers. They should not be in business.

my wife and I have lost the ability to speak on our phones with incoming or outgoing calls. I can reach a party, but they cannot hear me, nor I them. We have had trouble for over half a year, and I have gotten a new device from Verizon which worked for awhile and now does not work.

My wife has an I-phone and I have a Samsung. We both have a real problem here. Verizon has provided us with a network extender, which helped, but now does not seem to help anymore. I can call my wife from outside my home and the call is OK, but we have an additional issue.

I went to the Verizon store in Watkinsville, GA today to get an iPhone 11 for my daughter. We have been Verizon customers for 5 years and have been happy with the service. I waited for approximately 45 minutes for help and was waited on by Brandon Mann.

He was trying to rush me into a sale instead of being of help. " So, I politely obliged him by leaving. I will be getting in touch with A T and T to find out their plans and purchase an iPhone from them.

I have spent three days trying to reach technical for my audio remote control on Saturday I held for 90 minutes. On Sunday I held for 120 minutes. This is not a problem that can be solved on line. I know that no one will read this but a least I will get it off my chest.

I stayed with Verizon because of the audio remote and now I can't get any support. Who has time to wait on hold for hours? I feel like I have been screwed. using this system. The problem is with the one remote that I use the most and the others.

I have never experienced having such a problem speaking to a live person. I called the 611 number on my cell phone and the automated system said there would be a 10 to 18 minute wait 35 minutes later still no one picked up the phone.

I called a toll free number from my land line and waited over 45 minutes and again no one picked up the phone. Shame on Verizon for treating consumers in this manner.

Nearly a week ago I lost web conductivity. I called for help, and the technician believed someone had to sent out. He arrived on Tuesday and worked for nearly two hours. I thought the problem was fixed. Last night my computer became unstable, but more important two of the three extensions of my phone went dead.

I called for service, and I was put on hold for more than an hour. I hung up. I tried again this morning. The agent said that since I had one extension working it would take a week before a repairperson could come.

The phone that works is on the first floor. My office is on the third floor. Even if I could hear the phone ring--which is doubtful--I'd never be able to get to it in time to answer.

Landline not working so I called Verizon local, they could not help me even through i called several local numbers. Because they are for the stores they said they could not help me.

Sales rep in store convinced us that we needed Jetpack for better internet service. That was wrong; got better service on hotspot, the jetpack was as slow as dial up! So we talked to 2 different reps on “Customer Service” line.

Finally one woman said she would take off the charges and send a box and mailing label to return it. Instead, today we received an envelope and no label. We have been on the phone, on hold for 45 minutes, trying to find someone, ANYONE who can email us the return label.

Talked to one guy who didn’t know how and he went to find a manager and now no one is helping. Even hung up and started over again, so now into 2nd half hour of hold with no response. The “customer service” is non existent!

We can’t believe there is not one person that can email a return address…

I traded in two iPhone 7 for the two iPhone 11. The store we were at I found out was a corporate store and they do not set up the phones for you. They stated they sent me home with all I need to get both phones working.

When I got home I found out they did not even set up the numbers to our phones. We went to a local Verizon store and even though they were not corporate they helped us immensely. When we left my phone was working but my sons was locked out due to many attempts.

That was after being at a Verizon store and on the phone with the corporate store for 90 minutes. They told my son after eight hours his phone would be fine. It is past the 24 hour mark that we purchased these phones and my sons phone still does not work.

I am so sick and tired of being on hold for 1 hr. + each time I have to call customer service.

Also Sunday, Oct 26 I made an appointment for Sunday Nov. 3 because the customer service rep said I needed to have work done inside my home. That appointment was made 7 days in advance. They were supposed to be at my house between 1 & 3:00pm.

landline 814-339-6901. new construction seven years ago and have had nothing but trouble with landline. static in lines, no dial tone ect.. recently had line switched to an extra line at sub station and worked for awhile but now have been without phone for two days.

I have called Verizon at least 9 times and have been on hold over 8 hours total! Not counting the number of people that I have bounced back and forth to! I have experienced the most ineffective and rude people in my lifetime.

One of your technical support people told me that I did not have Verizon internet service and that I must be getting the service for free. A work order was supposedly made last Saturday (19th) and someone would be able to fix the problem remotely and call me back within 3 days.

It has now been a week and I understand the work order ticket has been closed, but I still have no internet service. perhaps you're too big to worry about customer satisfaction. I live in a very rural area and our choices for internet providers are few.

Came back to Verizon in Oct. 2019. 00 in taxes. 00 with taxes. 00 for Nov and they say Whatever we were told by the rep is wrong and they want to see my CC bill to show what I paid for. Are you serious?!!!

Even with the receipts I kept Verizon can’t figure out what they sold me and apparently none of the sales conversations are documented. It’s BS and I will be furthering my complaint with the BBB, Verizon Corporate office and whoever else’s attention I can get on this situation.

I purchased a new phone and new service from your Cheyenne WY store back in June. I paid full retail, no payments. The phone I bought was misrepresented to me by the sales staff and has developed other technical issues as well. I have been trying to resolve these issues ever since.

To date I have driven the 217 mile round trip to that store 3 separate times totaling roughly 16 hrs of my time and travel expense. In addition I have had several conversations with Verizon Customer Service, Motorola Customer Service and Adroid Customer Service totaling another 6 to 8 hrs. I have also put in countless hrs searching for online solutions. This represents close to a full 40 hr investment.

I already submitted a complaint but it didn’t seem to take so I am trying again. I bought a new iPhone on Wednesday from an agent named Tyler from the Verizon store on Sudbury Road in Concord MA. I bought a new IPhone but didn’t have time to stay in the store long enough to have information transferred from my old phone to my new one. The Verizon store is on Sudbury Road in Concord, MA. The salesperson who sold me the phone was Tyler. My new pixel 3 phone stopped ringing or giving me notification sounds and the speaker phone was no longer working so I went into the Verizon store near me. I was greeted by Samantha. she had a stand right next to a speaker that was very loud and I asked her if we could move because I am hard of hearing so I could not hear her.

She copped an attitude and said well there's really no place for us to move and we like having music in our store. So we moved a few feet away and she looked at my phone and said my suggestion is that you go home and do a factory reset and see if that fixes it.

So apparently I am my own service tech and she was incredibly condescending and not helpful

I was lied to about my new service and also my money was taken and I cancelled my lines at sprint to switch to Verizon and now that my services are soon to be off with sprint Verizon is not honoring the approval that I got for 1500 with 3 lines being transferred. Phones were never received and then the fraud department after 3 days of looking for my phones said that I will not get service and that prepaid only.

This is not right now I’m bout to be without a job because of phone loss and miss doctors appointments for my son who just became recently permanently parazlyed. I signed a customer agreement and now I’m bout to seek legal counsel for perjury, pain and suffering compensation.

I have 5 phones and our bill is supposed to be $287.00 as 3 of the 5 phones have a 2GB max usage allowance. The plan then prohibits additional monies to be accrued or charges.

The bastards at Verizon charged me an extra $480.00 in overages. Today 10/21/2019 I called and the lady said that was Verizon's mistake and I would see a credit and correction once I logged into my account online.

My other complaint is that I am paying much now for a refurbished phone because my new one shut off and never came back I was sent to apple store in Walnut Creek and they gave me a refurbished one I’m paying full price on This one too has a screen freeze I don’t feel I should have to pa full price on a refurbished that isn’t itself working correctly . On October 7, 2019, I called customer service 1-800-922-0204 and requested to change my wireless phone number and requesting to upgrade to a new device. I spoke with Hailey who, during our conversation, was professional and who seemed to be knowledgeable.

The conversation was in excess of an hour as I had multiple questions. My mobile number was changed to 630-528-6755. Yesterday I went to the Verizon Store on Sunland Park Drive in El Paso, Texas to purchase a series 5 titanium apple watch. I was the only one in the store and asked them to take off the security devices on the displays so I could try on the different sizes since I have a small wrist. They said no.

I have a complaint about Your drivers having no consideration. Blocking me in a parking spot with a Verizon van and car. They had me late for work so I am suspended without pay. I feel the need to get a lawyer involved.

00 promise to pay. The automated system can't take my payment because I no longer have an account. So I tell customer service I need to go to someone who I can make payment to the then put me on hold and no one ever gets back to me been on hold 40min and again an hour they wont answer.

It amazing I can't pay them money no longer know what to do

I visited your store on Richmond Ave and Richmond Hill Rd. , Staten Island , NY. Not one of your representatives was available to greet, meet or put your name on their I pad to be helped , somI interrupted one and was placed on the list.

True, it was busy. ,, Finally I went over to the store manager and he told me 5 minutes more.

The 5 minutes , 10 minutes on so on never came. Another customer that came in after me was called next.

I went over to your manager, and told him I just needed to buy a phone case And he said your next.
