I've been back and forth almost every day on the phone for about two months with Verizon FiOS. My internet wife or LAN it's not working. 00 more a month for new boxes and router and it has never worked since I got it.
Some times I've called 3times in one day averaging 2 to 3 hours on the phone and still nothing. The scheduled a tech to then send me a notification that it was cancelled I spent another week back and forth with them before a tech came out said they never accepted the terms and
conditions in their end and that's why nothing was working fixed the issue for a bout a day and again another week back and forth on the phone and nothing fixed. They scheduled another tech visit and I had to wait from 11 am till 3pm since they were coming at that time.
At 3pm I check on the FiOS app…
