On 9/25 I purchased the iPhone 11 on line for an in-store pickup, but when I got to the store they told me I had been sold an iconic order and they didn't actually have a phone to give me and I had to call customer service. So I did.
I called, was on hold for 25 minutes and when finally connected with someone our call was disconnected and no one called back. I called again, I talked to someone and she said she was going to look into it and call me back, but she never called back.
So I called the next day and after 45 minutes the representative said my order was being shipped to the store and I could pick it up on Friday, and she sent me a tracking number. After we got off the phone I realized she had sent me the tracking number of the accessories I had been sold, not the phone.
