On 9/25 I purchased the iPhone 11 on line for an in-store pickup, but when I got to the store they told me I had been sold an iconic order and they didn't actually have a phone to give me and I had to call customer service. So I did.

I called, was on hold for 25 minutes and when finally connected with someone our call was disconnected and no one called back. I called again, I talked to someone and she said she was going to look into it and call me back, but she never called back.

So I called the next day and after 45 minutes the representative said my order was being shipped to the store and I could pick it up on Friday, and she sent me a tracking number. After we got off the phone I realized she had sent me the tracking number of the accessories I had been sold, not the phone.

I closed my phone line before I went overseas and although the representative told me my line would be closed at the end of the billing cycle it was still active afterwards after I got overseas. The result is that I was receiving phone calls from the US and got charged international rate.

I frequently use WhatsApp and other free calling apps so on a couple occasions I received phone calls that I assumed were linked to those apps and not from my US line. I tried saving money by closing my line and now received a bill for $170.

I attempted to call the customer service department but it is impossible to get a live agent on the phone. I intend on returning to the US after New Years and was planning on returning to Verizon but if this issue is not resolved Verizon will lose me as a customer…

No wifi again. Last time I called they reset something at Verizon and it worked for about a month. Now is out again. Called customer service after 20 minutes I'm connected . Wasn't a good connection, only got every other word the person was saying.

Trying to tell him it was the same thing that happened before.

Finally I just hung up. Imagine that Verizon customer service doesn't even have a good connection. Beyond frustrated. And in the meantime they will continue to charge me for data overage because they can't fix the problem.

I canceled my television and television last April of this year. I have made numerous calls to get the billing corrected and nothing has happened to correct the situation. I asked to have a manager call me and you refused to do so.

A supervisor was supposed to get back to me after yesterdays conversation and that never happened. My account number: 152-490-048-0001-36. My phone number is 315-395-3360, Why is it you people do not have a direct number for someone to call to avoid that automatic system.

I tried the corporate number and no one answered. You are charging me twice as much as you are supposed to be. You people are so incompetent it isn't funny. I have been with you for 44 years and this is the way you treat loyal customers?

I have a iphone r for 10 months. The phone stopped working, I could not hear the other person. I took it to the store in Houma, LA, spoke with a staff member and the manager. I was told that they could get me a refurbished Apple iPhone though my insurance or I could take it to the Apple store in New Orleans or Baton Rough.

Went to Verizon Woodbury ave Portsmouth New Hampshire. It was the first day of new l phone 11release. My wife has an unlimited plan and was needing a new phone her l phone 5 was not doing what it should be doing.

Upon upgrading the Verizon person did not transfer all the information from her old phone. As it turned out she could not receive calls or emails on the new phone. We are an older couple wife 71 and l am 73 and l am not familiar with the l phones l am an old flip phone.

We live in Massachusetts went home did not realize the change over did not completely take place. Next day had to go back to said store my son went with my wife to explain the problem. It was rectified but the problem should not have happened in the first place.

Hello, my name is Riley and I am 22 years old I would like to become a responsible adult and start my own billing plain for my wife and I and get off our parents plains. I have been in the store many times and I keep getting informed that my phone is not "supported" anymore and I cannot get my own plain unless I purchase a new phone with the plain.

What kind of bullshit is this I have an I phone 5s when I got it it was the newest phone they offered so I would not run into this problem. I had to replace my 20+ year old cell phone this past year after dropping it. I was told that I was not entitled to a free upgrade (after YEARS of being a Verizon customer and having the same cell phone) and that the numerous work and

personal phone numbers I had stored in my phone were not able to be transferred to my new phone for which I was charged. 00, paid the sales tax while in the store and was also told that his work and personal phone numbers could not be transferred to the new phone. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

Why are previous phone numbers unable to be transferred to new phones?? Does it take too much time to do this? This is very poor customer service.

My iPhone was messed up so my insurance plan allowed me to get a replacement. It was shipped to me and I was to return the defective on! When my new one arrived I took it to the Dothan Verizon store as I was instructed so they could help me set it up.

After arriving at the store and telling them why I was there I was told they no longer helped THEIR customers set up their iphones! They basically said if I didn’t know how to set up I needed to downgrade to a phone I had sense enough to operate!

I have been a loyal customer for years and now they can’t even help me set up a phone that I bought from them! Once my contract expires I will be changing to another provider who’s employees are allowed to actually help the customer!

I went to the Verizon store at the Orange Plaza in Middletown, NY on 8/3/2019 with my original 5S phone to have my new 8 phone activated that I had purchased directly thru Verizon on the 611#. The young man who had helped me, got the information from me that he needed and I proceeded to tell him that my phone was 5 years and not been backed up for 709 days, with that he had smirked at me and

I switched from Verizon to AT&T. I went to the Verizon website to see if my account has been closed and it has. 4 weeks later Verizon sends me a monthly bill. And I didn't use Verizon for that month, I used AT&T It's impossible to contact Verizon if you don't have an account with them.

I ended up going to a corporate Verizon store and they had me talk to a representative on the phone. He said I used less than one week on Verizon for that month. He told me to pay the Verizon bill in full and then Verizon will send me a check for the 3 weeks + that I didn't use.

I gave him my credit card number and paid my bill. The refund check never came and it's been about 8 weeks since I paid the bill over the phone. I went back to corporate Verizon and talked to a representative on the phone.

I have been charged for a PPV fight that I have never ordered and never watched. I spent all of yesterday afternoon with customer service on chat and on the phone. I was told to call tech and some other department that did not have anything to do with billing. I posted on the community forum and found that four other people had the same complaint. One seemed to have it resolved. My post was responded to that it had been referred to an agent and that there was an private email. Neither was true. This is awful. I am a prepaid customer my # is 732-882-3050 today is July 11, 2019. I paid for my service in advance and since I’m Canadian wasn’t told that my phone is no longer able to be used do to its 4g . 41.

I called several time getting the run around today I called at 10:00 was place on hold for 1 1/2 hr then the call drop no one called me back I call back again and held another 1 hr again the call drop again. I was told that they mail the check out on July 4th.

Was getting the run around, asked to speak to a supervisor and when she came online she was extremely rude. I told her how we were having an issue with WiFi calling getting turned on and that having to call each time was a pain, but with ATT you didn’t have to do so.

I had 4 phones for 7 days and sent them back because the sales rep lied to us about paying for early termination fees for our current company and also never had the phones ported over. 00 for 'restocking' fees.

Brian Whitman manager of the Fairview Park store was incredibly rude & threatened to kick me out after I waited for help while him & another employee were standing around found nothing- the 2 females were the only 1’s working while the men stood around. I had Madeline who helped me(she was waiting on 2-3 ppl at 1 time) as Brian wanted her to wait on another person while she was helping us.

As of course he & his buddy were looking at their phone & texting(or whatever). Madeline was AWESOME!! Thanks Maddie! Brian Whitman & his co worker should b FIRED!! It was absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. For weeks I have been trying to resolve an issue with one of my phones. I have been on the phone and the computer for countless hours and even more days.

The phone is malfunctioning and I want it replaced. Verizon tells me it is an Apple problem. No one will resolve the problem. I have done everything I have been asked to do. I was told to ask Verizon for a copy of the original purchase agreement. I asked.

I was told it was in the warehouse and could not be emailed. it would have to be sent by regular mail and would take 5-7 business days. It should not be this difficult to get the phone replaced. I am very tired of getting the run around.

Within the last couple of months we our cell service has diminished to the point of having to walk outside to place or receive calls. In the past we have experienced excellent service. I have spoken to numerous people within a 15 mile radius that are dealing with the same problem.

I spoke to a VZ agent on May 24th, regarding lowering my bill. I have been a loyal customer for over 17 years. I had to end the call, as I got a customer in the store, Kimberly, promised me she would call me back at 6:30pm on the 24th. She never called back!

I will be launching a class action lawsuit against Verizon. Verizon has international plans.

However, they don’t send out a text message that says the following: Turn off WiFi assist on your iPhone and if you do not want cellular on, turn on Airplane mode. Instead, the management t at Verizon has decided to screw international travelers through non disclosure.

This has resulted in losses to consumers. Verizon is obligated to CLEARLY disclose the terms of service in a lease agreement. InternationL calling is an extension of that agreement t and Verizon fails to disclose.

On Thursday, May 9, 2019 I received my Verizon FiOS bill with the new Billing cost. My previous monthly cost was $120 and had jumped to $140 for the new contract. A $20 increase. I went to a Version go-wireless store. 00 dollars that's what it cost me. I was upset that they could not give me a total on my monthly bill for she said, some where between $75 to $100 a month for 24 months.

Once I signed the the contract they told me my monthly bill would be $90......! That's 1 phone. I took it back the next morning and traded it for a free phone. That got me no refund on my free phone.

I went in the store in Archbold, Oh. to see about a tablet, the clerk (Marisa)she told me my phone would be obsolete, she showed me a free phone, so I took both tablet and phone. being 87 I could not get the hang of the tablet so I returned it. +tax for both.

My husband switched our phone service about 2 months ago from TMOBILE. We thought Verizon was top of the line. We are EXTREMELY dissatisfied with your service and outrageous price. TMOBILE Included Netflix for free, our bill was $60 cheaper and the quality of service was equal to Verizon.

my son spoke with a financial services rep. she told him just because you have a payment set up on the account that does not secure your services. We have never had our phones turned off we have always paid the bill and for her to threaten him like she did was un called for.

A month ago, I purchase Verizon Jetpack MHS900L at the store located at the Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida. At that time, the salesperson activated my jetpack. Little did I know when he activated the jetpack, he literally choose a secret question without my knowledge and never gave me the option to choose my own secret question.

This has caused a huge problem since I cannot made a payment on my prepaid account because the secret question this salesperson chose that I cannot answer is: Where did you and your spouse first meet. I am not married and I have no way to change the secret question.

I have been verizon cell phone customer for years. I was have trouble with my phone so I went in to a store and they said if I wait a month I could get a free phone . So I waited and when I went back no free phone but I could get a tablet.

I thought it was free but it was not. Any way I keew after this contract was up I was going with at& t cause there who I have my direct TV home service with. I wanted to lower my bill .

Before I got a new sims card I was told that living in the country was my phones coverages problem. The employee was very cocky at Bay City, MI store about how great verizon is and how they won't waste their money on the few who live in the country.

I live in hurley, wi. and have a jet pack for com. to wifi because there is no wifi here. Early in the morning it seems to work fine but as the day progresses it gets poorer and poorer. There is one tower in this area and apparently it is somewhat overloaded when a lot of people are using it.

I am a paying customer for years and am getting fed up with this poor service during the daytime and evening. I have complained before but to no avail. Please tell me why you people cannot or will not expand this service so it works throughout the day. very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!
