Vodacom WHY do you keep on deducting this R29.00 from my accounts and then I have to phone customer care to reverse my money again.
I have phoned customer care a 100 times over and over again and they promised me the services wat deactivated on both my cell numbers which is 082 924 4047 AND 072 857 2301.
My Vodamail Service is supposed to be DEACTIVATED since the beginning when Vodacom started to charge for Vodamail services.
I do not even use Vodamail at all anymore that’s why I asked Vodacom te DEACTIVATE it.
PLEASE resolve this problem.
I do not want to phone every month to try and speak to a consultant, the menu in the beginning where you must choose options do not give a option to speak to a consultant and it is very frustrating to listen through all the options.
