Vodacom WHY do you keep on deducting this R29.00 from my accounts and then I have to phone customer care to reverse my money again.

I have phoned customer care a 100 times over and over again and they promised me the services wat deactivated on both my cell numbers which is 082 924 4047 AND 072 857 2301.

My Vodamail Service is supposed to be DEACTIVATED since the beginning when Vodacom started to charge for Vodamail services.

I do not even use Vodamail at all anymore that’s why I asked Vodacom te DEACTIVATE it.

PLEASE resolve this problem.

I do not want to phone every month to try and speak to a consultant, the menu in the beginning where you must choose options do not give a option to speak to a consultant and it is very frustrating to listen through all the options.

My contract on 0662046164 and 0674022707 was ending in July. So I called in June 2022 to get it canceled and was told that the payment for it will only end in August 2022, which I accepted. Only to see that at the end of September 2022 I was billed for what was said is minutes that are loaded on both numbers, of which I am not aware, was never told of, or asked if I wanted them.

97 and was told all this story I have just narrated. 99. Please rectify this fraudulent transaction, because I cannot be paying Vodacom for something that I did not sign up for. I want my money back that was taken from my account for two months without my consent.

I have been trying to cancel contract with Vodacom since August, Vodacom is not the company I thought it is, they keep on debiting my account, promised to change my number to prepaid, I bought 30 GB but still another debit went out.

I am thinking of stopping to use Vodacom in my home with ally family as the service I received is very very poor, I see a desperate company that forces customers to use their network. This is the 1nd complaint I am sending without help.

After 6 phone calls and explaining my issue to consultants I have either been given alternative numbers or promised that a consultant will make contact with me within 24 hours. This has never transpired. Well over 2 hours on calls without resolution of a simple request.

Absolutely impossible to deal with vodacom. I will patiently wait for either my contract to finish or cancel my debit order in order for Vodacom to contact me. Totally unprofessional.

I have been sold a devise under false information in May 2022 and vodacom verified that the sale was unlawful. I was then asked to return the devise. Vodacom failed to collect the devise, eventually on 03 August 2022 the courier collected. I was promised that my account will be credited once Vodacom has received the devise but to date nothing has happened.

I have call Vodacom customer care for more than five times and every time is that my account will be corrected after 24 hour but nothing is happening. I have been paying for the devise that I did not want, I am not using and returned to Vodacom.

Good day. Vodacom fibre.

I log a probleme with Vodacom fibre on the 4th of October 2022. Up till know no one was here. It is know 18 days. This is not the service that i pay for. The Lady from vodacom phone me ,and said the technicion from MTN wil be here only on the 20th.

We used almost R400 data.

I have been blacklisted by Vodacom due to non-payment a while back. I have since regained financial stability and have been trying to contact them on numerous numbers and e-mails and I keep being referred back to their app and then having to speak to their online bot which just refers me back to all other channels I have already followed. I managed to pay all other outstanding accounts except Vodacom. I have no idea which way to go any longer.

With GREAT DISGUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2022 wrong address was logged by upgrade consultant. 2022 first the consultants hung up the phone or lied and said changes have been done. After calling RAM Couriers nothing have been done on their side. Called back every day 3 to 4 times to speak to a manger.

They said the manager is in a meeting called back again and ask for manager just to find out that the manager was never in a meeting. Called back again today to speak to manager and they said he is busy in meeting.

I said I will hold on till I speak to a manger then all of a sudden he is not in a meeting. NEVER HAVE I RECEIVED SUCH BAD AFTER SALE. They where quick and fast to do the upgrade.

I want a solution today or can I have someone higher in charge contact details thank you!

To whom it may concern A very unhappy Client

On the 6th of October 2022 I contacted Vodacom reporting that my fiber line was down, I have contacted Vodacom every day since then with no luck of any sort, almost two weeks later I still get the same answer back, they will escalate the matter and do a follow up, this morning the very same answer, after being told there was an outage to now being told my line was deactivated and they waiting on a technician to become available its truly unprofessional for a big International company as Vodacom to be handling their paying clients in such an awful manner and it goes against the Consumer Protection Act.

I do hope that this matter will be escalated to the relevant department and will be resolved.

My fiber has been down 16 days ago I have contacted customer care they gave me two times SR numbers but they fail to contact me . And when I call customer care they told me my SR numbers has been suspended due to decline to reach to me .

The account holder at Vodacom is my father whom has had his account with them for a number of years and up until recently, my father whom is now a pensioner and having early signs of dementia is needing to get his account lessoned, two lines that should have been cancelled two years ago in fact when a fibre line was acquired, also through Vodacom.

Today after numerous attempts since 09:00 up until 15:00 with cancellations to contact my father to get his account confirmation details to be able to have these lines cancelled and update the bank details. I was informed that my father, not living near me, would need to call them.

I have been with vodacom for over 10 years. I have moved to kamberg area for 3 years now and been struggling endlessly with the network(minimal signal for calls, messages and wifi connection on and off)and struggling to get any help from vodacom but you are quick to take debit orders off.

How much of my paid data do I lose monthly because there is no signal to use it. And it does not carry over. When I upgraded in September 2022 I was advised to take a home router and told how much stronger and better my connection would be.

On the 10/10/2022 I called to report that my Fiber is not connecting internet, I was given a request no for my claim (sR221010-404415) I was told that I should wait 42hours someone will contact me once my request is signed, the person who is dealing with my job card is Jason. Till today it’s day 3 without internet, Jason hasn’t respond to my issue request and no one in the call centre has an idea when will my issue be fixed.

00 which the App didn’t reflect. I received a quote of close to R300 and contract cover which I didn’t want. I rejected the quote and my account was converted without permission. I emailed and was told that I was on pay as you go (10 Sep 2022).

81 was processed -Invoice was R355. I queried this and stated I will reject this at the bank, wanted an explanation of this amount Since 22 Sep 2022 I have not had one single response from Vodacom SA -7 mails from me.

I rejected at the bank and paid the invoiced amount, sent a copy and a comment my relationship is terminated. 81 overcharged. 00 AND an invoice for a contract - surely I can’t have two invoices for the same sim with different rates?

Vodacom is really not treating me fairly, I added discounted bundles over September on both my contract numbers, and on the 28th September I called in requesting for ALL the added bundles to be cancelled, the agent i spoke to told me that he can only cancel the added data and not the minutes (which was false information), and he confirmed to have cancelled them, but on the 1st of October the same bundles i had requested to be removed were allocated to me.

Vodacom allocate 2 payments that I made via eft to a wrong account and disconnect our lines every month, because the said it is in arrears. For three months now I sent proof of payments and they promised to update the statement with the payments.......only till the next month to disconnect the lines again and I have to sent proof of payments again!!!! Vodacom keeps on charging me for insurance which i have not requested or authorised. Om my invoice for the month of October they have billed me for insurance to the amount of R 330. I queried it agaim they admit it to be wrong and said it is a system error, they also sent me an sms to say it is cancelled.

I called requested a call back a few weeks ago to change my debit order details. The guy I spoke to stated it would be a small extra charge as it goes over to the next month I said that is fine.

Today I get debit double my amount. I am fuming I requested someone to call me got a call back the guy who contacted me was rude and blunt from the start. He said I should have being informed and when I asked to speak to a supervisor he said no cause they won't be able to give my money back.

We contacted Vodacom Fibre Sunday 02/10 to activate our fibre line and still, today 07/10 the issue has not been resolved. We have been promised excellent service but have received the latter. I am battling , for months, to get the final amount that I must pay for my outstanding contract. I was referred VVM attorneys and they claim not to have my record with them. I went back to Vodacom, call them (082 1905) every single day.

Even if u ask for the team leader or manager to call u back, no one will. Today I spoke to about 3 people, 2 of them hang up on me and the last one (around 10h41) promised to get a senior person to call and assist me.

No one called as yet. They have all the excuses when u speak with them and they can promise the world.

Incompetence I don't even know where to start Firstly the sales people never told us that I should receive a new account number when putting my cellphone contract over from my husband's name, into my name. So I continued paying the amount into the same acount.

My phone was switched off since March 2021, and no one can assist me in the correct way. but no one can help me solve this. The last straw was today, when I was no longer registered on any network and I can't even call them myself.

ALL OF MY EMAILS HAVE BEEN UNANSWERED.. my airtime for the last year and a half, the use of my phone as well as my patience. maybe I should reconsider??? They will definitely be seeing a very unhappy, angry and dissatisfied customer at their head office on Monday.
