The service from Vodacom Repairs are very poor at your Alberton Branch. Last week Friday I went in to the repairs shop at Alberton and spoke to Duran who assisted me. All I required from him was to quote me on a battrey replacement for a Samsung Galaxy note 8. Mr Duran explained to me that we need to bring in the phone so that he could inspect it and create a bookin in order to get a quote.Me and my wife went back on Sunday morning to the Vodacom repair shop Alberton. Duran was off for the day. Another gentleman assisted us. We filled in the documents as reqeusted and was told that Duran was going to phone us on Monday morning to speak to us regarding the quotation.Monday afternoon I phoned to speak to Duran.
