I was the victim of a fraudulent upgrade and have been trying to overturn it for 6 months now. I was told to return the handset so that the upgrade could be reversed, which I did.
However, the Ram courier did not go through the proper procedure and the matter was referred to Vodacom's fraud disputes dept. They sorted it out and said I could start on a new upgrade, but the aftersales side is refusing to reverse it.
I was told twice to send an affidavit to fraud disputes, which I also did, twice. They have not responded after 5 emails and numerous phone calls ( no one answers their phone). Aftersales will not entertain the matter until Fraud disputes have dealt with it, but Fraud Disputes absolutely will not communicate with me.
