I have sent numerous emails and made phone calls re a upgrade phone that does not work. No one has responded to my questions, this is all very frustrating and I feel after 30 years plus with vodacom, I am getting shoddy treatment. We have cell phones with Vodacom with a specific account number. We later obtained fibre and the cellphones were combined with the fibre account under a different account number. I paid R1700 in February 2022 using the cellular account number and now our fibre account number.

That money has been sitting in the cellular account as a credit abs Vodacom have been promising to refund me. No matter how many calls and how many times I have had to email Vodacom they still have not refunded my money.

I have been given direct supervisor emails with promises that they will escalate to no avail. It is impossible to get my money back.

Terrible customer service,no follow-up calls once a complaint is logged, call Centre agents are rude and don't give you clear indication on how to cancel contracts before automatically upgrading to top up packages. Since last year October until now, no one has queried if any of my issues have been resolved after been contracted to Vodacom for more than 10years and not a single payment missed.

2022 to date. The technician query (Joshua) does not want to speak with me. When ever I phone spoken with Bongani, Zandile, Kelvin and Zanele. He says he is busy on a call, i personally feel he is unprofessional and not sure what is the game that he is playing.

it's been three full days without connection, this is frustrating and I'm paying something that I'm not using.

Sent my phone in for repairs at Canal walk repair branch. I was given the option of a quote to be done in-store which I accepted. Then was emailed the following day with with a ridiculously high cost in comparison to the cost I was initially given.

Good day

I have an urgent complaint about my package.

I just spoke to a consultant about my account!! I was informed that I changed my package on March 24 from a REDFlexi 220 to a RedFlex-550. This is preposterous that I changed my package to VOICE ONLY and no DATA. I cannot imagine that I would take all my DATA away so that I don't have DATA for my Whatsapp and emails?

PLEASE HELP ME REVERT TO THE SAME PACKAGES AS MY OTHER NUMBERS !! 082 851 4787 and 082 519 5000. My question is: WHY WOULD I CHANGE ONE PACKAGE AND NOT ALL? I kept all the numbers on the same package since 2020 for the same reason as now to try and keep costs down to a minimum.

ID 6003225142080 SR220618-050987 and others I upgraded 0n 10 June from 50 Mbps to a 100Mbps line speed. My current linespeed is 4-6Mbps, sometimes 9Mbps. My wife and son works from home. Vodacom are not able and not willing to solve the problem.

We have sent numerous screenshots of speedtests, but they don't care to come back to me with answers or send out a technician, they just ask for other speed tests from other sources. I am a custumer of Vodacom for many year, never had problems before. What is this now??

I am struggling for weeks to get a simple migration done. I upgraded about 2 months back. They put the data on the wrong number and the red 100 on the wrong number. I am sick of phoning vodacom to get this sorted.

Now again for the new month I have 140 gig data that is going wasted. I rely on that data for my office to connect on. This is my account number. I 7592620-4. You cancel both contracts because I have no interest in using vodacom as n service provider.

1 STAR is even too much for the horrible and pathetic service I've received from Vodacom the past 3 days!

On the 10th of June I received a call from the Upgrade department, saying that my contract has expired and that I need to renew it. The lady then said that I can get a bundle of 150 GB day time and 150GB night time for R299. Failing to mention that it is a home based internet only, which means I can receive no calls or message. The fact that this was not communicated is unacceptable. Further more the package was incorrect as well, as she set it at a 100 Gb day time and 100 GB night time. So the bundle was incorrect as well! (Why would you recommend this even when you know this person uses their phone and receive calls and messages!!!!!)

I Did an upgrade on 20 June 2022 on line with your Mr Mongise. I emphasized that I only want Samsung handsets, and that I would like to see my contract BEFORE the handsets have been delivered. This has not materialized.

After many letters and phone calls to your dept. and many promises from your dept. nothing has happened and I'm still without a contract or quote. I tried to get to one of your managers but it seems that they are protected by an iron curtain.

My wife and I are now in our sixties and due for upgrades, having been loyal and very good customers with Vodacom for the past 19 years. We have dealt mostly with your branch at Retail Park in Beacon Bay, East London.

It is with dismay and disgust that we must report the poor service shown to us by Riaan whom we constantly try to contact, leaving many messages, but he never returns our calls. Every time we call, we are told that he is busy and told to leave our details so that he can call us back.

There was 4 line on my name by Vodacom. So after numerous calls I tried to cancelled 3 of these line as the contracts expired. Still no response on behalf of Vodacom. After numerous calls again I managed to speak to an agent so as recorded on the voice calls I thought everything was now sorted out.

97 to be paid before the cancellation can be done and that there is credit on our account so Vodacom will make a Credit Note. After all this has been done my wife's cellphone (0845054999) went over to prepaid. The number of (0662735765) was at that time the only number active on Vodacom because the contract only expire in May 2023.

I called the number 0821946 regarding the upgrade that I have made but I was treated poorly by the Dikeledi when I asked her surname she dropped the phone on me. To whom it may concern. I have lost with the amount of calls i have made to customer care call center. I have spoken to Mabusa, Mekyla, Zandela and Yedeshiri but to not avail. And so many emails sent to process a straight forward cancellation request.

I mean how difficult or complicated can it be. Yet after 8 days my request has not been actioned. It still remains a challenge to staff members to get it right. And their answers all differ. I receive no feedback whats so ever.

I pray that this will be the last request and contact i will need to make to Vodacom customer care. Pathetic!

My vodacom fiber has been down at home since the 9th of June, since then i have spend hours on phone trying to sort it out, have 6 different SR numbers send emails and no help, if you get hold of someone they tell you they dont have your contact details or address, but everytime you log a problem they send you a sms to your phone and

if you use there app all you detail with address is on there, i pay almost R700 pm for use of fiber but now almost 3weeks down i had to buy other data just to keep going.

I did an upgrade to an existing contract on the 15th of June 2022 and I have not received my handset . The Delivery service that Vodacom uses RAM couriers - to date is still awaiting a change of address instruction to be authorized by Vodacom since the 20th of June 2022.

I am Vodacom Customer with more than 13 years with them and never disappointed nor skip a debit order. I received a promotion call for Vodacom regarding a Laptop with data and became interested. Upon receipt of the laptop on the 27th May 2022, the features are explained were not exactly what i expected since i have the same laptop from the previous sale which is still stuck as i cannot use it for modern virtual requirements. I immediately called Vodacom and was promised that they gonna send RAM to come collect the laptop. To date 25th June 2022 nothing yet has been made. Several follow up calls were made and was put from pillar to post. I went to the local Vodacom and they gave me the 0821946 number, this number reflects a charge of R2.00 per minute.

I signed up at Vodacom for a fibre line with an UPS and LTE included in the deal. After the application was approved, Vodacom only installed the fibre and never delivered the LTE and UPS. This is now almost a month since the contract engagement and three queries down the line and nothing was delivered.

Since 1 June, I have had constant interruptions with my internet connection resulting in numerous purchases of mobile data as well as loss of income due to being unable to work from the premises.

A call from a technician suggested that it may be the router and that someone would be sent out to the premises to check.

To date, 20 June, we have had no-one come to check the router and as we had given a months notice of cancellation on 1 June I am now under the impression that due to the contract being cancelled that no technicians are being sent.

We are also being phoned repeatedly due the account being outstanding, which refers to another complaint, where I requested for over 2 years that the account be put on debit order with my new banking details.

I have OneNumber Service on my account.

Working since 2020 and then changed to new device on the 24th and getting message my account is not eligble to enable Mobile data on your Apple Watch. Contact Vodacom.

Problem started the 2405/2022 , today already 17/06/2022 , and still not working.

Around May I bought a Lenovo laptop and the special was including a pocket router and that has not being working since that time, I went to Vodacom Kolonade and that is were I bought the package and I have already paid for that contract on May and June the 15th.

My wife and problem is the router is able to connect but it shows that there is no internet access so for them to fix it for they need a R150 on top of the monthly fees I am paying or they can't help me. The Technos name is Tshepo.

Since March 2021 been asking Vodacom to investigate our poor signal (phone and wi fi) in Dordrecht, North Eastern Cape, area. I hereby complain about the poor signal that I am currently experiencing. It's four (4) days now without network and yet I am supposed to pay my monthly premium, for not service. If it's a case of load shedding, why are the other network providers not experiencing the same problem?

Vodacom prides itself on their efficiency and customer service but over the past few weeks this has not been the case at your Pinelands Howard Centre Branch. I work around the corner from this Vodacom shop and for the past 2 weeks it’s been an abortion trying to get information or even get service at the branch. There is constantly a long queue out the door from the time the doors open until it closes. How on earth can you only have one person working in that shop????

I have taken an interim solution in 2018 and this year I relocated to a place where I have fiber access and they created a new order . meaning I have 2 accounts for Interim solution and Fiber . Immediately I called asking for the interim solution to be cancelled as I do not need it anymore.

From February I have been billed and money deducted from my account all the service request being cancelled . one of them was cancelled because they captured the query incorrect. the last service request SO220510-039438 there are other service requests before this one they said they will get back to me within 48 hours no one has come back to me at all .

and my debit order for the interim solution went through again yesterday . despite being told I will not be debited anymore!!! I am soo frustrated .…

I paid my account double this month. I spoke to a consultant and was promised to get payment back. All they are doing is promised me that I will get my money with in 14days. This happened on the 13 of May.

Up to now nothing has happened. I am going to cancel my contracts with them as they are not competent to do there jobs.

I was the victim of a fraudulent upgrade and have been trying to overturn it for 6 months now. I was told to return the handset so that the upgrade could be reversed, which I did.

However, the Ram courier did not go through the proper procedure and the matter was referred to Vodacom's fraud disputes dept. They sorted it out and said I could start on a new upgrade, but the aftersales side is refusing to reverse it.

I was told twice to send an affidavit to fraud disputes, which I also did, twice. They have not responded after 5 emails and numerous phone calls ( no one answers their phone). Aftersales will not entertain the matter until Fraud disputes have dealt with it, but Fraud Disputes absolutely will not communicate with me.

I called contract cancellation department on three occasions attempting to cancel the contracts as I realised that my bill is very high and it is becoming difficult to afford it. I was then advised to reduce the current package as the expiry date was still far ahead and I agreed as advised. 00.

My special request was also that the changes be effected on the 01st June 2022 but it appears they were effected effective immediately n the date that I made a call. I am not happy with this as my request was never implemented as requested.
