I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted by the service rended by Vodacom's Fibre connect line. I have been calling since last week monday for assistance and to date not one of 15 odd people that I spoke too, took the initative to call me back or to go a little bit of an extra mile for me.

I previously had a vodacom contract to which i cancelled because I inteded on getting Fibre installed in my home. I work from home, so I rely on data to get my day to day work done at home. I have spoken to Serisha Thaver last week Monday who promised to get back to me but I am still awaiting feedback from her. I would like to lodge a complain where one of the Vodacom dealers (Rewardsco contact centers (VODDIR)-Rewind) scammed me on the call that my contract is due for upgrade while infact it was not.So the dealer influenced me to enter into that contract which now means I'm paying for two contracts and I am not happy about that due to budget constraints on my side.The dealer told me that the current contract is expiring while infact it was not and i ended up entering into that contract based on her advise.

I would appreciate if this can be actioned therefore i can get the relieve from my cash flows issues.

I have cancelled my vodacom fiber since April and the line should have been made available to the new service provider since the 01/june 2022 . Until today the 03rd june 2022 this has not happened and I have phoned vodacom multiples time since the 30 June to make sure that this will be done.

To my biggest supprise they have not done that and are still holding me hostage with this lack os service . Because of that I still do not have the new service provider equipment and service ...

Hello I have purchased a phone online cash deal not contract!. I have spoken to vodacom customer to help me out with refunds. They told me everything was sorted out and they will refund me on the 31 of may.

Which the 7th working day period was over. Today its the 9th day still no refund has provided. NB! I haven't received the phone I cancelled the order while it was with the courier due to they were taking long to deliver it.

Good afternoon

I had a contract with Vodacom for a number of years. In December 2020, I requested for this contract to be cancelled. I spoke to the Cancellations department and a quote was issued to me with the outstanding amount. I accepted the quote and affect payment on the 17th of December. I have send proof of payment and the quote to the Cancellations department and also instruct them to close the account. Almost 2 years later and I am still receiving statements and also got a letter from the Collections department to inform me that my account will be handed over. My name is Duard Arnoldus. I purchased the Samsung A73 online because it's cheaper you get a R900 discount. I made the purchase on the 25th May 2022 online it shows purchased failed but the money was deducted from my account. I contacted the vodacom group several times and send emails was at a vodacom branch twice but the problem isn't resolve yet. I don't think anyone would be happy if it was their R8599 that was dedected and no one gets back to you. Friday the said I must send E-shop support a email but I'm still waiting for them to get back to me how long do I need to wait still. This is very unprofessional. I have been sent from pillar to post for a year by Vodacom. I wanted to cancel both my lines with them last year but was then persuaded to keep 1 line as they offered me 20 Gig data at R70 p/m.

This lasted for 3 months, then I was double charged. It took me an additional 3 months to sort it out whereby they finally cancelled the 2nd line. In Jan of this year I was double charged again, it took another 3 months for them to respond.

I spent an hour on the line today just to be told that I upgraded to a 1 Gig line in October 2021, which I did not. Why would I pay R75 for 1 Gig where my original offer was 20 Gig for R70?

ACCOUNT SETTLED MORE THAN 2 X WEEKS BACK POP SENT SEVERAL TIMES. STILL DOES NOT REFLECT ON MY ACCOUNT. SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE TO TRY AND SOLVE THIS MATTER...TO NO AVAIL. 59 CALLS WERE CUT AFTER AN ASSISTANT ANSWERED, BUT NO ONE PHONES BACK.

Good day, I've been a customer in Vodacom for a couple of years now. Since Tuesday 10pm my phone for some reason Vodacom can not explain , has been "Fully Admin Blocked". I have made numerous phone calls to the Customer Care line, been put on hold for more than Half an Hour at a time, Mails has been logged to the Fraud Dispute division as well as from myself to NO AVAIL.... Customer care just keep telling me they can not help me....???? Fraud Dispute Line has NO Contact number in order to resolve this issue?? Email received back - AUTOMATED???? says that the issue will be resolved within 7-14 Working days????This is unacceptable and unprofessional? Been calling and emailing Vodacom to have my number reactivated and I'm being told that the numbers on my account has been deleted. As far as I know a contract number would take a year before it get deleted and besides that the numbers are not yet recycled.

All I want is to have the numbers activated under prepaid. They (legal department) also refuse to communicate with me via email as it's they only form of communication I have. Vodacom is wronging people and I for one can't stand for this.

MTN and Cell C can do it why can't they do the same thing?

I had called into cancel my contract on the 06/05/22 however I was then put through to the retentions department who then convinced me to keep my contract with Vodacom and was sold a new contract of Samsung S22 Ultra, however upon receipt of the device I was given a S22 5g phone which was not agreed upon I than the call center and

advised them that I was given the incorrect device, i was then told that the called need to be pulled and listened to so verify that I did in fact ask for a S22 Ultra then on Wednesday the 10/5/22 I received a call from a Manager from a company called Rewardsco saying that they are going to come and collect the incorrect device however they have not come through.

e to numerous accounting and other issues with Vodacom I cancelled my post-paid account in Nov 2017 and ported to another network. I got premature cancellation quotes (two lines), paid it (got proof of payment and faxed all the required documentation to Vodacom and subsequently my Vodacom was ported to another network (whom I have been very happy with ever since). The value of the premature cancellation was R3773.99.

Shortly after the cancellation Vodacom contacted me saying I owed them money since I have not cancelled my account and for the next year I was hounded and harassed. Was contacted by sales person for Vodacom , but knowing well that I have a preexisting WIFI sim contract I communicated to the sales agent that I first needed to find out whether I could cancel my WIFI contract. To this the Fibre sales agent replied "according to our system you are on a month to month billing as your contract expired".

So needless to say I agreed to the Fiber contract. For a week since receiving the Fibre router I have been attempting to cancel the WIFI contract. Vodacom informed me that the WIFI contact is still active and can only be cancelled in July 2023.

Now I have a WIFI and Fibre contract and unable to cancel any of them. Vodacom's customer-care line and e-mail service is also an oxymoron when it comes to the words customer and care...

My wife arrange a contract with Vodacom to install internet (fibre) here at Reebok, Mosselbay. Since this was install a while ago we complaining about the connectivity. Bad service and failure to honor contract obligations It is very alarming that vodacom is now unethical. I have been with vodacom for the past 20yrs but the treatment I received for the past week is shocking. The lack of interest in resolving the query is shocking.

I was deceived by a consultant in October 2021 in being led to believe I was getting an upgrade to my contract which included a pocket Wi-Fi for mine and my daughters account, which was linked to mine at the time. A month after receipt of the two devices I discovered I was in fact being charged R228 per device per month.

I contacted the customer care number and complained and they undertook to carry out an investigation which they did and confirmed that I had in fact been deceived and I could return the devices for a refund. Unfortunately, I had in the interim thrown out the packaging of the one device and now they refuse to accept either them both back or even just the one device, for which I am happy to pay.

Hi all please be aware of vodacom or Elite mobile calling to offer you vodacom products. They are scam artists and will literally rob you with their false advertising and offerings. They called me to offer to upgrade my package, i was currently paying R948 for 1200 minutes and 5 gig data. they offered me unlimited voice calls and 30 gig data for R1288. I asked the sales agent to repeat the amount 3 times as i have had this happen to me in the past where they do not provide you what they say they will. After the 3rd time i agreed to upgrade my package. Low and behold at month end they deducted R1899 from my account. I have battles to get proper communication from Vodacom on my account I7272676. The only time I truly got response was when I wrote Hello Peter reviews. After a struggle to get my contract canceled earlier (due to disgraceful customer service) I finally got a quote to cancel early and to close the account.

I was informed once I pay the early cancelation fee as per quote sent there will be one last debit order. They never deducted on 25 April. I emailed them on 28 April to confirm if account was paid in full and closed and still did not get a response.

I had the OneNumber contract from Vodacom since last year September 2021. For no reason at all Vodacom cancelled this contract without my consent. I have been trying ever since to get my mobile data to be activated by calling the "customer care" help line for about two weeks every day.

But they are unable to assist me. I get promise to get called by Vodacom's technical department, but up until up to date I have received no assistance from them. I even send e-mails to customer care, but with no success.

I have been a client of Vodacom for a very long time. It seems to me that the people working for Vodacom is incompetent to do their work. I am considering changing service provider if this matter is not resolved.

I bought a contract iphone 12 mini last year March and its been downhill since! July last year the phone went for repairs. Early this year again tb phone went tor repairs and I've been paying for the repairs and contract.

The last strike was 26th March, the phone just went blank and died out then, took it for repairs it went for a minth came back 3rd May, the phone wasnt fixed at all.

I have logged a call on the 15 April 2022 to move my Fibre line to my separate entrance on the same premises and I was told I need to wait for 30 days. I was a given a reference SO220415-994309 and they said it is seen as an outside location, even though on the very same plot.

My vodamail crashed and as from 14/04/2022 I called the customer service ref. 1-35684887992538 full promesses nothing, 20/04/2022 ,28/04/2022 and 09/05/2022 no success. My email still of, I am in process of submit a medical incapacity re evaluation for Momentum.

Vodacom sms is unreliable and non-dependable. Several times over the years I have had issues such as sending an sms, getting infuriated that someone did not respond, only to receive a message many days later from vodacom saying sms not sent. This has happened several times over years which indicates vodacom is not correcting inconveniences faced by customers.

Now there is this error 38; I cannot even send a Mother's day message to my mom who does not use whatsapp. I checked on google how to correct and there are many complaints about it, which again shows that Vodacom does not respond to issues faced by its customers. I cannot resolve the error even after following suggestions from other users.

Vodacom should take time to look at and come with solutions to respond to customers' problems

We live in a dangerous area 85kms from the nearest town and everything important in our lives is connected to that number?? Please be aware of vodacom offering to migrate your package. i had a red plus package paying R948 a month for 1200 minutes and 5GIG data. they offered to migrate me to a package of limitless minutes and 30 GIG data for R1200.

As this had happened to me previously i asked the agent 3 times to confirm the amount i would pay and he said 3 times R1200. On receiving my bill, i noticed that they were billing me R1900. i called to question my bill, they now advised me that the sales agent had made a mistake and the cost is not R1200 but R1900 (they did confirm as well that they listened to the voice call and their agent was wrong).

Order no: 0768894 I notified that this package is ready for delivery and some one will call me. Up to now no one has called me. I have tried to make the customs payment as well but the site got high jacked. I have send a massage in this regard but got no responce. I send a request to get banking details for direct payment but again no response. Now got message that this package is being returned, with out being consulted.

I find this situation very substandard of Vodacom and its suppliers. Situations like this makes me negative towards your company and I will further partake in any Vodacom activity of sorts

He sold me ( with a lot of insistance , as I was undecided, and needed to chat to my husband) a Red flag package, 2gigs data, 100 min and 125 airtime for an amount of R215 for nos 0826834260 and 0823064218, which = R430 per month for 24 months. the other no. 0827745822 was sold to me later for an amount of R55 for 24 months. This was confirmed by Claire Juchbheja on 30.03.22. This was not done as I have subsequently realised, via my invoice issued by Vodacom. Once again, Vodacom's error... Good day having been a Vodacom customer for years youd expect just a measly bit of service. Well this month again I paid my amount owing on the 30th of April via the internet as I do on a monthly basis via EFT.

Well on the 2nd of May I tried to make a call on my phone and had a message telling me to please pay my account as Id run out of airtime. This is now the 3rd month in a row that this has happend and trying to phone anyone at Vodacom is an absolute JOKE.

What do you have to do in a 3rd world country to get service that has already been paid for and which is actually a major ripoff in the first place. One star is waaaaay too much of an accolade for Vodacom.

Your company is a disgrace and your staff well lets leave that for another day as I could go on another rant there.
