I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted by the service rended by Vodacom's Fibre connect line. I have been calling since last week monday for assistance and to date not one of 15 odd people that I spoke too, took the initative to call me back or to go a little bit of an extra mile for me.
I previously had a vodacom contract to which i cancelled because I inteded on getting Fibre installed in my home. I work from home, so I rely on data to get my day to day work done at home. I have spoken to Serisha Thaver last week Monday who promised to get back to me but I am still awaiting feedback from her.
