Good aftrnoon

I am started contacting VW finance on 20 December till January making follow up call and finally I was ignored.VW was overcharging me 4 months and I was asking a refund. VW refunded ne with R300 that wasn't enough. I will be glad I can be paid up for all these months. Im writting a complain VW ambudsman to assist me to convice vw finance to refund for all these 4 months.

The car was there for like 3 days,no one worked on it or diagnosed it to see the issue. During the service they called saying the coils were broken, and had to replace them at our cost,we paid. All I see is dodginess, last service I was asked to buy a new car and refused.

This is unfair and am really disappointed.

I called your customer care 800 number. I explained the problem with my vw. I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I requested to speak to speak to the supervisor. 5 min. total wait time, I was told that there was" no one available" to help me.

This is a very poor response, in my opinion, from a customer care office person.

However, with all do respect, it is very typical response of my dealings with vw.

The heater blows cool air on passenger side. Dealer backed flushed heater core and within two days same problem. The dealer did not flush system so they said heater core contaminated again. I asked, why they would leave contaminated coolant in engine and they said the only way they would change it if I would have a new heater core installed or pay 400 dollars to flush system.

If I pay another 600 dollars they will install new core. The coolant is not to be changed for 5 years per service dept. Now I have over 2 hundred dollars in a heater core flush and no heat. The salesman told me to get a new car.

Just think about this whole problem and it makes no sense just makes the dealer richer. The car has 58 k miles and is a 2013 model. I would have a difficult time ever buying another…

Forget about trying to solve issues with the VW team and specially with the Regional Manager "Liz L"

My car has had a stall and pickup problem since I purchased it used on January 20, 2016 with 32K miles, it now has 64K.

The car has literally stopped (shutting down), getting off the expressway,

I've lost my break pump while driving and had to replace the break pump.

The battery has exploded while I have been inside the car attempting to back up.

It has had issues such as starting I have had to push in the key several times before it starts.

No after they set up an appointment so that I can take it to the Esserman Nissan VW in Doral, FL my car does not even start.

I purchased my car from this dealership (Master Cars Alberton) in December 2016. In October the vehicle was due for a 45 000km oil service. I booked the car in with no hassles and collected the vehicle the same day.

However the following day I noticed that the front passenger window made a clicking sound when closing, also the vehicle no longer had any power. I called the dealership to book the vehicle in and was told they cannot help me on the weekends and the vehicle needs to be brought in during the week.

I informed them that this is a bit challenging as I travel to Pretoria and dont have alternative transport. I finished work early and decided to go pass to see if they were able to assist, I was once again told they cannot assist me and need to book it in for a full day.

5 years. My leasing experience was pretty good and m salesman was really awesome. I leased my car from Gaplin VW in Van Nuys, CA and felt really comfortable with my decision at that point in time. Throughout my leasing term I never had any issues with VW, all of my maintenance was taken care of through them and the car ran pretty well.

The car was so amazing that I extended my lease by another 6 months just to determine if I wanted to purchase the vehicle but after my evaluating I decided that I should be saving money so I did not to go through with the purchase. I turned in my car on October 22, 2017 at the Volkswagen in Pasadena, CA.

I was approached by a sales manager and advised him that I wanted to turn in my vehicle; he then told me that I could certainly turn in the vehicle there…

I had financed my car and few Months prior I got a Notice from Legal Volkswagen Financial Services that I had not paid three months lapsed EMI's of last year and for which the Volkswagen Financial Services had put Cheque of Rs 25,428 without any prior intimation given to me that I had missed my instalment and on behalf of it you are placing the cheque.

Would also like to tell you that if I had been informed prior regarding missed EMI and placing of cheque from your end, it would have not been bounced due to insufficient fund.

Also dishonour of cheque would not have been happened which is a criminal offence.

But still I paid the Entire Amount of Rs 25,425 on the Month of June and was told now no amount is due.

I bought my car in February 2017 , within a weeks purchase I complained to my dealer about my car speakers not working (3) , I was advised to have it looked into. I went to Alan Husdon Motors in Nelspruit on the 11th October 2017 to have it serviced and they checked the speakers and I was informed that it was tampered with , and it was not VW equipment used and it would not be covered on the warranty .

I them emailed my dealer whereby I have not heard anything from them. What should be the way forward at the moment ?

Volkswagen model Passat CC 2.0, approximately close to 6 years old. Mileage done to date is 19,742 Sent for servicing at authorised dealer work shop. The interior roof cover gave way. Work shop personnel deny responsibility. Where do I stand under this situation ? The interior roof cover was intact when I sent in my car for servicing. The car is only close to 6 years ago how could the interior roof gave way. If is not the fault of work shop it must be manufacturer defect.

Good Afternoon,

I purchased a brand new Volkswagen Polo from Essendon Fields Dealer ship. I was initially happy with the information and service i was provided until i encountered my first concern about my gear box - Having driven VW before the gears were slipping, I did approach VW dealership only to be told that the car was fine and nothing to worry about. 3 Months later a foul smell was coming out through my air vents, Mind you i had my car for 4 months by that stage.

VW advised that this was my fault and that it was water condensation, they took money for a diagnostic and to amend the vents. 1 year later my passenger seat was providing a constant annoying squeak from the bottom end of the seat - This was again taken to VW forcing them to get someone to get in the car with me to prove…

Today I was looking forward to putting behind me the "fix" for my 2012 VW Jetta. I had been happy with the way VW had handled things up to this point. I made the appointment and took the car in.

I was never told if the check engine light was on, that they would not completed the emissions fix. Even thought i told them the light was on when I made the appointment. I was quite upset when I was told I would have to pay to have the check engine light corrected before the fix and my restitution payment would be completed.

I became even more angered when I was told I did not have to pay to have the check engine light fixed if I was turning it in. The check engine light is on due to an ERG sensor related to emissions.

But of course I was told VW did not cover the check engine light fix on on…

I purchased a pre-owned VW Beetle from the VW Dealership in Larksville, PA. I work three jobs, and this car is my only means of transportation. I was recently unable to shut off my car, and for this reason it is not drivable.

Told it needs a new ignition system installed, part is special order made to the specifications of my individual car. Part must be pre-paid before ordering, then must be assembled, shipped, and installed. Time frame I was given for this job is a week or more.

In the meantime, I am without a vehicle to get to my jobs, and I cannot afford to a car rental for this period. I was told by the dealer that they have no loaner available to me. I contacted the VW Dealership 25 miles away, Kelly Volkswagon.

He checked and said it was not looking good for an available loaner…

My Car's ID number is WVGZZZ1TZAW041018. Have found my car will have vibration issues since I bought new car at 2010... Since 2011, I have replace clutch 3 times, transmission box’s valve 2 times, A/C compressor 2 times, catalytic converter one time and EGR cooler one time in your authorized car service center, but vibration issues happened again at Aug, 2017.

I was advised to replace clutch with 50% of all cost.. after clutch being changed, problem still existed, then I was advised to replace transmission box's valve with 50% cost again. I can't agree because I can not what is my next risk and whether VW have helped me to confirm what the root cause is, then i can let this problem leave me away forever...

Leased Jetta from Autonation VW in Las Vegas, NV on 31 July 2017. Traded in Honda Accord, no lien holder. Dealer owes me $13,000. Finance told me that I would receive checks in 1 week. After two weeks, I called and asked for progress report. No reply, I was called today (19 August) to pick up DMV slip and again asked where the checks are. Again no response.

Unfortunately, I filled out the survey and gave all 10's. Wish to change the dealership's rating to zero.

PS: this is my 4th VW, the 2nd one from this dealer, and I will not purchase another from this dealership.

when I brought my Tiguan in for its yearly service and oil change on 6/27/2017 things were fine. Then I needed new tires and to have an alignment , so I set up an appointment for 6/30/2017 this is when things were not good.

75 hours to be done. 5 hours had gone by I ask the service writer why so long-her response was "that it takes longer then if I had brought it to a tire place". this was a lie. I have family members that work for vw in another state.

I met with a VW Gossett salesman on Covington Pike, Memphis, TN on October 20. 2016. We discussed what I wanted and he said hopefully would have by Thanksgiving. I have had very limited contact with that salesman, who rarely replies to phone calls, email or text.

I have left messages with the sales manager as well, with zero response. I have been a VW beetle owner for the past 10 years, and wanted to upgrade to a 2017 SEL Passat. I have never experienced such total lack of customer service, especially when trying to pay cash for a new vehicle!

to say the least, I will not even consider buying from this dealership and can't imagine having them service my car! I will contact the dealership I bought my 2013 VW from, 200 miles away and see if I get anywhere.

If not, no more VWs!

Last week, my husband and I visited the vw dealer in Toms River, NJ. A young man named Vinnie, began helping us in our quest to purchase a new car. We were trading in our 2013 beetle for possibly a small SUV.

During the process of attaining our information, I was requested to present my license for Vinnie to copy because I wanted to test drive a car. We test drove the Tiguan and really loved it. Upon returning to the dealership, the "dealing" began.

Needless to say, we could not come to an agreement and left. Two days later, I was at another dealership preparing to purchase a car. I was asked to present my drivers license. When I went to get it was not in my wallet!

I could only assume that Vinnie never gave it back to be at the Toms River dealership. I immediately called the dealership…

Last year bought a VW Golf 6 Tsi at a Dealer in Cape Town South Africa, and I kept servicing the car with the dealer, until 25th October, when the car blew engine without any warning or any light indicator, have been tell the dealer that I am not happy with the car because it has a lot of faults and they kept telling me there is nothing wrong with the car.

Now the engine blew I am expected to pay 160000 for a new engine for a problem that I wasn't aware of, what does that say about VW cars durability and for VWSA to say they don't want to be involved with issue.

I have a just bought Vento 2017, it has a a lot of noises, the window controler and mirror controler doesn't work well, my biggest fear is that the cover of passanger air bag wasn't assembled properly, it moves, so, if I have a an accident, the cover could be deployed with the bag making a serious injury. I have reported to VW customer services in Mexico, but , I am still waiting for a final solution.

does some one can take it and make sure that all concerned itmes been solved and avoid recurrency? specilly the safety issue with the passanger airbag.

I took my neighbor to one of your stores located at 5474 South Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32839. She was very excited in leasing the Jetta. I asked about your sign and drive program of $199.00. The sale associate took all of your information and returned with the finance manager, Gary. He told us that there was nothing he could do for us and that the payments would be $400.00 per month once the the tax, tag and fees was added in. I tried to inform him that her grandson was going to get the car for her who makes over $250,000.00 per year. He stopped me in my tracks and said, "I don't care if he has a credit score of 800 the payments would be $400.00.

VW Caravelle 2.5 diesel has been with the dealers (two dealers) for 4 years and it does not seem they can solve the problem. I have been patient and now I am loosing it. All I am getting is a continuous of thing going wrong. It went to the first dealer with a limp mode preblem (Nov 2014) which escalleted to so many other stories. 0t that I purchased used with about 70000 miles. This is my first VW purchase and I was very excited about it, I always wanted a CC every since they came out. Now a week after I purchased the car I was driving and the whole dash board lite up!

I Had it towed to Prestige Volkswagen in melbourne fl, where under warranty from the used car dealership that I had purchased the car from. Come to find out it was actually a recall on the exhaust manifold that they fixed without any problems. Fast forward 30000 miles.

I had a problem with the car starting so I hooked it up to read the codes, timing sensor popped up so I bought a sensor installed it and still had the same problem. So once again I had it towed to Prestige Volkswagen, where they informed me that my timing chain tensioner had failed…

I as a very happy VW customer have had my Passat serviced regularly with an authorised dealer Weeks after last service lights were very deficient and thought a bulb was blown and went as necessity to a local garage to get bulb replaced to learn that bulbs were in a very dilapidated state and were totally unfocused etc My question is that I have the car regularly as per specified mileage serviced and

I had an incident with my panaromic sunroof that exploded on the 31 of august 2016.I have reported the incident to VW SA. the car was towed to the dealership. My complain is that my case is with the Office of the Managing Director and Since August till today I am always told that there is a report that has to be compiled . I mean for three months. My car is still under warranty and I bought it brand new

The office of the Managing Director is disappointing me, they are not taking my case seriously and I have a strong feeling that my case is taken seriously

i have researched this problem and also spoken to other polo vivo owners and it seems this is a common fault with the motor vehicle and what surprises me is that the dealers /manufacture are aware of this but have failed to adress this issue at their cost. Why has vw done a recall of these models and rectify this fault but has choose to remain quiet and pretend the problem does not exist. thank you .

com. I have been on hold for more than an hour ,TWICE , without my call being answered. Settlement instructions refer claimants to 800# many times and in my case I was instructed to call back. I believe there are fewer than 20 people answering these calls. Please look into this. Thank you.

People can access my electronic(s) , / Get into my car/ Reset all of my settings and I have both set of keys on me at all times. This car also came with an upgraded security system which was used to promote the sale.

All I want is to be able to lock my car and be assured that I can be a normal person that can leave (for instance a laptop) (hidden) in my car and not have to worry about it being stolen. All of my destinations were deleted.

All of my Bluetooth connections are a source of infiltrating my vehicle. I don't care if its a short. I have been in the dealership every week on the dot and I cant afford this, mentally and financially. com or call me at( 818) 798-4535.

I took my 2013 VW CC to Vaden Volkswagen in Savannah, GA in September 2016. I requested an oil change along with a four tire rotation. Neither to say that the oil in my car was never changed. I brought this matter to Mr. Foster (Service Director). I spoke to Mr.

Foster on October 17, 2016, and he assure me that he would give me a refund on the oil change and that he would call me back letting me the status. Neither to say Mr. Foster has not returned my call.

I had my power steering rack replaced on my 2012 Jetta two years ago , now my power steering hose is leaking as well as my water pump. This car has 61,000 miles on it . I can not believe the break down and cost of repairs.

Car was serviced at Haggerty VW Oak Lawn. In the past couple of years I have several maintenance issues done. Not happy with VW the worst car I ever owned. The past year I have discouraged several of my friends from purchasing a VW because of break downs of its components.

Once again I am paying a high cost to repair failed components. 61,000 miles the car is falling apart. Never again will I buy a VW. Not a happy camper. Nick Naliwajko

My car is at the service on the 28th September 2016 then on the 2nd of October 2016 the car showed a warning light of gearbox error. I returned the vehicle to Lindsay Midrand where the car was serviced and i haven't received the vehicle back.

The frustrating thing is that they don't even have any courtesy vehicle and I'm the one who has been phoning them to find out about my vehicle. Initially I was promised to get my car back last week, then I was told it will be ready today 18th October and now it is still not ready.

My car is in for repair and they are buying parts that don't even need replaced. When i got the original quote he said i needed a control arm, ball joint and new tire ( not rim). I had a front passenger tire go flat on Tuesday before the hurricane, the dealership couldn't get me in till the next week so i went to firestone and went to tampa. On the way home the same tire blew out and i had it towed to dealership. I was getting a free replacement from Firestone so I show up to get the old tire and rim.

I have filed an investigation with NHTSA due to the fuel manifold that cracked and leaked fuel at a high rate onto the electrical connection under the rear seat of my 2010 Passat. This is a huge safety hazard and could result in fire, explosion and injuries to passengers.

The way the electrical harness is placed over the fuel pump manifold causes it to crack and leak a great deal of fuel. The case # with NHTSA is 10909755. I am requesting that VW reimburse me for replacement of this part.

This vehicle is only 6 years old. This is absolutely unacceptable. if any part of the vehicle should never be compromised, it would be the fuel system. especially under the rear seat and leaking on an electrical connection.

I was denied my 20,000 mile service because I was past the 2 year mark. How ignorant is that? This is my second VW and my last. Customer service and satisfaction is no longer on the forefront of VW mind.

I will make it my business to let every veteran know that I am able to reach via e-mail, letter, or in person about the terrible service and bad business practices. I will also send a letter to my insurance company that caters to veterans.

I am disappointed and saddened that I have to go to this level; but I will not sit down and let this travesty go by unnoticed. If I had known VW would not honor their policy with bogus loopholes, I would have never bought another one.

My five years old 2011 VW Tiguan had two major mechanical problems. One problem with the fuel injection was fixed for free because of the recall. Another problem was the antifreeze leak that would cost me more than $ 3K. That made me decide to trade it in for the reliable Volvo.

One week after giving away Tiguan, the second car made by VW Jetta Sport Wagon 2013 didn't start. The dealership "diagnosed" sensor problem that can be fixed for "only" $300. After few hours they call us back (probably thought they didn't ripped us off enough) and told us that computer is broken and need to be replaced. It will be $1600 + $300 for the sensor that might be broken or not. We are very scare to hear from those VW people tomorrow. The car is very expensive and in the hands of people we don't trust who…
