Waffle House

On 1/6/2023 at about 11:30 to midnight my friend and I decided we wanted Waffle House. The location is in Ridgeland, SC. There were two guys on duty and little to no customers present. We sat in Waffle House for 10-15 mins before being acknowledged while one staff finished a to go order and cleaned & the other staff was outside in a car getting high.

A girl came to order knowing the guy out in the car and made him come cook her food. Once he cooked her food he proceeded to give her the food for free and told is no more to go orders.

Then went outside to the car to get high again. That was very unprofessional as we sat and watch him cook her food FOR FREE. We were paying customers.

Store visit 1902. 2nd shift. 5 2023. Travis and tashoonna. I Have walked in place was disgusting floors were dirty tables were messy I had to requested for the stove to get clean because of my allergy as it didn't get such as the third shift came in.

I asked politely to the ladies to clean the stove the new lady that's only been working for 4 days was left to having to clean the second shift whole days worth of mess. The 3rd shifts lady's made it a better place to be , customer service, cleaning and made it feel as I was at home and welcome to be there . 100%

Waffle house kannapolis on cannon blvd was horrible today. The staff were fussing as if they were fixing to fight or shoot one another. The music played was fulgur and real loud. Never so glad to leave this atmosphere. Daniel on night shift would not have tolerated this.

When I decide to go back it will be definitely be night shift.

We were at #2105 on day shift and the employees were verbally fussing at each other, really loud.thought they might fight or shoot so bad....also the music playing was so fulgur...(sex,bad language )The staff put the music on.Thought I was out at a jungle concert. Daniel on 2nd shift would not tolerate this mess

We have been eating at the waffle house for a long time but we've never taken it to go and to my surprise today a $10 meal turned into a fucking $20 meal and excuse my language but I'm pissed you all are not aware that people are struggling right now and the climate that we're living in under biden's fucking administration you know that fucking paper goods don't cost you any more money if you we take it to go from sitting down or if we come and

get it to go you'll refill our coffee nine times at the table with no issue but if I take one to go I only get it one time and I have to pay for the paper cup that it's served in you have a brand new location in Keller Texas and I am never coming back or supporting your business because you do not care about your customers.

I waited 30 minutes never got any service silverware or drink in the gautier m.s waffle house

This morning, January 5, 2023 my family went out for breakfast between 11:15 am and 11:30 am at the Waffle House located at 6320 West Road in Houston, Texas. We went in and no one greeted us. They were very busy but there were six people on staff.

We sat and waited for a table. When one became available, I asked one of the servers if we could sit at the table because we had been waiting 15 minutes and were next in line to be seated. She said she had to clean the table but waited on customers who were coming in to place a take out order.

Finally after about another 15 minutes, my brother-in-law asked her to clean the table so we could be seated. She finally half cleaned the table so we sat. We waited another 10 minutes and no one came to take our order, so we left.

I am sorry I did not…

2 out of my last 3 visits the last being today the staff had the jukebox volume as loud as it would go. The windows were vibrating. The only ones in there besides myself were an elderly couple who kept having to shout accross the table to each other.

When i requested they turn it down as it was way too loud i was told oh well. This is no way to run a business. I understand why there are no customers between 5am and 6am now.

Did not receive what I ordered

I just want to let you know that I just watched the Fox News (Tucker Carlson) report on the chair throwing incident in one of your locations. There's not much you can do about intoxicated customers throwing chairs at employees.

But there is everything you can do about how you treat your employees. And the way you treated this employee (Blacklisting) says all I need to know about you as a business. I will never step foot in another Waffle House.

Fire whoever made this decision, offer an apology, put it on the news for all to see your mistake, and I might reconsider. But probably not. Woke Waffle House? Not!

I was watching Tucker this date where he showed an employee being assaulted by numerous black people. They threw chairs at her first fought her and Waffle House WROTE her up. I told all my friends to not eat at your fucked up places.

Just saw Tucker Carlson video showing Waffle House Black Listing a young girl previous employed by Waffle House as she protected one of your store from a druken black girl throwing a chair at her as she was the only cook employed at Waffle House. This customer and friends will never do business with Waffle House again.

Just watched The Tucker Varlson Show. He interviewed a former employee Wendy who had a chair thrown at her that thankfully did not hit or hurt her. Instead of praising her you wrote her up for breaking a duvet container! You then tell her when she left to move to another city that she is welcome to apply again only to be blacklisted by your company.

Used to love Waffle House… no more and I will share this with the many friends and families who have joined me in the past.

Waitress and cook very rude sarcastic and aggressive towards me. Waitress was very impolite and had rude attitude. Not wanting to be treated rude and with bad attitude . I asked for a different waitress. After, asking for different waitress the waitress rudely told me to leave, go some where else.

I politely asked again for a different waitress that did not have bad attitude. The cook then rudley and aggressively told me to go somewhere else. I asked for the cooks name. He said Chris. I asked for the waitress name.

Location at Woodbine and highway 90 in Pace Fla, Jan 2nd early evening. My wife and I ordered the Allstar breakfast as we have done many times at this location. Bacon to be very crisp, eggs over medium, hash browns smothered and covered.

Wife ordered same except grits with cheese. My wife's meal was done perfect. Mine on the other hand, eggs were well done, hashbrowns were over done nearly burnt, tea tasted sour. Pecan waffles were perfect.

While I am thankful that this facility is open today I am so disappointed!!! Have been sitting here for over an hour freezing. Have asked to have the air conditioning adjusted. (today is 01/02/23).

Also tried to help clean a table off where it is not so cold and was told I could not do that. I have never waited this long for food anywhere. My husband and I both diabetics and this is definitely not helping out health.

I will never go to. This waffle house again and will tell everyone o see not to.

Second shift employees are not taking care of customers or sweeping the floors

Waffle house #309 location Garner Ferry Rd, Columbia, SC 29209. At 5 am on January 2, 2023, Two employees turn me around land several other customers stating they are close for cleaning. This is the most unprofessional experience I have seen.

This young lady was sitting in the corner, when I pulled up then decided to put with floor signs to look she cleaning but no wet floors or mop water.

The way you handled Waffle House Wendy was an absolute tragedy. I hope all those thugs fighting on your countertops give you plenty of business, because this family will never pass through your door again.

Waffle house 241 on Daulphin Island parkway in mobile locked the doors when my friends and I, white people, went in to eat. We went some where else to eat and on the way back they were still serving food but to black people only. I'd give zero stars if I could.

My service at Waffle House# 2165 at 2140 Lebanon Pike Hermitage,Tn was terrible! I’ve never experienced such racism in my life! I was CLEARLY in line before the gentlemen behind me. Just for the record, I’m white and the gentlemen was black, the waitress was black as well and couldn’t have been more obvious and RUDE.

We had a specific server. Neither had name tags. It was a dark haired girl. She was rude towards one of our other guests about an order she messed up. She then laughed in a rude manner behind him towards the guest for a conversation he was having with us.

When he was not the guest paying nor tipping. When she served the food to our guest she had a sarcastic comment towards him about if he wanted A-1 sauce with a smart smile and giggle. When confronted lied straight to all our guest at the tables faces.

The light skinned girl..once again had the Bluetooth on..was rude to us and complaining about the ppl she worked with..her shirt was unbuttoned where you could see her boobs..she was also rude to the cooks..I don't think I will come back to waffle house anymore...and that's one of my favorite places to eat.

My son wanted a waffle from waffle house. So I drove to the Waffle House off of Fairburn off of I 20. I stood patiently while the big black girl took a man order while leaning on the counter. While taking the order she looks at me and tells me did i go online an order. I said no.

She stated we are not excepting walk ins. I say i just want a waffle. She said that the man in the front of me was the last per management acceptance of approval and she was not taking any other walk in unless you go online.

Waffle house 0861 Yemasse SC Often stop for breakfast when traveling south. Usually Moderately clean. Today it was dirty. Weave stuck to top of sugar of sticky lid of bowl. Hair im food. Wait staff not wearing hair net and some with waist length weave. Bathroom filthy. Toilet covered with urine. Floor dirty. Disappointing visit all around. Waitress not enthusiastic.

This WH has been going down for a while now. The tables and sides of seating area was filthy. The cooking area was also nasty. The coffee I was served was old. Not fresh. Said they were out of grits and hashbrowns. Always short on waitresses.

Cooks have just walked out b4. They have had to turn customers away cause ppl didn't show up 2 work. They need a whole new management team.

Price of what we always order went up over 5 dollars. Think they just ordered our last food from there. We always ate there on trips or if we wanted an inexpensive meal.

I am a regular at Waffle house and my server Rosanna was verbally abused by this new manager who takes over from the regular manager. Rosanna is sweet and funny and Avery good waitress. Made my stomach turn to see a very sweet server such as mine get talked to like that and treated very poorly.

I will make it my point to only come in that restaurant when Miss Kaitlyn is manager as she is a good and kind manager. This Kristie is horrible. She made my stomach turn. Thank you very Sincerely, UJ

I am a Director of Operations for a company. I visited several of your locations tonight 12/27/22. I visited all 3 locations in Morrow and they were all closed with the lights on inside the building. Upon arrival at several stores, most of the employee's were outside sitting in their cars or either smoking in the parking lot. This is bad for business. No need to have the store lights on and the store isn't taking any orders. I know for my restaurants they would not be on my clock. I need someone to get in touch with me asap regarding this issue.

This Waffle House is spring street in new Albany indiana. I went Christmas night at 6:15pm. My waitress was not very attentive to us we had ask for drinks and flagged her down to get our drinks. My waffle was cold then they tell us there is no heat and it was 44 degrees inside.

I ask waitresse to hold my waffle so it would not get cold and she said u did not order a waffle and I got all star breakfast. It was Waffle House 389.

I went to your waffle house on Buford Highway in Norcross on 12 27 2022. We were sitting there waiting on a booth to get cleaned after about 10 min I ask for the manager. The man cooking turned around and said I'm the manager so I ask why someone is not clean the tables your two waiters are just standing around.

Had poor service at Dauphin and I 65 Waffle House in Mobile Al. Christmas morning. Staff ignored us did not seem friendly and never greeted us when we walked in.

Placed a to go order for over $100 on Christmas Day to have breakfast with my family. Got home and realized part of order was missing. My fiancé went back to get missing food while everyone else ate. They were rude and took about 45 min to make the meal they forgot. My son, daughter, and I went to the Waffle House in Cumming,Ga across from the Publix. My son and daughter each had an omelette and hashbrowns. I had cheese eggs, toast, hashbrowns and bacon. We all had coffee. Nothing was explained on my $39 bill.
