m. my friend and I went to The waffle House on highway 301 in Tampa Florida as we do frequently. there was a waitress named Trinity and another waitress which I don't remember her name and the cook. During our visit we ordered our food, my friend always gets the same All American with cheese eggs and triple hash browns with onions, the hash browns, were to burnt for her to eat because teeth are fragile.

At the same moment my friend informed to me that he cut the sandwich in half so hard the bread and meat flew across the grill and countertop in front of the grill the waitress then picked up the pieces to the sandwich and brought it to me and it was missing the bacon on top of it but before we could say anything about the patty meltmy friend asked for her hash browns to be recooked light…

Yes I went to waffle House on Northside Dr in Jackson Ms on Wednesday the First of February at 4:05am where I ordered 2 All Star Breakfast and an additional waffle on my first All Star I had scrambled eggs, with grits and sausage... they had no syrup at all in the bag only to go to the window to find out the whole entire store was out of syrup

MY WIFE AND I WENT TO STORE# 1521 LOCATED LUMBERTON, TEXAS ON 2-1-2023 AT BETWEEN 11: 30 AND 12 NOON FOR LUNCH. WE HAVE GONE TO THIS LOCATION SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE AND THINGS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY NICE, BUT TODAY THERE WAS AN ASST.MANAGER WHOSE FIRST NAME WAS CAROLYN AND SHE SHOWED NOTHING BUT DISRESPECT FOR HER WAITRESS OR CUSTOMERS. WE ORDERED TWO OMELETTES WITH NO JALAPENO PERRERS. MY WIFES CAME WITH SEVERAL JALAPENO PEPPERS, WE CALLED OUR WAITNESS (DAWN) OVER AND COMPLAINTED, SHE TOOK THE OMLETTE BACK TO THE COOK, WHICH WAS THE ASST. MANAGER (CAROLYN) WHO SAID TO BAD JUST THROW THEM AWAY. SHE WAS IN NO HURRY TO FILL ORDERS.

Just called in an order for 1 plain waffle. The menu price is 4 dollars and change. She told me 9 dollars for 1 plain waffle, when I questioned her about it she said they charge a Togo charge AND a supply charge plus the tax!

Went into your restaurant in hopewell Va. February 1 2023 to order 2 breakfast sandwiches and the person ( christy) told me that she caused take my order because they was only serving in. I turned around to walk out the door and a person ( white) )came in on my way out got to order out.

So happens I turned around seeing christy taking that person order and christy was the cook. A waitress (black) heard christy and said that she would take my order but since christy was the cook I declined. I haven’t never felt that racism feeling before I met one of your employee.

29am there where employees in the building and the door was locked a waitresses came to a side window and said that the restaurant was closed and they didn’t have any staff there where 3 employees and the manger that was at the stove cooking has browns and bacon but refused my order because he didn’t close out the draw from last night and there wasn’t enough staff ..

So he is allowing your business to lose money in a recession where businesses are closing ! Sad IHOP took my funds with out a problem.. there’s a need of customer service and financial training if he can cook for himself he can cook for your customers!!

WENT IN FOR LUNCH AT THE WAFFLE HOUSE AT 3995 UNIVERSITY DRIVE HUNTSVILLE ALABAMA. FOUND THIS WAFFLE HOUSE TO BE UN KEPT: ALL TABLES WERE DIRTY BUT TWO, ONLY THREE PATRON IN THERE AT THIS TIME. A LARGE AMOUNT OF WATER WAS STANDING ON THE FLOOR AND IT HAD ONE BOOTH COMPLETLY CLOSED OFF.

THE WATER WAS PUDDLED AND HAD BEEN THERE SOME TIME. FLOOR WAS FILTHY!! THE WHOLE PLACE WAS FILTHY!!!! WAFFLE IRON AREA WAS DISGUSTING WITH STACKS OF WAFFLE BATTER CAKED UP AROUND ALL OF THEM . RETURN VENTS WERE CAKED WITH GREESE AND DIRT.

My wife and I visited a Waffle House in Mt. Dora Florida on Friday night about 10pm. As we entered the restaurant, we noticed that the lobby was a bit full and the entire bar seating area was full of young kids.

We sat down in a booth and the noise and music that was playing in the restaurant was quite loud. The waitress came over and took our order and food was served as normal. I looked over at the bar area and notice that the kids or young adults were laughing and dancing around in there seats as they ate there food.

I was going to ask the waitress to see if they could turn down the music as it was hard to even talk to my wife on the other side of the booth, but I just bit my tongue and ate my food. I noticed that the young adults or kids were getting up to leave and thought that the…

Pell City , AL Waffle House. Was in there this morning and everybody in there was sitting with coats and hoodies on because the air was on and it was too cold to eat. The food was also cold. I ask to turn the Air off and they said they do not have control of the air condition.

S> At least 10 customers were on my side and said they would not come back because there is a Nice Huddle House down the street. Obviously you do not care about your customers, you want you 6 employees to be comfortable.

I have complained about this on several occasions with no results. I was a customer everyday at this location. I WLL NOT BE BACK AND HOPE THE OTHERS WILL NOT.

The server was not that friendly and the counter top when you come in was filthy. She didn't attempt to clean it. The cook washed her hands and no communication from her but I guess that's how they do it at this location.

The waffle house in Spartanburg are very friendly and they make you feel welcome and it's clean. Won't be back to this location while I'm in town.

On 01/27/2023 @ 7:40 pm to 8:15 pm, at the time of my visit, I observed the black female cook NEVER changing her gloves while handling raw meat and touching all other foods, dishes. Peeling eggs, cracking eggs and just wiping her gloves on a dish towel instead of changing them. She cooked raw bacon and touched cheese separating them, and never changing her gloves.while handling other food.

The short older white waitress was taking out trash and never washed her hands nor wore gloves as well. She seemed too busy bossing the new young lady around keeping her from tending to her table.

They mess with dirty dishes and never washed their hands while we were there. The short older waitress cashed us out and did not wash her hands after handling money.

The service at the Zelda Road waffle House in Montgomery Alabama was ridiculous I stand in line for 45 minutes waiting on my place my order I then got to the window and was told that there were not any waffles I requested her to have the waffle removed and get refunded and they told me that I could not get up refund for the waffle I don't have to return the whole order after waiting for 45 minutes in the cold and

A overweight red haired waitress is continuing to eat off of cook station. She grabs bacon , cheese , or anything she can reach. My daughter saw this. She don’t wear gloves, she is a waitress. Everyone there knows that.

I stopped at Waffle House on McFarland Blvd in Tuscaloosa Alabama.. I ordered a sausage bowl with hash browns with peppers, onions and mushrooms with toast.. I didn’t get toast mushrooms peppers and onions and got charged for all of that..

I want my money back for what I didn’t get.. I was the only person there and they still got the order wrong.. I called and I got hung up on.. I won’t go back to another Waffle House until this issue is resolved..

5 hours. One of the workers told me it will open up in 30 minutes. The 30 minutes has past and the restaurant still isn't open. Although, the worker who told me 30 minutes brings coffee to a man sitting in a truck, but the restaurant still isn't open.

Bad customer service, rude customer service. I don't suggest this particular restaurant to anyone. I give this Waffle house location a -10.

Me and my friend went to the Waffle House in Wytheville Va on 1/23/2023 at 3:30 pm. The place was awful almost all the tables were dirty dishes piled up on each table and only the cook was there. The table we sat at was dirty and then the cook said I’m the only one here the server left and hasn’t come back yet but I’ll cook whatever you ladies would like to eat.

He took our order and cooked it and it Was ok hash browns were cold but this is our complaint. After like 25 minutes she comes back in and comes to our table and ask what did you guys order so she rights it down then disappears again.

Friday 1-20'23, my sister and I tried eating at the Calvert City Waffle House. We ordered coffee and they had no ice for tea. They could not fixan omelet so I told them we would go elsewhere. 50 for the coffee and now the cup of hot water for hot tea.

These were not drank by either one of us. I reminded the waitress that these were not used. She smiled and I had to pay. This is extremely poor business and I am requesting to be reimbursed. Thank you.

If you charge for take out and containers you should inform customers before they order. Two plates cost me almost 5:00 extra. It will not happen again, I will spread the word since you don't, Will never go back. The food was not what I ordered and was not good.

I have enjoyed the Waffle House for many years.

However I am shocked at the customer appreciation I have experienced. I visited the Cool Springs location in Franklin TN on 1/20/23 to get my normal order. I attempted to call with no luck explaining how busy they are and this is not the first time this has happened.

I arrived to find one customer in the whole restaurant. I did go inside and order we always order to go we are still trying to protect our family. I took a seat and waited for the order to be prepared.

I told a worker I could pay her because they were standing by the register.

00 for two grit bowl which consisted of sausage and cheese and egg. One of my bowls had the hash browns piece all through it which I didn’t request that. Honestly that’s poor food service because I feel like thats how cross contamination begins.

The waitress, Tammy, complained about a tip she received from another customer; and then told me not to talk about the passing of a celebrity to another customer because her husband wasn't feeling well. I wasn't talking to her but to another customer and I really felt she had no right to speak to me in such a manner. I will never return to that waffle house again.

I've been told that you can't order off the white menu that is by the register. There are a lot of things on that menu that are not on the menu on the counter. Evidently those items on the counter menu are what makes the most money.

I've been going to Waffle House in Beaumont tx since they opened. Maybe I should take my business elsewhere.

This time as I waited at the counter RYAN went on a power play swearing to show his mental strength, said he had the right to refuse me service. BIG eye roll. Apparently the customer is always wrong, at this location and foul mouth snowflake cooks are always right. No bog loss. But un impressive.

, Waffle House #760. When we arrived the Waffle House at around 8:30 am, the manager was also getting out of her car. My daughter and I got into the building before her, my daughter was already ordering. The manager came in and asked who had the man who was standing at the register.

He was assigned to the waiter who was taking our order. She immediately asked him to stop taking our order and to check him out because he was standing there a long time. We walked in before she did and there was no one standing waiting to get checked out.

Wilson NC store on Tarboro Rd. I departed interstate just to eat at there. When I entered they were not busy. Lots of employees just walking around. 5 mins later I was asked was I eating in. 5 more minutes later, no one came to get me coffee or even take my order.

I waited patiently and there were three employees in the back making lots of noise, including the one that asked was I eating in, which I told her yes. I eventually just left.

This is the third time I’ve had to complain. The waiter G 10 day at 4:00 AM I had went into the Store and a man told him he was gonna pay for my food. Today, 01/10/2023 I called my home Waffle House per the usual except no one picked up to place my to call ahead to go order. Being that I'm a regular customer at Waffle House I did not expect the embarrassing and degrading visit I experienced today.

After the several attempts to reach Waffle House to place my order I finally arrived in the parking lot and attempted my call again to only find that my customer service wasn't so customer oriented because the phone was being ignored. So at that point I entered Waffle House and it felt like I walked directly into the 1950's Jim Crow.

My experience today was not the usual welcoming feeling I have weekly coming into my Waffle House, if anything far from it. From the nasty looks I got from the Caucasian customers seated throughout Waffle House…

Went for breakfast with husband this morning. Food and service were both okay, however, the music was so loud that we couldn’t wait to get out. When I say loud, I mean LOUD. We sat at a booth and could not even talk to each other because we couldn’t even hear the other person.

Nobody wants to eat breakfast at 8 o’clock on a Sunday morning and listen to that! It was not at all enjoyable and ate as fast as possible so we could GET OUT ASAP…

Waffle House Baton Rouge Highland Road @ Interstate 10 Went to place an order on my way to work and was told the grill was closed for cleaning and wouldn't be open for over 45 minutes and I could clearly see an employee with her head down sleeping on the counter. No one was cleaning the grill or anything else. The employee who told me was outside playing on her phone smoking.

Also, two separated occations I've tried to go into restaurant to place a to-go order and was told that due to short staffing they were not taking to-go orders. They had 5 people working! This was Jan 8th 9am. LAZY not short staffed!! These workers are LAZY!!!

My son in law gave us a gift card for the Staunton location for Christmas and we have been told every time we try to use that we cannot use it because their server is down. But they do take all credit cards. This is ridiculous !!

The first time we tried to use it there was nothing posted about it thank God I had my debit card!! We will not go back to this location until your company fixes the issue and does something about the rude people that work the evening shift

I'm a regular customer at waffle house. I especially love how they're all the same so I know what to expect. Me and a group of about 20 people meet once a week to eat there and I usually take my kids once a week as well.

So when I heard that you black listed waffle house Wendy I was extremely disappointed and decided to take my business elsewhere. I find it only fitting that if you can't be loyal to an employee that went out of her way to protect your establishment why should I remain loyal.
