MANY TIMES I HAVE TRIED TO GIVE YOU MY BUSINESS TO EITHER BE TURNED AWAY OR IT WAS CLOSED WITH THE LIGHTS OUT. THEY JUST THINK I WORK AND GET A CHECK AND THIS STORE WILL STAY OPEN NO MATTER HOW MUCH OR HOW MANY CUSTOMERS THEY TURN AWAY.

FROM A CUSTOMERS POINT OF VIEW IT'S VERY AGGRAVATING AND POINTLESS IN EVEN TRYING TO GO THERE FOR A MEAL. PLEASE DON'T BLAME THIS ON COVID CRAP,ESPECIALLY SEEING AS THE NIGHT THAT I WAS TURNED AWAY THERE WAS A FULL CREW BEHIND THE COUNTER.

THEY JUST CHOSE TO NOT BE SERVING ANYONE AT THE MOMENT.

I went to Waffle House on wintergreen & 35 around 10 in the morning an was told I can make a order in person I can only do it online That’s the second time I’ve been told that , I used too love Waffle House but now I would never advise anyone to go to a Waffle House there service has got terrible an there communication skills are even worse

3 times I h Ave had to waitvalmostv10 minutes for someone to take my order. The I had to ne ask to be waited on the waitress had am attitude each time and charged my $2 for a cup of hot water. Poor customer service.

I am a frequent visitor of the Waffle House in many locations from Conway to Aynor to Myrtle Beach South Carolina. The last 3 months has not been a very nice experience for me or my family at all of those locations .

Today However, Took the Cake. We visited waffle house 1690 US 501 Conway SC 29526 Store number is 2028. 75 cent. " I don't mind to pay that for to go orders but there is no reason to be nasty about it. 75 order.

I had to get a refund for that . Almost had to argue for it , which was absolutely ridiculous . I finally got my refund. I am livid how we were treated. The attitude of the workers is just terrible.

I am just so disappointed. I want something done. We are customers and it is wrong for them to be allowed to treat us this way . On a better note, the food was good even…

Been in 3 times each time I had to ask to be wated on. Dirty fork the fist visit so I ask for a cop of hot water and was charged $2.00

I feel harassed at work and I fear for my life. Jasmine Taylor wrote a status on fb saying all her co workers can get it especially a white 304. That server is Brittany Brown. Jasmine always picks on everybody and she makes everyone feel unsafe.

Noone wants to work with her.

The wait staff is rube and don’t listen to what the customers order then bad mouth the customer. This isn’t the first time I have complained bout the service/ food at this Waffle House. The real messed up thing is the manger is here and has done nor has said nothing bout the way her employees are and act, which is worse cause then things will never change if the management don’t care.

You need to really see how Wesley Chapel is run it is the laziest people I’ve ever seen. 5 empty tables all are still not cleaned off!! on a Sunday (really busy). And the girl taking names goes out to visit with friends.

Waitress are rude and some folks are just walking out!! Used to be a great place but it’s horrible now!! You really need to come visit on a Sunday and check it out!

I just visited the Wincherst Tn. site. Maggie was very rude to begin with, then took a break before calling in my order, at which time I left two dollors for a half cup of cold coffee and left the site.

This experience reminded me why, after many years, I quit going to Waffle House.

We visited Waffle House #430 at 111Reynoir St in Biloxi MS today and honestly this is the BEST Waffle House we have ever been to. The staff was super friendly and seemed to be truly happy. They all worked so well together.

Ashley was our waitress and was fabulous!!! Even the cooks were great! The food was cooked to perfection. They are all keepers!!

Went to visit Rainbow Drive store in Gadsden Alabama. Waited 45 mins for food. While waiting we watched a manager (Brad) come in to work and started helping. He wore no gloves repeatedly sticking his hands inside of his pants to pull them up(Sagging Pants) then started helping prepare orders.

The whole time he was touching his face and uniform. Other customers we complaining bout him also. The cooks were extremely slow. They had to keep recooking everyones food. Our order came at different times and we never received our waffles.

I have never been so disappointed in my life at this Waffle House. The server was very nice but she had to deal with all of the complaints. Cooks never let her know when the orders were ready. I saw the cook burn two wafffles that were part of our order.

I was in Waffle House #2247 on October 31,2022 for over 45 minutes without placing an order. All the dine in patrons left except a table of 4. I got tired of waiting so I left. Absolutely horrible experience.

We went into thr Waffle House in Hattiesburg Mississippi. It was packed but no one waiting to be seated other than my party of 4. No one greeted us or told us how long the wait would be. We waited 25 minutes while seeing families leave and 4 tables available.

An employee finally looks at us and says "We are not taking anymore tables tonight" I told her that would have been nice to know when we walked in and it was unprofessional to have us wait that long without communication. She said sorry she was busy.

Also, it's Halloween night so I highly doubt that they will not be accepting anymore customers. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Last night on my way back from Columbia my husband and I stop by the waffle House in orangeburg Sc to grab a bite to eat. The service that we received sucked. When we got there it took 10 mins just for someone to even come to the table and take our drink order and ask what we Were eaten.

When the man finally took the order it took forever to get anything including the drinks. I had to keep asking for everything including my bill. If I would not of ask for my bill I would of sat there all night.

I order the all Star breakfast that me and my husband were splitting and I got everything but the waffle which I had to ask about too. The waffle cooked so long it was hard. I will never go back to this Waffle House again.

Franklin Ky was terrible. There was three of us, we ordered three meals got them at least four minutes apart. My husband ordered a was wrong. My daughters bread was so greasy she couldn’t pick it up. My burger was very burnt and hard.

The cook and waitress were picking food the hole time and eating. The tables and menus were very sticky. We used to go there all the time but will not be going back. We hope you can improve this place as we were the only ones there and still didn’t get good service or food.

I think that is rude that your employee is asking customers to give her a Tip just for taking my order. I would never come back to your establishment. I'VE NEVER IN MY LIFE AS MUCH AS I GO OUT TO EAT.

My complaint is for Store #1052, my husband and I went to this waffle house twice in 2 months and They wouldn’t seat us, they wouldn’t take our order even to go, it was dirty, food all over the floor, dishes piled up to the ceiling, the second time we were there, we sat down in the chairs waiting to get seated and they would just look at us, they had 5 people working that night, you can’t tell me they were under staffed.

I would to report a worker who is on drugs and is selling drugs in the parking lot. Her name is chelsea Ricioppo. She works at the waffle house in fairborn oh, on Dayton yellow springs Rd. Drug test her immediately, and fire her.

The workers were sleeping and didn't want to take our order...they were rude and lied about being out of food items...very unprofessional plus the food wasn't cooked properly!!!!!!!

On Lane St in NC. This place is filthy! Every table had dirty dishes. We had 12 people and the meth head waitress never looked at us to seat us. She did everything else but help us. We stood by our tables waiting to be seated.

People after us got seated before us, people walked in and got rung up before us, they never cleaned off any of our tables, we were there for 30 minutes waiting to be seated. We never got seated. We all left and the two waitresses there didn’t care about anything they were giving wrong change ringing people up wrong.

I would like to file a complaint against store #1476, manager was VERY rude to me about a to go order. 17 Oct 2022 on or about 1:30pm. I wanted to take a seat at the counter while waiting on a To-Go Order. I was told to take a seat by the window for To-Go orders in a very rude manner. As a former employee, I understand there is a policy about To-Go Orders but only wanted to see the preparation of the cooking of the orders. I was in laurel ms store just a hour ago. My service was very unprofessional . My food was taken back 3 times til it was right. My friend food was horrible to. At the end we was not satisfied at all.

49 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi was a horrible site today, October 16,2022. There was dirty dished piled on top of the counter, the cook walked off the line because he had no clean dishes, the wait staff was talking loud and laughing at the cook because he was angry that there was no clean dishes.

The restaurant was in disarray with dirty tables and floors. The staff standing around, won't greet you, I had to ask was a table available and the waitress said no and just walked off didn't try and clean it or nothing.

Another couple sat at the dirty table and waited but I left. It was too dirty for me.

I live 15 minute away from battlefield leaving work I stoped at your red cedar location order 2 sandwiches steak bacon egg and cheese the sandwich only had steak on one side and bacon on the other side I never received it like this before the sausage egg and cheese barely had any egg small as hell to be a sandwich the lady did not give me a receipt which I dnt care about that

My experience was bad as it gets. The waitress was very rude. She was talking about she have been there 9 years and waffles house want fire anyone because she give away food all the time she can’t get unemployment if she quit so she was not worried.

I got food poisoning from the hashbrowns on Saturday October 8th 2022 from location 5252 N. Henry Blvd Stockbridge Ga 30281. Plus none of the locations here take to go orders over the phone they never answer there phone and when you drive up there there are no customers in the dining room .

They must have left the potatoes out too long. Still not feeling right and will never eat there again. One of the worst but you can't eat out no where no one trains in customer service anymore I don't believe anyone knows what that is anymore.

The Waffle House In Apopka fl is most of the dirtiest spot to eat at the costumer service it is very disrespectful the lady’s that work night shift she yelled at me because I ask for her number then she told the cooker to mess up my food witch they did the food tasted very nasty it look like somebody spited in my food it was late at night

Ate this morning at 2342, 4420Louetta Spring Texas. Restaurant had flies everywhere. I am not talking about a few. Swarming everywhere. Waitress, whose apron was very very dirty, said it was because the back door had been left open.

Second and last time eating at this location. It is filthy. It was when it first opened and still is.

I went into your macclenny fl location which they had the largest staff I've ever seen In a waffle house and no one waiting but us. We patiently waited 20 mins as we stared at dirty tables. We weren't welcomed at all and just ignored.

Then we finally went to sit at a dirty table and were told to get up so they could clean it. So we did and then went to sit back down and still they did not clean table. Then when I asked to speak to a manager I was told there is a number on the door outside.

Every Statesboro location claims to be closed and won’t serve people 24 hours. You all need to bring some type of representative to attend to these issues. I have lived here for 5 years and for the past three they won’t serve anyone or claims that they are closed for cleaning.

When I walked into the Waffle House on Radio Road in Florence, SC my shoes literally stuck to the floor due to the nasty floor. I had to clean my own table before sitting down because none were clean. A server finally came to our table, we placed our order and when food arrived it was not correct. 50 total. REALLY! This is so unacceptable.

I can see if it was bottle water. Besides after all we experienced to actually get our food one would think water would have been on the house. SUCH AN EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
