As we were sitting at the Togo bar waiting on our food. A roach walks across the counter. I told the employee he brushed it off with his hand and apologized. I was so disturbed and disgusted. The employee did not wash his hand and he proceeded to fix our to go bag.

Bought 2 all star breakfast ask for 2cups of water with lemon and I was told I would have pay 2$ for 2 cups of water I’m a dissatisfied customer and will let all my friends and neighbors know about this incident. I would like to know is this how you guys conduct business.

I started to tell her I didn’t want the food but I was getting breakfast for me and my father. I would like a full refund and apology. I’m a pissed customer at this moment. You buy food and can’t get a cup of water this is Texas that’s not how Texas do business.

I was at the Duncaville , place and it was a black girl whit black hair with blonde tips look like dreads . She needs better training with her attitude also.

For the first time I The Waffle House on Airport Rd is not very clean. The staff charge what they want. I ordered the same thing twice and was charged 2 different prices. It wasn't because the price went up, it was because of who was at the register at the time.

The attitude of the person overcharging me was unacceptable. I will never go back there again. I dont care if it's close to my job or not.

Horrible Service at Chattanooga location at Signal Mtn Road & Dayton Blvd 3 booths were open when we walked in, all were dirty. We sat for 10 minutes & nothing was cleaned. Cigarette buts in exterior of window sills where staff smokes.

This used to be a great location, but this time no one spoke or acknowledged us.

Went in and sat for 10 minutes. Not one person acknowledged that we were there and it was not busy at all. There were 3 empty booths and 6 people at the high counter. They were all almost done eating.

As soon as we got up and walked out, the girl walked over to the table and started wiping it down. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!

Staffing informed me that orders will be taken after his 15 minute break (cook). My Order was placed. I paid for my meal. I waited 30 minutes, no Staffing present. The young lady was conversating outside the building and was call by the cook to return.

I waited for an hour and 10 minutes and the Order was not completed. The young lady seemed to ensure that the person who she was talking to got a meal.. I requested an refund. I never thought that I would have to wait that amount of time to be served.

1025 , they have this one girl named Shania she goes by Cadillac up there she's always anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours or so late and then when she comes in she starts bossing everyone around whether she's a salesperson or the cook I'm sorry but if you're late you don't have any rights to tell anybody to do anything this needs to be corrected real fast or you're going to be losing a whole lot of customers she works from 9:00 to 6:00 in the morning just to let you know thank you,

Approximately 6:15 pm Sept 1, 2022 I walked in the restaurants #1669 as I was ordering online as I proceeded to the rest room. The lady told me rest rooms was out of order then said they for customers only.

I told her I was ordering online. She stated "ain't no online order come through ' dahhh I'm ordering now. Then she stated she wasn't taking no online orders nor putting in orders because she's only doing "in house orders...

She has a nasty attitude. This the second time that I am dissatisfied and there will be no third time!

Counters smelled really bad like they have not been washed or if they were washed then it was with dirty water. Pop machine not working. Waitress wash scrubbing container lids with some type of scrubber n dirty water. Then did not wash her hands at all when handling our food just wiped them on her pants.

The cook was singing at the top of her lungs (not a good singer). I know why my husband and i were the only ones in there.

I went to Waffle House location which is located in Girard Ohio . I was greeted when I walked in and everyone was just staring as I walked which made me uncomfortable. As I ask to place an order for carry out I was told I was not aloud to and I must dine in , which was very odd to hear .

I never heard that before … It was not busy at all , and they seemed to be over staffed . I worked in a similar job before so I know whether they were busy or not. After I place my order , and the server tells the cook it , she catches and attitude.

Mind you my server is black I am also . The cook is white . That’s weird when I order she apparently wants to clean the grill after I place my order . I just walked out . It seems as if some of the staff member are racist .

Your Waffle House location at: 938 Allison Bonnett Hueytown, AL 35023 refused service to my cousins and I. The white lady in the photo below came to the door as soon as we pulled up and refuse to serve the two black women breakfast.

There is a sign in the doors clearly stating they were still open at the time. We noticed another employee that was outback smoking, and asked her why she closed the door in our face. His exact response was that she has been up ALL day and didn’t feel like making our plate. No excuse.

It was 5:30am when people are up, headed to work and hungry. Your employees are disrespectful and poorly represented your business. We were coming to spend money at your establishment, but she rejected us as if we were homeless people asking for a free meal.

I sent my daughter's to pick up my order and my card was charged 6 different times. Over 200 dollars on a 38 dollar order. I called to speak with a manager and was told there's nothing they can do. Really!?! Nothing??? I need my money.

I just left this waffle house. When my husband and I arrived and there was 1 cook and a waitress and the cooks brother who was hanging out there. We gave our order. The cook first started by making a racial slur at us while she was cooking and laughing with her "brother".

I simply told the cook that our hashbrowns had cheese on them and she got an attitude about it. Then out of no where her brother stood up and threatened me and my husband!!.. and then 5 minutes later he told the cook he was going outside before he slapped the shit out of me!!!

Was told when I arrived at 10:00 am, on 7/10/22 that I was not going to be able to place a to go order by an associate due to they stopped the to go orders. Very unacceptable due to the fact there was no reason behind it; so short of being kicked out of your business.

, when we walked in they did not even acknowledge us, they were behind the bar washing tons and tons of dishes and complaining about the waitress taking her break. So me and my husband sat down in the booth cleaned our table off ,which was a mess, set there set there finally my husband said grab the menu my goodness it's right there behind you don't look like nobody's going to come help us, so

I grab the menu me and my husband started looking at the menu, now still nobody's acknowledges nobody said nothing. As we are sitting there three African-American walked in to the waffle House, they cook which was African-American herself immediately went to their aid, set them down clear their table off and started taking their orders.

I went to waffle House on Holcomb Bridge Rd and was ignored while staff laugh and talked with each other about personal bussiness. I was looked in the face by the cook and the waiter without one word exchanged. The place was ghetto not professional at all.

I got out of my seat in front of the grill and left after 10 minutes. I am very disappointed right now the customer service suck at this location. I hope this does happen to anyone else .

Went to the Waffle House in Cordova, tn to place a to go order. What I walked into this morning around 6:15 was completely unnecessary I walked out without ordering. The cook was rude and when one of the ladies ask for another meat he threw the plate and started getting really ugly with another server for no reason at all.

He is the same cook that was there the other night and he burned all of my food when the young man ask for a recook he also got ugly with him and told the young man he had to pay him to recook it. I will no longer be eating at Waffle House this has to be taking care of he has a very bad temper which could trigger him to harm someone he works with.

My child has medical conditions that make her allergic to most all spices except for salt and pepper. We have been to Waffle Houses here in Pearl,MS. before and asking the employee if they could clean the grill is usually not an issue, and I know they don’t have to do it, and when it is busy we just don’t go in because it is such a hassle to ask.

My daughter was going out of town with school choir and she had to leave at 4:45am so her request was to eat at Waffle House on hwy 80 in pearl,ms.. we saw two customers inside so we went in and found a seat and waitress came over and before we got started ordering we asked the waitress if it would be possible to see if part of the grill could be cleaned so she eat.

50 on under cooked eggs with shells on the plate still in the eggs, burned to a char bacon and waffles nasty 2 day old cold coffee and biscuit and gravy that were too salty to eat. We have always loved waffle house but this vist was beyond disappointing, we very rarely if at all complain about any food or places we visit let alone make a review but the food we received today was down right nasty.

50 for nasty food and old coffee that was cold all and all we ended up eating at McDonald's instead and still had to pay for food we didnt even eat at waffle house. This truly was horrible customer service and horrible food if I could rate our experience a zero I WOULD.

My husband and I went to Waffle House on Hwy 210 Benson, NC 27504 at 8 pm on June 1, 2022. We were met at the door by a girl in black leggings and tank top hanging signs stating they would only be taking to go orders for the next 2 hours because of shift change.

We were at the restaurant on bell rd in Antioch TN I don't know her name but they call her key key. We sat at her station like the guy instructed us to, an she told us that other people were before us,but they were to go orders,miss keykey didn't wait on us, she talked to her friend so

We had to get up an move to another station where we got great service. She went outside with one of her friends until another the team leader had to go an get her. In my years of going into waffle house I have never seen a employee eat on the line in front of customers, it was like she run things around here an know one better not say anything to her about it.

Your manager Ced Was making my food this morning about 7:15. So he started making me some more . then he didn't put the cheese in the eggs so he picked the eggs off the platter with his hand and put it back in the Pan.

I told him that the Hash Brown supposed to have cheese and onion the lady sad showed him the The ticket .. I got to go to work... Of course after that I had words with him also... I asked one of the other employee where it was at..

I called the store in West Point, MS at 5:00am on May 22, 2022 to try and place an order to go. The message said they were open and I had to come in to place an order. Drove 30 minutes to the restaurant and they said they were NO OPEN for business.

I seen 4 employee in the store: One outside cleaning the parking lot. One mopping the floor One leaning on the counter on his cell phone One sitting at the counter on his cell phone The employee cleaning the parking lot is the person that told me they were going to be CLOSED for business until after 6:00am.

I was really upset because I drove thirty minute to the restaurant and was almost late for work.

We were at the waffel house in mobile alabama on schillinger road across from walmart. A young man working at the grill used very vulgar language and my husband called him down. If he had said excuse me or I am sorry we would not be filing a complaint.

The younger generation seems to show no remorse for using such language. It's time we start standing up and saying, it's not ok. We have been eating at waffel house for years and think your employees should make a better name for your company.

We frequent the Wilder, KY location and on 5/9/22 we had a very unpleasant experience. We sat down and was asked what we wanted to drink. We told her, then she proceeded to go on the floor and clean tables.

Then she went behind the counter and was doing something at the cash register. When my husband asked her for our drinks, she said we would have to wait because she was doing something else. We got up and my husband told her she needed an attitude adjustment, then walked out.

We usually have a very good experience with all the servers until now, and we hesitate to go back. I wrote the local store and have never heard back from them. We hope to hear from you. Thank you, Terry Hirschfeld
