We just got back from the Waffle House. We enjoy eating at the waffle house at least once a week. This evening‘s trip to the waffle house was a big disappointment. My wife orders the grilled chicken sandwich and Hashbrowns.

The bun was burnt the chicken you could not cut it with a knife it was tough. The cook did ask if she wanted another one she would redo it. My wife declined because it would come out the same way she was too busy chitchatting and cutting up with the girls.

I had the All Star. After digging out all the lumps in the grits I ended up with less than half. The bacon came out fine I don’t like it burnt but I like it cooked. The eggs on the other hand were done over easy but they sat on the plate too long and they were starting to get cold. Who enjoys cold eggs.

As a couple we came from FL for vacation, I’ve never been treated SO DISCRIMINATED against, and poorly looked at as a inhumane 2 world class citizen customer that walked in the door to eat breakfast like any other human being. We sat down where there was a open table and was COMPLETELY IGNORED, after about 10mins we asked can we order?

The waitress ignored us AGAIN, when I finally got her attention she cleaned off the table. Then started being rude by saying “there are other tables y’all could have sat at”. I was appalled, when stating “this is the table we wanted to sit at and was opened” AGAIN, with more of an attitude she continued to argue, and walked away.

I’ve recently had an experience that not just bothered me to witness, but is weighing heavy on my heart even at home. I recently ate here and did not have this woman as my waitress but witnessed a very disturbing interaction with a waitress on shift named “Ann”, an old man who you could tell was a regular came inside and

greeted everyone with a smile, he then went to sit down and this waitress yelled “i don’t want you in my section, i don’t like you and you can sit somewhere else” at first it felt as if it HAD to be a joking matter, until i quickly realized it was not. The look on this mans face was heart shattering and the other employees working quickly comforted him and warmed his heart with love after being attacked in front of the entire restaurant.

I joined the Waffle House regulars club and received a free hash browns in my email. It says in the email it says it’s free and doesn’t say a purchase is required anywhere on the coupon. I went to the Waffle House 3919 SW 40th Blvd Gainesville, FL 32608 United States.

I had a server named Melissa. She told me I was required to purchase a drink to get the free hash browns. We kept going back and forth and she ended up making me by a drink. I found it very rude that she did that when the coupon says nowhere on there a purchase is required.

Waffle House Franklin, Ohio. We eat hear every weekend. Today was the worst experience ever. Then I tried to talk to manager and she literally told me she wasn't going to let me talk to her about the waitress.

First off, it took her close to 20 minutes to even come to the table to talk to me . She stood and talked to the waitress getting her side before coming to the table. Then when she did come to the table she said 'Whats the problem' very very rude!!

A manager should want to know what is going on in her store and want to fix the problem. Not act like the customer is an idiot. I have never been talked to by anyone in management like she talked to me.

Sat. March 26 I placed an order for about $50 for food. 100 Sugarloaf Rd. Hindersonville N. C. When I got home about 1/2 of the food was not in the bag. time to go bach and complain. When I called the operator at Headquarters She was rude and hung up on me.

I wend to another Waffle House in Locusts Grove Ga. On March 30 and the food was so over cooked that it went into the garbage. Out another$30. If this is the best Waffle House can do I thank the Huddle House will be my next stop.

In the past I loved the Waffle House but I can't keep throwing money down the drain like this.

First of all, the music playing was so loud the waitress could not hear to take our order. We could not have a conversation with one another while waiting forever for our service. We asked several times if the music could be turned now. I think everyone thought they were at a party instead of working. Second, our waitress had two tables at the same time. Arrived at 103rd Street store Jacksonville FL at 4:46am to eat breakfast and once again told I could only get an order to-go by the cook cause he only had one waitress. Told to come back at 6am. Fourth time in 2 weeks this has happened.

So I traveled to the Hwy-17 store and arrived at 5:09am where you can always sit down to eat at this store no matter what time it is and they also only had one cook and one waitress on the floor but always do clean up and shift change stuff and remain fully operational.

I'm so baffled by the 103rd Street store. Maybe need to send the cook and manager from the Hwy17 store over to the 103rd Street store to train them back up temporarily.

I visited Waffle House in Martinsburg wv and the day shift people are always so rude but thought we try it again. So here it goes, my husband and went to sit at the bar to eat, 2 spots needed to be cleaned on the opposite end of the bar, a couple was eating on the opposite end of that.

Leaving 4 seats open in the middle, which we saw a couple get up from the end of the bar and leave: I stood while my husband sat in a clean seat to allow them to clean the 2 seats that were dirty. His seat was not dirty not was mine but I stood to allow them to clean.

Poor customer service. I waited 15 minutes before the staff greeted me. I then was told that it was going to be a while for Togo orders. While waiting an additional 15 minutes I had still not placed my order.

When we attempted to address the situation with one of the staff she rudely asked us to move so she could check out another individual. Two white young women and two white young men walked in and were greeted instantly.

This is not my first racial experience at a Waffle House location.

@ 11:05 am I visited Waffle House located on 462 Pine Log Road Aiken South Carolina and proceeded to wait about for about 15 minutes. I then say at a table. The waiter was waiting on other customers. @ 11:31 am The waiter then came over to my table and asked for my order.

She asked if I was going to eat in. I stated no done out. She took my order and then asked me to move to a seat that was not at a booth. 57. 57. I proceeded to pay for my food.

My husband and I was just at this waffle house. My husband told the waitress that he did not want cheese on his hashbrowns 2 different times. She still brought his hashbrowns with cheese. My husband said that he did not want cheese on his hashbrowns and the waitress said that she told the cook and he still put cheese on them and she walked off.

My husband and I went to the Waffle House on 8514 Baymeadows Rd Jacksonville fl 32256. The witness was very nice and got our order correct, my complaint was she was alone the manager was nowhere to be found but her child was running around the restaurant and the waitress was trying to cook our food and trying to tell the child to sit down.

your juke box is operating at 99 decibals that is against the law. it is turned up that loud by employees to run customers out of store. i bet you get sued. it is so loud you cannot hear person on other side of table.

we are seriously thinkiung about getting warrant with smyrna police for noise abatement and having manager or whoever is in charge arrested and waffle house padlocked. it gets so loud that customers get up leave their food and walkout. often it takes 10 miniutes at register to pay because their is no employee in sight.

Waffle House is supposed to be 24 hour service; however, when we went to the Waffle House on I-35 & 122nd (Oklahoma city) the waiter said he couldn’t serve us because he had just had a rush so they were only serving to go orders.

I went to Waffle House on hwy 49 in lake Wylie South Carolina they had a ribbon across the walk way preventing entrance to the area. Normally when they see me they let me sit in the area do to my size and disability.

I was sort of disappointed with my last visit. My sister asked for just the Angus cheeseburger, she doesn't like hash browns and was just there to keep me company. She was given the deluxe meal with hashbrowns, and I told the employee it was the wrong thing, he said sorry, and walked away. Whatever, a cheeseburger is a cheeseburger but we were charged for the wrong thing, and she didn't eat or want the hashbrowns. So I feel like that was a waste of $4.50

All lights were on. Boyfriend was taking me for my birthday breakfast. Went in sat down and cook and waitress said sorry we are closed we are mopping the floors you need to leave we should have locked the doors. End quote.

We mapped nearest Waffle House 8 miles away and they were very friendly and said the Waffle House in north Richland hills Texas was lying they don’t close to mop. It was out of my way and I was almost late for work.

Thank goodness the staff at brown trail location made up for rudeness at nrh location.

This complaint is against the Waffle House in Raeford NC. For the second time in 3 mos. I approached this resturant to find the female cook and waitress sitting in a vehicle smoking weed. After entering I find myself without assistance to order, then they enter stating system is down.

The cook is a tall B/F with blond dreadlocks, and the other a short B/F with long braids. This took place at 5:00am this morning for the second time in 3mos. Doesn’t look good!

I go to the waffle house at hwy 53 in dawsonville almost daily. The food is great and the service as well. I realize this is a "training" waffle house, but lately the trainees have been playing the juke box rather continuously while we were eating and with what I consider LOUD and uncomfortable music.

I believe the staff should not be permitted to play music except when there are no customers in the restaurant.

Me and my husband were long time customers until we got thrown out as we walked in and sat down the cook Ryan came up to us and told us to get out his words were “you harassed one of my waitress”as I tried to explain what really happened he said he didn’t care he wanted us out so we left as we were told because we never like to cause a scene.

I went into Waffle House in swannanoa this morning. The device and food were great. But I hear a waitress and THE MANAGER laughing about how they just threw out a homeless man’s sleeping bag and blankets. It’s been very cold here, this homeless man comes in every now and then when he has money to get food and leaves his stuff outside. Everyone knows this.

But because Alex the manager and Katie the waitress don’t care about anyone but themselves they decided to take it and throw it away in a huge dumpster so this poor man couldn’t get it back. How aweful of a human being can you be?

I’ll never come here again and I hope something gets done about this.

The manager that goes by the name of Val treats certain employees like crap. She has a tag on her car that reads "BOSS" and to be very honest she really take advantage of her authority as a boss. She has two children and a sister that works with her on the same shift.

When they mess up on their orders and don't call them out Ms Val gets on the cooks instead of telling her waitresses to call the orders out correctly to the cooks. There's two cooks that she talk to like a dog, last time the situation arouse when her sister kept having a very nasty attitude towards the cooks when someone picked up her sister "Kim's bacon order and it had to be recooked.

I eat at waffle house 2 or 3 times a week, tonight I walk in sit down, the young man says for here or to go, I say to go, he says we are not doing to go orders tonight due to having one cook. I say what's the difference, I'm here.

I would give zero stars if I could. I tried to place an order at around 3:20am after work at the location on stateline in Southaven Ms it was two ladies one was busy talking to her boyfriend and the other was on the phone when I tried to place my order the lady we are not taking orders right now.

This is a place of business and their actions are pushing your customers away and this has happened to me several of times.
