The easiest way to complain online

To Whom it may concern;Today at 12:12pm, we placed an order online for delivery from your restaurant #00001902. Of the last 10 orders we've placed, curiously 9 of them have been incorrect or missing items. Today was different, only in that when I called the restaurant to explain that there was an entire meal, including the drink, missing. The first man that answered the phone identified himself as BJ and that he was a manager. After explaining the situation, he told me he packed the bags himself and everything was there. There were the stickers that sealed the bags and they were intact on delivery.

I read about a 5.00 deal that they have and I go there and they knew nothing about what I was talking about,why do they advertise stuff and don't honor it??

Had a 515 pick up first could not find order once found said it would be about 8 minutes when I got to drive up window 7 minutes later they said now will be 10 minutes . Ordered a hour ago so they could have ready 5:25 still sitting in parking lot waiting . Bunch of kids working NO CUSTOMER SERVICE they don’t care they need a manager here that cares Yuba city kfc

I'm tired of my orders being delivered by DoorDash. There is always a problem, whether it's missing items (as happened last night) or not handing the order off to me (which also happened last night). Last night, my order was just thrown onto my porch, no knock or doorbell. It was supposed to be handed to me. I know it's all profits over competence, but this is getting to the point that I don't even want to order from Pizza Hut at all because it always ends up with something going wrong. Stop using DoorDash and hire your own drivers. Another problem is when there is a missing item, it turns into a back and forth of "Contact DoorDash" and DoorDash saying "Contact the store."

Ordered an item online to be delivered to my home. Ordered on the 14th and had to call to see where my order was 10 days later. Walmart customer service would not tell me where the order was due t what happened. Only after saying I would post a review did they offer a refund.

This is my second experience with rude, indifferent behavior within a week. I want to talk about today's visit. I made a special trip to get a Whooper. At the ordering station you have a list of contents that one can get in the Whooper. I decided to use it because I can't eat and don't like everything. It has been awhile sice I went to a Burger King. So I read off to the African American male what I would like with my Whopper. That didn't satisfy him.
